조선시대 전통마을의 서식관에 관한 연구 - 충재 권벌의 종가를 중심으로 - (A Study on a Habitat View of Korean Traditional Villages - in the case of Chung Jae Kwon Bul family -)

  • According to Korean's geographical features of Taek Li Ji, the best location for human settlements is on the vicinity of a stream among a stream, an river and a sea, and not far from a ridge. The researcher chose one of best village which is called Yougokmaeul in Bonghwa-Gun, Kyungsang-Do. This village was created a gathering village with the same surname, can be translated as a hen and the front mountain can be seen as a rooster in the view of the shape of geographical features. As it were, the shape of this village and the cultivated land seems to be an egg inside a nest of a parent's chicken in the respect of the analogy of the theory of P'ungsuchiri which is known as Feng Shui in China and geomancy in the western world, and to effect the defensive psychology of the living environment in the terrain inland. This village is the studying place, Suckchunjungsa as the lecturing and studying place for their following students within the Chunghadonchun, the studying Yougok village, and even the ritual place performing ancestral sacrifices and the first incoming ancestor's graves in the same geographical system. The house site of the first incoming resident is surrounded the countian and is located in the front of Backsulryount which is the main mountain through Moonsu-san in the branch mountain of Korean's mountain system. Backsulryoung which is to be seen as the white peak, is symbolized the head of a hen which is to relate to a mysterious turtle in the view of P'ungsuchiri. And the pavilion which is called Chungamjung is sited on the rock of a shape of turtle which is symbolized to live longer. In the section of the mountain and water, Lee Jung Hwan mentioned a living place near the mountain stream is the best residential area and a landscape which is composed by a stream between mountains make a pleasure spirit and a bright feeling and make a refined person. If one can reach in the graceful mountain make a pleasure split and a bright feeling and make a refined person. If one can reach in the graceful mountain half day away, this kind of place must be a best living residential area to live. But this village was structured all in one place. And one of the ideas tangibly reflected in traditional Korean society's view of life and nature is the seclusion based on the Taoism. This kind of a dreamy thoughts make a dream to keep the paradise in our ancestors' mind. This kind of utopia is Chunghadonchun which is structured 5 aspects from the utopian gate near the Samgaesuewon to the village. These 5aspects is expressed by some Confucian thoughts as a small cosmos individually. On the third aspects which is the center among these aspects, the Suckchunjungsa which was made a seclusion place to devoting himself to his studies with refined tastes. The word of Jiju-am, Gangpung-dae, Jaewol-dae and Biryoung-pock are all expressed to cultivate one's moral character and to seek the truth by the Confucius'theory through the nature.

축산농장 동물복지의 윤리적 갈등과 딜레마 극복: 국내 산란계 농장에서의 윤리의식 수준에 따른 동물복지 관련법규 준수여부 상관관계 조사 (Overcoming Ethical Conflicts and Dilemmas in Farm Animal Welfare: Investigation of Correlation between Ethical Awareness Level and Compliance with Animal Welfare-Related Regulations in Korean Layer Farms)

  • 국내의 동물복지 개념의 도입은 해외 선진국에 비해 늦었으나 정부 주도에 의해 비교적 적극적인 동물복지정책들이 도입되고 있다. 그러나 축산업 현장에서 동물복지 인식이 충분치 못하기 때문에 자발적인 개선이 아닌 정부의 정책수단에 의하여 동물복지를 추진하고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 국내 산란계 농가를 중심으로 최근 5년간 도입된 동물복지 관련 정책이 현장에서 유발하는 갈등을 유형화하여 파악하기 위하여 산란 농장 운영자들의 동물복지 관련 의식수준 및 동물복지 관련 규정 준수여부를 조사하였다. 산란 농가 현장방문을 통하여 설문조사를 진행하였으며, 산란양계농장 운영자(소유자 혹은 관리 책임자)를 대상으로 53가구의 산란양계 농가를 조사하였다(2020년 산란양계농가 수 797가구 수 기준 90% 신뢰수준(Z-score: 1.65) 10.18% 허용 오차). 현장에서의 갈등을 윤리적 고려 수준에 따라 소극적, 중도적, 적극적 3가지로 유형화하였다. 또한 윤리적 고려 수준에 따라 동물복지 관련 규정 준수 여부와의 상관관계를 조사하였다. 결과적으로, 축산 현장에서의 동물복지 관련 규정 준수 여부는 축산 농장 운영자의 윤리적 고려수준의 영향을 받는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 다만 예외적으로 농장 운영자의 동물복지 의식수준이 높음에도 동물복지 관련 규정은 준수하지 못하는 갈등상황이 확인되었는데, 이는 현장에서 인지하고 있는 규정과 정책의 충돌로 인해 발생한 갈등 상황임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이처럼 정책 수단에 의해 추진되는 동물복지가 효과적일 수는 있지만, 아직은 현장에서 갈등을 유발하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

