This study attempts to extend the customer value - customer satisfaction - customer loyalty framework by introducing key constructs of scarcity messages as a major environmental stimulus and the urge to buy impulsively as its response in the context of group-buying social commerce, across countries including Korea and China. More specifically, this study proposes that scarcity messages influence customers' value perception (i.e., utilitarian value and hedonic value) and thereby influencing customer satisfaction and further customer loyalty. Moreover, the study suggests that scarcity messages and utilitarian and hedonic values arouse the urge to buy impulsively. In the Korean sample, the results show that scarcity messages increase both utilitarian and hedonic values as well as the urge to buy impulsively, which in turn leads to customers' satisfaction and further loyalty. Besides, customer satisfaction is determined by utilitarian value, not hedonic value. In the Chinese sample, utilitarian value-related relationships are insignificant. More specifically, scarcity messages only influence hedonic value which increases the urge to buy impulsively. Besides, customer satisfaction is determined by both utilitarian and hedonic values, but not by the urge to buy impulsively.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the gap in perceived importance-satisfaction rates of foreign Chinese students regarding the university foodservice selection attributes. All statistical analyses are conducted by the SPSS package program (ver 20.0). The results of the statistical analyses are as follows: The validity of the 22 food service selection attributes is being evaluated via the exploratory factor analysis and then five factors are extracted. The five factors are: 'Factor 1. Cleanness and service quality', 'Factor 2. Food quality and price', 'Factor 3. Physical environment', 'Factor 4. Convenience', and 'Factor 5. Service environment'. According to the results of one-way ANOVA, physical environment showed that significant differences across the periods of residence in Korea and the eating frequency at on campus foodservices. On the other hand, the food quality and price, convenience, and service environment showed that significant differences across the periods of residence in Korea. For the first research question, the hypothetical factors were selected through literature review, the area of which are media consumption, social media and effect of advertising. In this study examined 4 independent variables: information, reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation. Methodologies are confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression. Result showed that reliability, BJ attractiveness and customer innovation are statistically significant. According to the β value, the biggest one is customer innovation, the second one is BJ attractiveness and the third one is reliability. The influence of information on customer attitude is not statistically significant. The result is well-aligned with the prior studies. The information factor's influence, however, is disputable because some prior studies shows that it is not significant when the research samples are recently developed channel such as mobile or social media commerce platforms. It is necessary to identify the root causes why the information factor is not significant in some research cases. For the second research question, this study used independent t-test between Korean and Chinese customers. The result shows that the difference in reliability, BJ attractiveness and attitude are stastically significant, and the ratings of Chinese customers are higher. This result caused by the difference of media commerce environment between Korea and China. Information and customer innovation didn't show significant difference.

In this study, there are two research objectives. First, we identified the impact of service quality on customer satisfaction and intention to repurchase in the Internet shopping mall. Second, we tried to analyze the mediating effects of the customer satisfaction on the relationship between service quality and intention to repurchase. Based on past research and theoretical discussions, we developed a research model in terms of service quality and intention to repurchase in the Internet shopping mall. In order to verify our research model, we analyzed 492 survey data of consumers who had experiences in the Internet shopping mall in China. We found that sub-factors of the service quality in the Internet shopping mall have positive effects on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention through the survey data analysis. Among the five factors of service quality in the Internet shopping mall, except assurance, the positive effects of tangibility, responsiveness, empathy and reliability on repurchase intention are statistically significant. In addition, we found mediating effects of customer satisfaction in the Internet shopping mall on the relationship between service quality and intention to repurchase.
Multiple regression is used to examine the relationship between a set of two or more independent variables and one dependent variable. It provides the information necessary to make predictions of the dependent variables based on several independent variables. To do so, the multiple regression equation is extended to: y=$a+{\beta}_1x_1+{\beta}_2x_2+{\ldots}+{\beta}_kx_k$ y=attractiveness a=the value of the intercept ${\beta}_1$=the slope(weighting) of the first variable ${\beta}_1$= the slope(weighting) of the second variable ${\beta}_k$=the slope of the $\kappa$th variable The resulting regression equation of this research is y=$a+{\beta}_1site's\;system+{\beta}_2customer\;satisfaction+{\beta}_3products+{\beta}_4delivery$ y=3.233+0.374(site's system)+0.268(customer satisfaction)+0.17(products)+0.077(delivery)
