진술선호법의 가상적 지불상황으로 초래되는 가상편의(hypothetical bias)는 설문 응답자에게 사회규범적 부담으로 작용하여 설문 응답에 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 도심하천복원의 경제적 편익을 추정하기 위해 전통적으로 사용되고 있는 주관적 질문과 함께 객과화된 질문을 적용하여 가상적 편의(사회규범편의)를 검정하였다. 대전광역시의 하천이 복원되는 사례를 이용하여 전국의 응답자 1,000명을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하여 조건부가치평가법(CV)과 선택실험(CE)을 함께 적용하여 지불의사액을 추정하였다. 사회규범편의를 검정하는 방법으로 관련 문헌에서 일반적으로 쓰이는 표본분할과 파라미터화 방법을 함께 적용하여 그 함의를 비교하였다. 전통적인 방법으로 추정된 하천복원의 한계가치는 CV의 경우 10,500원, CE의 경우 수질 개선 18,600원, 하천내부 개선 2,200원, 하천주변 개선 8,900원, 생물다양성 개선 5,800원으로 추정되었다. 검정 결과에 의하면 응답자들의 선호도 이질성을 설명하는 원인으로서 질문의 차이를 파라미터화하여 모형에 포함시킬 경우에는 가치평가기법의 차이에 관계없이 사회규범편의가 5% 수준에서 모두 유의하게 나타났다. 반면, 질문의 유형에 따라 데이터가 독립적으로 분석되는 표본분할의 경우 대부분의 경우에서 사회규범편의가 유의하지 않았다. 비록, 본 연구에서 Cheap-talk가 사전에 적용되어 가상적 편의가 1차적으로 걸러졌을 가능성이 있겠지만, 검정법에 따라서 전혀 다른 결론이 도출될 수 있어서 앞으로 주의가 요구된다. 실질적 효과성 차원에서 사회규범편의를 검정하는 표본분할의 사용을 권한다. 특히, 사회규범이 강한 상황에서는 Cheap-talk 이후에도 가상편의가 강하게 잔존할 가능성이 높기 때문에 향후 비시장가치평가에서 객관적 질문의 역할이 강조된다.

A solar collector surface coated with a low emission material is still imported from other developed countries expensively. Thus it is very significant to develop a new coating method with a cheap alternative coating material instead of the imported high-cost collector surface. A thermal spray method was adopted to coat a cheap Titania on a copper plate. Generally, a new coating on the copper plate was conducted successfully by selecting a proper ratio of carbon and acetylene. By measuring an absorption rate of solar and heat emission rate, all the plate types gained a high absorption rate of 98% approximately, more or less, but all of the types still have a high emission. Finally it was clear that more research is needed to advance the coated-plate to subdue the high emission from the hot plate surface and the higher the Titania's proportion is, the lower the emission is on the surface.

저렴한 농사용 전력 요금으로 인한 농업 부문 전력 과소비, 에너지의 전력 의존도 증가, 전력 생산성 저하, 교차보조의 증가 등 부작용들이 심화되고 있다. 더구나, 저렴한 전기 요금의 혜택이 영세농이 아닌 기업농에 집중되고 있으며, 최근에는 가상통화 채굴에 농사용 전기가 불법 사용되는 사례가 늘고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 부작용을 분석하고, 로그평균 디비지아 지수법(LMDI)을 이용하여 1988-2016년 농사용 전력 소비량 증가를 성장, 구조 변화, 에너지 집약도 변화 등 세 가지 요인으로 구분하여 각 요인별 영향을 추정한다. 본 연구는 현행 농사용 전력요금 정책이 여러 가지 부작용을 낳고 국가 에너지 수입 부담을 가중시키며 온실 가스 배출 증가 억제에 부정적인 만큼 근본적인 변화가 시급함을 알려준다.

For GIS to land and sea in Korea, GIS on land was almost completed with big cities by NGIS(National Geographic Information System) business. However, MGIS(Marine Geographic Information System) being constructed by the National Oceanographic Research Institute is still constructing geography information and definition of attribute information and real condition. We are being studied on research to get maximized the ripple effect linking GPS and Navigation techniques on GIS. GPS in accuracy is divided into navigation and precise surveying equipment. Now, GPS technology has been developed very much and low price GPS equipments are introducing. But expense on GPS equipment is high yet. Therefore, GPS equipment for navigation is used on cheap GPS equipment in a car or ship. In this paper, the author used algorithm to convert ellipsoid coordinate between WGS84 and Bessel ellipsoid and to analyze map projection between BESSEL ellipsoid and UTM plane coordinate system. And the author developed ship navigation system with cheap GPS equipment using algorithm of ellipsoid conversion and map projection. The author proposed the necessity on constructing MGIS to manage many ships.

