온라인 소비자의 패션제품 구매 만족도의 영향변인 연구 -인터넷 패션제품 이용경험과 구매의도를 중심으로- (A Study on the Determinative Factors for On-line Consumer Satisfaction in Fashion Products - Focused on the Purchasing Experience and Future Purchasing Intention of Internet Fashion Products-)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the discriminative factors of on-line consumer satisfaction. Data were obtained from an online questionnaire survey with 1089 online shoppers who had the experience of either purchasing or visiting a fashion on-line shopping mall from the panel of an online survey agency(www.inr.co.kr) and 1049 responses were analyzed. For analysis of data, descriptive analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, $\chi$$^2$-test, one-wav ANOVA, Ducan test and stepwise regression analysis were applied. The results of this study were as follows: Firstly as a result of differences of purchasing experience and future purchasing intention via internet, 4 consumer groups were generated: internet patronizing group, trial and unsatisfied experience group, future purchasing intention group, and internet carelessness group. Secondly each group differences was found in demographic variables such as age, marital status, income and employment status. Croup differences were also found in personal, product, and store variables except tangibility. According to consumer groups, different factors were directly impact on consumer satisfaction.

  • Korea government declared that "low carbon, green growth" through green technologies and clean energy to be the new national vision for the next 60 years(President's Liberation Day speech on Aug. 15, 2008). And succeeding "Green New Deal" plan involves nine core projects including energy saving, recycling, clean energy development. It is because hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, using electricity from chemical reaction of hydrogen and oxygen, let out water which is a by-product of such chemical reaction instead of emitting harmful particulate and gases such as NOX, SOX and CO2 that hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and its technology are drawing public attention as one of the sensible solutions in accomplishing "low carbon, green growth" agenda. Nevertheless There are many chances that let the people have a practical experience of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Sometimes new products, including hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, made by advanced technology can not penetrate through the market when it faces public skepticism that is stimulated from lack of knowledge and experience. That is the reason why not only cost benefit analyses and scientific risk assessments but also public acceptance studies toward hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have to be performed [Schulte, 2004]. This research address a need for comprehensive study on factors influencing public acceptance of hydrogen fuel cell car, specifically focusing on impacts of personal experience related to governmental science and technology policy toward public acceptance.

브랜드커뮤니티 경험가치가 브랜드만족, 브랜드신뢰, 브랜드 공동가치창출에 미치는 영향:방탄소년단과 아미를 중심으로 (The Effect of Brand Community Experience Value on Brand Satisfaction, Brand Trust, and Brand Value Co-Creation: Focusing on the Case of BTS and A.R.M.Y)

  • 브랜드커뮤니티는 브랜드에 대한 열정을 갖고 브랜드 가치 향상에 동참하는 소비자 집단을 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 세계적 성공을 거두고 있는 방탄소년단의 팬 커뮤니티 '아미'를 대상으로 브랜드 커뮤니티 경험이 브랜드 만족과 신뢰, 브랜드 공동가치창출에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 연구결과, 브랜드 커뮤니티 경험을 통해 얻은 심미적 감수성, 자아 일치감, 지적 충족감 등의 가치는 브랜드 만족과 신뢰에 전반적으로 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 브랜드 공동가치창출과도 유의한 영향 관계를 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업 관점에서 브랜드 자체에 초점을 맞춰 홍보하는 전통적 마케팅 전략보다는 브랜드 커뮤니티 양성을 통해 고객-기업, 고객-고객 간 정서적 교감과 연대를 이끌어내는 방식이 미래 브랜드 마케팅의 방향성이 되어야 한다. 둘째, 브랜드 커뮤니티 활성화를 위해서는 브랜드와 관련한 감각적 자극 요소뿐 아니라 고객의 지적 호기심과 자아 일치감 충족을 위한 다양한 기회를 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

