Let R be a commutative ring with identity and let R[x] be the collection of polynomials with coefficients in R. There are a lot of multiplications in R[x] such that together with the usual addition, R[x] becomes a ring that contains R as a subring. These multiplications are from a class of functions ${\lambda}$ from ${\mathbb{N}}_0$ to ${\mathbb{N}}$. The trivial case when ${\lambda}(i)=1$ for all i gives the usual polynomial ring. Among nontrivial cases, there is an important one, namely, the case when ${\lambda}(i)=i!$ for all i. For this case, it gives the well-known Hurwitz polynomial ring $R_H[x]$. In this paper, we completely determine the Krull dimension of $R_H[x]$ when R is a $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain. Let R be a $Pr{\ddot{u}}fer$ domain. We show that dim $R_H[x]={\dim}\;R+1$ if R has characteristic zero and dim $R_H[x]={\dim}\;R$ otherwise.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop the health promotion program for rural elderly through PRECEDE process. Method: The health promotion program was developed based on the preliminary diagnosis. The data collection was performed from March 10th to April 9th, 2003. The subjects were selected at Mari Myun, Geochang Gun, in Korea. The preliminary diagnosis was examined with the 115 elders. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics and Cronbach's n test with SPSS/Win 10.0 program. Results: The health promotion program was developed based on diagnostic result using PRECEDE model. The developed program was corrected and revised with the advices from 6 experts. The final program included health responsibility(cancer prevention and early detection, hygienic, false teeth management no smoking and moderation in drink, and chronic disease prevention and management), physical activity(6 kinds of exercise), nutrition(low sodium diet calcium intake, and right eating habit), spiritual growth(spiritual demand and death preparation teaching), interpersonal relations(relationship with couple, children, grandchildren, neighborhood), and stress management(sports dance, foot massage, positive thought, and song class). Conclusion: I propose that it is necessary to identity the effect of health promotion program for rural elderly. And strategy development that can spread the health promotion program elderly is needed.

Let m, n be positive integers. We denote by R(m,n) (respectively P(m,n)) the class of all groups G such that, for every n subsets $X_1,X_2\ldots,X_n$, of size m of G there exits a non-identity permutation $\sigma$ such that $X_1X_2{\cdots}X_n{\cap}X_{\sigma(1)}X_{/sigma(2)}{\cdots}X_{/sigma(n)}\neq\phi$ (respectively $X_1X_2{\cdots}X_n=X_{/sigma(1)}X_{\sigma(2)}{\cdots}X_{\sigma(n)}$). Let G be a non-abelian group. In this paper we prove that (i) $G{\in}P$(2,3) if and only if G isomorphic to $S_3$, where $S_n$ is the symmetric group on n letters. (ii) $G{\in}R$(2, 2) if and only if ${\mid}G{\mid}\geq8$. (iii) If G is finite, then $G{\in}R$(3, 2) if and only if ${\mid}G{\mid}\geq14$ or G is isomorphic to one of the following: SmallGroup(16, i), $i\in$ {3, 4, 6, 11, 12, 13}, SmallGroup(32, 49), SmallGroup(32, 50), where SmallGroup(m, n) is the nth group of order m in the GAP [13] library.

Purpose: This study was conducted to describe the meaning units of the teaching experience of Tai Chi instructor with nursing background, consequently to expand areas where nurses can work. Methods: Participants were four nurses who have worked as Tai Chi instructors for 5 to 8 years. An in-depth interview was conducted from June, 2010 to February, 2011. Each interview took 40 min to 4 hours. The data were analyzed with qualitative content analysis, by repeatedly listening to the tapes and reading the transcription to find the emerged meaningful words, phrases, and sentences. Results: Through the content analysis, 19 theme clusters were emerged and grouped together into seven categories: 'establishing my identity as an instructor', 'enjoying myself practicing Tai Chi', 'being confident about teaching Tai Chi with nursing background', 'exploring better ways to teach and motivate the class', 'feeling good about helping people to be healthy', 'accepting teaching Tai Chi as a lifetime job', 'contributing to health promotion with Tai Chi." Conclusion: Teaching and helping others to promote health were parts of nursing. Tai Chi can be used to promote health in the low-income population with limited access to health care system.

This ethnographic case-study explores the daily experiences in child-rearing and education among Korean full-time housewives. For this purpose, 11 full-time housewives in their thirties and forties from the middle class were interviewed with an unstructured questionnaire. The findings are as follows: Full-time housewives tend to assume the full responsibility for child-caring and education. Their time is structured around the schedules of caring children and participating in educational programs for children. The most demanding tasks for them include preparing for a preschool, getting the children ready for school, rendering supports for children's schools, extra curricular education, and arranging and offering gift money to teachers. They feel that their husbands do not provide enough supports for child-caring and education. Despite all the negative experiences, Korean full-time housewives put in whatever they have to make sure their children's well-being and to provide the best education possible for their children; the maternal identity plays a role of the utmost importance in them.

