농촌경관의 시각 정체성에 대한 연구 - 도시와 농촌 거주자 지각 비교를 중심으로 - (A study on the Visual identity of Rural Landscape - Focusing on the Comparison between Urban and Rural Residents -)

  • Recently, there are many people who live in rural keep getting away from their town. The reason why become aging and reducing society in Rural is weakness of agricultural competition, education, culture and welfare. Thereupon, we need counter plans to make boom in exhaustion rural landscape counter plan, losing consciousness of citizenship, over developing from city planners who are giving serious damage to rural landscape. However, there are many promotions going on to cover weakness of rural. In this research, to set up the right view of rural which considered the different cognitions, it is important to derive each preference or non-preference scenery, and countrified or non countrified scenery. From different cognition, finding preserved and improved factors is necessary to preserve, reform, and improve the countryside scenery. Based on this, to investigate natural characters of viewpoint is providing right direction for future rural landscape.

  • Chang'an, an ancient historical city with its construction basement remains. Chinese Traditional Landscape Culture comes from the ancient civilization of the Yellow River and the environment of the central Shaanxi plain forms its ideology characteristic. Basing on the fast urbanization and growth of economies, there is a growing emphasis on Urban Landscape Cultural Heritage. The spatial pattern and traditional landscape should be protected and exhibit because it reflects the original characteristic and implied meaning of Chinese traditional landscape culture. This paper presents the case of Huaqing Palace(華淸宮) scenery area as an example; evaluate the value of its original landscape culture, showing the way of the conservation and regulation.

가로수 식재 유형에 따른 보도의 시각적 특성평가 - 대전광역시를 대상으로 - (Visual Characteristic Assessment of Sidewalk According to Street Planting Types - Focus on Sidewalk in Daejeon Metropolitan City -)

  • In this study, the green zone patterns of sidewalks are classified 'one street-tree row + building,' 'one street-tree row + green zone,' 'two street-tree rows + building,' and 'two street-tree rows + green zone' and assessed their visual characteristic in order to provide desirable measures for scenery design. As a result of the analysis of visual images of sidewalk, the scenery in which street trees are planted in one row was generally assessed to be negative, while roads where green zones rather than buildings are adjacent were revealed to seem stable and pleasant. The scenery in which street trees are planted in two rows was assessed highly in an image of 'extensionality' indicating street circumstances, and especially the pattern 'two street-tree rows + green zone' was shown to be the most beautiful scenery. According to the results of factor analysis of sidewalks, three factors were identified : 'extensionality' showing sidewalk circumstances; 'peculiarity' including unique personality, and 'pliability' showing the organic flow of the scenery. The results of the analysis of visual preference of the scenery according to green zone patterns showed that the 'two street-tree rows + green zone' was measured to be highest. When buildings are adjacent to a sidewalk, two street-tree rows rather than one street-tree row were assessed to increase preference. As for the correlation between visual factors and preference analyzed through multiple regression analysis, all 'extensionality,' 'peculiarity,' and 'pliability' were revealed to show positive correlation for visual preference.

  • 본 연구는 울산광역시 울주군이 시행하고 있는 특성화마을 만들기 사업의 성공가능성을 높이기 위해 지역의 이야기 자원을 이용한 스토리텔링 기반의 경관색채계획에 대한 제언이다. 어음하리마을 특성화마을 만들기 사업은 울산에서는 처음이며, 어음하리 마을의 자원에다가 지역의 이야기를 부여해 스토리텔링 거리로 탈바꿈시키고자 구체적인 사업계획을 진행 중이다. 울주군은 이들 마을을 정비해 관광객 유치 및 지역 경제 활성화에 큰 도움이 될 것이라고 기대하고 있다. 이처럼 스토리텔링을 이용한 지역 마케팅이 최근 지역개발의 한계를 극복할 수 있는 바람직한 방법으로 활용되고 있으며, 이는 경관색채계획의 새로운 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 따라서 어음하리마을의 풍토색을 토대로 이야기 자원에서 브랜드스토리를 추출하고 이를 색채계획에 적용하여 마을 단위의 개성적인 색채 아이덴티티를 만들어내고자 하였다. 이는 현재 지자체 별로 시행하고 있는 대규모 정비에 의한 색채계획에서 탈피하여 색채가 지역 아이덴티티 확립과 더불어 지역활성화 수단으로 활용할 수 있는 가치를 발견하는 하나의 방향이 될 수 있다는 점에서 연구 의의가 있다.

