대추수확기의 집과시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (Development of a Collecting System for Jujube Harvester)

  • Jujube is one of korean most favorite fruits. Harvesting operations of the jujube farming, however, completely depend on hand labor. Especially, collecting operation requires about three times of hand labor compared with separate operation by impacting or shaking of twigs in the hand-harvesting system of jujube fruits. Consequently, jujube farmers sincerely demand the mechanization of the collecting operation of jujube fruits in the harvesting operation. A new collecting system was designed and constructed five parts-collecting pad, guide ring system, sorting system, frame with driving system, and handle with operation levers, which performed collecting operation of jujube fruits without missing fruits in five part functions, however, an extra future more deliberate study would need how to handle conveniently the collecting pad of the prototype in the narrow space of row of the jujube farm.

환기 초공동 실험을 위한 캐비테이션 터널 기포 포집부 연구 (Study on Bubble Collecting Section of Cavitation Tunnel for Ventilated Supercavitation Experiments)

  • The gas ventilated by supercavitation splits into smaller bubbles and follows the water passage of the cavitation tunnel. The bubbles quickly return to the test section by rather high speed flow, and interrupt the observation of the supercavitation. To secure clear observation in the test section, the bubble collecting section(settling chamber) of large volume is prepared to collect bubbles in the water passage ahead of the test section. The bubble collecting section should provide enough buoyancy effect to the bubbles for proper bubble collecting. However, rather high-speed oncoming flow produces non-uniform velocity distribution and deteriorates buoyancy effect in the bubble collecting section. In the present study, the bubble collecting space and three porous plates are designed and analyzed through numerical methods, and the bubble collecting function is experimentally validated by 1/10-scaled model in terms of the formation of uniformly low velocity distribution in the bubble collecting section.

홀로그래피를 이용한 정전집진기 집진판의 진동 특성 연구 (A Study on the Vibration Characteristics of Collecting Plate in the Electrostatic Precipitator Using Holograpy)

  • In this study, the characteristics of generation and propagarion of transient wave induced in the assembly of four collecting plate upon the propagation of waves are analyzed. Also double exposure holographic inteferometry using ruby pulse laser is built in order to investigate the propagation of transient waves generated by impact load. When impact load was applied at edge of connecting band, the vibration of collecting plates was generated from the contact points between collecting plate and band which connects four collecting plates. Waves generated from the lower part and those reflected from the upper part were mixed as time went on and then formed very complex shapes. Also, when impact load was aplied at center of collecting plate, the waves propagating across the convexo-concave plane were reflected partly at curved section. Therefore the vibration amplitude was decreased as the transiet waves were propagated through the convexo-concave plane.

  • The structures of airplane consist of sheet metal part, heavy machined part, and so on, which generate enormous amounts of cutting chip when these parts are machined. The cutting chip detoriorates the part quality and production efficiency. Therefore, cutting chip collecting apparatus is necessary for better quality and efficiency. In this study, blowing type cutting chip collecting apparatus was newly proposed and the concept design of the apparatus was examined through numerical analysis. Computations using the mass-averaged implicit 2D Navier-Stokes equations are applied to predict the nozzle flow field. The standard k-e turbulent model are employed to close the governing equations. Consequently, this study shows that the suggested blowing type cutting chip collecting apparatus can be alternative to existing expensive chip collecting apparatus.

폐지수집 노인의 주관적 건강에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting Subjective Health Status among the Elderly Collecting and Selling Wastepaper)

  • Although the elderly collecting and selling wastepaper is one of the most vulnerable groups in society, this group has not been studied specifically. Subjective health status is an important aspect of quality of life in old age. The purpose of this study is to examine factors affecting subjective health status among the elderly collecting and selling wastepaper. Analyses are based on data from 2014 Korean Elderly Survey. Multiple regression analysis showed that gender, depression, and fear of falling were associated with subjective health status. The results of this study suggest that gender and mental health aspects should be considered in making intervention plan for assessments and providing services for health among the elderly collecting and selling wastepaper. The study findings also indicate that efforts to improve safety in worksite of elderly persons collecting and selling wastepaper are needed.

설계인자 변화에 따른 소형 전기집진장치의 최적효율 예측 (Predicted Optimum Efficiency due to Changes in the Design Parameters of the Small Electrostatic Precipitator)

  • The result of a small electrostatic precipitator which is in order to decrease indoor air pollution for optimal efficiency was shown as follows. Although the closer distance between the discharge electrode and dust collecting electrode shows the better throughput efficiency by forming strong electrostatic Field, it does not have profound impact in case of optimal dust collecting area. G.P(gas passage) which is the distance from dust collecting electrode to dust collecting electrode is a crucial factor to decide dust collecting efficiency. The narrower distance of G.P shows the better throughput efficiency whereas it decreases when the distance is too narrow since sparks ensue by increasing the capacity of electrostatic charging system 5 mm regards as optimal efficiency in this experiment. Although the higher voltage shows the higher dust collecting efficiency overall, the experiment was not able to keep performing since the sparks which decrease dust collecting efficiency ensue over 40 kV. The efficient and safe voltage state is considered 3.6 kV in this experiment. The most crucial factor for dust collecting efficiency of an electrostatic precipitator which is in order to decrease indoor air pollution is applied voltage. In addition, optimal raw gas flow rate(2.4 m/sec) is more important factor than the excessive increase of dust collecting area.

