본 연구는 간호대학생의 스마트폰 과의존과 의사소통능력과의 관계에서 학업스트레스의 매개효과를 규명하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 A시와 Y시의 간호대학생을 대상으로, 연구 기간은 2023년 3월 2일부터 3월 9일까지였고, 분석 대상은 139명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0, Process macro program을 사용하여 기술적 통계, Pearson correlation을 실시하였다. 스마트폰 과의존과 의사소통능력과의 관계에서 학업스트레스의 매개효과를 확인한 결과 학업스트레스(β=-186, p=.023)는 스마트폰 과의존(β=.226, p=.005)과 의사소통능력(β=-.314, p<.001) 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 대한 변인별 설명력은 15.4%로 나타났다. 또한, 간호대학생의 스마트폰 과의존을 낮추기 위해서는 스마트폰 사용에 대해 교육하고 자제력을 키울 필요성이 있으며, 학업스트레스에 대처할 수 있는 중재방안을 마련하고 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발해야 한다.

The present study investigates how communication styles of leaders affect job performance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through followers' positive psychological capital. While previous studies have examined the relationships among positive psychological capital, job performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), much less known about the effect of communication styles of leaders. This study divides leaders' communication patterns into dogmatic communication and sociable communication. To verify hypotheses of this study, we used data collected from the fashion companies. 191 surveys were distributed and 142 responses were used for the analysis. Empirical results show that sociable communication of leaders has positive impact on followers' positive psychological capital, job performance, and OCB, while dogmatic communication style didn' t have a significant impact on positive psychological capital, job performance, and OCB. In addition, job performance is influenced strongly by followers' positive psychological capital than OCB in sociable communication condition. The results of this study suggest implications for understanding the important role of communication styles on the relationship between followers' psychological mind-set and job behavior. Future studies are required to solve the problems on the inconsistent results between dogmatic communication and followers' job attitudes. The theoretical and managerial contributions and the limitations were discussed.

Purpose: This study sought to identify the effect of various types of communication by physical therapists on patient satisfaction and revisit intention. Methods: A total of 212 patients who received physical therapy in Seoul and the Gyeonggi province were surveyed on patient satisfaction and revisit intentions depending on the types of communication by physical therapists. Frequency and correlation analyses were conducted to process the data using the SPSS 22.0 program, and the AMOS 18.0 statistical package was used for confirmatory factor analysis. A structural equation modeling analysis was also performed to verify the model and the hypothesis that was set up in the present paper. Results: The survey showed that patient satisfaction correlates positively and significantly with patient-centric communication, physical factors, and spatial behavior. A significant negative correlation was also found between patient satisfaction and therapist-centered communication. Patient satisfaction positively correlated with revisit intentions. Conclusion: These results showed that there was a positive correlation between the communication of the physical therapist and the satisfaction recognized by a patient. This implies that the patient satisfaction with a physical therapist increases as the communication skills of a physical therapist improve. These findings suggest that a physical therapist must adopt patient-centric communication styles, physical factors, and spatial behavior. This study was important as it generated basic data for the formation of a therapeutic relationship through efficient and promotional communication skills. It recognizes the importance of communication between a physical therapist and a patient as the indispensable factor for interaction.

In this study, the effect of a telecommunication company's safety management system on workers' safety awareness and safety behavior was empirically verified. The main findings are as follows: First, among the factors of the telecommunication company's safety management system, the management supervisor's capability and level of industrial accident investigations were found to have a significant positive effect on workers' safety awareness. Second, workers' safety awareness was observed to exert a significant positive effect on their safety behavior. Third, among the factors of the telecommunication company's safety management system, the management supervisor's capability and industrial accident investigations were found to have a significant positive effect on the safety behavior of workers. Fourth, although the telecommunications safety management system factors, such as management supervisors' capability and industrial accident investigations, were found to have a positive effect on workers' safety awareness, they had no mediated effect on workers' safety behavior through safety awareness.

본 연구의 목적은 스마트워크 도구를 이용한 팀 기반 학습에서 비공식적 커뮤니케이션과 마음챙김 실천이 수업외적인 행동에 미치는 영향에 있어서 자기효능감 지각의 매개효과를 조사하는 것이었다. 이를 위해 대학생 80명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 실증결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비공식적 커뮤니케이션은 수업외적인 행동에 직접 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 자기효능감 지각을 매개로 하여 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마음챙김 실천도 수업외적인 행동에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것이 아니라 자기효능감 지각을 매개로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비공식적 커뮤니케이션과 마음챙김 실천은 자기효능감 지각에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 스마트워크 도구를 이용한 팀 기반 학습 정책 수립시 자기효능감 지각의 중요성을 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다 하겠다.

The purpose of this study was twofold: One was to investigate the structural relationships among communication with father and mother, ego-identity, and school adjustment. The other was to test the structural equivalence among researched variables between middle and high school samples. The subjects were 419 sophomores of middle and high schools. The major findings were as follows. 1) Communication with the father had direct and indirect effects on adolescents' school adjustment, while communication with the mother had only an indirect effect on school adjustment. 2) Ego-identity had a direct effect on school adjustment, and mediated the effects of communication with father and mother in school adjustment. 3) Multiple-group analysis revealed that middle and high school groups had the same structural relationships, but had different regression weights.

