본 연구는 조직커뮤니케이션이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 관계와 이들 관계에서 변혁적 리더십의 조절효과를 실증적으로 규명한 것이다. 조직커뮤니케이션 만족도가 높을수록 구성원들로 하여금 조직에 적극 참여토록 하고, 훌륭한 리더십은 조직의 목표달성과 성과창출에 더욱 기여할 수 있다는 관점에서 실행한 국방조직에 대한 실증연구이다. 하향적, 상향적, 비공식적 커뮤니케이션을 독립변수로, 참여적 행동과 이타적 행동을 종속변수로, 변혁적 리더십을 조절변수로 설정하여 검증하였다. 검증결과 하향적 커뮤니케이션은 참여적 행동과 이타적 행동에, 상향적 커뮤니케이션은 참여적 행동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 비공식적 커뮤니케이션은 어느 변수에도 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 변혁적 리더십은 하향적, 상향적 커뮤니케이션과 조직시민행동의 관계에서는 유의한 조절효과가 나타났지만 비공식적 커뮤니케이션과 조직시민행동의 관계에서는 조절역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 국방조직의 경우 임무수행 관련 지시나 보고 등의 하향적, 상향적 커뮤니케이션은 부대(서)원들로 하여금 조직 목표달성을 위한 노력은 물론 적극적인 참여활동과 이타적 행동을 유발시킬 수 있지만, 동호회 등 사적(私的)인 모임의 비공식적 커뮤니케이션은 구성원들에게 자발적 조직시민행동을 유발시키지 못한다는 것이다. 즉 변혁적 리더십은 공식적 커뮤니케이션 관계에서만 구성원들의 조직시민행동을 더욱 북돋울 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 리더는 공식적 관계에서 조직커뮤니케이션을 활성화하고 조직 구성원들에게 자발적인 동기를 부여할 수 있도록 변혁적 리더십을 적극 발휘해야 함을 시사하며, 나아가 군조직이 화합되고 국민의 재산과 생명보호의 국방 목표 달성에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

This study uncovers the relationships between mental health, couple relationships and marital happiness. The sample included 180 inter-married Korean men. The data were analyzed by means of frequency, Pearson correlation and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS. Mental health is positively correlated with marital conflict, but is negatively correlated with efficient communication and marital happiness. Furthermore, marital conflict is negatively correlated with communication and marital happiness. Second, mental health has a positive influence on marital conflict and a negative influence on marital happiness. Depression and social mal-adaptation have a negative effect on communication and marital happiness. Marital conflict does not have a mediating effect on mental health and marital happiness. Third, depression and social mal-adaptation have a negative influence on communication and marital happiness. Communication has a mediating effect on mental health and marital happiness. In conclusion, to reduce marital conflict, it is important to intervene in inter-married Korean men's marital happiness through special education programs and counseling.

본 연구는 고객관계 역량을 높이기 위해 정보시스템의 역할을 내부 프로세스 역량과 기업 내의 커뮤니케이션을 통하여 고찰하였다. 내부고객의 업무효율성을 개선하여 외부고객의 만족도를 높이는 방향으로 정보시스템의 역할을 살펴보았다. 본 연구에서는 한국직업능력개발원에서 제공한 인적자본 기업패널 자료 중 정보시스템 활용, 커뮤니케이션, 내부 프로세스 역량 및 고객관계 역량 변수를 사용하였으며 연구 결과, 정보시스템의 활용은 내부 커뮤니케이션과 프로세스 역량을 증가시키고 내부 프로세스 역량은 고객관계 역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 커뮤니케이션은 내부 프로세스 역량을 향상시키는 것으로 제시되었다.

In this paper we study the effect of chaos in nonuniform instability with optical fiber based IoT networks. The transient response of optically controlled fiber has also described. Nonlinear optical fiber effects especially fiber scattering in networks has emerged as the essential means active optical devices. The paradigm instability in fiber Internet serves as a test for fundamental study of chaos and its suppression and exploitation in practical application in optical communication. This paper attempts to present a survey and some of our research findings on the nature of chaotic effect on Internet based optical communication. The transient response in optical fiber has been evaluated theoretically by calculating the variation of the scattering function. The lines has used under open ended termination containing optically induced region. The scattered optical waves in a fiber used in optic communications are temporally unstable above certain threshold intensity.

Purpose: Fatigue and clinical practice stress can negatively influence nursing students. This study was done to examine of communication skill as mediating effect variable in the relationship between fatigue and stress during clinical practice. Methods: A cross-sectional study design was employed. Research participants were 124 nursing students from G city and J province. Data were collected from December 1, 2016 to January 30, 2017 using self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using Baron and Kenny method. Results: Fatigue had a significant negative correlation with communication skill (r=-.28, p=.001). Fatigue had a significant positive correlation with clinical practice stress (r=.39, p<.001). In addition, communication skill had a mediating effect in the relationship between fatigue and clinical practice stress. Conclusion: The findings of this study indicate that communication skill plays an important role in reducing clinical practice stress in nursing students. Therefore, in the field of nursing education, a program to improve the communication ability of nursing students should be developed and applied.

