A suggestion of in-depth interview guidelines using generative AI services for lean startups (린 스타트업을 위한 생성형 AI 서비스 활용 심층 인터뷰 가이드라인 제안)

  • This study explores the effective utilization of generative AI for conducting in-depth interviews within the lean startup environment. With recent technological advancements, the application of generative AI in enhancing operational productivity has been on the rise across various organizations, and this trend extends to the lean startup milieu. The research develops specific guidelines and a guidebook aimed at assisting practitioners in lean startups to conduct in-depth interviews using AI, even amidst the constraints of limited time and capital. The proposed guidebook facilitates practitioners to swiftly design and conduct interviews, thereby promoting an agile and flexible working environment within lean startups. Moreover, this study investigates practical methods for applying text-based generative AI services like ChatGPT 4 and Luyten in the fields of design and interviewing, thereby contributing to the academic discussion and practical implementation in these areas. The significance of this research lies in its potential to broaden the horizon of scholarly debate and practical application of generative AI in lean startups.

  • Generative AI, exemplified by models like ChatGPT, has revolutionized human-machine interactions in the 21st century. As these advancements permeate various sectors, their intersection with the arts is both promising and challenging. Despite the arts' historical resistance to AI replacement, recent developments have sparked active research in AI's role in artistry. This study delves into the potential of AI in visual arts education, highlighting the necessity of swift adaptation amidst the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This research, conducted at a 4-year global higher education institution located in Gyeongbuk, involved 70 participants who took part in a creative convergence module course project. The study aimed to examine the influence of AI collaboration in visual arts, analyzing distinctions across majors, grades, and genders. The results indicate that creative activities with AI positively influence students' creativity and digital media literacy. Based on these findings, there is a need to further develop effective educational strategies and directions that incorporate AI.

  • Generative AI is a type of artificial intelligence technology that produces various types of data. With the success of ChatGPT, the generative AI market is blooming. As the generative AI market develops, generative AI is being applied in various industries. In this paper, we discuss the trends, applications, and directions for improvement. Currently, generative AI is trained on domain knowledge and data, and it is evolving towards Vertical AI. In the future, generative AI could be extended to AGI, which makes decisions and processes on its own like a human, to be used flexibly in various environments.

Literature Review of AI Hallucination Research Since the Advent of ChatGPT: Focusing on Papers from arXiv (챗GPT 등장 이후 인공지능 환각 연구의 문헌 검토: 아카이브(arXiv)의 논문을 중심으로)

  • Hallucination is a significant barrier to the utilization of large-scale language models or multimodal models. In this study, we collected 654 computer science papers with "hallucination" in the abstract from arXiv from December 2022 to January 2024 following the advent of Chat GPT and conducted frequency analysis, knowledge network analysis, and literature review to explore the latest trends in hallucination research. The results showed that research in the fields of "Computation and Language," "Artificial Intelligence," "Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition," and "Machine Learning" were active. We then analyzed the research trends in the four major fields by focusing on the main authors and dividing them into data, hallucination detection, and hallucination mitigation. The main research trends included hallucination mitigation through supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF), inference enhancement via "chain of thought" (CoT), and growing interest in hallucination mitigation within the domain of multimodal AI. This study provides insights into the latest developments in hallucination research through a technology-oriented literature review. This study is expected to help subsequent research in both engineering and humanities and social sciences fields by understanding the latest trends in hallucination research.

The potential applications of these advanced tools herald a new age for the marketing and advertising sectors, offering unprecedented opportunities for growth and optimization. Nevertheless, the rapid adoption of generative AI within these industries presents a unique set of challenges, particularly for organizations that lack the necessary technological infrastructure and human capital to effectively leverage these innovations. As a result, a competitive crisis may emerge, exacerbating existing disparities between well-equipped enterprises and their less technologically adept counterparts. In this article, we undertake a comprehensive exploration of the implications of generative AI for the future of marketing, examining both its potential benefits and drawbacks. We consider the possible impact of these developments on the advertising and marketing industries at large, as well as the ways in which professionals operating within these fields may need to adapt to remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven landscape. By providing a holistic overview of the challenges and opportunities associated with generative AI, this study aims to elucidate the complex dynamics at play in the ongoing evolution of the marketing and advertising sectors.