This purpose of this study was to understand how organizational communication affects organizational conflict and commitment. This study was based on a questionnaire survey of 238 teachers working in kindergartens and childcare centers in all parts of Korea except Jeju-do. This research used the following tools: the organizational communication scale, the organizational conflict scale, and the organizational commitment scale. The results were as follows: First, satisfaction with organizational communication showed statistically significant effects(${\beta}$ = -.529, p < .001) on organizational conflict. Secondly, organizational conflict had a negative correlation(${\beta}$ = -.398, p < .001) with organizational competence. Third, organizational conflict had a moderating effect between organizational communication satisfaction and the organizational commitment. Fourth, communication satisfaction had a moderating effect between organizational conflict and organizational commitment.

As the research of wireless personal area network (WPAN) is more activated, various communication systems operating on 2.4Ghz are being developed. Systems such as Bluetooth, 802.11b, Zigbee and DBO-CSS are operating on 2.4Ghz. In addition to these communication systems, microwave oven resides in 2.4Ghz, so co-existance between each of these communication systems and microwave Oven is considered important factor of system performance. The effect of microwave oven on these communication systems is so critical that these systems are recommended to avoid the impact of microwave oven by allocation of different channel. In this paper, based on the DBO-CSS operating on 2.4Ghz, we propose a new algorithm of reducing the effect of microwave oven to develop robust communication system against microwave oven.

본 연구는 청년 직장인들의 경력관리행동이 고용가능성 상승을 통해 오히려 이직의도를 높일 수도 있다는 가정을 검증하고자 했다. 이에 더하여 고용가능성과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 일-삶 균형과 조직 내 커뮤니케이션 풍토에 대한 지각이 중재변인으로서 조절된 매개효과 및 조절효과를 나타내는지 확인하고자 했다. 가설을 검증하기 위해 만 34세 이하의 일반직 직장인 300명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집했다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 경력관리행동과 이직의도 간의 관계에서 고용가능성의 정적인 매개효과가 검증되었다. 둘째, 고용가능성의 매개효과에 대한 일-삶 균형의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 산출되었으나, 고용가능성과 이직의도의 정적인 관계는 일-삶 균형의 수준이 높을수록 강화되는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 셋째, 커뮤니케이션 풍토는 고용가능성의 매개효과는 물론, 고용가능성과 이직의도의 관계도 조절하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 상기의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 가설 검증에 실패함으로써 얻을 수 있는 새로운 해석과 함께 본 연구가 갖는 시사점과 한계점 그리고 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시했다.

인터넷을 기반으로 한 커뮤니케이션은 폭발적으로 증가해 왔고, 현재는 우리 일상에 자리 잡고 있다. 인터넷 커뮤니케이션은 이전의 커뮤니케이션 방법과는 다른 방식의 소통 방식으로 인식되고 있으며, 이에 대한 많은 연구들이 진행되어 왔다. 인터넷 관련 연구의 가장 중요한 주제 중 하나는 인터넷 기반 커뮤니케이션이 인간관계에 미치는 영향이었다. 인터넷은 경제적, 정치적 이익이 있는 반면, 인간관계, 인간의 삶에는 다소 부정적인 영향이 있을 것이라고 주장되었다. 인터넷의 부정성은 기본적으로 인터넷의 익명성에 기초한다. 인터넷의 익명성으로 인한 인터넷 포르노그라피에 대한 무분별한 노출, 악성댓글, 인터넷 게임중독, 개인정보 유출과 같은 인터넷의 부작용들이 보고되었고, 이러한 현실적 문제들은 인터넷의 부정적인 영향을 주장하는 쪽에 힘을 실어주었다. 하지만 최근에 진행되고 있는 인터넷 관련 연구들은 인터넷의 부정적인 측면 뿐 아니라 인터넷의 긍정적 영향에도 관심을 갖기 시작했다. 인터넷이 사람들의 삶과 인간관계에 부정적인 영향을 준다는 입장에 선 학자들은 인터넷이 현실을 대체한다는 관점에서 인터넷의 부정성을 지적하고 있다. 인터넷이 면대면 대화를 줄이고, 현실을 일정부분 대체하게 하면서 여러 가지 부작용이 나타나고 있다고 주장하고 있다. 그러나 인터넷이 삶에 긍정적인 영향이 있다는 관점에서는 개인의 인터넷 사용동기, 목적을 강조하면서 인터넷 보다는 사용자에 초점을 맞추고 있다. 이 패러다임에 따른 연구들은 인터넷이 인간관계의 물리적 제약들을 해결해줌으로써 인간의 삶, 인간관계 등을 확장해준다고 주장한다. 또한 인터넷의 부정적 특징으로 여겨지는 익명성도 도리어 새로운 만남을 보탬이 될 수도 있다고 주장되고 있다. 인터넷에 대한 두 가지 입장은 각각 자신들의 입장을 지지하는 결과를 도출해 내고 있지만 두 입장의 간격을 쉽사리 줄여지지 않고 있다. 본고는 인터넷에 대한 두 가지 입장을 정리하고, 향후 인터넷이 우리 삶에 미칠 수 있는 영향에 대해 통합적으로 검토하고자 하였다.
