  • This paper examines to focus on General Strategy of e-logistics activity for SCM(Supply Chain Management) Build-up, especially the field service logistics Integration. And this research analyzes the case study(Business of Strategy Group Unit) Survey) involving effective logistics management that leads customer satisfaction, seeking to find out the key elements of competitive policy. Because problems arise from the differences between their goals and structures, which cause each sied to feel vulneralbe to opportunism or shirking of responsibilities by the other. The goal of a logistics system is to ensure that every family planning client always receives the contraceptives partner wants, and that they are in good condition and have not expired. In order to select, procure, and distribute the right quantities of the right contraceptives, managers of the logistics system must keep informed of the rates of use of each contraceptive and of the quantity of available supplies. As a result, We propose that a firm's e-logistics strategy is an important locus innovation and a crucial source of value creation for the firm its suppliers, partners, and customers.

BUILDING A CONCEPTUAL MODEL OF EFFECTIVE LEARNING IN INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION JOINT VENTURES

  • Learning has become an important aspect for any organization to stay relevant and competitive in the corporate world of survival. In construction industry, the international construction joint ventures (ICJVs) provide an excellent platform with opportunity of learning among partners seeking to develop new area of competency and improve their overall competitiveness for their next project endeavor. This paper discusses the development of a conceptual model of effective learning in ICJVs using four major stages of development in a typical joint venture (JV) 's process. The study identified that there are three key constructs that contribute to effective learning comprising learning conditions in the JV's pre-inception stage, success factors of JV for learning in the forming & organizing stage, and learning actions in the implementation & adjustment stage. The effective learning outcomes are measured by the characteristics of learning organization during the JV's completion & evaluation stage. Details and issues of each stage and the methodology of research will be presented and discussed.

한중 경제 무역 30년의 성과와 도전 (Thirty Years of China-Korea Trade: Achievements and Challenges)

  • China and Korea are good neighbors and partners. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992, the two countries have made promising achievements in political, economic, and humanistic exchanges for over three decades. In particular, bilateral economic and trade relations have yielded fruitful results, attracting worldwide attention. There are also unavoidable issues in the rapid development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation. And it is of great significance to look back on the past and look forward to the future on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and the Korea. With the upgrading of China's industrial structure and technological level, the bilateral trade relationship has gradually shifted from a complementary one to a competitive one. It is essential that both countries keep in mind the mutually beneficial nature of their relationship and make due contribution to the development of the Northeast Asian region and the world economy.

  • 기업은 경쟁우위를 확보하고 지속적인 성장을 이끌기 위해 기술개발을 위한 R&D 투자 및 혁신활동에 집중해야 한다. 그러나, 기업의 이러한 활동은 언제나 성공하는 것이 아니며, 기술개발의 위험도가 높고 이익의 전용가능성이 낮거나 기업내부의 역량이나 자원이 부족할 경우, 기업의 혁신활동은 저해되기 쉽다. 이러한 상황에서 외부파트너와의 연구협력은 이러한 문제들을 해결할 수 있는 좋은 전략이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 한국의 제조업체를 대상으로 각 기업이 기술혁신을 위해 연구협력을 선택할 때 어떤 요인들이 연구 협력결정에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 이를 위해서 과학기술정책연구원(STEPI)에서 수행한 기술혁신조사 데이터를 활용하였으며, 분석결과 기업의 규모가 클수록, 과거의 연구 협력경험이 많을수록, 하이테크 기업에 속한 기업일수록 연구협력을 통해 제품혁신을 수행하는 것으로 나타났으며, 혁신실패의 위험성, 자금조달의 어려움, 조직내부의 역량부족, 외부환경요인 등과 같은 혁신활동저해요소들은 제품혁신활동 수행시 외부와의 연구협력에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다.