증강현실 패션 소매기술 특성의 소비자 사용효과에 관한 연구: 기술 준비도의 조절효과 (A Study on the Consumer Use Effect of AR Fashion Retail Technology: Moderating Effect of Technology Readiness)

  • This study investigated the influence of the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology on value co-creation and continued use intention. This study also examines the moderating role of technology readiness in the effects of the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology on value co-creation. A total of 241 university students who had experience using AR fashion retail technology completed the questionnaire. The results were as follows. First, there were five factors in the perceived characteristics of AR fashion retail technology: presence, aesthetic attractiveness, ease of use, shopping usefulness, and perceived enjoyment. Second, aesthetic attractiveness, shopping usefulness, and perceived enjoyment had positive impacts on value co-creation. Third, value co-creation had a positive impact on continued use intention of AR retail technology. Fourth, there were significant differences in the effect of aesthetic attractiveness and shopping usefulness on value co-creation by the innovativeness dimension of technology readiness. Fifth, there was a significant difference in the effect of ease of use on value co-creation by the optimism dimension of technology readiness. The results of this study should provide guidance for marketers or retailers interested in the application of AR fashion retail technology in their stores.

Investigating the Impact of Value Co-Creation on Satisfaction and Intention to Adopt E-Resources

  • The present study examines the impact of value co-creation on satisfaction and intention to adopt of e-resources among users. Four components of the DART model have been adopted to describe value co-creation. These components are dialogue, access, risk-assessment, and transparency. Ph.D. scholars and faculty members from National Capital Region, India, were requested to respond on a five-point Likert scale. A total of 220 responses were collected with the help of a structured questionnaire from respondents of the top 50 business schools according to National Institute Ranking Framework. These responses have been analysed by means of structured equation modelling on Adanco 2.2 software. Findings of the study reported the insignificant impact of access and risk-assessment, and positive impact of dialogue and transparency on satisfaction. Further, satisfaction has been identified, creating significant impact on adoption of e-resources. Such findings reflect the real picture of customer experience with respect to their role in co-creation of e-resources. Respondents have conveyed their dissatisfaction with the co-creation process of e-resources, as companies do not provide all the information and access to their customers beforehand. Consequently, customers fail to make informed decisions and also find themselves unable to show trust in the service providers of e-resources.

공공 체험시설 건설사업 발주를 위한 공공 발주자 역할에 관한 연구 (Role of Public Owner for Delivery of Public Experience Facility Construction Project)

  • 국내에 대규모 거점 공공 체험시설이 건립된 이래로 최근 공공 체험시설 건설사업은 지방자치단체 또는 지방교육청이 단독 발주하거나, 협약하여 공동 발주하는 형태로 변화하고 있다. 특히, 발주 빈도가 적고, 건설사업관리 전문조직을 보유하지 못한 발주기관의 특성상 특화된 발주 프레임워크 개발과 함께 강화된 공공 발주자의 역할이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 공공 체험시설 건설사업 발주현황 및 운영실태를 조사하여 현행 공공 발주자 역할의 문제점과 개선방향을 도출하였다. 또한, 사업특성의 영향요인 및 속성정보를 반영한 추진단계와 기능별로 구성된 공공 체험시설 공공 발주자 역할 개선안을 제안하였다.