육용계에 있어서 계통간 산육능력 및 체중증가에 따른 각 부위별 증가양상 추정에 관한 연구 (Studies on the Estimation of Growth Pattern Cut-up Parts in Four Broiler Strain in Growing Body Weight)

  • 본 연구는 육용계육종개량에 필요한 기초자료를 얻기 위하여 육용계 4계통(H, T, M, A)을 306수 공시하여 성장률 및 체중증가에 따른 체중구성요소들과 산육률의 상대비율(%)을 Trial 1 (생체중:900~l,000g), Trial 2 (생체중 : 1,300~l,500g), Trial 3 (성체중 1,600~1,800g), 그리고 Trial 4 (생체중 :1.8kg 이상) 순서로 추정하였다. 공시된 Broiler는 1987년 7월 2일부터 동년 9월 13일까지 서울대학교 농과대학 가축육종 농장에서 사육되었고, 도체시험을 가하였다. 조사사항 및 방법은 전기한 바와 같다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 4계통(H, T, M, A) 각각에서 7주령 체중과 0~7까지의 사료효율 및 생존율을 살펴보면 H계통은 $2.150\pm$34.9, 2.55 및 99.7%였으며, T계통은 $2.138\pm$26.2, 2.125 및 99.7%, M계통은 $1.960\pm$23.1과 2.084 및 100.0%였고 A계통은 $2.319\pm$27.9와 2.030 및 100.0%였다. 4계통 모두 정상발육을 하였다. 2. 0~7주령까지 2주간격으로 조사한 성장률에 대한 성적을 살펴보면 2주령을 제외한 전주령에서 계통간에 뚜렷한 유의차를 보였다. 성장속도를 표시해 주는 회귀계수값 기울기 b값을 보면, bA=1.015, bH=0.968, bM=0.950, bT=0.942순으로, A계통의 경우 bA=1.015로서 유의적으로 제일 빠른 속도로 성장하고 있음을 나타내고 있다. 3. 체중구성요소들 체중증가에 따라 각부위들의 체중비율이 증가되는 부위는 다음과 같다. 우모, 복부지방 및 흉부 그러고 퇴경부 등이고, 반면에 감소되고 있는 부위는 방혈중, 두부, 가식내장 및 불가식내장이었고, 체중증가에도 큰 변화가 없는 것을 익부 및 배부이었다. 각 부위별 계통간 유의차를 보이는 것은 우모의 경우 Trial 4에서 계통간 유의차를 보였고, 각부의 경우는 Trial 3에서 계통간 유의차를 보였으며 복부지방량의 경우 Trial 1에 유의차를 보인 뒤 나머지 단계에서는 유의차를 보이지 않았다. 가식부위들 중 계통간간 유의차가 있는 것은 경부에서(Trial 2) 나타났다. 정육이 가장 많이 퇴경부와 흉부의 중량비율(%)을 살펴보면 Trial 4에서 흉부중양비율(%)은 H, T, M, A계통에서 19.2, 19.0, 19.0, 19.0%였고 퇴경부 경우는 23.0%, 23.3, 22.8 그러고 23.0%로 흉부중량비율(%)보다 퇴경부중양비율(%)이 훨씬 높게 나타났다. 체중증가에 따른 증가속도는 흉부가 머 빠른 속도로증가했다. 4. 흉부와 퇴경부의 산육률을 보면 폐부의 산육률에 있어서 계통간 유의차는 Trial 2와 Trial 4에서 산육률의 계통간 유의차를 보였다. 증가속도가 제일 빠른 T계통은 흉폐부근육위주로 개량되었다고 판단된다. Trial 4에서 각 계통간(H, T, M, A)에서 각부의 산육률을 보면 각각 77.2%, 78.9%, 73.5%, 74.8%를 나타냈으며, 퇴경부의 경우 계통간유의차를 나타내지 않았으나 H계통의 경우는 성장속도가 제일 빠르게 나타났다. 반면, 흉부에서 제일 성장속도가 빨랐던 T계통은 퇴경부 산흉율은 bT=0.775로 오히려 감소속도를 나타내고 있다. 한편 퇴경부 산육율을 H, T, M, A계통별로 살펴보면 80.3%, 78.4%. 79.7% 그리고 80.2%였다. 5. 체중구성요소들의 중상비율간의 상관근도는 계통간를 차이를 보이지 않았다. 체중구성요소중 체중과 상관정도가 높은 부위들은 방혈양, 두부, 각부, 흉부, 퇴경부등이였다. 복부지방(%)은 어느 계종에서나 주로 불가식내장과 높은 유의상관을 보였으나, 가식부위와의 상관정도는 매우 낮게 나타났다.

