ASP(Application Service Providers)의 핵심 역량과 성과 탐색 (An Explorative Study on the Core Competency of Application Service Providers and its Influence on Business Performance)

  • ASP (Application service provider) as a new type of information systems service has been popular recently and has taken a much attention of information systems professionals and researchers. One stream of the research on ASP performed by IS community dealt with utilization and benefits of ASP systems use. The other researchers argue the importance of ASP vendors' capability to provide users with appropriate services. Kern, Lacity and Willcock (2002) summarized the components of core competency of service providers based on their extensive case studies on application service providers. Also, Levina and Ross (2003) developed a value delivery process of application service Providers in their case study This study is developing Prepositions and an empirical model based on the theory of core competency from strategic management study. The dimension of core competency is composed of management competency, technical service competency and customer service competency. Each dimension is made up of competency items derived from previous studies and adapted by professionals in ASP industry. The validity of the dimensions and items in each dimension has been checked with factor analytic method for empirical test. The core competency dimensions are correlated with performance factors of application service providers including growth of revenue, asset and customer base.

요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식과 간호역량수준 및 영향요인 분석 (Recognition for Nursing Competency Importance, Nursing Competency Level, and Their Influencing Factors of Nurses in the Long-term Care Hospitals)

  • 본 연구는 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식과 간호역량수준을 파악하고, 이들 영향요인을 분석하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상은 일 지역 11개 요양병원 근무 간호사 243명이었으며, 연구기간은 2014년 8월 25일부터 9월 3일이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 19를 이용하여 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석되었다. 연구결과 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식 정도는 평균 $4.21{\pm}0.48$점(1-5점 범위), 간호역량수준은 평균 $3.47{\pm}0.46$점(1-5점 범위)이었다. 간호역량 중요성 인식에 비해 간호역량수준이 유의하게 낮았다. 회귀분석 결과 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량 중요성 인식에는 직위(${\beta}=.19$)가 유의한 영향요인으로 규명되었다. 간호역량수준에는 간호역량 중요성 인식(${\beta}=.37$), 연령(${\beta}=.20$), 현 직장경력(${\beta}=.13$), 건강상태(${\beta}=.13$)가 유의한 영향요인으로 규명되었다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 요양병원 간호사의 간호역량의 특성을 보다 잘 반영할 수 있는 측정도구의 개발과 간호역량 강화 프로그램의 개발 및 효과검증 연구를 제언한다.

병원 간호사의 의료진 간 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과 (The Mediating Effects of Self-efficacy in the Relationship between Communicative Competence within the Medical team and Turnover Intention in Hospital Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 병원간호사를 대상으로 의료진 간 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 규명하기 위해 실시된 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 일 지역 두 개 대학병원에 근무하는 간호사 208명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 분석하였으며 기술통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients correlation을 확인하였다. 또한 자기효능감의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 Baron & Kenny의 3단계절차를 이용한 multiple regression으로 분석하여 Sobel test로 간접효과를 확인하였다. 연구결과 의사소통 능력과 이직의도 간에 부적상관(r=-.22, p=.001)이 있었으며, 의사소통 능력과 자기효능감 간에는 정적상관(r=.61, p<.001), 자기효능감과 이직의도 간에는 부적상관(r=-.25, <.001)이 있었다. 의사소통 능력과 이직의도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과는 1단계에서의 의사소통 능력이 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 유의하였지만(${\beta}=-0.22$, p<.001), 3단계에서의 의사소통 능력은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않아(${\beta}=-0.11$, p=.194) 의사소통 능력과 이직의도의 관계에서 자기효능감이 유의하게 완전 매개함을 확인하였다(z=-2.15, p=.032). 따라서 본 연구결과 의사소통 능력을 향상시켜 자기효능감을 높여주는 것이 병원 간호사의 이직의도를 줄이는데 기여할 수 있을 것으로 보인다.

The Influence of Employee Competency and Career Management on Career Commitment: Regional Government in Indonesia

  • This study aims to test the influence of employee competency and career management on career commitment in Indonesia. The study uses the cross-sectional data of regional government employees collected from February to April 2020. Regression and structural equation modeling are employed. The results base on the effect of employee competency and career management on career commitment in Indonesia are in line with the existing theory (i.e., Bandura's Career Theory). Employee competency has a significant positive influence on career management and career commitment, which shows that regional government employees with high competency generate effective career management, and in turn career commitment increased. Regional governments with their career management program should formulate human resources management practice policy (e.g., career support, training, career development program, and orientation programs) in order to increase their competency. The positive effect of employee competency on career management is because of the effective training and career development program. The positive influence of career management on career commitment is due to the regional government providing an attractive career program, thus, employees' career commitment improved. The positive influence of employee competency on career commitment via career management is implemented by regional government support to improve the career management program.

간호역량 군집 유형에 따른 성찰 수준, 팀학습 분위기 및 학습조직 구축정도 비교 (Comparison of Reflection Hierarchy, Team Learning Climate, and Learning Organization Building on Nursing Competency in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify clusters of nursing competency, and investigate the influence of reflective thinking, team learning climate, and learning organization building according to nursing competency clusters. Methods: Participants were 244 clinical nurses who worked in 4 general hospitals in Gwangju Metropolitan City. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires during June and July, 2011. Nursing competency, levels of reflection hierarchy, team learning climate, and learning organization building were measured. Data were analyzed using frequencies, means, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, and K-means cluster analysis with SPSS/WIN 20.0 version. Results: Nursing competency correlated positively with intensive reflection, reflection, team learning climate, and learning organization building (p<.001). There were three clusters of nursing competency in a clinical ladder, which were derived from cluster analysis, grouped as high, middle, and low competency. Intensive reflection, reflection, team learning climate, and learning organization building showed significant differences according to grouping of nursing competency. Conclusion: The results indicate that developing intensive reflection, reflection, team learning climate, and learning organization building would be useful strategies for enhancement of nursing competency.