종합사회복지관의 프로그램개발을 위한 정보수집에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 - 청소년복지 프로그램 담당자들을 중심으로 - (Factors Influencing the Activities of Collecting Data for Program Development in the Social Welfare Centers)

  • 본 연구는 종합사회복지관의 프로그램 개발과정에 있어서 프로그램 개발자들의 정보수집정도 및 유형을 파악하고, 이러한 정보수집정도에 영향을 미치는 예측 변인이 무엇인지를 밝히는 데 조사의 목적이 있다. 조사방법으로는 전국의 335개의 종합사죄복지관의 청소년(아동)부서의 프로그램 개발을 책임지고 있는 사회복지사를 응답자로 하여 우편으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구의 주요한 결과를 살펴보면, 우선 기술분석결과에서 첫째, 현장에서 프로그램 개발활동이 활발하다는 것이 밝혀졌다. 둘째, 복지관에서 프로그램 개발을 주로 나이와 기관의 근무경험이 부족한 직원들이 개발을 맡고 있다. 셋째, 개발자들이 비공식적인 정보보다는 공식적 정보들을 더 많이 수집하고 있다. 넷째, 개발자들이 프로그램 개발관련지식을 공식적 교육프로그램을 통해서 획득한 '공식적' 훈련보다는 '비공식적' 훈련으로 통해서 더 많은 지식을 습득하고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 회귀분석결과를 살펴보면, '전체적인 정보수집활동'에 영향을 미치는 요인으로서 업무의 자율성, 업무의 부담감, 공식적 교육정도, 개방성 등이 중요한 변수로서 나타났다. 특히, '전체적인 정보수집활동'에서 중요하게 영양을 미치는 업무의 부담감의 변수는 흥미롭게도 '전체적인 정보수집활동'을 세부적으로 구분한 '공식적 정보수집활동'과 '비공식적 정보수집활동'으로 구분하여 살펴본 회귀분석결과에 유일하게 다르게 영양을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 주요 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 및 실천적인 함의를 논하였다.

채집 방법과 시기 및 빈도에 따른 곤충의 다양성 비교 (Comparison of Insect Diversity in Relation to the Sampling Method, Time And Window)

  • 곤충의 채집방법, 횟수 및 시기와 채집된 곤충의 종류 및 개체수에 대한 상관관계를 조사하기 위하여 충북대학교 내 4곳을 선정, 일 년간 봄부터 가을까지 매 2주마다 채집을 실시, 총 16회 조사를 하였다. 각 장소마다 light trap, net sweeping, pitfall trap, window trap의 4가지 채집방법을 병행 실시하여 결과를 비교분석하였다. 모두 14목 672종이 조사되었으며, 전체 종수의 75%인 501종이 채집된 유아등 채집(light trap)방법이 18% 또는 그 이하의 종수를 기록한 타 채집방법들에 비해 보다 효과적인 것으로 나타났다. 또한 각 채집시기에서 채집된 종이 2주 후의 채집에서 다시 채집되는 비율이 평균 30% 정도 밖에 되지 않았다. 결과적으로 곤충다양성 조사에 있어서 보다 의미 있는 결과를 확보하기 위해서는 다양한 채집방법과 함께 채집의 빈도(sampling window)를 높이는 것이 특히 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

복부 외상 후 발생한 동맥-집뇨계 간 연결 (Artery to Collecting System Communication after Abdominal Trauma)

  • Degenerative vascular disease, previous arterial surgery, long-term ureteral stenting, pelvis surgery, and radiotheraphy are reported as causes of artery-to-collecting-system communication.. Artery-to-collecting-system- communication associated with blunt trauma is rare, but potentially fatal. The diagnosis is very difficult and requires a high degree of suspicion. We were able to make the diagnosis based on the characteristic finding of contrast-enhanced computed tomography (CT) obtained in the early phase, equivalent to the finding obtained in the corticomedullary phase of the kidney. We report a case of artery to collecting system communication due to blunt abdominal trauma following a fall, which was treated by embolization.

집.배수용 농업수리시설물 개발 (Development of Agricultural Hydraulic Structure for Water Collecting and Draining)

  • This study is performed to develop an agricultural hydraulic structure for collecting and draining pipe using polymer concrete. The water permeability of collecting and draining pipe shows an 5.917$\ell$/$\textrm{cm}^2$/h, it is more 190 times as large as in the world maximum rainfall. The external pressure on the collecting and draining pipe is in the range of 1.85~5.25tf/m under 2-edge test, 2.6~6.2tf/m under sand mat and the vertical displacement is in the range of 0.48~1.06mm, 1.01~1.89mm, respectively. Also, an increasing rate of external pressure on the developed pipe is higher than that of PVC pipe to the variation of t/D. Accordingly, the pipe developed in this study will be used widely in agricultural hydraulic structures such as collecting and draining structure.
