The construction industry is highly dependent on human resources and changes the degree of completion of construction work depending on the level of performance of engineers. As women's social advancement has recently expanded, the construction industry is also experiencing a large influx. Therefore, it can be seen that not only male engineers' ability to carry out work but also female engineers' ability to carry out work is important. Therefore, this study investigated the actual work conditions and work performance capabilities of female engineers and presented them as basic data for the construction of work capability improvement measures.

Objectives : This thesis aims to provide basic materials for exploring trends and operational strategy of the cyber training. To achieve study purpose, it analyzed the satisfaction of trainees in regard to the education of field training course of Cyber Oral Health Promotion Program, established and operated between 2007 and 2009. Methods : This study conducted questionnaire surveys after the completion of training to utilize the satisfaction level of 989 respondents among 1,310 employees of public institutions who completed the field training course of Cyber Oral Health Promotion Program. Results : Respondents showed satisfaction on the training course throughout three years in terms of satisfaction of instructional methods (screen characteristics, educational techniques, and so on) according to educational contents, the connection and realization of online education and service satisfaction, necessary for learning in association with educational guidance, offered to learners by a tutor and rapidity in questions and answers. A majority of respondents in all years answered that they participated in training program voluntarily for self-development and improvement in work ability, and they thought that the completion of course would be helpful to their current work and future work. In addition, cyber training program was primarily conducted in the working place by 72.5%, and the most difficult thing in cyber training was to combine work and learning by 60.6%. Conclusions : As shown in the results above, workers in public institutions were satisfied with cyber job training and it was evaluated that cyber job training would be helpful to performing their actual work. Therefore, it is needed to collect and evaluate more diverse requirements of trainees with regard to cyber job training, and the development and operation of job training program that reflects these results sufficiently is required.

As one of staff members participated in the full course of the plant construction project of On-san Refinery to its successful completion. I had my past expierence that the plant construction project was so complicated, and a Long period required, and thus there were so money problems to be solved. Among the problem, I mainly noticed that the following listed points were solved and improved. 1. Each drawing should be in every accuracy possible. 2. Contract should be specified in every detail possible. 3. All invoiced prices of breack down list should be coped with the current market prices. 4. All execution of work should be in the most accuracy. A. Planing execution of work. B. Coordination with supervisor group. C. Economical method for execution of work. D. Safety control. 3, Calculation work field should be established seperately 6. Each staff members should be work at the best of his pride.

본 연구는 복합쇼핑몰 개발에 있어서 각 사업단계(사업기획단계, 분양준공단계, 관리운영단계)들이 개발사업의 전체적 관점에서 일관성 있는 최종 목적을 위해 그 연관관계가 목적달성에 적합하게 이루어지고 있는가에 대한 실태 분석을 목적으로 구조방정식모형을 이용하여 검정하였다. 분석결과 사업기획단계가 분양준공단계에 양의 영향을 미쳐, 성공적 준공 및 분양을 위해서는 사업기획이 충실히 준비되어야함을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 사업기획단계와 관리운영단계 및 성공정도, 분양준공단계와 관리운영단계 및 성공정도, 관리운영단계와 성공정도 간에는 유의수준 0.05하에서 통계적으로 유의한 관련성을 나타내지 않아서 우리나라 복합쇼핑몰 개발에서의 각 사업단계들이 프로젝트 전체적인 관점에서 일관성 있는 목표달성을 위해 긴밀히 연관되지 못하고 각 단계 자체만의 수익창출을 위해 근시안적으로 업무가 수행되고 있다는 점을 보여주었다.

During a typical construction project, a contractor nay often find that the time originally available or normally expected to perform its work has been severely reduced. To finish the project by the completion date, the contractor is forced to find a way to speed up the progress of its work to compensate for the reduction in available time. The most frequent initial reaction of contractors to this situation is to increase on-site manpower by working longer time (overtime), adding more workers (overmanning), or implementing shift work (shift work) to increase the rate of progress. The goals of this study were to investigate how these three methods affect labor productivity and to quantify their impact on labor productivity by analyzing real project data collected from sheet metal contractors and mechanical contractors in the US.