On the 10th anniversary of China's accession to the WTO, the Chinese government issues White Paper to give a comprehensive introduction to China's foreign trade development. The Development of China's Foreign Trade Contributes to the World Economy IV. Promoting Basically Balanced Growth of Foreign Trade V. At present, the underlying impact of the international financial crisis, the protracted, arduous and complicated nature of the world economic recovery is manifesting itself, and the global economic structure and trade layout face in-depth readjustment. China will make new adjustments to its foreign trade, in an effort to turn foreign trade from scale expansion to quality and profit improvement, and from mainly relying on its low-cost advantage to enhancing its comprehensive competitive edge, thereby turning China from a big trading country to a strong trading power. China's foreign trade is still hampered by many uncertainties and is bound to meet new difficulties and challenges. During the 12th Five-year Plan period China will open itself wider to the outside world as a driver for further reform, development and innovation, make full use of its advantages, strengthen international cooperation in all respects. And at the same time China integrate itself into the world economy on a wider scale and at a higher level. China is willing to work with its trading partners to cope with the various challenges facing the world economy and trade, and promote its foreign trade to realize a more balanced, coordinated and sustainable development, and share prosperity and mutually beneficial results with its trading partners.

  • 지식경제 하에서 국가 및 지역의 경제발전과 경쟁력을 위해서는 과학기술의 기반을 유지하고 지속적인 연구개발을 통한 혁신이 중요하다. 이런 맥락에서 새로운 지식 및 기술을 창출하고 확산시키는 기관으로서 대학의 역할이 과거 그 어느 때보다 강조되고 있다. 이 연구는 산학협력, 특히 대학과 외부 기관 간의 기술이전 및 지식교환의 양상을 파악하고, 대학의 기술이전이 지역과 지역 소재 기업들의 혁신과 경쟁우위를 확보하는데 얼마나 영향을 미치는지를 설명해 보고자 한다. 전남대학교의 기술이전, 특히 대학의 구성원이 창출한 특허 지식 및 기술의 사업화에 의거하여 살펴본 사례 분석의 결과는 전남대학교가 창출한 지식과 기술의 많은 부분이 대학 소재 지역인 광주 및 전남 지역으로 이전되고 있으며, 따라서 대학의 기술이전이 지역경제에 일정부분 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

  • 효율적인 마케팅 파트너쉽은 상호의 신뢰와 책임, 공평한 대우와 올바른 성과 그리고 상호 의존성을 갖추어야 한다. 만약 이러한 관계유지가 어려우면 서로 균등해지기 위한 노력을 더 해야 할 것이다. 가맹사업자들은 판매수익을 지속적으로 올리기 위해 마케팅 파트너로서 가맹계약자들을 늘리려고 노력한다. 강력한 파트너쉽을 개발하는 것은 가맹사업자가 높은 수준의 가맹계약자들을 모을 수 있는 강력한 도구로 사용할 수 있다. 만약 가맹사업자가 보다 강력한 파트너쉽을 가진 가맹계약자를 원한다면 전통적인 방식에서 벗어날 수 있는 대표적인 파트너쉽 가맹사업자와 같이할 의지가 있어야 하며, 가맹사업자, 가맹계약자 자신의 이익보다는 파트너쉽의 이익으로 그들의 부적합한 것들을 해결해야 할 것이다. 즉 간단하게 말하면 강력한 파트너쉽은 가맹사업자와 가맹계약자 양쪽의 희생이 필요하다는 것이다. 이러한 양쪽의 희생은 전체적인 Relationship의 수행뿐 만아니라 이익배분까지도 같이해야한다는 것이다.

E-commerce Adoption in Distribution: An Empirical Study on Household Businesses in Food and Beverage Industry

  • Purpose: This study aims to identify factors affecting the adoption of e-commerce by household businesses in Vietnam's food and beverage industry. Research design, data and methodology: The integrated TAM and TOE frameworks and ten hypotheses were developed to test the relationship between relevant factors. A cross-sectional survey was conducted to collect valid data from 992 respondents who run F&B household businesses in Vietnam. Results: The empirical research results confirm all proposed hypotheses that e-commerce adoption is affected by the perceived usefulness, the perceived ease of use, vendor support partners, social expectancy, competitive pressure, subjective norm, and household resources. Meanwhile, technical readiness, environment readiness, and organization readiness are intermediate variables that influence the implementation of e-commerce in food and beverage distribution. Conclusions: The findings suggest effective orientations to foster the food and beverage e-trading practice for household businesses in developing countries. Accordingly, to encourage private household businesses to adopt e-commerce, it is necessary to focus on improving business resources, technology readiness, environment readiness, and organization readiness through raising awareness of usefulness, benefits, perceived ease of use, and increased support of vendor partners. Future research can focus on improving the efficiency of e-commerce applications in F&B distribution for both household businesses and larger-scale enterprises.