하해혼성 평야지 논토양의 부산물퇴비 시용효과 (Composting Impacts on Soil Properties and Productivity in a Fluvio-marine Deposit Paddy Field)

  • 본 시험은 벼 재배시 부산물퇴비에 의한 지력증진 및 화학비료 대체효과를 검토하고자 4년 동안 표준시비(대조구)와 부산물퇴비 3종 즉 우분톱밥퇴비, 돈분톱밥퇴비, 계분톱밥퇴비를 매년, 격년, 2년 후, 3년 후 시용하여 호남농업연구소 벼 재배 포장인 전북통에서 실시한 결과 다음과 같다. 작토심은 표준시비(화학비료)에 비해 모든 부산물퇴비 시용으로 깊어졌으며, 우분퇴비>돈분퇴비>계분퇴비 순이었다. 토양경도와 용적밀도는 표준시비에 비하여 낮아졌고, 특히 우분퇴비 3년 후 시용 및 매년 시용구에서 크게 낮아졌다. 토양pH, 토양유기물 유효인산 및 규산, 치환성 양이온 함량은 표준시비에 비하여 부산물퇴비 시용구에서 대체로 높아지는 결과를 보였으며, 특히 양이온치환용량은 우분퇴비 매년 시용구, 돈분퇴비 2년 후 시용구, 계분퇴비 격년 시용구에서 높아졌다. 염기포화도는 우분퇴비, 돈분퇴비는 3년 후 시용구, 계분퇴비는 매년 시용구에서 높게 나타났다. 총 질소흡수량 및 질소이용율은 우분퇴비, 계분퇴비, 표준시비, 돈분퇴비 순으로 많았으며 높았다. 쌀 수량은 표준시비($5.07Mg\;ha^{-1}$)에 비하여 우분퇴비 모든 시용구 및 돈분 계분퇴비 격년 시용구에서 높았으며, 완전미비율과 현미 중 완전립비율은 돈분퇴비 모든 시용구 및 계분퇴비 매년 격년 시용구에서 높았고, 우분퇴비 시용으로 표준시비에 비하여 10~13% 정도 낮아졌다.

부산물을 이용한 꽃게 통발용 미끼의 유인 효과 (Attracting effect of baits used the by-product for swimming crab Portunus trituberculatus pots)