가로경관의 친환경성 증진을 위한 가로변건축물의 생태요소 적용에 관한 연구 - 입체녹화를 중심으로 - (A Study on Ecological Application to Buildings on the Streets for the Improvement of Environmental Harmony at Streetscape - Focused on the Three-dimensional Greenery System -)

  • Recently it is urgent issue in every department that problem from environmental disruption such as global warming. As the case of streetscape works essentially at city scenery, it is inevitable that changing from present view, which centers facilities and buildings, to environmental harmonic scenery. This study plans climate adjusting ability and improvement of thermal efficiency by putting ecological elements to buildings on a street which are essential factors of streetscape. Ultimately, this not only makes a pleasant environment but also revives being withered earth. Street-environment on eco-scape will take a part in designing sustainable city. This study acquires the way how buildings on a street get applied ecological elements as following. Roof level part : the greening surface of the rooftop(included plant box type), the greening roof as a type of pergola, the greening surface of the middle floor rooftop(included plant box type). Elevation part : climbing type, downfall type, espalier, flower bed in balcony type, wall-installing type, water wall type, other design types. Ground level part : paving the whole surface with permeability, paving the gap with permeability, plant box type, ground plant type, waterside zone, wetland, fence greening type, terrace greening type, retaining wall greening type.

대전시 공원녹지에 대한 주민의식 조사 (A Study on the Residents' Consciousness for Park and Green Space in the City of Daejeon)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine residents' consciousness for urban parks and green spaces in the city of Daejeon. This work enables us to find new implementation factors to increase resident's satisfaction of urban parks and green spaces. This study surveyed 1005 residents from 80dongs(neighborhoods), of 5 Gu(districts) districts in Daejeon. The survey was conducted with a structurally organized questionnaire and objective materials. The data collected from participants of the survey were summarized as follows. Daejeon residents want more natural parks and neighborhood parks than other urban facilities as recreation facilities. The favorite places in which Daejeon residents visit are Bomun Mountain, Gap River, Geajock Mountain, and Yudeon River, in order. In landscape scenery of Daejeon, residents prefer Daedeck research complex area than others and they felt that urban landscape scenery is more improved than 5 years ago. Also they want to increase the area of park and green space about 4times more than present. The result shows that the importance index of park and green space is 8.7 and the satisfaction index is 5.42. These results suggests that the demand by residents for urban park and green spaces will improve as the urban structure is improved.

중요도-만족도(ISA) 분석을 활용한 생태도시 매력요인에 관한 연구 - 전남 순천시를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Attraction Factors of Eco-city using Importance-Satisfaction Analysis - The Case of Suncheon City -)

  • 본 연구는 최근 수년간 서울, 대전, 창원, 순천 등을 중심으로 생태도시 또는 생태브랜드를 도시의 정체성 및 도시의 이미지로 구축하기 위하여 홍보 및 광고, 관광 개발 등의 특화를 하기 시작했지만, 이러한 지자체의 노력이 도시 및 생활환경에 대한 만족도와 도시의 매력요인에 직접적인 영향을 미치고 있는지에 대한 의문으로부터 시작되었다. 따라서 생태도시 매력요인에 대한 의식조사를 통해 생태도시 브랜드 구축을 위한 계획 기준 및 관리방안을 모색하는데 목적을 두고 순천시를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 중요한 결과로는 거주자와 방문자는 순천시의 친환경성에 대체로 만족하는 것으로 나타났고 생태도시로 높게 인식하고 있었다. 순천을 생태도시로 인식하는 이유로 거주자는 녹지가 다양하다는 의견이 높게 나타난 반면, 방문자는 순천시의 습지보전 현황에 만족하기 때문인 것으로 조사되었다. 생태도시 매력요인 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인분석 결과, 거주자는 4개 요인(문화요인, 도시기반요인, 생태요인, 경관요인), 방문자는 5개 요인(문화요인, 도시기반요인, 생태요인, 경관요인, 어메니티요인)이 도출되었고, 문화요인과 도시기반요인이 거주자와 방문자의 전체만족도에 가장 많은 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 중요도-만족도(ISA) 분석 결과, 거주자와 방문자는 생태도시의 매력요인 중 자연적 매력물의 다양함, 계절과 기후의 쾌적함, 자연경치의 아름다움, 희귀동식물의 다양함, 공원 녹지 거리 등의 다양함, 넓은 생태면적, 습지의 보전을 우선순위로 생각하고 있었다. 또한 생태도시의 매력요인에 있어서는 녹색교통의 활성화 및 도보환경이 중요하다고 평가하고 있지만, 실제로 순천시의 정비현황에 대해 만족도가 낮아 집중적으로 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

