With progressive advancements in Man-made consciousness (computer based intelligence) and Profound Learning (DL), contributing altogether to Normal Language Handling (NLP), the precision and nature of Machine Interpretation (MT) has worked on complex. There is a discussion, but that its no time like the present the human interpretation became immaterial or excess. All things considered, human flaws are consistently dealt with by its own creations. With the utilization of brain networks in machine interpretation, its been as of late guaranteed that keen frameworks can now decipher at standard with human interpreters. In any case, simulated intelligence is as yet not without any trace of issues related with handling of a language, let be the intricacies and complexities common of interpretation. Then, at that point, comes the innate predispositions while planning smart frameworks. How we plan these frameworks relies upon what our identity is, subsequently setting in a one-sided perspective and social encounters. Given the variety of language designs and societies they address, their taking care of by keen machines, even with profound learning abilities, with human proficiency looks exceptionally far-fetched, at any rate, for the time being.

The increasing number of botnet attacks incorporating new evasion techniques making it infeasible to completely secure complex computer network system. The botnet infections are likely to be happen, the timely detection and response to these infections helps to stop attackers before any damage is done. The current practice in traditional IP networks require manual intervention to response to any detected malicious infection. This manual response process is more probable to delay and increase the risk of damage. To automate this manual process, this paper proposes to automatically select relevant countermeasures for detected botnet infection. The propose approach uses the concept of flow trace to detect botnet behavior patterns from current and historical network activity. The approach uses the multiclass machine learning based approach to detect and classify the botnet activity into IRC, HTTP, and P2P botnet. This classification helps to calculate the risk score of the detected botnet infection. The relevant countermeasures selected from available pool based on risk score of detected infection.
The Mt. Dungjuribong Volcanic Complex located in Gurye-gun, southwest of Ryeongnam massif, composed of Cretaceous andesitic rocks and rhyolite. $SiO_2$ contents of the volcanic rocks range from 52.0 to 78.5 wt.%. The major and trace elements composition, REE patterns and tectonomagmatic discrimination diagrams of volcanic rocks suggest that they are typical of continental margin arc calc-alkaline rocks produced in the subduction environment. The phenocrysts of the volcanic rocks show that they had gone in disequilibrium state, such as reversal zoning and resorbed core of plagioclase, reaction rim around pyroxene and resorbed margins of quartz, which showing the evidence of magma mixing during the evolution of magma.
A sensitive stripping voltammetric study of the complex of indium with 8-hydroxyquinoline at a hanging mercury drop electrode was investigated in 0.1M acetate buffer solution. The effects of various analytical conditions on the reduction peak current of the adsorbed complex were discussed. Optimal analytical conditions were found to be the ligand concentration of $2 {\times}10^{-5}$M, solution pH 4.75, scan rate of 10 mV/s, deposition potential of -0.450V, a deposition time of 90 second. Interferences by other trace metals and Triton X-100 were also discussed. Detection limit was 0.2 ppb of indium after 90 sec. Deposition time, and the relative standard deviation(n = 10) at 4 ppb was 3.2%.
Phlogopite-bearing orthopyroxenite occurs in Andong ultramafic complex in a planar body of about 1 meter thick, and consists mostly of coarse subhedral to euhedral orthopyroxene crystals. Minor minerals are clinopyroxene, phlogopite, and plagioclase with trace chromian spinel, pentlandite, apatite, and zircon. Clinopyroxene occurs as either exolution lamella or interstitial fillings with phlogopite and plagioclase. Electron microprobe analysis showed that orthopyroxenes are entatite, while clinopyroxenes are diopside with little chemical variation through samples. Hydrous alteration resulted in the formation of talc, amphibole, and serpentine from orthopyroxene, clinopyroxene, and plagioclase, respectively. The orthopyroxenite was probably formed by the fractional crystallization of the ultramafic magma. Radiogenic dating of phlogopite and zircon of the orthopyroxenite would reveal the age of the Andong ultramafic complex.