  • In order to develop the substitutive materials for natural baits of swimming crab pots, the attracting effects of swimming crab such as the preference of baits which were made of the by-products of marine and stock raising through the water tank experiments and fishing experiments. On the investigation of mean entrapped catch number to the pot by the baits after putting the 4 kinds of baits, mackerel(M), mackerel with grinded mackerel s internals($MM_I$), mackerel with tuna s internals$MM_I$) and makerel with grinded krill(MK) each in one pot by turns, $MM_I$ and MK were entrapped mean 3.9(13.0%) and they were a little more comparing to M, and $MT_I$ is least with mean 2.1(7.0%)(F=12.913, P < 0.05). Otherwise, on the preference investigation of swimming crabs by the baits after putting the 4 kinds of baits in the 4 pots each, M was entrapped mean 3.0(10%), but $MM_I$, $MT_I$ and MK were mean 1.2(4.0%), 1.0(3.3%) and 1.5(5.0%) each and they were only 30-50% of M(F=13.398, P < 0.05). On the preference investigation of swimming crabs by the 5 kinds of baits, mackerel(M), and krill(K), manila clam($M_C$), pig s fat($P_F$) and chicken s head($C_H$) which were used in substitutive baits, M was entrapped mean 3.2(10.7%), but K was about 50% of catch of M with mean 1.6(5.3%), and $M_C$, $P_F$ and $C_H$ were very few with mean 0.1-0.2(0.3-0.7%)(F=89.186, P < 0.05). On the preference investigation of swimming crabs by the pots which were put each the 3 kinds of baits, original krill(K), grinded krill with gluten and soybean oil cake($K_GGS$) and grinded krill with gluten, soybean oil cake and glycine($K_GGSG_L$) in the blue fluorescent hexahedral plastic bait cages(BF), and which were put the mackerel(M) in the non-fluorescent hexahedral red plastic bait cage($RF_N$), it was entrapped mean 3.0(10.0%) in the pot which was put the mackerel in the $RF_N$, and the same level in the pots which were put the K and $K_GGSG_L$ in the BF, but it was mean 2.0(6.7%) in the pots which was put the $K_GGS$ in BF and it was decreased by 30% of catch comparing to $RF_N$(F=3.750, P < 0.05). On the preference investigation of swimming crab by the pots which was put grinded tuna with gluten, soybean oil cake and glycine($T_IGSG_L$) in the blue fluorescent hexahedral plastic bait cage(BF), and which was put mackerel(M) in the nonfluorescent hexahedral red plastic bait cage($RF_N$), it was entrapped mean 3.3(11.0%) in the pot which was put mackerel in $RF_N$, and mean 2.7(9.0%) in the pot which was put $T_IGSG_L$ in BF and it was about 15% less comparing to use bait M(t=1.387, P < 0.05). As a results of fishing experiments, a plan for enhancing catching efficiency of $T_IGSG_L$ will be required because catching efficiency of $T_IGSG_L$, alternative bait, was half of fish catching efficiency of natural bait using mackerel. Fishing experiments were conducted 3 times using reinforced substitutive artificial bait that is reinforced attractive effect of $T_IGSG_L$ and composed of tuna intestine, grinded mackerel, gluten, soybean cake, glycine and alanine($T_IM_GGSG_LA$). Catching efficiency of $T_IM_GGSG_LA$ was about 80% of that of natural bait made of mackerel.

양계 농업인의 작업장 환경 및 개인보호구 착용 실태조사 (A Survey on the Workplace Environment and Personal Protective Equipment of Poultry Farmers)

  • Objectives: This study was conducted to investigate the actual condition of the farm work environment and personal protective equipment as part of the effort to improve livestock work for the safety and health of poultry farmers and provide basic data for establishing plans to improve and develop personal protective equipment. Methods: For this purpose, a questionnaire survey on general information about stables, the poultry work environment, accidents, the wearing of work clothes and personal protective equipment, and the level of awareness related to personal protective equipment was conducted among 148 poultry farmers. Results: As a result, it was found that poultry workplace environment was exposed to such risks as fine dusts; organic dusts; poisonous gases; odorous substances; chicken excrement; contact with chickens, bacteria or viruses; and accidents related to machine operation. Thirteen percent of respondents suffered severe respiratory diseases, and the most frequently injured sites due to accidents were the hands (25.7%), knees (23.8%), arms (17.3%), and head (10.9%). The most frequent type of accident was collisions between the body and obstacles or machinery during movement (36.4%), followed by erroneous machine operation such as feeders and electric shocks (8.5%). Regarding the wearing of work clothes and personal protective equipment, 51.7% of the respondents wore worn-out clothing or everyday clothes, whereas only 32.0% wore work clothes. The percentage of farmers who wore proper protective equipment for the work environment during poultry work was 48.4%. The most frequently used type of protective equipment was boots (38.9%), followed by mask (36.7%), gloves (36.3%), appropriate work clothes (22.6%), quarantine clothes (17.6%), helmets (13.4%), and goggles (12.6%). The rate of wearing goggles was low because they were considered inconvenient and lowered work efficiency. Furthermore, they purchased everyday products available on the market for their personal protective equipment which were not appropriate for maintaining safety in an actual harmful environment and its consequent risks. As a result of the survey of the awareness level related to personal protective equipment, their levels of awareness of accidents and attitude proved to be average or higher, but the practice of wearing protective equipment and the level of knowledge and management of personal protective equipment were lower. Conclusion: This survey found that the wearing status of personal protective equipment among poultry farmers was insufficient even though they were exposed to risks. Most respondents were aware of the necessity of wearing personal protective equipment and of the potential for accidents, but they did not wear proper protective equipment. Their wearing rate was low due to a lack of knowledge about protective equipment, as well as the inconvenience of wearing it. Therefore there is a need to improve and develop specialized personal protective equipment for respiration, hands, and eyes, as well as work clothes that can protect farmers from major harmful matter that is generated in the poultry workplace. Based on the results of this investigation, we will conduct further studies on the required performance and design directions of personal protective equipment while collecting more objective data through field-oriented assessments.
