예비 창업가의 긍정심리자본과 공적 자의식이 창업의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (The Effects of Nascent Entrepreneurs' Positive Psychological Capital and Public Self-Consciousness on Entrepreneurial Intentions)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of prep-entrepreneurs psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intention. For this purpose, this study established Positive psychological capital and Public self-consciousness as variables of psychological characteristics based on Social Identity Theory and, as factors affecting Positive psychological capital and Public self-consciousness, established Narcissism, Self-compassion and Career ambition as independent variables based on self-affirmation Theory. In order to verify research hypotheses, 358 questionnaires collected from prep-entrepreneurs were used for the empirical analysis. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, narcissism and self-compassion has a positive effect on positive psychological capital. Second, career ambition has a positive effect on public self-consciousness. Third, positive psychological capital and public self-consciousness has a positive effect on entrepreneurial intention. As the outcome of Mediating effect positive psychological capital and public self-consciousness has a Mediating effect on the relationship between narcissism, self-compassion, career ambition and entrepreneurial intention. This study has a meaning in that it confirmed the influential relationship between the prep-entrepreneurs' psychological characteristics and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study suggested its implications, limitations, and future research directions based on the study results.

혈액투석실 간호사의 감정노동, 공감피로, 직무 스트레스가 신체화 증상에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Emotional Labor, Compassion Fatigue and Occupational Stress on the Somatization of Nurses in Hemodialysis Units)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of emotional labor, compassion fatigue and occupational stress on the somatization of nurses in hemodialysis units. Methods: The sample consisted of 139 nurses in hemodialysis units from a tertiary hospital, a general hospital, a dialysis clinic, and a care hospital in G province. Data were analyzed using frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation and hierarchical multiple regression. Results: There were significant correlations of the experience of emotional labor, compassion fatigue and occupational stress with the somatization of nurses in hemodialysis units. Factors influencing somatization intention were 'emotional labor' (${\beta}=.37$, p<.001), which explained 28% of the variance (F=10.00, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that the factor influencing the somatization of nurses in hemodialysis units was emotional labor. Therefore, strategies to decrease emotional labor of nurses in hemodialysis units are required.

직무요구-자원 모델에 기반을 둔 중환자실 간호사의 소진 구조모형 (The Structural Equation Model of Burnout of the Critical Care Nurses Based on the Job Demand-Resource Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model of burnout of the critical care nurses based on the job demand-resource model. Methods: A structured questionnaire was completed by 414 critical care nurses. The relationships between concepts of job stress, empathic ability, resilience, job satisfaction, compassion fatigue and burnout were analyzed. Using SPSS WIN 22.0 and AMOS 22.0 programs, the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting burnout among critical care nurses were calculated and modelled. Results: The modified model was yielded as follows: Chi-square= 216.59, GFI= .93, AGFI= .89, NFI= .90, CFI= .93, RMSEA= .07, SRMR= .06 and showed good fit indices. Job satisfaction and compassion fatigue had mediation effects between other three exogenous variables and burnout. Conclusion: The major findings of this study indicate that it is important to develop a support program for critical care nurse in order to improve their job satisfaction and ameliorate their compassion fatigue.

Occupational Therapists' Professional Quality of Life

  • Occupational therapists (OTs) interface patients much longer than other healthcare workers and, thus, are likely to experience a high level of stress because of work, physical fatigue, lack of professional knowledge and skills, and problematic relationships with patients, etc. This study examined the quality of the lives of OTs and the workplace which is an influential factor. This study recruited 200 OTs and used a professional quality of life scale. We found that, only 27.0% experience high levels of compassion satisfaction (CS) and 80.5% and 74.5% experience high or average levels of burnout (BO) and secondary traumatic stress (STS) of compassion fatigue (CF), respectively. We discovered that CS was higher in temporary employees; and CF was higher in females, subjects in their 30s; and those working at general hospitals. Also, BO was higher in those with one to five years of clinical experience and regular employees. Last, STS was higher in the group without stable income. This study verified that clinical experience is a critical factor that reduces BO, and excessive workload outside of treatment lowers the professional quality of life. This suggests that work environment and regulations related to OTs must be improved to increase CS and reduce CF.

자애명상 프로그램이 간호대학생의 공감, 정서 및 스트레스에 미치는 효과 (The effect of a loving-kindness and compassion meditation program on the empathy, emotion, and stress of nursing college students)

  • Purpose: This study examined the effects of a loving-kindness and compassion meditation program on the empathy, emotion, and stress of nursing college students. Methods: A pre-posttest experimental design with a non-equivalent control group was applied. The participants were 39 nursing college students (experimental group: 19, control group: 20). The loving-kindness and compassion meditation program for nursing college students took 8 weeks. Data was collected from February 2016 to March 2016, and was analyzed by Chi-square test and independent t-test using IBM SPSS/WIN 19.0. Results: The difference between the experiment group and control group was statistically significant in empathy, negative affect, and perceived stress. Conclusion: The results indicate that the loving-kindness and compassion meditation program was effective for empathy improvement and stress management of nursing college students.

The Disaster Preparedness and Professional Quality of Life among Nurses in Emergency Rooms of Regional Emergency Medical Center

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the disaster preparedness and professional quality of life among nurses in emergency departments. The participants in this study were 56 nurses in emergency departments in two cities. The data were collected by questionnaires survey from January to August 2016. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS ver. 23.0 program. Participants' disaster preparedness was different according to position (t=-2.32, p=.004), type of working (t=-2.32, p=.004), and frequency of traumatic events (F=5.26, p=.009). There were significant differences by gender (t=2.88, p=.006), desire for continuous work in the emergency room (t=2.95, p=.005), and job satisfaction (F=10.81, p < .001) in compassion satisfaction. Burnout was different according to gender (t=-2.05, p=.045), choice of an emergency department (t=-2.37, p=.021), desire for continuous work in the emergency room (t=-2.31, p=.025), and job satisfaction (F=11.99, p < .001). Disaster preparedness and compassion satisfaction had positively significant correlations. Compassion satisfaction of nurses in emergency department was an important variable that should be considered to improve their disaster preparedness.

