  • Purpose: Dynamic capabilities are acknowledged as pivotal factors facilitating the generation of competitive advantage and performance for enterprises across diverse sectors, notably within the food processing industry. This study endeavors to explore and examine the direct and indirect impact of dynamic capability factors, encompassing innovation capability, market orientation (customer orientation, supply chain orientation, competitor orientation), and digital orientation on the business performance of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. Research design, data and methodology: Research data was collected from 239 food processing enterprise managers and analyzed using partial least square - structural equation modeling. Results: With the exception of digital orientation, the study found evidence of the role of innovation capability and market orientation (customer orientation, supply chain orientation, competitor orientation) in the overall competitive advantage of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. Furthermore, the study underscores the contributions of innovation capability, market orientation and digital orientation in fostering performance of Vietnamese food processing enterprises. It also identifies the mediating role of competitive advantage in the relationship between dynamic capabilities and performance. Conclusions: Consequently, the study proposes a number of implications for food processing enterprise managers with the aim of establishing and enhancing competitive advantage and business performance in the future.

  • The Global economic development and high levels of industrialization force many companies to consider an adoption of GSCM. This study investigates characteristics of GSCM focused on the environmental management of distribution companies. The purposes of this study are as follows; first, we examine environmental factors of GSCM companies, and relationships between environmental factors and environmental performance. The environmental factors of GSCM companies were assorted into supplier, marketing, competitor, internal business environment, and eco-design. Second, we study the influences of environmental factors on the environmental performance in the GSCM companies according to the agility. 118 questionnaires collected from distribution companies based on GSCM, and the research model was tested by Smart PLS. The results of this study are as follows; first, the GSCM environmental factors like supplier, marketing, competitor, internal business environment, and eco-design had a positive effect on the environmental performance. Second, the environmental factors like marketing and competitor had a positive effect on the environmental performance according to the agility. These results could provide useful guidelines for distribution companies and academic implications for researchers.

For the analysis, , The IT startups completed empirical research through path analysis after evaluating the suitability of measurement models and structural models using PLS-SEM for 94 companies less than 7 years that have moved in startup support institutions. As a result of the study, the three sub-dimensions of strategic orientation, technology orientation, customer orientation, and competitor orientation, all had a positive (+) effect on startups' performance. and the Corporate social responsibility orientation was verified as moderating the startup's strategic orientation and startups' performance. The results of this study imply the importance of corporate social responsibility orientation in the strategy setting of start-ups, as well as the direction of strategy-setting for technology-based startups for competitive advantage and long-term survival.

The questionnaire analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0 and Smart PLS 3.0.Customer orientation, innovation orientation, and competitor orientation were found to have a positive effect on product/service competitiveness. It can be said that market changes in product/service competitiveness, technology improvement capability, target market analysis, etc. meet the objectives of most research projects, such as the success of new products/services. In addition, product/service competitiveness was found to have a positive effect on the success of new products/services. It can be seen that R&D capability has a positive effect on the success of new products/services and plays an important role in business expansion of SMEs. • This paper describes the NANDO VDC (Vehicle Dynamics Control) system for the vehicle stability enhancement and consists of the control strategies , computer simulation and tests on the various road surface. This VDC system controls the dynamic vehicle motion in the emergency situation such as the final oversteer/understeer andallows the vehicle to follow the course as desired by the driver. The system is based on an active yaw control and its performance verified by the test is shown. Also the comparison between the MANDO VDC System and a competitor is carried out.

  • In laser ionisation mass spectrometry (LIMS) atoms and molecules which are desorbed from solid surfaces are ionised by an intense laser beam. The photoions which are created are then mass analysed in a time-of-flight mass spectromenter. In best situations, 10% of the ejected particles can be detected, giving the technique^g , pp b sensitivity. Since the ionisation and desorption steps are separated, matrix effects are minimised, in contrast to competitor techniques like SIMS, so quantitation is improved. The talk will illustrate the application of LIMS to basic studies in sputtering in Sr, Cu3Au(100) and Ni3Al(100) as well as ultratrace analysis of Zr in Si.

This paper examined the effect of market orientation on social media marketing performance in the Korean financial institituions. Narver and Slater's market orientation theory was employed for the structural equation model framework. Indirect and direct implication on the social media marketing performance were analyzed. This study conducted online survey social media marketing staff and managers in 230 Korean financial institutions such as banks, securities, asset management, credit card, insurance companies. 102 responses were collected and analyzed. The results revealed that financial institutions' customer orientation, competitor orientation and inter-functional coordination have a positive impact on marketing communications execution degree but not direct effect on social media marketing performance except competitor orientation. Although it does not appear to have a statistically significant association between market orientation two concepts such as customer orientation and inter-functional coordination, and social media marketing performance directly, the competitive orientation has statistically positive impact.