Factors Influencing Disaster Nursing Competency of Nursing Students

  • Purpose: This study examined the relationships among disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, and disaster nursing competency among nursing students by identifying the predictors of disaster nursing competency. Methods: The study participants were 306 nursing students in the nursing departments of 3 universities located in G City and J Province. The data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance, the Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. Results: The participants' scores for disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, and disaster nursing competency were 5.41±1.68, 4.29±0.46, and 2.84±0.78, respectively. Disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, and disaster nursing competency exhibited positive correlations. The factors influencing disaster nursing competency among nursing students included disaster nursing knowledge, disaster preparedness attitudes, year level, disaster training experience, first-aid training experience, disaster area experience, medical service experience, and disaster severity awareness. These variables explained 17% of the variance in disaster nursing competency. Conclusion: Disaster nursing knowledge and disaster preparedness attitudes was positively related to disaster nursing competency. The findings of this study indicate that it is important to develop and apply education programs aimed at increasing disaster nursing knowledge and enhancing disaster preparedness attitudes among nursing students to improve nursing students' disaster nursing competency.

해양터미널구조물설치분야 직무능력 및 활용패키지 개발에 대한 연구 (A Study on Duty Competency and Utilizing Package Development for Construction of Marine Terminal Structure)

  • NCS development for construction of marine terminal structure was carried out through following procedures such as analysis on characteristics, analysis on duty, development of the first draft for standards, validation of industry sites, duty competency standards through expert committee, and utilizing package. The results were as follows. Firstly, duty competency was classified as levels from 3 to 7. Educational training institutions were followed by 22 universities, 21 colleges, 16 graduate schools, and 10 high schools. Secondly, developed standards were consisted of duty and competency unit. The name of duty was construction of marine terminal structure and competency units were consisted of 9 items as survey on economic effect, evaluation of conditions on construction environment, plan for construction of structure, construction of transfer, mooring, and power equipment, and construction, startup test, and maintenance of terminal structure. 33 competency unit elements below 9 competency units were developed. Thirdly, utilizing package was developed into 3 areas of life-long career path, training criteria, and guidelines for exam according to national competency standards for in order to develop development of labor's career and perform personal management such as hiring and promotion in industry sites.

종합병원 간호사의 경력정체가 직무만족과 간호역량에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Career Plateau on the Job Satisfaction and Nursing Competency of General Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the degree of career plateau in general hospital nurses, to examine the affects of career plateau on nurses' job satisfaction and nursing competency. Methods: The sample consisted of 234 general hospital nurses. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation and Hierarchical Multiple Regression. Results: Nurses' career plateau was associated with their job satisfaction, nursing competency. A statistically significant difference in job satisfaction was career plateau, charge nurse or higher in position and resilience predicted 41% of variance in job satisfaction of general hospital nurses. A statistically significant difference in nursing competency was total clinical experience, career plateau, preceptorship experience, charge nurse or higher in position and resilience predicted 43% of variance in nursing competency of general hospital nurses. Conclusion: These results of this study as presented above show that general hospital nurses' career plateau is associated with their job satisfaction and nursing competency. Career plateau is the most important variable in nursing competency. Based on the findings, general hospital nurses' career plateau management is empirically verified as a useful and effective method to increase their job satisfaction and nursing competency.

간호사의 비판적 사고성향, 학습 관련 자기주도성 및 간호업무수행능력에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Critical Thinking Disposition, Self-directed Learning Readiness and Professional Nursing Competency)

  • Purpose: A descriptive survey was used in this study to identify the relationship between nurses' critical thinking disposition, self-directed learning readiness and professional nursing competency and to examine factors that influence professional nursing competency. Methods: The data were collected from 188 nurses and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$' test, Pearson correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 20.0 PC program. Results: Professional nursing competency was found to have significant pure correlations with critical thinking disposition (r=.59, p<.001), and self-directed learning readiness (r=.54, p<.001). The most influential factor influencing nurses' professional nursing competency was critical thinking disposition, followed by self-directed learning readiness (${\beta}=.25$, p=.003), work department (${\beta}=.19$, p=.001), total clinical career (${\beta}=.19$, p=.003), and position (${\beta}=.12$, p=.040), and these factors explained 43.8% of the variance in professional nursing competency. Conclusion: The findings indicate the necessity of developing and applying strategies and educational programs to enhance individual nurse's critical thinking disposition and self-directed learning readiness. Furthermore, exploration is needed on ways to enhance professional nursing competency.

  • 본 논문에서는 여성농업인의 스마트 기기를 활용한 정보활용역량에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 제안한다. 본 연구는 농촌진흥청의 '여성농업인의 정보활용역량 측정지표 1차 조사' 자료를 활용하여 분석하였다. 조사대상은 여성농업인 200명을 대상으로 조사하였다. 분석방법은 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 활용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 분석결과 인지된 유용성, 자기효능감, 혁신성향 중 자기효능감과 혁신성향이 정보활용역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 인구사회학적 요인 중 교육수준, 스마트패드 보유여부, 스마트폰 사용기간이 정보활용역량에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 정보화에 취약계층인 여성농업인의 정보활용역량의 이해에 기여하고, 이를 토대로 여성농업인들의 정보활용역량 증대 방향을 제시하였다.
