도시성장에 따른 효율적인 중학교군 설정 방법 연구 - 세종특별자치시의 중학교군을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Appropriate Allotment Methodology of Middle School District According to Urban Growth - Focusing on the Middle School District in Sejong City -)

  • This study aims at proposing the efficient settlement of middle school district and the appropriate allotment of middle school student. It focuses on the middle school district in Sejong city where has recently been developed. Firstly this study analyzes the long-term plans of school establishment, the current state of the student accommodation and the number of increasing students according to the continuing developments. To set up the efficient school district, it investigates the number of students per school district, school location and the commuting condition to each school. Throughout a question investigation to school parents, it analyzes the school choice factors - distant to school, school environment, school facilities, teacher's passion, the school curriculum, and so on. Furthermore it carries out focus group interview(FGI) targeting parents and teachers. It proposes a short-distance allotment method as an appropriate disposition of middle school student in Sejong city, which conducts a process of the first-application and the later-draw with a community as a unit.

농촌개발사업의 의사결정기구 -간척지 취락계획을 위한 평가체계의 수립- (Decision-Making Process in Rural Reconstruction Project - An Evaluation Technique for Village Planning in Newly Reclaimed Land -)

  • In this study, a tentative decision-making matrix for village planning in reclaimed land was proposed. The evaluating conditions in the matrix are reclaimed farming acreage and distance. And the indexes for evaluation works are farming acreage required for increasing present farm size to target size in the base of, allowable commuting distance for farming from and effective controlling distance of each village. The village planning strategies are considered into four categories ; upkeep of present village scale, transfer of its superfluous farming acreage to a neighbouring village, enlargement of present village scale and new village construction in reclaimed land. As a case study, the proposed decision-making matrix was applied to 69 villages, which are contiguous to the potential farming area from reclamation works of Yongsan River Basin Comprehensive Development Project Phase Ill and so considered in this study as future farming villages there. From the application results, the following tactics for village planning may be proposed ; principally, upkeep or enlargement of present village scale, but, in an exceptional few cases of standard farming size being 3~5ha, new village construction of normal or satellite scale.

  • 최근 자전거 이용 활성화를 위한 계획들은 다른 연구들에 비해 비교적 낮다. 또한, 자전거 도로의 접근성 측면의 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 지형적 요소와 이용자의 특성을 고려한 연구는 부족하다. 자전거 이용자는 지형적 요소로 경사도와 교차로의 영향을 많이 받으며, 최적 거리의 노선을 요구한다. 본 연구는 자전거 활용에 있어서 통학에서 경로선택을 할 때 지형적 요소를 고려한 최적 노선을 선택하는 경로기법을 제시한다. 이를 위해 최적경로의 연산에 있어서 경사도와 교차로를 고려한 식을 도출하였다. 제시된 변형식은 송파 일대에 적용하여 편도와 왕복으로 실험하였으며, 일반적인 최적경로와 비교하여 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 TOD는 대중교통수단의 분담율 제고가 목적인데 이를 위한 정책대안의 모색에 필요한 새로운 분석기법을 제시하였다. 교통수단의 결정요인은 개인 특성과 라이프스타일 그리고 도시공간특성인데 이 요인들은 상호의존적으로 복합적 결합작용은 한다. 또한 개인과 그룹 및 지역 특성은 서로 다른 차원에서 상호의존성을 갖는다. 전통적 회귀분석과는 달리 위계적 분석모형은 요인들 간의 상호의존성과 복합결합적 영향관계를 규명하는 장점이 있다. 이러한 분석 기법에 의한 결과는 보다 효율적인 TOD정책 대한의 모색에 많은 기여를 할 것으로 기대된다.

시뮬레이션 프로그램을 이용한 신규 차량의 인테리어 물질에 따른 VOC와 폼알데히드의 농도 변화에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Concentration Variations of VOCs and Formaldehyde on the Type of Interior Materials of New Vehicles by Simulation Program)

  • The concentrations of Volatile Organic Compounds(VOCs) and Formaldehyde(HCHO) for interior materials of new vehicles are estimated and recognized by using the simulation program known as IAQx. The concentrations of contaminants are estimated and evaluated by the ventilation rates of new domestic vehicles and the required ventilation rates for new vehicles are estimated through the given contaminant data. This study is conducted to compare the ventilation rates for the contaminants between the discontinuously ventilated new vehicles and the continuously ventilated new vehicles using the simulation program. The equation of ventilation rate of new vehicles is acquired to be able to lower initial concentrations below the standard level under different conditions for both business and personal commuting.

