위탁급식사와 고객사 간의 관계특성이 관계의 질과 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of The Relationship Characteristics Between Contracted Foodservice Companies and Its Client Companies to Relationship Quality and Long-Term Orientation)

  • The objective of this study was to examine the effects of relationships between food service companies and their client companies by surveying employees working at cafeterias among a food service companies' client companies. For this purpose, previous research was reviewed, and confirmatory research was conducted using a questionnaire. In the questionnaire survey, the subjects were sampled through convenience sampling from the client companies of A Food Service Company, and 182 valid questionnaires were used in the analysis. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the characteristics of the relationship between the food service company and its client companies, which were reputation, communication, operation skill, and contact-point employees' service quality, had a significant effect on trust, and the effect was high in the order of contact-point employees' service quality, communication, operation skill, and reputation. Satisfaction was significantly affected by reputation, operation skill, and contact-point employee' service quality, but not by communication. The effect was high in the order of contact-point employees' service quality, reputation, and operation skill. In addition, reputation, communication, operation skill, and contact-point employees' service quality had a significant effect on long-term orientation, and the effects were high in the order of reputation, contact-point employees' service quality, communication, and operation skill. Second, with regard to the quality of relationships between a food service company and its client companies, trust had a significant effect on satisfaction. Third, among the factors related to the quality of relationships between the food service company and its client companies, trust and satisfaction had a significant effect on long-term orientation, and the effect of satisfaction was higher than that of trust. This study has scientific significance as one of only a few studies on factors affecting the long-term relationship between food service companies and their client companies, along with managerial implications that contact-point employees' capabilities are most important in service businesses, and thus efforts should be made at employing and educating them properly.

시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Simulation-Based Practice on Critical Thinking Disposition, Communication Skill, and Clinical Performance for Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 핵심역량을 향상 시킬 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기반 실습교육을 개발 적용하여 비판적사고 성향, 의사소통 능력, 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위하여 시도되었다. 단일군 사전-사후설계의 실험 연구로 G도 소재 간호대학생 4학년 53명을 대상으로 자가보고식 설문지를 이용하여 2016년 6월10일 부터 8월19일 까지 자료를 수집하였다. 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육은 4개의 실습 모듈을 이용하여 6-8시간/일, 총 60시간 적용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18을 이용하여 빈도, paried t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 전 후 임상수행능력은 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으나 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통 능력은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 시뮬레이션 실습 교육 후 임상수행능력은 비판적 사고성향(r=.628, p<.001), 의사소통(r=.716, p<.001)과 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통(r=.650, p<.001)도 정의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 추후 임상수행능력 향상을 위해 비판적 사고성향과 의사소통능력을 높일 수 있는 시뮬레이션 기반 실습 교육의 개발 및 효과를 검증할 수 있는 연구가 필요하다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope Premarital Relationship Enrichment Program (PREP). This Program was based on survey (416 data used) for the need of PREP. The results was as followings : 1. The object wanted that the curriclumn were included marital values, love and intimacy, communication skill, understanding of personality, good relationship of both parents, adaptation of both families, healthy self-image, sex knowlege, constructive conflict-solving, financial management skill, reasonable decision-making, family planning, marital roles, concrete marriage readiness. 2. A Study on Transforming ICT Research Information Service into Semantic Web Environment

  • The Research on the ICT(Information & Communication Technology) is proposed the category to IT839 strategy by Government. Government is driving to researching on technology about IT839 Strategy. By transforming this category and research information into Semantic Web environment, it is possible to search function utilizing knowledge base and information object by use of TBox and ABox. In this regard, this study proposes technology for generation of Semantic Web Document about ICT Research Information. The ontology is constructed by using category to IT839 Strategy. The features of framework proposed in this study is to have used a skill to directly map Ontology instance and in case of inability of direct mapping, proposed a skill to establish reliable Semantic Web Document by suggesting indirect mapping skill using mechanical study. In addition, it is possible to establish low cost/high quality Semantic Web Document about ICT research information.

지역사회 청소년의 리더쉽기술과 조직몰입 관계분석 (Investigating the Relationship between Leadership Skills and Organizational Commitment of Community Youth)

  • Rearing community youth has been main factors of sustainable agriculture and rural community. The purposes of this study were to analyze the leadership skill and organizational commitment of community youth and to investigate the relationship between leadership skill and organizational commitment. The data were collected from 196 rural youth by stratified random sampling. The study was adopted t-test, ANOVA factor analysis and correlation analysis. The major findings of this study were as follows; First, community youth married, wealthier, and expanded farming area were more likely to have leadership life skills than others. Second, community youth wealthier and expanded farming area were more likely to have organizational commitment than others. Third, group activity, being leader, teaming skill, communication self understanding, decision making, language skill among leadership skills have positively correlated with organizational commitment.