대학 정보기술 아키텍처 발전방향에 관한 연구: 국내 대학 사례를 중심으로 (The Evolution of IT architecture in Universities: A Case study of Korean Domestic Universities)

  • 최근 대학들도 업무 활동을 수행함에 있어서, 구성원인 교수, 학생, 직원 등에게 즉각적이고, 유용하며 효율적인 정보를 제공하고자 중장기적인 대학정보화 계획을 수립하고 있다. 대학정보화의 개념은 초기에는 컴퓨터를 기반으로 한 사무자동화 수준에서 시작하였으나, 현재는 행정정보화 및 교육정보화까지 발전하였으며, 또한 가상 대학까지 범위를 확장하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 1991년과 2001년 동안 국내에서 수행되어진 대학정보화 사례 중 연대기적 중요성에 따라 3개의 대학을 선정하여, 대학정 보화에 대한 경험적인 분석과 보완적인 사례 연구를 수행하였다. 각 대학들을 정보기술 아키텍처 관점 에서 정보 아키텍처, 인프라 아키텍처, 정보관리 아키텍처별로 비교하고, 정보기술 아키텍처의 진화가 대학정보화의 발전에 미치는 영향을 고려하였다. 사례 연구 대상 대학들은 고객중심의 패러다임에서 시장경쟁력을 확보하고 우수 대학으로 발전할 수 있는 기회를 위해, 대학정보화를 통하여 교육 촉진, 연구 촉진, 행정 효율화를 추구하고자 하였으며, 아직은 정보관리 부분이 미비한 것으로 나타났다. 정보 관리 부분의 미비 사항을 극복하기 위해서는 대학 실무자, 관리자, 교수들이 정보시스템의 성공적인 구축 및 유지와 관련된 이슈들을 이해하는 것이 필요하며, 본 연구는 향후대학 정보화 프로젝트를 진흥하는 촉매로서의 역할을 수행할 것이다.

지역 중소기업의 환경, 역량, 전략이 수출성과에 미치는 영향 (Environment, Competence, and Strategy Effects on the Export Performance of Regional SMEs)

  • Purpose - Exports have long been regarded as significant drivers of sustainable competitive advantage and growth among small and medium enterprises (SMEs). The export activities of SMEs are particularly important in the context of export-oriented economies such as Korea. Although many studies have examined the determinants of exports, it is difficult to find empirical studies about the determinants of the export performance of regional SMEs. This study investigates the determinants of export performance in the regional SME context based on an integrated approach that combines the environment factor of industrial organization theory, competitive strategy theory, and the competences of the resource-based view. Research design, data, and methodology - To empirically analyze the determinants of export performance in the regional SMEs, data were collected from firms in the Daegu metropolitan area. Data were collected directly through questionnaire surveys; in addition, secondary financial data were also taken from the KIS-VALUE database. Out of the 175 responses that were received, 143 were considered to be worth examining. After testing the reliability and validity of the variables through multiple items such as environmental turbulence and competitive strategy, hypotheses were verified by using five multi-regression models. These models were: a control model with organizational size and age, an environmental model with technology and market turbulence, a competency model with R&D and foreign distribution channels, a strategy model with product and market differentiation, and an integrated model including all of these variables. Results - First, as a control variable, the organization size has significant positive effects on export performance. Second, technology turbulence based on industrial organization theory has significant positive effects on export performance, but market turbulence does not affect export performance. Third, the foreign market distribution competency of the resource-based view has strong positive effects on export performance, but the R&D competency does not affect export performance. Fourth, the product differentiation strategy from competitive strategy theory positively impacts export performance, but market differentiation does not affect export performance. Finally, in the integrated model, only the foreign distribution competency of the resource-based view has a significant effect on export performance. Conclusions - The empirical results of this study verified the usefulness of the rationales behind the three theories to explain the export performance of the regional SMEs, especially the importance of the foreign market distribution competency from the resource-based view. With regard to practical considerations, this study's implications suggest that the use of technological environmental changes by industries is better than the use of market changes. Further, the use of the product differentiation strategy is more effective than the use of the market-driving strategy, and the distribution channel competency plays a stronger role than the technology-oriented competency with regard to the export performance position of regional SMEs. Future studies should examine relational perspectives, such as trust among channel partners. Therefore, the configuration approach is more useful in enhancing pragmatism by comparing high- and low-export companies.