중환자실 간호사가 지각하는 인간중심 중환자간호 수행 정도 및 요구도 (Performance and Needs of Person-Centered Care of Intensive Care Unit Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was attempted to identify the importance and performance of person-centered care in nurses in intensive care units (ICU) at general hospitals and to derive the priority of practical person-centered care needs and intervention by analysing their needs. Methods: A total of 156 ICU nurses who wrote a written consent participated in a survey questionnaire on person-centered critical care nursing (PCCN). The collected data were analyzed using paired t-test, Borich's needs assessment, and the Locus for Focus Model. Results: All 15 items of person-centered care in ICU nurses were found to be significantly higher in perception of importance than performance level (t=17.98, p<.001). According to the analysis of Borich's needs and the Locus of Focus Model, person-centered care items with highest priority in ICU were therapeutic contact, comfort words and actions, and efforts to empathize with patients in the compassion category. Conclusion: As a strategy to improve the person-centered nursing performance of ICU nurses in the 'individuality', it is necessary for ICU nurses to recognize the ICU patients as an individualized person, not as a disease or machine-dependent entity. Also, it is necessary to develop programs to improve the ICU nurses' compassion competence because 'compassion' was a top priority according to Borich's needs assessment model and the Locus for Focus Model.

한국판 자기자비 척도의 요인 타당성 연구 (Study of Factor Validity of Korean Version Self-Compassion)

  • 자기자비 척도(Self-Compassion Scale: SCS)는 Neff(2003a)에 의해 개발되었고, 국내에서는 김경의, 이금단, 조용래, 채숙희, 이우경(2008)에 의해 번안 및 타당화 되었다. 하지만, 원척도와 한국판 자기자비 척도가 대학생만을 대상으로 타당화 한 제한점이 있고, 자기자비 척도의 요인 구조가 일관되지 않는다는 국외 연구 결과도 보고되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 18세에서 79세의 성인 435명을 대상으로 설문한 자료를 바탕으로 자기자비 척도의 요인 타당성을 검증하였다. 이를 위해 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였고, 확인적 요인분석에서는 2요인, 3요인, 6요인 구조 세 가지 모형으로 구성하여 모델의 적합도를 비교 검증하였다. 분석결과, 탐색적 요인분석에서 6개의 요인이 나타났으며, 확인적 요인분석에서도 6요인 구조가 가장 적합한 것으로 나타났다.

자기-자애척도의 한국어판 개발을 위한 예비연구 (Preliminary Study for the Development of the Korean Version of Self-Compassion Scale)

  • 연구목적: 본 연구에서는 주로 의과 대학생을 대상으로 한국어판 자기-자애 척도의 신뢰도를 조사해 보고자 하였다. 방 법: 본 연구에서는 의과 대학생 및 일반인 484명을 대상으로 자기-자애 척도를 평가 하였으며 자기-자애 척도의 6개 요인에 따른 남녀별 측정치를 구하고, 남녀 간의 차이를 독립 표본 t-검사를 통해서 비교하였다. 또한, 내적 일치도와 검사-재검사 신뢰도(n=30)를 측정하였다. 결 과: 한국판 자기-자애 척도의 내적 일치도(Cron-bach's alpha)는 0.76 이었으며 각 6개 요인에 대한 전체 점수의 검사-재검사 점수 간의 Pearson 상관계수는 0.53이었다. 각 요인에 대한 반분 신뢰도 분석에서 자기-자애 척도 전체 26문항에 대한 Guttman split-half reliability는 0.89으로 측정 되었으며 6가지 각 요인에 대한 신뢰도는 0.60에서 0.85로 측정되었다. 결 론: 본 연구에서 한국어판 자기-자애 척도는 만족할 만한 수준의 신뢰도를 보여 주었다. 타당도에 대한 추가적인 연구가 보완될 경우 한국어판 자기-자애 척도를 다양한 임상 영역 및 연구에서 유용한 도구로 이용할 수 있을 것이라 생각된다.

사회복지사들이 경험하는 컴페션이 집단적 자긍심에 미치는 영향: 긍정적 업무관련 정체성의 매개효과와 조직 동일시의 조절효과 (The Effects of Compassion experienced by Social Workers on Collective Self-Esteem: Mediating Effect of Positive Work-Related Identity and Moderating Effect of Organizational Identification)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 컴페션이 긍정적 업무 관련 정체성을 매개로 집단적 자긍심에 미치는 영향을 실증하는 것이고, 긍정적 업무관련 정체성의 매개효과와 조직 동일시의 조절효과를 실증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 2018년 4월1일부터 4월25일까지 서울지역 12개 사회복지기관과 경기지역 13개 사회복지 기관에 근무하는 사회복지사 369명을 표본으로 하였다. 본 연구결과 사회복지사들이 경험하는 컴페션이 긍정적 업무관련정체성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 실증되었다. 또한 긍정적 업무관련정체성이 집단적 자긍심에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 검증되었으며, 긍정적 업무관련정체성의 매개효과와 조직 동일시의 조절효과 역시 유의한 것으로 실증되었다. 따라서 본 연구는 사회복지사들이 조직 내에서 컴페션을 경험할 때 업무에 대한 긍정성과 집단에 대한 자긍심, 그리고 조직 동일시를 갖게 될 것을 시사해준다.