  • 사용자 중심의 디자인 패러다임이 도래하면서 점차 사용성 진단이 제품 혹은 서비스의 전체 개발 프로세스 상에서 필수적인 절차이며 이를 통해 사용자의 경험 품질 향상을 모색할 수 있다는 인식이 확산되고 있다. 실제로도 제품 개발 과정의 한 꼭지로서 사용자 리서치를 수행하는 기업이 점차 증가되고 있지만, 리서치를 통해 도출된 결과가 실제 제품 개발에 얼마나 효과적으로 반영되는지에 대해서는 의문을 가지게 된다. 이러한 의문을 품게 된 이유는 사용자 리서치 결과가 실제 제품이나 서비스에 적용된 정도가 크지 않은 경우를 종종 목격하였기 때문이다. 이러한 주요 원인 중 하나로서 리서치 결과가 실무 담당자들에게 전달되는 과정에서 발생될 수 있는 해석 상의 차이 때문일 것이라는 가설을 가지고 사용성 진단 리서치 프로세스의 변화를 시도해 보았다. 다시 말하면, 실제 현장에서 단기간 동안 진행되는 사용자 리서치를 통해 보다 효과적으로 그 결과를 활용할 수 있는 방안으로 리서치 진행자와 실무 담당자간 협업 프로세스 작업 단계인 협업 디자인 워크샵(co-designing workshop)을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 협업 디자인 워크샵 프로세스의 소개를 목적으로 하였으며, 본 연구의 결과가 사용성 진단 리서치 결과의 활용도 및 가치를 향상시키고, 사용자의 입장을 대변하는 리서처의 책임과 역할을 충실히 수행하는데 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.

  • The theoretical foundations of GA are the Schema Theorem and the Building Block Hypothesis. In the Meaning of these foundational concepts, simple genetic algorithm(SGA) allocate more trials to the schemata whose average fitness remains above average. Although SGA does well in many applications as an optimization method, still it does not guarantee the convergence of a global optimum. Therefore as an alternative scheme, there is a growing interest in a co-evolutionary system, where two populations constantly interact and co-evolve in contrast with traditional single population evolutionary algorithms. In this paper, we propose a new design method of an optimal fuzzy logic controller using co-evolutionary concept. In general, it is very difficult to find optimal fuzzy rules by experience when the input and/or output variables are going to increase. So we propose a co-evolutionary method finding optimal fuzzy rules. Our algorithm is that after constructing two population groups m de up of rule vase and its schema, by co-evolving these two populations, we find optimal fuzzy logic controller. By applying the proposed method to a path planning problem of autonomous mobile robots when moving objects exist, we show the validity of the proposed method.

찌개 HMR (Home Meal Replacement)에 대한 L.A. 지역 미국 소비자들의 태도, 인식 조사 및 기호도 조사 (A Study on the Attitude, Perception, and Preference of Jjigae HMR (Home Meal Replacement) for Americans in L.A. Area)

  • This study was performed to examine attitude, perception, and sensory evaluation of Jjigae HMR (Home Meal Replacement) for Americans in the L.A. area. Attitude and perception of Jjigae were conducted by 128 consumers. The questions were as follows: 1) frequencies and attitude toward soup and stew, 2) experience and frequency of Korean food intake, 3) awareness of Korean Jjigae. A total of 69.5% of American had previous experience with Korean foods. However, the frequencies of Korean food intake were once every few months (27.4%) or once a year (18.9%). The 20.2% of consumers selected Kimchi-jjigae as the best-known Korean Jjigae, and 17.1% of consumers had previous experience with Kimchi-jjigae. However, the 23.7% of consumers did not have experienced with Jjigae. Sensory evaluation was conducted using Sundubu-jjigae and Kimchi jjigae. Overall liking and flavor liking were conducted by Americans using a nine-point scale (1: Dislike extremely - 9: Like extremely). The degree of intensity for sensory attribute was also rated using a nine-point Just-About-Right(JAR) scale (1: not nearly spicy/sour enough, 5: Just-About-Right, 9: too spicy/sour). Purchasing intention was rated using a five-point scale (1: Definitely would not purchase, 5: Definitely would purchase). Overall liking and flavor liking of two jjigae (Sundubu-jjigae & Kimchi-jjigae) had a value higher than five on the nine-point scale. The level of spiciness of Sundubu-jjigae was suitable for consumers whereas spiciness of Kimchi-jjigae was significantly different from the JAR value of five points on the nine-point JAR scale, showing that Kimchi-jjigae was significantly spicier than JAR point. Purchasing intention had a value higher than three on the five-point scale.