  • ONE 시뮬레이터는 지연내성망 라우팅 프로토콜을 실험하기 위한 도구로 사용되고 있다. 지연내성망의 특성상 이동 모델은 라우팅 프로토콜의 실험 결과에 중대한 영향을 미친다. 특히, 근무일 이동 모델은 교통수단을 이용한 출퇴근 이동, 근무 시간의 미팅장소 이동, 퇴근 후 교외 활동 등과 같은 실제와 비슷한 환경을 제공한다. 선행연구에서는 여기에 택시 이동 모델을 제안했다. 하지만, 제안된 택시 이동 모델은 택시가 승객을 찾는 과정에서 현실과 차이가 있다. 본 논문에서는 실제와 비슷한 환경을 구성하기 위해서 택시 운전자의 지역성 및 가시거리 범위를 고려한 향상된 택시 이동 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 기존 택시 이동 모델과 비교하여 어떤 차이점이 있는지 분석한다.

어린이 보호구역의 안전성 제고를 위한 교통 안전시설 실태연구 (The Research of Existing Traffic Safety Facilities Condition for Enhancing in School Zone Safety)

  • Children are out future society members but they are not well cared to be safe from various accidents. This is due to facilities were installed upon the children's for adults which can not provide safe traffic environment for children's schooling who are not fare enough experience and matured. "The Rule of declaim for school zone and it's Management"was established in the year 1995 based on the article 11 by the "Road Traffic Low". And 15,136 school zone declared by the above rule. In this study, four elementary schools located in Nowon-gu are selected and analyzed about state of elementary school, scope of school zone, installation of street furniture, and safety signs. The analysis showed that scope of school zone is currently set in 150-meter though the regulation is within 300-meter radius. Therefore, expansion of the scope is required. It is necessary to take control of vehicle during commuting times and holograms which can be noticed in school zone have to be installed as well. Through these improvements, safety zone will be offered to children effectually.

KTX 통근권역의 통행행태 분석 (Travel Behavior Analysis of KTX Commuter Belt)

  • 교통계획을 수립하는 계획가들은 그동안 출퇴근 교통수단의 전환을 촉진하는 정책적 노력을 지속적으로 추진해왔다. 본 논문은 경부축 고속철도 등장이후 지역간 통행체계의 변화된 통근행태를 분석해보고자 하였다. 연구에 사용된 데이터는 코레일의 2004년$\sim$2008년 간의 자료이다. KTX 정기권 이용자의 등장으로 인해 그동안의 정성적인 추정이 아닌 계량적인 분석을 통해 통근권 변화에 대해서 거리대, 시간대, 운임수준 및 기종점 통행패턴에 대해 분석하였으며, KTX로 인해 통근거리는 길어졌지만 통행시간 감소로 인한 편익을 인식하게 되면서 정기권 이용자의 통근권역이 확장되었음을 나타낸다.

대학 임시주거 거주학생들의 임시주거에 대한 태도 - 건축학과 학생들을 중심으로 - (An Attitude of Residents on College Temporary Housing - Focused on Students in Architectural Design Program -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors negatively affecting college life, to investigate the perception gap between housing types, and to generate preliminary data for increasing residential satisfaction of students who live in temporary housing(e.g., dormitory or one-room). The utilized research methods included a questionnaire survey and an in-depth interview. The college students, especially from other regions, experienced more financial difficulties than others. They managed their tuition and living expense/allowance by parents supports and other sources(e.g., scholarship, arbeit, work in college, loan etc.). The reasons to choose dormitory, as temporary housing, were short distance to college and low costs. In case of one room, independent life was main reason to choose. Gender differences affected to the decision, moving away from present temporary housing. For example, male students preferred an independent life and a short commuting distance, while female students preferred an independent life and a safe life. Thus, considering the origin and gender differences of residents, dormitory planning needed to develop plans allowing independent life and to choose appropriate site for the purpose. In case of planning one room apartment, concerns for safety and landscape were more important than other factors.

지역 특성 변수를 활용한 미국 남동부지역 도농혼재 유형화 연구 (Study on the Urban-rural Complex Classification of Southeastern States in the U. S. using Regional Characteristics Variables)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of the 11 southeastern states in the United States by using regional characteristics variables and to classify the regions. First, 19 variables from four categories of population, society, industry-economy and urban service were selected and factor analysis were conducted, and the result showed five major factors of population, economic condition, job and commuting. Based on the following factor scores, a cluster analysis was conducted, and eight types of big city, medium-sized city, bed town, small town, urban hinterland, retirement town, and rural village were derived. These types of spatial distribution characteristics showed big cities were by different types of regions and they formed metropolitan areas. Each types of classified regions were located along the road network with hierarchy. The study focused on cases in the southeastern regions of the United States and can be used as a comparison with Korean cases. If the same research method is applied to Korea in the future, or if the time series of changes is tracked by analyzing different time points, it will greatly help identify the characteristics of urban and rural mixed areas.
