One of the most important prerequisites for a successful software process is the collaboration and software requirements negotiation of all stakeholders in the software development process. Remote users using computer networks can negotiate software requirements by computer supported system, and can share their informations. The goal of software requirements negotiation system is an integration of all win conditions and an agreement after resolution of conflicts. The existing systems need an exclusive system and must be dependent on specific platform and network. Users must have the knowledge of all stakeholder's status and use homogeneous collaborating applications. This paper presents the Web-based software requirements negotiation system for the purpose of resolution of the existing systems' problems. The Web-based software requirements negotiation system can be driven by WinWin Spiral model, and it is based on hybrid execution method. The proposed system is validated and tested on heterogeneous environments.
Due to the emergence of open innovation driven by development of network service technologies and convergence in ICT service industry, It is necessary for ICT service firms to examine their capabilities for open innovation. The purpose of this paper is to empirically examine determinants affecting open innovation in Korean ICT service industry. In order to analyze, this paper uses logistic and multiple regression models based on survey data of Korean ICT service firms. Estimation results show that external network for collaboration is positive on the technological innovation activity regardless of the innovation type. Specifically, user networks are significant in all types of technology innovation, revealing that it is important to innovation activities of the ICT service firms.

Teleconferences have been used in business sectors to reduce traveling costs. Traditionally, specialized telephones that enabled multiparty conversations were used. With the introduction of high speed networks, we now have high definition videos that add more realism in the presence of counterparts who could be thousands of miles away. This paper presents a new technology that adds even more realism by telecommunicating with hand gestures. This technology is part of a teleconference system named SMS (Smart Meeting Space). In SMS, a person can use hand gestures to manipulate meeting data that could be in the form of text, audio, video or 3D shapes. Fer detecting hand gestures, a machine learning algorithm called SVM (Support Vector Machine) has been used. For the prototype system, a 3D interaction environment has been implemented with $OpenGL^{TM}$, where a 3D human skull model can be grasped and moved in 6-DOF during a remote conversation between distant persons.
With the smart grid coming near, wide-area supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) becomes more and more important. However, traditional SCADA systems are not suitable for the openness and distribution requirements of smart grid. Distributed SCADA services should be openly composable and secure. Event-driven methodology makes service collaborations more real-time and flexible because of the space, time and control decoupling of event producer and consumer, which gives us an appropriate foundation. Our SCADA services are constructed and integrated based on distributed events in this paper. Unfortunately, an event-driven SCADA service does not know who consumes its events, and consumers do not know who produces the events either. In this environment, a SCADA service cannot directly control access because of anonymous and multicast interactions. In this paper, a distributed security framework is proposed to protect not only service operations but also data contents in smart grid environments. Finally, a security implementation scheme is given for SCADA services.
The world wide web (WWW) already accounts f3r more Internee network traffic than any other application, including il and simple file transfer. It is also a collaborative technology in a weak sense of the word - it allows people to share information. Synchronous collaboration is where an interactive activity is simultaneous and in teal-time. Computer based real time collaborative systems like shared whiteboards. collaborative editor etc. are only beginning to emerge recently. These applications invoking more than two users exchanging information, require Multicast communication. Multicast communication is a transmission mode that is now supported by a variety of local and wide area networks. Multicasting enables multiparty communication across a wide area to sparsely distributed groups by minimizing the network load. Multicasting itself is one of the key technologies in the nut generation of the Internet This paper describes the technical issues from the aspect of multicast communication and its reliability in synchronous collaborative application.
In these days companies are rapidly implementing the extended enterprise collaboration to provide enhanced management services and products based on the enterprise integration that human resources, technologies and the management process. In this corporate environment, ASP (Application Service Provider) which is the developed type of outsourcing in the area of information technology, is a good alternative for corporate information system management. ASP defines as a software leasing service which is supplied through networks instead of purchasing application software with high price. For successful implementation of ASP, it is necessary to develop the certification methodology to ensure safety and reliability of ASP. The paper provides the safe and reliable certification methodology for ASP. In order to develop it, the critical issues related to service quality and certification of ASP are identified and the systematic certification methodology of application and service provider(service environment) domains of ASP are provided. A evaluation method for the developed certification methodology is also proposed.
Unlike the popular belief, digital transformation mainly gets stymied by legal and regulatory issues related with legacy institutions in Asia rather than technical difficulties. The real challenges triggered by the PSD2 (Payment Services Directive 2) are how the region would overcome the overly fragmented, centralized, and hierarchical legacy framework to allow necessary changes to respond to the digital single market initiatives as promulgated by the European counterpart. The PSD2 is expected to bring about substantial changes in the payment ecosystem by allowing payment service providers to access customers' accounts and transactions information via API that have been traditionally controlled by banks. This paper suggests an incentive-compatible mechanism design for open collaboration among legacy institutions in the region to help them adapt to the PSD2. As evidenced by case studies in Korea, the Asian equivalent of PSD2 can be implemented and further expanded to create region-wide PCS (payment-clearing-settlement) network by reconnecting the dots of legacy infrastructures. These decentralized, diverse, small payment networks can be further combined with the expanded RTGS-CDS platform to evolve into the next phase of Asian Financial Network.
In order to understand China's internet governance, this paper examined 1,931 Internet policies of China by bibliometric techniques. Specifically, the bibliometric techniques include simple document counting, co-word analysis, collaboration network analysis and citation analysis. The findings include: (1) China's Internet legislations mainly emphasized e-commerce and Internet governance, and, to some extent, neglected personal data protection; (2) China's Internet is under intensive multiple regulatory controls by central government. A large number of government agencies are involved in Internet policy-making. The Propaganda Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Information Leading Group of the State Council, enforced fewer policy documents, but occupy higher positions in the Internet governance hierarchy; (3) China's Internet legislation system is primarily composed of industry-specific administrative rules, rather than laws or administrative regulations. Nevertheless, laws and administrative regulations received significantly more citations owing to their superior force. This paper also discussed current gaps in China's internet governance and how the country's internet policies are situated in the broader global context.

