반도체 전공정의 하드마스크 스트립 검사시스템 개발 (Development of Hard Mask Strip Inspection System for Semiconductor Wafer Manufacturing Process)

  • The hard mask photo-resist strip inspection system for the semiconductor wafer manufacturing process inspects the position of the circuit pattern formed on the wafer by measuring the distance from the edge of the wafer to the strip processing area. After that, it is an inspection system that enables you to check the process status in real time. Process defects can be significantly reduced by applying a tester that has not been applied to the existing wafer strip process, edge etching process, and wafer ashing process. In addition, it is a technology for localizing semiconductor process inspection equipment that can analyze the outer diameter of the wafer and the state of pattern formation, which can secure process stability and improve wafer edge yield.

단섬유/입자 혼합 금속복합재료의 피로균열진전 거동 (Fatigue Crack Growth Behavior of Short fiber/Particle Hybrid Metal Matrix Composites)

  • The effects of short fiber and particle hybrid reinforcement on fatigue crack propagation behaviors in aluminum matrix composites have been investigated. Single and hybrid reinforced 6061 aluminum containing same 20 $Al_2O_3\;volume\%$ with four different constituent ratios of short fibers and particles were prepared by squeeze casting method and tested to check the near-threshold and stable crack growth behavior. The fatigue threshold of the composites increased with portion of particle contents and showed the improved crack resistance especially in low stress intensity range. Addition of particle instead of short fiber also increased fracture toughness due to increase of inter-reinforcement distance. These increase in both fatigue threshold and fracture toughness eventually affected the fatigue crack growth behavior such that the crack growth curve shift low to high stress intensity factor value. Overall experimental results were shown that particle reinforcement was enhanced the fatigue crack resistance over the whole stress intensity factor range.

  • This paper shows a monitoring program, and this Exploiting monitoring program is a program for real-time monitoring the current and voltage which is produced by wind generators. And this program helps to check efficiency and situation of the wind generator; therefore, it uses LabVIEW for this real-time monitoring program. It is expensive that the specific network is needed in the common LD (long distance) data transmission. So in this paper, it shows the transmission method which use ezTCP/LAN (Serial-port${\leftarrow}{\rightarrow}$LAN-port converter) and combine with the TCP/IP based on LabVIEW. And in this method the specific network is not needed for using the Internet network to transmit the data, which can reduce the application cost of the system.

  • A problem of relevant interest to some industries is that of optimum two-dimensional layout. The objective of this work is to allocate the shapes on a sheet in such a way to minimize the amount of waste. A nesting software has been developed to help user arrange the 2D parts effectively. It provides various functions, e.g., transformation, distance-check, NC post-processor, etc. This software is developed in X window system with C langusge. Final goal of this software is generating NC code data of the 2D parts on the sheet that can be directly used in NC machines.

  • 사용하지 않은 새 금속 압력용기에 대하여, 사용 전 음향방출시험을 수행할 때 장비점검, 탐촉자간 거리, 탐촉자 위치, 전 측정 시스템 점검, 가압방법, 잡음 제거법 및 시험 결과의 평가 등에 대한 절차를 수립하고 현장 응용시험이 수행되었다. 일반적으로 음향방출 시험은 많은 잡음을 포함하는데 시험동안 관찰결과를 기록하여 평가 시 시간 필터링함으로서 잡음을 제거할 수 있었다.

  • The seismic response analysis of a freestanding spent fuel storage cask model are performed for an artificial time history acceleration generated by the basis on the US NRC RG1.60 response acceleration spectrum. This paper focuses on the structural stability by seismic loads to check the overturing possibility of storage cask and the slipping displacement on bed. Parametric analyses of a simplified cask model are performed to take into account the variations in seismic load magnitude and cask/bed interface friction. The analyses results show that the storage cask has a large marginal integrity in the response acceleration and slipping distance for both design seismic and beyond design seismic loads.

  • This paper presents an evaluation system to determine the completeness of a space map obtained by a visual SLAM(Simultaneous Localization And Mapping) algorithm. The proposed system consists of three parts. First, the proposed system detects the occurrence of loop closing to confirm that users acquired the information from all directions. Thereafter, the acquired map is divided with regular intervals and is verified whether each area has enough map points to successfully estimate users' position. Finally, to check the effectiveness of each map point, the system checks whether the map points are identifiable even at the location where there is a large distance difference from the acquisition position. Experimental results show that space maps whose completeness is proven by the proposed system has higher stability and accuracy in terms of position estimation than other maps that are not proven.

  • 정보통신기술의 발전과 더불어 해상통신 시스템 또한 안전성, 효율성, 정확성 그리고 보안을 목적으로 하는 항해 및 통신 장비 관련 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 100km 초과 원거리 조업 어선에 대해서 위치파악 및 선박상태 등 어선관리에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 그리하여 본 연구에서는 Digital-HF 통신 시스템을 통한 원거리 선박 안전을 위하여 최적주파수를 선택하고 이 주파수를 이용하여 선박 위치 확인이 가능하도록 한다.

  • The concepts of pseudocodeword and pseudoweight play a fundamental role in the finite-length analysis of LDPC codes. The pseudoredundancy of a binary linear code is defined as the minimum number of rows in a parity-check matrix such that the corresponding minimum pseudoweight equals its minimum Hamming distance. By using the value assignment of Chen and Kløve we present new results on the pseudocodeword redundancy of binary linear codes. In particular, we give several upper bounds on the pseudoredundancies of certain codes with repeated and added coordinates and of certain shortened subcodes. We also investigate several kinds of k-dimensional binary codes and compute their exact pseudocodeword redundancy.

  • With the advent of the IoT (internet of things) era, there has been discussion on how to efficiently use various information from daily life. In academic and industrial society, various smart devices such as smart watches, smart phones, and smart glasses have been developed and commercialized for narrowing the physical/psychological distance with user information. According to recent developments of smart devices, the contemporary people have desired to check their body information and treat disease by themselves. According to the needs of the time, biological researches by phototherapy/monitoring have been actively conducted. Among various light sources, microLEDs have been spotlighted due to their superior optoelectric properties and stability. In this paper, we would like to review the state-of-the research results on the next-generation biological therapy devices via microLEDs.
