Flatfoot is defined as loss of medial arch with hindfoot valgus, but normal condition is obscure due to wide individual variance. Loss or decreasing of medial longitudinal arch with radiographic image is clinically diagnosed as flatfoot. Flatfoot without symptoms is not an indication for treatment. The etiologies of flatfoot are congenital cause, hypermobility, tarsal coalition, neuromuscular disease, post-traumatic deformity, Charcot arthropathy, and posterior tibial tendon dysfuction. The flatfoot is classified as congenital and acquired, flexible, and rigid. The diagnosis is made by physical examination and radiographic findings. In particular, the posterior tibial tendon dysfunction is known as adult acquired flatfoot.

The purpose of this study was to develop a scheme for standardization of the apartment management expenses levy focused on the apartments of the local heating system in Busan. The researcher with apartment managers and executive secretaries of Busan Citizen’s Coalition for Economic Justice performed a scheme for standardization through discussion of 30 times as well as investigation of theoretical literature. This scheme for standardization was based on the Act for Community of Dwelling Houses. It is to show the scheme for standardization of apartment management expenses levy all-inclusive.

The main objectives of this research are to analyse and evaluate the demolishing walls initiative in Daegu city as the collaborative urban environment improvement initiative in South Korea using the actor network theory concept. Local authorities are unable to effectively and efficiently improve urban environment because of their limited statutory and financial powers. This inability crucially led to the formation of the demolishing walls initiative in Daegu city with building a coalition of the local people, interest groups and public and non-governmental organisations in the operational processes in order to improve the physical and social urban environments. Furthermore, co-ordination between local authorities and landscape architecture specialists not only to change the way in which they tackle urban environmental problems but also to make the local people aware of their potential ability in positively improving the urban environment.

Tarsal coalition is a congenital failure of segmentation resulting in fibrous, cartilaginous, or bony union between tarsal bones. Although single tarsal coalitions are common, dual tarsal coalitions are a rare occurrence. We repport of unilateral and bilateral dual calcaneonavicular and talocalcaneal coalitions.
