In the 2015 revised curriculum, "creative and convergent talent prize" was presented as a human resource to be pursued by current curriculum. The core competencies that future talent should have are self-management capacity, knowledge information processing capacity, creative thinking capacity, aesthetic capacity, communicative competence, and community competence. The mathematical teaching methods based on Rudolf Steiner's anthroposophy education theory is an education that actively raises the aesthetic sensitivity of students. Therefore, this study investigates the features of educational methods based on the Steiner's anthroposophy and examines mathematics education methods based on them.
The purpose of this paper was to examine various aspects of meaning negotiation process in online chatting. Korean college students were asked to engage in chatting on the Internet over the course of a semester-long period, and chatting transcripts were analyzed in terms of sources of communication breakdown, signals to indicate communication breakdown, strategies to overcome communication breakdown, and ways of closing meaning negotiation. According to the findings of the study, lack of background knowledge and incoherent string of sentences in text were two major barriers creating communication problems. Subjects were able to use signals to indicate their communication difficulties, and overcome them by using different strategies. In doing so, however, they were found to suffer a narrow range of signals and strategies, which showed their limited communicative ability in the management of interaction, and indicated a clear, strong need for an extension of discourse and strategic competences of Korean students for more effective and smoother transition of message in everyday interaction.

This researcher has been teaching basic education even before the communication skills curriculum was created in college, now, in a situation where communication skills have become selective education, it is intended to grasp the perception of college students about communication skills for first graders. This study attempted to analyze the survey area in more depth through group FGI after conducting an online survey by dividing it into several items. As a result, students felt that communication skills became motktkre important through COVID-19. Among the bottom five communication skills, speaking skills were found to be the most important, reading ability was recognized as the least important. On the other hand, there was a strong hope to know about the level of communication ability, type of communication, and method of communication about oneself. In addition, they recognized that communication skills should be learned in their first year of college, and hoped to be operated at all times as a non-disciplinary program. In particular, in the bottom five areas of communication skills, the expectations and actual hopes for speaking skills were the highest compared to the rest, and in terms of teaching and learning methods, they wanted to improve their skills through feedback and practice rather than theory. These research results have great implications for setting the direction of operation of classes, such as the content and method of classes in communication skills, in the future.

The aim of this paper is to briefly consider the present state regarding Korean language education for multicultural family members, and to consider the outcomes produced so far. Married woman immigrants and their children must be one of the most significant groups for Korean language education in terms of their huge number and their roles and meanings in Korean society. In order to uplift the Korean communicative ability for multicultural family members, an effective operating system for Korean language education is needed, and also live and efficient Korean language instruction must be given by capable Korean language teachers with adequate teaching materials. A customized Korean language education must also be offered based on researches about the characteristics of multicultural family members as "Korean language learners". Korean language education for married woman immigrants has almost been set up in some extent, in terms of teaching materials and the teacher training system. Therefore, an efficient operating system must be constructed so that the developed teaching materials can be actively utilized in the site of Korean language education. A periodical retraining of Korean language teachers for multicultural family members is also necessary for the improvement of Korean language teaching efficiency. However, Korean language education for multicultural children is still in its infancy due to its late start-up. By the support of the Korean government, the curriculum of Korean language education has recently been fixed, KSL text books are being developed, and a diagnostic tool for evaluating their Korean language ability is now in progress. Many continuing concerns and support must still be provided for the improvement of their Korean language ability and fostering them as competitive and capable of speaking Korean.
Lately, teaching methods and instruments have become student-centered and are directed towards developing a communicative competence of learners. However, compared with that of other countries, the level of our students English is not very good. I guess the reason is that our English education is focused on the uniformal teaching methods regardless of the differences of intelligence, affective domains and study time. I tried to find the relationship between these factors and the students' English accomplishments. So I divided the students into 2 groups of superior and inferior students by the standard of intelligence, affective domain and study time and compared the scores between the groups in the fields of reading comprehension, grammar, pronunciation, accent, vocabulary, and listening. These were the results that followed: First, intelligence has a great influence students' English accomplishment in all fields. Second, affective domains such as motivation, anxiety, attitude, confidence, and studying time also have some influence on the students' English accomplishments. Third, the sequence of these factors according to their influence force are as follows: study time, anxiety, intelligence, motivation, attitude, and confidence. So we can conclude that we should teach English according to our students' ability in the field of intelligence and affective domains and should not ignore the individual differences they have.
In order to understand meaningful customer experience in social media, this study profiles customer engagement by exposing the essential brand experience rooms in hyper-reality contexts. This study selects Snuggie as a target brand as it uses multiple contact points, including social media, to provide meaningful experience to customers. With their unique marketing strategy, Snuggie became a popular brand among the U. S. customers beyond just a wearable blanket. Upon analyzing a total of 364 customer reviews about Snuggie in Amazon.com, five experience rooms were exposed; "Physical artifacts" and "customer involvement" are influential experience rooms which signify interactions between products and customers, while "intangible artifacts", "technology" and "customer placement" reflect a lower degree of experiential engagement. This approach suggests a theoretical foundation in understanding the customer engagement concepts by the means of brand experience dimensions in social media. The ability to create compelling engagement in social media depends on the successful facilitation of relationships and information, which lead to a creative, communicative and interactive experience.
The purpose that the curriculum appropriate for the student's level pursues is to offer to a student the curriculum that can satisfy the student's interest, aptitude, and requirements. This curriculum has recently enforced all over the country, but the careful research and the plan for verification on its effect are required so that it may accomplish its purpose. This study, centered on the reading comprehension ability of Freshman English of the High School, aims to suggest a more desirable procedure for organizing and enforcing the curriculum appropriate for the students' level. In order to provide the best curriculum appropriate for the student's level. (1) the diagnosis of the individual student's level should be made first ; (2) the syllabus focused both on the grammar and on the communicative functions should be prepared ; (3) the teaching material on the basis of the syllabus should be selected considering the student's interest. and requirements. The new method of teaching-learning English should also be developed with the enforcement of the new curriculum discussed here. The curriculum appropriate for the student's level has many kinds of problems but these disadvantages should be overcome for providing the better educational system for the individual student.