The purpose of this paper is to reconsider the meaning of mathematical literacy based on the investigation of the nature of mathematical knowledge communicated in university level mathematics classes. The analysis of classroom discourse has revealed three different kinds of mathematical knowledge circulated in mathematics class, which include 'factual mathematics', 'mathematical fantasy', and 'mathematical savior faire.' The fact that a mathematics teacher delivers diverse categories of mathematics knowledge suggests that the mathematical literacy is not confined to the development of technical competence. More specifically, the kinds of mathematical knowledge identified above tell that mathematical literacy developed through learning mathematics reflects the cultural norms and values of doing mathematics. This means that mathematical literacy is not merely involve with technical competence but rather with cultural competence. In this regard, this paper highlights the meaning of mathematical literacy as a cultural identity, which has been underestimated in the theory and practice of mathematics education dominated by technocracy of the twentieth century In particular, the notion of mathematical savior faire implies that teaching and teaming mathematics ultimately deals with a system of cultural meaning. Hence, through learning mathematics, a learner gets transformed as a whole person according to the cultural norms and values. In this regard, it is concluded that mathematical literacy can be considered as a necessary condition to become a competent member of mathematics community sharing cultural norms of doing mathematics as well as a repertoire of mathematical skills.

The exploration of the spatial structure of a particular urban area, or the analysis of the tendencies of spatial consumption among urbanites, can be a literary-geographical attitude, shifting literary interests toward geography. It may also constitute a field of cultural geography that reads texts as cultural symbols. Based on this kind of attitude, the paper reads the literature of Park Wan So, particularly the popular novels that involve urban and residential spaces of Seoul, as a cultural text that carries a kind of symbolism. It proceeds with the idea that most popular novels reflect the mass phenomena of its times, and that representing real cultural experiences through text, it becomes a means of generalizing the identity shared by the anonymous masses and the characteristics of particular places. Hence the individuality of Park Wan So, who moved to Seoul during the Japanese colonial period and hence forth lived as a middle-class citizen, is inseparable from her literary work. With this attitude and methodology, the paper argues that in the urban space of metropolitan Seoul, the modern ambivalent gaze of the colonial period shifted toward increasingly new value systems, and was replaced by a dichotomous view, and furthermore, that the contents of this dichotomous view has experienced a multivalent transformation through the accumulation of time and the expansion of space.

MHC-I molecules play a critical role in immune surveillance against viruses by presenting peptides to cytotoxic T lymphocytes. Although the mechanisms by which MHC-I molecules assemble and acquire peptides in the ER are well characterized, how MHC-I molecules traffic to the cell surface remains poorly understood. To identify novel proteins that regulate the intracellular transport of MHC-I molecules, MHC-I-interacting proteins were isolated by affinity purification, and their identity was determined by mass spectrometry. Among the identified MHC-I-associated proteins was Tmp21, the human ortholog of yeast Emp24p, which mediates the ER-Golgi trafficking of a subset of proteins. Here, we show that Tmp21 binds to human classical and non-classical MHC-I molecules. The Tmp21-MHC-I complex lacks ${\beta}_2$-microglobulin, and the number of the complexes is increased when free MHC-I heavy chains are more abundant. Taken together, these results suggest that Tmp21 is a novel protein that preferentially binds to ${\beta}_2$-microglobulin-free MHC-I heavy chains.

This ethnographic case-study explores the interpretation and behavior in job considering among full-time housewives. The participants of this study are eleven middle class full-time housewives in their thirties and forties. In-depth interviews based on an unstructured Questionnaire were conducted for this study. Findings are as follows: Six full-time housewives tend to think their full-time housewife-lives more convenient, something unable to substitute and more profitable compared to the counter partner's lives. But they are classified into two groups according to the satisfaction for full-time housewife life. One group has found out more positive meaning in their life but the other group has not yet and they are doubtful about real life and other opportunity. In Contrast, other five full-time housewives tend to interpret employment as a more productive source to secure family resource for their children's education and repay the loan used to buy larger apartment. And the job is considered to confirm her own individuality and the feeling for the social entity as a competent social entity. But two of them who have never been employed do not try to get a job as a new identity alternative. And the various elements like household income, job experience, health, children's age and husband's attitude to his wife's employment etc. are defined to influence the interpretation and the job considering behavior among full-time housewives.

This article examines the historical view of Benito $P{\acute{e}}rez$ $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ in his historical novel named "Zaragoza" and "$C{\acute{a}}novas$" by comparing with Numancia of Cervantes. In front of the national survival crisis, $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ recognizes that it is necessary that Spain should recover humanity and morality on basis of the krausist ideal. The krausists warned subjective idealism, stressing on free-will and moral conscience in a harmonious balance of rationality. Without refusing patriotism, they warned egoistic patriotism deformed by national selfishness or nationalism. Giner de los Ríos insisted on a necessity of harmonizing national inclination and universal one. $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ emphasizes that the identity of Spain is not possession of privileged class but sweat and tears of the mass of people in daily life. He represents Efemera as the ideal history on the basis of Unamuno's 'intrahistoria', by which, instead of $Luk{\acute{a}}cs^{\prime}$ progressive history, we can peep into a historical poetics of human free nature and vividness of discontinuous and endless shifting. According to the sub-history, we come to the conclusion that $Gald{\acute{o}}s$ and Cervantes would lay emphasis on sub-history, aiming to essence of Spanish soul originated from national landscape and people's daily life.
