Since 1982, schools have been closed down by urbanization in rural areas. 3,386 schools had been closed down by March 2010. The average 300 schools was closed down every year. 55.7% closed schools were sold, 14.5% closed schools were rented. 6.3% closed schools have been utilized as education facilities. First, the closed school should be utilized as education facilities. And it should be utilized as public facilities as well as welfare facilities for local residents. This paper presents a case of the welfare facility remodeled using Don-Yi middle school in Okcheon-Gun, Chungcheongbuk-Do and propose the unit care composition. The main contents is composed of posts, beams floors, stairs. Masonry infill walls and windows ware improved. Corridors were placed. A classroom were divided into 2 rooms with the Korean traditional heating system(on-dol) for four. Other conveniences were designed for a cafeteria, recreation, a restroom as space required. It is effective to utilize the closed school that has magnificent views and orientation, space construction. The Unit-care system is proposed by 4 types developments.

Many closed schools of about more 3,000(2006 year) have occurred all over the country according to governmental policy of 1982. These closed schools were sold or rent to institution, local government, and a private, and are used by various usage such as novitiate, institution, educational facility, art creation facilities, warehouse, and factory. But, unimproved closed school facilities are still reaching for about 450. Among practical use example of such closed school, alternative educational facility, practice facilities, art creation facilities etc. with closed schools which have general surrounding natural landscape and environment uses well preserved were applied consciousness and the practice about environmental problem to ecological concept. Also, a lot of discussions about ecological concept and study for desirable solutions about practical use of closed schools example have been achieved. However, it is hard to find various ecological practical use examples at filed. In such background, this research wishes to investigate changing space and facilities variously and its usage which is applied ecological concept with regional closed schools.

School closings in rural area continue to occur due to drops in population in those areas. Many studies have been done in order to effectively utilize such closed schools. However, there is a lack of studies targeting operators of the closed facilities for revitalization. Therefore, the goal of this research is understanding the real operational status of and finding solutions for the closed schools after studying the current operational status of the closed schools by conducting surveys with their operators. The survey was performed with closed-school-operators in Chungcheongnam-Do as the target; and the analysis was conducted regarding the acquisition type of the closed schools (purchase, lease), building condition, repair and construction status, annual visitors, operational days, operational fees, seasonal ups and downs, operational profits, and satisfaction of local government support. The results showed that there were differences with visitors and operational days along acquisition types as well as low operational profits and seasonal ups and downs including dissatisfaction of local government support. In this study, institutional and political improvement measurements were suggested for the effective operation of the closed facilities based on the main results.

Any Hausdoroff space on a set which has at least two points a regular closed Boolean algebra different from the indiscrete regular closed Boolean algebra as indiscrete space. The Sierpinski space and the space with finite complement topology on any infinite set etc. do the same. However, there is $T_{0}$ space which does the same with Hausdorpff space as above. The regular closed Boolean algebra in a topological space is isomorphic to that algebra in the space with its open extension topology.

In this paper, we define generalized quasi-preclosed sets and gqp-closed functions and obtain some new characterizations of quasi P-normal spaces and quasi P-regular spaces due to Tapi et al. [9,11]. It is shown that the pairwise continuous pre gqp-closed (resp. pairwise preopen pre gqp-closed) surjective image of quasi P-normal (resp. quasi P-regular) space is quasi P-normal (resp. quasi P-regular).

In this paper, we define the z-S-closed spaces using the notions of zero-sets and S-closed spaces introduced by T. Thompson, and investigate some properties of these spaces. We also obtain the following results. If a space X is z-S-closed, then every cover of z-regular semiopen sets has a finite proximate subcover. A z-extremally disconnected z-QHC space is z-S-closed, z-S-closed is contagious.

In this paper some properties of sequentially closed sets and $k$-closed sets in a topological space are discussed, it is shown that a space is a $k$-quotient image of a metric space if and only if its each sequentially closed set is $k$-closed, and some related examples about connectedness are obtained.

The closed cycle diesel system is operated in closed circuit system where there is non air breathing with working fluid consists of combination of oxygen, argon and recycled exhaust gas far obtaining underwater or underground power sources. Experimental apparatus using the MTU8V183SE92 high pressurized engine adapted for closed cycle running, capable of operating at the system pressure of maximum 5 bar is constructed with ACAP as data acquisition system in order to operate equally in the open cycle in surface or the closed cycle in submerged conditions. The general features and the characteristics of combustion of HP(high pressure) diesel engine, specially designed and manufactured only for CCDE, are investigated. The test results of performance of HP diesel engine in closed cycle system are presented with respect to power and boost pressure and compared with those of low pressure diesel engine. The oxygen concentration and specific heat ratio are investigated with its deviation

This study aimed to examine the possibility of remodeled nursing home utilizing a closed school in Kunsan, where the number of closed schools increases and the ratio of elderly population grows. Major contents of research were understanding architectural characteristics of closed school and elderly housing in the sample area, and a suggestion of remodeling a closed school into nursing home. Conclusions can be summarized as follows; understanding the high ratio of elderly population and increases of closed schools in sample area, verification of overall possibility in remodeling a closed school into elderly facility, confirmation of availability in changing regular class room to residential rooms, and some proposals of principal points in floor planning - homelike atmosphere by small scaled residential units(10 persons), spatial hierarchy for residents' mental comfort, sliding door for accessibility, kitchen and dining space in residential unit for the residents' participation in houseworks.

It is understood so far that the center of mass does not make any linear movement from the rotatory movement of a rigid body in the closed system. However, it has been found that the center of mass of the system could make a closed linear movement due to production of an instantaneous center of mass by the Coriolis force in the rotatory movement of a rigid body in the closed system. The nature of the closed linear movement in the non-inertial system and that of the open movement in the inertial system are different from each other. That is, the closed movement is described like the time integration of frictional forces, which is different from the open movement usually considered and described like the time integration of external forces. It is shown in this paper that the Coriolis forces, called a fictitious force in the classical mechanics, is similar to the frictional force so that it causes to move the center of mass of a closed system. In this paper, following an explanation of the closed linear movement of a non-inertial system and the open movement of an inertial system, the source of the closed linear movement phenomenon of a rotatory rigid body is presented.