With the increasing popularity of P2P file sharing and advancement of mobile technologies, mobile P2P has revealed its attraction. Anonymity has become an increasing requirement in mobile networks. To reduce receiving garbage files, file validation and filtering are other requirements in the mobile P2P environment. If there are effective file filtering and validation mechanism, nodes' battery duration will be saved. In this paper, we do an analysis of security and anonymity in P2P file sharing and exchange system in mobile ad hoc environment, and propose a new efficient anonymous protocol, which can provide anonymity by broadcasting with a probabilistic algorithm and hiding real hop count information, the file validation by the file's special hash value and file filtering mechanism through the collaboration of middle nodes.

Macao, a special administrative region of China, has been able to maintain the records of zero deaths and keep confirmed cases under 50 since the outbreak of COVID-19 for more than half a year as of July 2020, despite being the world's most densely populated city. The current paper utilizes the dialogic public relations theory to analyze the situation using both literature review on how the various government actions and strategies during the pandemic were corresponding to the theory, and a quantitative random digital dialing (RDD) telephone survey, with a sample of 502 Macao residents aged 18 or above, to study the public reactions towards the government pandemic prevention actions. Survey results show a high level of public satisfaction towards epidemic prevention performance, as well as some forms of collaborative information redissemination behavior in social media platforms. Literature review and analysis from dialogic theory found that spirit of mutual equality, collaboration with local community, immediacy of presence in crisis time, engagements with stakeholders through maximum media channels and networks, supportiveness to public with both useful information and practical social support like subsidy program, as well as commitment to transparent and genuine communication, are all the dialogic communications strategies that describe what the Macao government has done in the crisis of COVID-19. The dialogic strategies that could be learned from the Macao government may be used as a reference for similar urbanized and densely populated cities in other territories.