In order to shorten construction duration in high-rise project, construction company tried to make various system method toward simplifying construction method and shortening construction duration. Though high-rise tower-type residential project are growing, there are few case study. Then, the data for preliminary schedule planning in high-rise tower-type residential project are rare. This purpose of research shows construction method in structural work in high-rise tower-type residential project, suggests schedule planning in structural work through case studies. The structural work in high-rise tower-type residential project was divided 1) completion of form in lower part and 2) the typical floor under penthouse. The statistical analysis were done in two parts, the data from analysis were used in simulation. Finally, researcher confirmed the difference between real construction duration and the figure from simulation. The results shows that the more construction duration is long, the less ACS's cost is low. It means the effectiveness is increasing in ACS, if the floor number is high.

There are some studies about user's participation to reflect their desire and value on the planning of house by this time. These were constitution of unit space focused on the apartments, which is mostly theoretical. However, till completion of a construction work, it goes through various processes of some steps such as, buying building site, site planning, architectural planning and construction. In architectural planning process, it takes time for continuous discussion and revision between architects and users. Also changes of plan must of necessity be so because of in or outside conditions. So, right user's participation has its meaning that they take part in each step and portion of process faithfully on whole architectural processes. In this case, tenants of single house were decided and they already buy building site and lay out rules jointly. With this circumstance I've researched a kind of test the reflection on various desires and its acceptance in each steps through completion of a construction work, which is based on their participation.

This paper considers a scheduling problem to minimize the total weighted completion time in the two-stage assembly-type flowshop. The system is composed of multiple fabrication machines in the first stage and a final-assembly machine in the second stage. Each job consists of multiple components, each component is machined on the fabrication machine specified in advance. The manufactured components of each job are subsequently assembled into a final product on the final-assembly machine. The objective of this paper is to find the optimal schedule minimizing the total weighted completion time of jobs. Three lower bounds are derived and tested in a branch-and-bound (B&B) Procedure. Also, three heuristic algorithms are developed based on the greedy strategies. Computational results show that the proposed B&B procedure is more efficient than the previous work which has considered the same problem as this paper.

We examine a single machine scheduling problem with step-improving jobs in which job processing times decrease step-wisely over time according to their starting times. The objective is to minimize total completion time which is defined as the sum of completion times of jobs. The total completion time is frequently considered as an objective because it is highly related to the total time spent by jobs in the system as well as work-in-progress. Many applications of this problem can be observed in the real world such as data gathering networks, system upgrades or technological shock, and production lines operated with part-time workers in each shift. Our goal is to develop a scheduling algorithm that can provide an optimal solution. For this, we present an efficient branch and bound algorithm with an assignment-based node design and tight lower bounds that can prune branch and bound nodes at early stages and accordingly reduce the computation time. In numerical experiments well designed to consider various scenarios, it is shown that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing method and can solve practical problems within reasonable computation time.

건설 공사의 궁극적인 목표는 주어진 공사를 요구된 공사기간내에 설계도서에 명시된 품질 기준을 만족시키면서 가장 경제적이고 안전하게 완성하는데 있다. 마감공사는 공종이 세분화되어 매우 다양하고 복잡한 구조를 가지고 있으며 적정 투입 시점에 대한 세부 공종별 기준이 없고, 선후행 작업간의 우선 순위의 정립의 필요성이 약한 것이 특징이다. 본 연구는 마감공사 작업지연을 최소화하기 위하여 마감공사 세부 공종별 작업지연 우선 순위를 선정하여 소요 공기에 맞추어 프로젝트를 완료할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는 것이 목적이다. 본 연구에서 마감공사를 습식공사와 기타 마감공사로 나누어 각 공종별 내역을 기반으로 중요도를 분류하고, 설문을 통해 설계자, 시공자, 협력업체의 작업지연 요인을 분석하여 최종 작업지연 우선 순위를 선정하여 계획 공사기간 내에 공동주택 프로젝트를 완료할 수 있는 정보를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