To identify the dynamic characteristics of the Auto-leveling system applied to the Tractor-Trailer type Transporter for mounting a large scale precision equipment, Dynamics Modeling & Simulation were performed using general Dynamics Analysis Program - RecurDyn(V9R2). The axial load data, transverse load data and pad trace data of leveling actuators were obtained from M&S. And they were analyzed and compared with each other by parameters, i.e. friction coefficients on the ground, landing ram speed of actuators, and direction & quantity of ground slope. It was observed that ground contact friction coefficients affected to transverse load and pad trace; the landing ram speed of actuators to both amplitude of axial & transverse load, and this phenomena was able to explain from the frequency analysis of the axial load data; the direction of ground slope to driving sequence of landing ram of actuators. But the dynamic behaviors on the two-directional slope were very different from them on the one-directional slope and more complex.
Toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7) is critical for the triggering of innate immune response by recognizing the conserved molecular patterns of single-stranded RNA (ssRNA) viruses and mediated antigenic adaptive immunity. To understand how TLR7 distinguish pathogen-derived molecular patterns from the host self, it is essential to be able to identify TLR7 receptor interaction interfaces, such as active sites or R848-agonist binding sites. The functional interfaces of TLR7 can serve as targets for structure-based drug design in studying the TLR7 receptor's structure-function relationship. In contrast to mammalian TLR7, chicken TLR7 (chTLR7) is unknown for its important biological function. Therefore, it has been targeted to mediate contrasting evolutionary patterns of positive selection into non-synonymous SNPs across eleven species using TLR7 conservation patterns (evolutionary conserved and class-specific trace residues), where protein sequence differences to the TLR7 receptors of interest record mutation that have passed positive section across the species. In this study, we characterized the Lys609 residue on chTLR7-ECD homodimer interfaces to reflect the current tendency of evolving positive selection to be transfer into a stabilization direction of the R848-agonist/chTLR7-ECDs complex under the phylogenetically variable position across species and we suggest a potential indicator for contrasting evolutionary patterns of both the species TLR-ECDs.
In general, well log and core data have been utilized for reservoir characterization. These well data can provide valuable information on reservoir properties with high vertical resolution at well locations. While the seismic surveys cover large areas of field but give only indirect features about reservoir properties. Therefore it is possible to estimate the reservoir properties guided by seismic data on entire area if a relationship of seismic data and well data can be defined. Seismic attributes calculated from seismic surveys contain the particular reservoir features, so that they should be extracted and used properly according to the purpose of study. The method to select the suitable seismic attributes among enormous ones is needed. The stepwise regression and fuzzy curve analysis based on fuzzy logics are used for selecting the best attributes. The relationship can be utilized to estimate reservoir properties derived from seismic attributes. This methodology is applied to a synthetic seismogram and a sonic log acquired from velocity model. Seismic attributes calculated from the seismic data are reflection strength, instantaneous phase, instantaneous frequency and pseudo sonic logging data as well as seismic trace. The fuzzy curve analysis is used for choosing the best seismic attributes compared to sonic log as well data, so that seismic trace, reflection strength, instantaneous frequency, and pseudo sonic logging data are selected. The relationship between the seismic attribute and well data is found out by the statistical regression method and estimates the reliable well data at a specific field location derived from only seismic attributes. For a future work in this study, the methodology should be checked an applicability of the real fields with more complex and various reservoir features.
In continuous hot dip galvanizing process, oxide formation on steel surface has an influence on Zn wetting. High strength automotive steel contains high amount of Si and Mn, where Si-Mn composite oxides such as $Mn_2SiO_4$ or $MnSiO_3$ covers the surface after annealing. Zn wetting depends on how the aluminothermia reaction can reduce the Mn-Si composite oxides and then form inhibition layer such as $Fe_2Al_5$ on the steel surface. The outward diffusion of metallic ions such as $Mn^{2+}$, $Si^{2+}$ in the steel matrix is very important factor for the formation of the surface oxides on the steel surface. The surface state and grain boundaries provide an important role for the diffusion and the surface oxide reactions. Some elements such as P, Sb, and B have a strong affinity for the interface precipitation, and it influence the diffusivity of metallic ions on grain boundaries. B oxide forms very rapildly on the steel surface during the annealing, and this promote complex oxides with $SiO_2$ or MnO. P has inter-reacted with other elements on the grain boundaries and influence the diffusion through on them. Small addition of Sb could suppress the decarburization from steel surface and retards the formation of internal and external selective oxides on the steel surface. Interface control by the trace elements such as Sb could be available to improve the Zn wettability during the hot dip galvanizing.

A solvent sublation using salphen as a ligand was studied and applied for the determination of trace Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) in water samples. The fundamental study was investigated by a solvent extraction process because the solvent sublation was done by extracting the floated analytes into an organic solvent from the aqueous solution. The salphen complexes of Ni(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions were formed in an alkaline solution of more than pH 8 and then they were extracted into m-xylene. It was known that the each metallic ion formed 1 : 1 complex with the salphen and the logarithmic values of extraction constants for the complexes were 3.3 5.1 as an average value. Based on the preliminary study, the procedure was fixed for the separation and concentration of the analytes in samples. Various conditions such as the pH of solutions, the influence of $NaClO_4$, the bubbling rate and time of $N_2$ gas, and the type of organic solvent were optimized. The metal-salphen complexes could be extracted into m-xylene from the solution of more than pH 8, but the pH could be shifted to acidic solution of pH 6 by the addition of $NaClO_4$. In addition, the solvent sublation efficiency of the analytes was increased by adding $NaClO_4$. The recovery of 97-115% was obtained in the spiked samples in which given amounts of 0.3 mg/L Ni(II), 0.8 mg/L Co(II) and 0.04 mg/L Cu(II) were added.