This study is based on an empirical study on consequences of emotions and emotional labor in the food-service industry. It analyzed the effect of emotional labor on emotions of emotional laborers and the effect of emotional labor on communication skills. Data used for analysis were collected through the questionnaire surveyed on the various samples including employees of family restaurants, Korean restaurants, Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants, etc. The result of data analysis indicated that only the efforts for emotional expressions among the factors influenced affirmative emotion(P-value=0.042). It also showed that the factor of the efforts for emotional expressions by researchers had a positive effect on both language communication skills and non-language communication skills(P-value=0.000). This study was valuable in the aspect that emotions and communication skills were first selected as dependent variables of emotional labor and it verified causality between emotional labor and these variables. However, it also has some limitations that its sample size was small and it depended on convenience sampling.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between parenting attitudes and martial intimacy and was to examine the mediating effect of marital communication in order to provide effective help to improve marital intimacy of middle-aged married women who have difficulty in marital relationship. Method: The subjects of this study were 229 married women aged 40-59. Statistical analysis of this study was performed using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, Pearson 's correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the relationship between parenting attitude, marital intimacy, and marital communication and the results were statistically significant. Second, the three - step hierarchical regression analysis proposed by Baron and Kenny (1986) was conducted to examine the mediating effect of marital communication on the relationship between parenting attitudes and marital intimacy, it was confirmed that marital communication was partially mediated between parenting attitudes and marital intimacy. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in that it was confirmed that marital communication was partially mediated between parenting attitudes and marital intimacy.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 의사소통능력이 감성지능과 자아존중감의 관계에서 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 M시의 일개 간호대학 재학생을 대상으로 편의 표집 하였으며, 구조화된 자가 보고식 설문지를 이용하여 최종 173명의 자료를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, Independent t-test, ANOVA, 피어슨 상관분석과 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 매개효과의 유의성 검증을 위해 sobel test를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 다중회귀분석의 결과 간호대학생의 의사소통능력은 자아존중감에 유의한 양의 영향력이 있으며, 감성지능과 자아존중감 관계에서 부분적 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과는 간호대학생의 의사소통능력이 자아존중감 증진에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것을 의미한다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 자아존중감 증진을 위해 의사소통능력 향상의 중요성과 의사소통능력을 균형적으로 강화시키기 위한 다양한 융복합적 교육 전략의 개발과 중재의 필요성을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 스마트폰을 통해 의사소통하는 사용자들이 느끼는 외로움에 미치는 선행변수를 도출하기 위해 수행되었다. 특히, 관계적 특성, 사회적 특성, 의사소통 특성 등을 반영하여 3가지 특성이 외로움에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석했다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 갈등 해결 능력을 대인 간 갈등과 외로움에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 스트레스는 대인 간 갈등, 의사소통 피로감, 외로움 등에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의사소통 부족은 갈등 해결 능력과 외로움에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 의사소통 피로감은 외로움에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 개인이 느끼는 외로움을 감소시키기 위해서 자신과 타인 간의 관계 속에서 발생할 수 있는 갈등을 현명하게 해결할 수 있는 능력을 지속해서 향상할 필요가 있으며, 타인과의 관계 형성에 대한 두려움이나 부담감을 떨쳐버릴 필요가 있다는 것을 알 수 있다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 스마트폰 과의존과 의사소통능력과의 관계에서 학업스트레스의 매개효과를 규명하고자 실시하였다. 연구대상자는 A시와 Y시의 간호대학생을 대상으로, 연구 기간은 2023년 3월 2일부터 3월 9일까지였고, 분석 대상은 139명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 26.0, Process macro program을 사용하여 기술적 통계, Pearson correlation을 실시하였다. 스마트폰 과의존과 의사소통능력과의 관계에서 학업스트레스의 매개효과를 확인한 결과 학업스트레스(β=-186, p=.023)는 스마트폰 과의존(β=.226, p=.005)과 의사소통능력(β=-.314, p<.001) 간의 관계에서 매개효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 간호대학생의 의사소통능력에 대한 변인별 설명력은 15.4%로 나타났다. 또한, 간호대학생의 스마트폰 과의존을 낮추기 위해서는 스마트폰 사용에 대해 교육하고 자제력을 키울 필요성이 있으며, 학업스트레스에 대처할 수 있는 중재방안을 마련하고 의사소통 능력을 향상시키기 위한 교육 프로그램을 개발해야 한다.
