The Community Social Service Investment project started as a state subsidy project in 2007 and has grown very rapidly in quantitative terms in a short period of time. It is a bottom-up project that discovers the welfare needs of people and plans and provides services suitable for them. The purpose of this study is to analyze using big data to determine the social response to local community service investment projects. For this, data was collected and analyzed by crawling with a specific keyword of community service investment project on Google and Naver sites. As for the analysis contents, monthly search volume, related keywords, monthly search volume, search rate by age, and gender search rate were conducted. As a result, 10 items were found as related keywords in Google, and 3 items were found in Naver. The overall results of Google and Naver sites were slightly different, but they increased and decreased at almost the same time. Therefore, it can be seen that the community service investment project continues to attract users' interest.

Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) have made it easier for healthcare workers and patients to monitor patients' status continuously in real time. WBANs have complex and diverse network structures; thus, management and control can be challenging. Therefore, considering emerging Software-defined networks (SDN) with WBANs is a promising technology since SDN implements a new network management and design approach. The SDN concept is used in this study to create more adaptable and dynamic network architectures for WBANs. The study focuses on comparing the performance of two SDN controllers, POX and Ryu, using Mininet, an open-source simulation tool, to construct network topologies. The performance of the controllers is evaluated based on bandwidth, throughput, and round-trip time metrics for networks using an OpenFlow switch with sixteen nodes and a controller for each topology. The study finds that the choice of network controller can significantly impact network performance and suggests that monitoring network performance indicators is crucial for optimizing network performance. The project provides valuable insights into the performance of SDN-based WBANs using POX and Ryu controllers and highlights the importance of selecting the appropriate network controller for a given network architecture.
This study attempts to provide implications for developing more efficient and effective community-based support system with AIP perspective for the elderly in Korea. The main purpose of this study is to analyze Japan's community-based integrated care system that respond to the concept of aging in place (AIP) and its cases. In Japan, they have offered Community-Based Service since 2005, and the advanced system which include integrated support categories and consolidated community/local resources will started in 2015 by The revision of Long-term Care Insurance policy, 2012. The result of policy analysis and case studies are as follows: 1) The suggestion for ideal support system model promoted a relationship of multiple agents include private sectors even resident and senior and specified responsibility sharing, 2) the system proposed Not only health and medical care support, living care and residence are also addressed as a comprehensive support. and 3) the amount of available community resource is different by each local government, but the effort to get the understanding of community residents and to connect with a potential community resource is also essential aspect to set effective community-based support system.
The purpose of this research was to observe the management system of 18 free meal service centers for the low-income homebound elderly in Chungcheongbuk-Do In order researchers interviewed staff members of the free meal service centers. Based on the results of interviews with staff members of the meal service organization. only two centers used a standard recipe. and most of the meal preparation was controlled under the experience of volunteers. Only two meal service centers employed dietitians due to the lak of budgets. The cost of a meal per day ranged from ₩ 556 to ₩2,750 and the number of attendants at meal service ranged from 35 to 350 persons. The budget for most of the meal service centers is not enough to provide meals for the elderly who want to participated in free meal service programs. Home delivery meal service was not considered due to the lake of manpower and areal dispersion in rural ares. Most meal service organizations did not cooperate with other community service organizations. Several improvement strategies are recommended for the effective running of the free meal service centers. First, a nutrition specialist should be included in the staff members of the service organization to provide nutritious meal service to the elderly Second, a joint control system might be introduced into the present system to reduced the cost and the recover the limitations of areal dispersion. Third, service, coordination should be considered to overcome the problem of lake resources.
This study proposes community based web service for contents providers and web designers to provide user-centered approach on Wordpress theme search and customizstion process. The contents and structure of theme information is analyzed and online communities on programming and Wordpress are studied to development of community based, theme contents service scenario. As a result, I launched 'Themettack' web service, I took beta testing with 20 users for 2 weeks, and found that theme template image and ideal theme contest services are the most satisfactory experiences. Various community contents which tested in this study and user participation data provided proper directions of Wordpress theme service as open source platform.
The purpose of this study was to explore the experiences and future challenges in providing of social service based on agro-healing. The study conducted was a general qualitative research which involved the collection and analysis of experiences shared by four representatives of participating in Gyeonggi-do community service investment pilot project. The data were gathered through individual in-depth interviews, and the findings were thoroughly analyzed to draw meaningful insights. The study revealed three main topics of discussion: "knowing the necessity of entering social services," "thresholds to be crossed to enter social services," and "future tasks". The respondents' demographic, socio-economic, and medical characteristics, rehabilitation service received, willingness to receive home-visit rehabilitation services, and satisfaction with the rehabilitation services were analyzed by frequency and percentage. A Likert scoring system consisting of five agreement-disagreement categories was applied to each item, consisting of Very Satisfied, Satisfied, So-So, Poorly Satisfied, and Very Poorly Satisfied. The major findings were as follows: 1) The rehabilitation services used included medical rehabilitation (26.9%), followed by social assistance (23.5%), diagnosis by a physician at home (17.3%), medical examination (12.3%), housekeeping services (6.2%), and vocational and educational rehabilitation (3.5%). 2) Of the medical services, the respondents desired physical therapy at home and free rental of rehabilitation equipment, such as wheelchairs, canes, walkers, the most, followed by home visit occupational therapy, nursing services, and oriental medicine service in descending order. 3) Some of the respondents expressed so-so satisfaction (50.0%) or dissatisfaction (16.9%) with the rehabilitation services provided by the Wonju Public Health Center. These findings should prove useful when planning or extending community-based rehabilitation programs for the homebound disabled in the community.

A structured questionnaire on the characteristics of caregivers, resources, and patients was administered. Also, questions on the need of community care services were added. Logistic regression analysis was used to identify the influencing factors of the need for community care services. Results: The participant needed more transportation service, lease of health care devices, visiting bath, caring, visiting hair dressing than that of housekeeping, short-term care, and day care service. Various variables from the three factors were found to be influenced on the need of community care services. Conclusion: The accessibility of the higher need of community care services should be increased for hospital-based home care users. Also, the factors of Family care giver, Resource, and Patient might be considered to provide community care services of hospital-based home care users.

The purpose of this study was to investigate service support programs for the work-family balance in the community. Service support programs in the community are at beginning stages of development, because it has taken about 10 years to put a self-governing system into practice in Korea. This study concentrates on service support programs developed by various service organizations in the city and does not include any rural districts. First, the developmental process of the work-family balance model and type of the service support program in the community were studied. Next, the situation of care service support was examined based on written articles. Finally, a few suggestions were made f3r work-family balance in the community. The developmental situation of work-flmily balance in Korea is in a stage which is shifting from the company-leading model to a family-company-community model. The most common type of service support program offered in the community until now has been the informal sector through relatives, neighbors or friends. However, service support programs, in the public sector by the government and in the voluntary sector by nonprofit organizations and corporations, has rapidly been growing and the number of services from each sector has also increased. Profit organizations in the private sector, such as medical and care service centers, are also now rapidly increasing. It appears that service support programs contributing to the work-family balance in the community come from a number of sectors, including public, voluntary, private and informal sectors, to suit consumer needs.