  • In the restaurant industry, along with the fourth industry, there is a food technology craze due to IT development. In addition, many prospective restaurant founders are increasing due to restaurant start-ups with relatively low entry barriers. And ChatGPT is causing a craze for chatbots. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze factors for restaurant start-ups with big data and implement a system to make it easier for prospective restaurant start-ups to recommend restaurant start-ups that suit them and further increase the success rate for restaurant start-ups. Therefore, this paper is meaningful in analyzing the start-up factors desired by prospective restaurant founders with big data, turning them into text, and furthermore, designing and studying the start-up factors shown as big data into a restaurant start-up chatbot system.

  • Purpose: This study aimed to develop a case-based nursing education program using generative artificial intelligence and to assess its usability and applicability in nursing curriculums. Methods: The program was developed by following the five steps of the ADDIE model: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. A panel of five nursing professors served as experts to implement and evaluate the program. Results: Utilizing ChatGPT, six program modules were designed and developed based on experiential learning theory. The experts' evaluations confirmed that the program was suitable for case-based learning, highly usable, and applicable to nursing education. Conclusion: Generative artificial intelligence was identified as a valuable tool for enhancing the effectiveness of case-based learning. This study provides insights and future directions for integrating generative artificial intelligence into nursing education. Further research should be attempted to implement and evaluate this program with nursing students.

  • The widespread discussion of AI-generated content, fueled by the emergence of consumer applications like ChatGPT and Midjourney, has attracted significant attention. Among various AI applications, AI painting has gained popularity due to its mature technology, user-friendly nature, and excellent output quality, resulting in a rapid growth in user numbers. Midjourney and Stable Diffusion are two of the most widely used AI painting tools by users. In this study, the author adopts a perspective that represents the general public and utilizes case studies and comparative analysis to summarize the distinctive features and differences between Midjourney and Stable Diffusion in the context of AI character illustration. The aim is to provide informative material forthose interested in AI painting and lay a solid foundation for further in-depth research on AI-generated content. The research findings indicate that both software can generate excellent character images but with distinct features.

  • 본 논문은 AI 기술을 활용하여 웹 디자인 및 개발 과정에서 생산성과 비용 측면에서 발생하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 솔루션을 제안하고 있다. ChatGPT와 같은 대규모 언어 모델을 기반으로 사용자가 원하는 웹사이트 유형과 데이터를 입력하면, AI가 적절한 웹 템플릿을 제시하고, 해당 템플릿을 기반으로 동적인 웹사이트를 자동으로 제작하는 방식으로 작동한다. 이를 통해 개발자는 웹사이트 디자인 및 레이아웃 개발에 소요되는 시간과 비용을 절감할 수 있다. 이러한 방식은 웹사이트를 더 사용자 친화적이고 참여도 높은 것으로 만들어, 고객 유치와 이타적 상호작용을 유도하며, 회사나 조직의 성공에 기여할 수 있다.

  • 최근 딥 러닝 분야의 기술이 발달하면서 Chat GPT, Google Bard와 같은 자연어 처리 기술이 확대되고 있고 이미지 객체를 분석하는 CLIP, BLIP와 같은 기술도 발전되고 있다. 그러나 전시회와 같은 예술 분야는 딥 러닝 기술 기반의 이미지 데이터 활용이 제한적이다. 본 논문은 전시회장에서의 그림 내부의 객체 데이터를 분석하기 위해 이미지 객체 분석 기술을 사용하고 자연어 처리 기반으로 관람객이 특정 그림에 대한 질문을 입력하면 해당 그림을 식별하는 방법을 제시한다. 이를 통해 관람객이 원하는 그림을 선별하여 관람할 수 있도록 한다.