  • This study aimed to provide basic data for enhancing the structural relationship among learning motivation, learning confidence, critical thinking skill and problem-solving ability in junior high school students and factors influencing problem-solving ability, by closely examining them. To this end, it investigated the causality among variables, for 390 junior high school students in Gangwondo, based on the outcomes of a questionnaire survey conducted to verify the effectiveness of digital textbooks. Although learning motivation did not have a significant effect on critical thinking skill, learning confidence had a direct effect on it. In addition, learning motivation, learning confidence and critical thinking skill had direct effects on problem-solving ability. In order to enhance problem-solving ability, therefore, We may be necessary to make efforts to support learning capabilities and provide opportunities for them to experience rich learning and resources.

리더십 향상을 위한 초등과학 영재 교수 학습 프로그램의 효과 (The Effects of the Teaching and Learning Program to Improve Leadership for the Gifted in Science)

  • The purpose of this study is to devise a teaching and learning strategies of leadership for the gifted in science, to develop a leadership reinforcement program using the strategies, and to verify the effectiveness of the program. We designed teaching and learning strategies of leadership for the gifted in science as follows; to give a chance to exercise the essential elements of leadership life skills through science activities. The activities based on students' interest should stimulate reflective thinking and cooperation with each other. We found out that the teaching and learning program for leadership improvement for the gifted in science was effective, especially group management skill, communication skill, decision-making skill, human relations skill, and self-understanding skill.

고위험 임부간호교육에 적용한 팀 기반 학습이 학업성취도, 문제해결능력 및 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Team Based Learning on Academic Achievement, Problem Solving Skill and Communication Ability in High Risk Pregnant Nursing)

  • 본 연구는 팀 기반 학습방법을 고위험 임부간호교육에 적용하여 학생들의 학업성취도, 문제해결능력 및 의사소통능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위한 동등성 대조군 전후 실험설계연구이다. 연구대상은 J도에 소재한 간호학과 2학년 중 실험군 60명, 대조군 60명으로 총 120명이었다. 주 1회, 8주간 프로그램을 실시하였으며 실시 전과 후에 학업성취도, 문제해결능력 및 의사소통능력을 측정하였다. 측정된 자료는 ${\chi}^2-test$와 Fisher's exact test, independent t-test, paired t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과 학업성취도에서는 두 군 간의 유의한 차이가 없었으나(1차 시험: p=.38, 2차 시험: p=.26) 학습자의 문제해결능력과 의사소통능력을 증진시켰다(p<.001). 그러므로 본 연구는 팀 기반 학습이 고위험 임부간호교육에서 학생들의 문제해결능력과 의사소통능력을 향상시키는데 효과적임을 파악한 점에서 연구의 의의를 지니며, 향후 다른 간호학 전공 분야의 효과적인 교수법으로 확대적용 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

간호대학생의 의사소통 중요성 인식, 자존감 및 의사소통능력이 환자안전태도에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Perception of Importance of Communication, Self-esteem and Communication skill on Patient Safety attitude of Nursing student)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통 중요성 인식, 자존감 및 의사소통능력이 환자안전태도에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 간호학과 3·4학년에 재학 중인 164명을 대상으로 설문지를 이용하여 2019년 5월 17일부터 6월 14일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, 위계적 회귀분석으로 SPSS WIN 23을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 의사소통 중요성 인식은 3.75점(5점 척도), 자존감은 3.64점(4점 척도), 의사소통능력은 3.60점(5점 척도), 환자안전태도는 4.44점(5점 척도)으로 나타났다. 환자안전태도는 의사소통 중요성 인식(r=.57. p <.001), 자존감(r=.32. p <.001), 의사소통능력(r=.34. p <.001)과 유의한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 의사소통 중요도 인식(β=.520, p<.001)과 자존감(β=.165, p=.039)이 환자안전태도를 34.9% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 환자안전태도을 향상시키기 위해서 의사소통 중요성 인식과 자존감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발 및 적용이 필요하다.

공업계 고등학교 학생들의 직업기초능력의 수준과 개선 방안 (A Study on the Key Competencies of Industrial High School Students and Some Way of their Improvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to measure the level of the key competencies of industrial high school students and to use it as the basic material so as to improve the key competencies. The subject was 359 industrial high school students(boys: 244, girls: 115) in Seoul, Daejeon, Gwangju, and Busan. The instrument used to measure the key competencies is that developed by Cheol-Young Jeong, which was partly revised with the help of a group of experts. The results of this study showed some of skills were below an average of 3.0, which were writting skill(M=2.85) and speaking skill(M=2.96) in communication skills, logical thinking(M=2.98) in problem solving skills, leadership skill(M=2.88) in interpersonal skills, and self-improvement skill(M=2.96) and the spirit of public service(M=2.93) in self-management and self-improvement skills. But technology skills were above an average of 3.0. And it appeared that technology skills(P=.023) depended on having a certificate or not, and so did communication skills(P=.020) and problem solving skills(P=.034) on the types of a course(employment or entrance into a college). So, to strengthen the key competencies which appeared below an average of 3.0 in this study, not only does the curriculum of industrial high schools need to be reorganized, but systematic strengthening program of key competencies should also be developed.
