It is impossible for all athletes to be satisfied with a single training program due to the fact that they have different physiological characteristics and needs. However, paucity studies have been introduced a specific training program for high school sprinters. Therefore, this study was designed to help develop and introduce the training program with a physical examination to enhance sprinting performance for experienced high school sprinters. VO2max, muscular strength, basic physical ability, and body composition were measured before and after a 24 week training program. The following are the conclusions based on the results of this study: 1) body fat percentage was increased after 24 weeks of training. Fat free mass and the amount of water in the body increased by 1.5% and 1.1% respectively, 2) $VO_2$maxand anaerobic threshold level showed a significant increase after 24 weeks of training, 3) exercise duration and anaerobic threshold duration were also increased after 24 weeks of training, but not statistically significant, and 4) muscular strength significantly increased due to the execution of combined weight training and circuit training. Development and implementation of the training program in this study made sprinters' physical capacities better in VO2max, anaerobic threshold, and muscular strength and body composition. Also, sprinters were able to increase fat free mass through 24 weeks of training due to increased muscle mass. Therefore, a training program for high school sprinters should include a physical examination to enhance sprinting performance and prevent sports injuries.

This paper describes a case study on the design factor analysis of vertical wind tunnel for skydiver's training or experiencing of paradropping exercise in the air. The case study of vertical wind tunnel design is to provide the knowledges on effects of parameter's variation when it is applied to overall or partial duct of tunnel circuit. The analysis of design parameters based on pressure loss are produced one by one through the tunnel components from the flight chamber because the wind tunnel must satisfy the requirement of flight chamber such as flow speed, quality and quantity. Results shows the various effects of parameter variation with pressure loss in the wind tunnel circuit. Pressure loss should be based on the determination of fan and power system which can be selected from market or new design.

The direction and the type of a fault on a transmission line need to be identified rapidly and correctly, The work described in this paper addresses the problem encountered by a conventional algorithm in a fault type classification in double circuit line, this arises due to a mutual coupling and CT saturation under the fault condition. We present an approach to identify fault type with novel neural network on double circuit transmission line. The neural network based on combined unsupervised training method provides the ability classify the fault type by different patterns of the associated voltages and currents.

This paper proposes an augmented reality-based electronic circuit education system as a way for electronic circuit education, which is the basis of ICT convergence technology field. It consists of a hardware module that can identify the actual circuit and a mobile educational content that can check the current flow, input, output, and measured value by applying augmented reality technology. An experiment was conducted on image recognition, which is the main performance, for the purpose of stable operation of the system, and as the experimental method the recognition rate was measured by changing the distance between the hardware module and the mobile device to a certain interval. As a result of the experiment, the recognition rate was 100 percent at a distance of 25[Cm] or higher, and it was confirmed that the recognition rate decreased by 12% at a distance below 25[Cm], which can be said to be the effect of an error that results in image loss taken due to close distance. In the future, we plan to apply the education system presented in this paper to classes, which increases the efficiency of classes and improve students' interest and understanding of the subject.

The subjects for the study were twenty four obese women(50's) composed of the exercise group(n=12) and to a "no exercise" control group(n=12). The variables of health-related fitness, blood pressure, and blood vessel elasticity where measured in all the subjects before the start of the training program and after at the end of the 8 weeks circuit training. The test data were analyzed by t-test, paired t-test, and alpha level of p<.05 was set for all tests of significance. Health-related fitness was exercise group, the BMI had significantly decreased, and the 20m shuttle run, sit-ups and sit-and-reach had significantly increased. Blood pressure was exercise group, the systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure had significantly decreased. Also, after the circuit training program, the exercise group had significantly higher diastolic blood pressure than did the control group. blood vessel elasticity was exercise group, the blood vessel elasticity had significantly decreased. And exercise group had significantly higher diastolic blood vessel elasticity than did the control group. In conclusion, BMI, systolic blood pressure, and diastolic blood pressure had significantly decreased, but 20 m shuttle run, sit-ups and sit-and-reach had significantly increased in the combined exercise group after the 8 weeks circuit training. Therefore, regular and continuous circuit training were effective in improving the body composition, blood pressure, blood vessel elasticity and health-related fitness.

In this thesis, we have designed the indirect adaptive controller using Dynamic Neural Units(DNU) for unknown nonlinear systems. Proposed indirect adaptive controller using Dynamic Neural Unit based upon the topology of a reverberating circuit in a neuronal pool of the central nervous system. In this thesis, we present a genetic DNU-control scheme for unknown nonlinear systems. Our method is different from those using supervised learning algorithms, such as the backpropagation (BP) algorithm, that needs training information in each step. The contributions of this thesis are the new approach to constructing neural network architecture and its training.