Men's clothing has been recently giving higher market shares to the ready-made clothes rather than the custom-tailored clothes. With many active studies on the human body and design, the ready-made clothes win popularity due to their rapid repairing, various design, and cheap prices, though they are not perfect suitable for some people. Therefore the ready-made has a weak point unable to consider all of the individual physical characteristics. However the custom-tailored clothes ate able to make clothing perfectly suitable lot their customers, though they require longer time-taking and expensive costs. In this context, this paper is design and implementation an automatic design edit system to provide a rapid and cheap service for customers on the ground of the custom-tailored clothes. In other words, this paper intended to use computer systems lot rapidly and precisely providing design dependent on the individual physical characteristics including a distorted bodies, types of the leg, and a height of the shoulder. To do so, the paper using not only studies on the human body and the custom-tailored clothes but also technical know-hows planned design for each individual body by LISP language and automatically process the design through CAD system. Consequently, the rapid and precise processing has reduced inventories and production costs, leading to supplying high quality clothes at lower prices.

Coal has made a wonderful contribution to the production of cheap electricity. Coal based power plants have been the backbone of world's electricity for a long time now. Coal while being cheap and easily available is also a source of various solid, liquid and gaseous effluents which are responsible for the environmental degradation. Environmental issues caused by coal need to be studied and analyzed, then a common global consensus must be formed. Efficient action must be taken against each and every type of pollutant that is produced by this particular industry. The research aims to provide a brief overlook of the environmental impact of India's coal-based power plants. The aim of this study is to introduce a novel environmentally feasible energy scenario for the future of Indian power sector which has been named as "OPES". OPES is mathematically simulated using the combination of GAMS and LEAP. OPES is simple to comprehend and can be reproduced easily for other case studies as well. Results show that OPES can help the Indian power sector to minimize its environmental impact without causing any problems in the energy supply.

Business is an important entity in every economy with its role in job creation, budget contribution, and national output. It can be said that enterprises are also one of the leading units that play a key role in implementing digital transformation, grasping science and technology, and improving labor productivity. Developing a team of enterprises that are both strong in quantity and strong in quality is an urgent requirement in many countries, including Vietnam. Vietnam is a developing country and home to many textile and garment enterprises operating due to the advantages of cheap labor and a large market, the textile and garment industry is capable of creating many jobs for the economy. Studying the factors affecting corporate financial performance across 250 textile and garment enterprises in Hanoi capital and Bac Ninh province, the research results show that when enterprises have the ability to mobilize capital, the cost is cheap, appropriate, and optimal, most businesses often achieve higher business efficiency and financial performance. In contrast, enterprises that are difficult to raise capital in the economy often achieve low financial efficiency and financial performance. The study also confirms the role of human capital in enterprises, enterprises with high human capital often achieve high profits.

This thesis has an intention to examine how much Bobos, which has appeared as a new ruling class in the age of digital information economy, has had an influence on the fashion design and which aspect Bobos fashion assumes specifically. The existence of Bobos in Korea and its cultural disposition are examined. To do so, questionnaire survey has been performed for 400 persons. According to the result, it is shown that they control themselves thoroughly through exercise and have much interest in their health; for example, they prefer organic agricultural products and nonpolluting foods. They also consume goods reasonably, emphasizing on their own individuality, rather than purchase high-price articles for no good reason, and enjoy their life while seeking for success in the society. Such a disposition is almost same as that in the U.S, showing a small difference in the occupation or origins. It is examined which aspect Bobos fashion design, a new trend, assumes in more detail. Bobos seeks for a thing that is not cheap, has a recognized brand, and is not behind the fashion. They like the nature friendly, classical, and not vulgar thing. design should be casual and practical, and the quality of the material should be good. Especially, an individual disposition is emphasized in Bobos fashion, in which they disregard a brand and try to be the subject of a trend, by creating a fashion by themselves, to express their originality freely. Bobos fashion the first style it harmonizes the appear things not to be matching with each other and depending on pursuing the mix & match. The second style of Bobos fashion nature is friendship and fight. The hazard which it does like that the fact that it attempts is the composition characteristic of idea. The namely design is an utility cheap assuredly with high-class characteristic of subject matter is not a recognize cheap. The third style of Bobos fashion is expressed in nostalgic about the art. Of course Bobos style is not a possibility fashion as main stream of doing still today, but the effect of Bobos is magnified gradually from cultural, social, economic area. It analyzes style is a tendency where trend of the consumer is gradually converted marketing. This paper is meaningful in the sense that Bobos class, which has not been examined yet systematically, and the fashion are connected closely, and the fashion trend in the next is examined.

It is needed that the small, cheap and low power dissipated image stabilizing system is used in a small camcorder. It is essential to detect the hand shake of human exactly for the good design of image stabilizing system. In this study, the hand shake is measured by the experiment on 17 peoples in peak-to- peak voltage and frequency. The shake of image by hand by hand is independent of human age or weight, and dependent of calmness of character or concentration of mind.

The voice over IP(VoIP) technology is currently recognized as the base technology for the next generation telecommunication services. So the VoIP market has been extremely expanding with the opportunity for cheap phone calls. This paper describes the packet voice testing issues and scenarios for the VoIP services. These issues and scenarios are deduced from the testing results through KT VoIP testbed composed of commercial systems.