현대 공간 디자인의 매체성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Media Characteristics of Contemporary Interior Design)

  • According to the passage of an age, a method which communicates each other between the city and space, and space and a human has changed. Recently, as the city is developing related with the public, the sphere and a territory of activity of a public has been wider in an environment of the city. Therefore, development of night scenery and the rise of a medium of a vision are accompanied with a new material and the high-technology. Innovation of abundant techniques tends to being surface and mass media, and breaks from the architectural aspect of space as mutual expansion of relations between interior and exterior, and making a boundary obscurely. Space design represents peculiarity of non-territorial which modern art, an advertisement, a media and a reflection are integrated as getting over above tendency. As we find out methods which the public can communicate with the space in wider territory, the public and the space can extend mutual relations and the design of modern space is been varying a part as the space which has a context of city and synthetic sociality for the public by avoiding independent objects.

도심 내 가로경관 유형별 시각적 속성이 선호도에 미치는 영향 - 강릉시 중앙로를 대상으로 - (The Influence of Visual Character in Types of Urban Streetscape on Preference - In Case of the Kangnung-si Joongang-ro -)

  • Based on the result of extraction of common factors executed in order to elucidate the visual attributes of street scenery by types through the rotation of 23 adjective variables by Varimax, the visual attributes expressed after the construction of the facilities using street scenery were anylized to be 4 factors including factor 1 through factor 4. Theexplanation of the 4 factor groups to explain the entire distribution was 65.3% and these factor groups are the psychological attributes felt when using facilities are constructed by securing the street spaces in downtowns and the factors were named as naturalness(factor 1), locality(factor 2), identity(factor 3) and clarity(factor 4) respectively. Based on the result of one-way layout distribution analysis, the preferences for street scenery by types were found out to show considerable differences at 1 % significance level. Based on the result of multiple regression analysis, all of the factors explaining preferences including factor 1 through factor 4 were significant at 1 % significance level. In case other conditions are constant, if the values of the adjective variables related to locality(factor 2) increase by 1 unit, the preferences which are the values of dependent variables will increase by 0.709. The variable with the largest relative contribution among the 4 factor groups was the locality(factor 2) factor group and on the contrary, it was found that the independent variable with least influences was the clarity(factor 4) factor group.

충청수영 영보정의 유식과 시경 공간 연구 (A Study on YuSik and Sikyung Space of Yeongbojeong in Chungcheong-Suyeong)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the condition of the architectural location and the history of Yeongbojeong and investigate the motivation which formed the YuSik space and the poetical circles of it. And another purpose of the study is to discover how Yeongbojeong, located in a military camp in Western coast, displayed the poetic scenery so to be the poetic summer house among so many Nujeongs in Joseon. Yeongbojeong is currently located in Soseong-ri, Ocheon-myeon, Boryeong City, Chungnam. Yeongbojeong has the biggest size among all the summer houses in the country with 24 architectural rooms. And Yeongbojeong is not only the summer house in which people could simply see its scenery, but beyond the poetic space of Joseon, it was the unique poetic summer house which enables poets and calligraphers to enjoy imaginary freedom. The time range of the study was from the building of Yeongbojeong in 1504 to its demolish in 1901, and its space range was taken focused on the particular scenery which was seen from around Yeongbojeong. To investigate the architectural aspect of Yeongbojeong, the existing records about the summer houses, "OcheonGoonJi" and the landscape paintings etc. were referred. The travel records and poems in the work collection of the famous poets who explored Yeongbojeong were referred to examine the formation of the Yeongbojeong poetical circles. The result of the study shows the process that Yeongbojeong had become the famous national place with scenery and how it became the most visited YuSik space. And this study figured out the full account of Yeongbojeong poetical circles which had been formed by so many poets of the country for 4 hundred years.
