한살림의 친환경농산물 그린마케팅 추진실태와 시사점 (Implications and Situations of Hansalim's Green Marketing for Environmentally Friendly Agri-Products)

  • Hansalim is a cooperative organization dealing with environmental-friendly/organic products(EFOP), which is pursuing both movement and business. Hansalim consists of producer's organizations and consumer's organizations, and always talks over organization structures and management directions all together. Hansalim has the movement goal of values and a world view for all lives, and so produces, distributes and consumes the EFOP as a way of achieving the goal. Hansalim was founded in 1986, and has about 130,000 members, the total sales of about 93.6 billions, 19 regional hansalims and one logistics center in 2006. Product strategy and promotion strategy are remarkable among green marketing mix of hansalim. Product strategy focuses safety, the environmental intimacy, differentiation and superiority of products. And the characteristics of promotion strategy are spontaneity, the self-control, cooperative spirit, mutual trust and close relationship among producers, consumers and staffs in charge.

원통형 전기집진기의 전기유체역학적 해석에 관한 연구 (Study on Electrohydrodynamic Analysis of Cylinder Type ESP)

  • The main purpose of this study is to investigate the collection efficiency characteristics of a cylindrical ESP. To do that, it is necessary to analyze the electric field, gas flow field, and mechanism of particle movement by numerical simulation based on EHD model. For a gas flow field, Navier-Stokes equation involving the electric source term was solved by SIMPLE algorithm. In case of the electric field, the current continuity and electric field equations were solved by S.O.R. method. The analysis of particle movement was performed on the basis of PSI-CELL model from the Lagrangian viewpoint. The results showed that the influence on the gas flow field by the electric field is almost negligible in a cylindrical ESP. The particle drift velocity $V_P$ toward the collection surface is increased continuously by the electrostatic force due to the rise of particle charge as the particle is moving to the flow direction and the particle size becomes larger. The collection efficiency is to quitely higher with the increase of applied voltage for the same particle size, while becomes smaller as the inlet velocity is increased.

  • The ionic conductivity of NASICON (Na Super Ionic Conductor) solid electrolyte was simulated by using Monte Carlo Method (MCM)based on a hopping model. We assumed that the conduction path of Na ions is Na1→mid-Na→Na2 where the mid-Na sites are shallow potential sites to induce 'a breathing-like movement' of Na ions in the NASICON framework. The minimum of charge correlation factor Fc and the maximum of appeared at nearby x=2.0 The occupancy of mid-Na site affected the depth of potential barrier and the conduc-tivity of the NASICON. At above x=0.3 ln σT vs. 1/T* plots have been shown Arrhenius behavior but in (VWfc)vs. 1/T* have been shown the Arrhenius type tendency at x=1 MCM results accorded with the experi-mental procedure. The role of mid-Na on Na+ ion conduction could be explained by an additional driving force and a breating-like movement model for motions of Na+ ions in the NASICON framework. As we couldn't clearly remarked the model which is the better it seems reasonable to conclude that these hypothesies are suitable to explain the FIC behavior at NASICON.

A Subthreshold Slope and Low-frequency Noise Characteristics in Charge Trap Flash Memories with Gate-All-Around and Planar Structure

  • The causes of showing different subthreshold slopes (SS) in programmed and erased states for two different charge trap flash (CTF) memory devices, SONOS type flash memory with gate-all-around (GAA) structure and TANOS type NAND flash memory with planar structure were investigated. To analyze the difference in SSs, TCAD simulation and low-frequency noise (LFN) measurement were fulfilled. The device simulation was performed to compare SSs considering the gate electric field effect to the channel and to check the localized trapped charge distribution effect in nitride layer while the comparison of noise power spectrum was carried out to inspect the generation of interface traps ($N_{IT}$). When each cell in the measured two memory devices is erased, the normalized LFN power is increased by one order of magnitude, which is attributed to the generation of $N_{IT}$ originated by the movement of hydrogen species ($h^*$) from the interface. As a result, the SS is degraded for the GAA SONOS memory device when erased where the $N_{IT}$ generation is a prominent factor. However, the TANOS memory cell is relatively immune to the SS degradation effect induced by the generated $N_{IT}$.

펠든크라이스 기법®을 적용한 신체 움직임 프로그램 설계 - 파킨슨병 환자를 중심으로 (Design of Body Movement Program with the Application of Feldenkrais Method® - Foucing on Parkinson's Disease)

  • 파킨슨병은 신체 움직임을 담당하는 도파민의 부족으로 신체 기능의 장애로 기본적인 일상생활까지 영향을 미치는 퇴행성 신경질환이다. 현재 의술로는 완치가 힘들어 병의 지연과 예방 차원으로 운동치료에 관심을 모으고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 펠든크라이스 기법®을 파킨슨병 환자에게 적용하여 심신의 상태를 스스로 돌볼 수 있는 신체 움직임 프로그램을 설계하고 보급하는데 목적을 갖는다. 펠든크라이스 기법®은 신체 움직임을 이용한 심신 자각 학습 방법으로 신경가소성의 기능인 뇌와 행동을 연결하여 신경계를 재교육하는 방법론이다. 본 연구에서는 연구자가 개발하고 검증한 신체 움직임 프로그램을 펠든크라이스 기법®의 자각(⾃覺)에 초점을 맞추어 수정·보완하였다. 24회기의 신체 움직임 프로그램은 파킨슨병 환자의 자기관리능력을 향상하기 위해 5단계로 구성하였다. 첫 번째 단계는 자기 인식이고 두 번째 단계는 자기 관찰이다. 셋째, 자기조직화, 넷째, 자기 통제. 그리고 다섯 번째 단계는 자기 관리다. 전반적인 변화는 자신의 상태를 인식하고 내적 감각과 외적 환경의 변화를 감지하는 능력을 향상시킨다. 결론적으로 파킨슨병 환자에게 심신 기능의 향상과 자기관리가 가능한 신체 움직임 프로그램을 펠든크라이스 기법을 적용하여 설계하였다. 앞으로 설계된 프로그램을 현장 적용 가능성 여부는 후속과제로 남긴다. 나아가 노년층의 웰니스를 위한 움직임의 참고자료로 메타버스를 적용한 과학분야와의 융합적 협력을 통해 보다 폭넓게 확산될 수 있도록 체계적 구조를 구축할 필요가 있다.

Performance Modeling of a Pyrotechnically Actuated Pin Puller

  • An analytical model was developed to understand the physics and predict the functional performance of a pin puller. The formulated model is based on one-dimensional gas dynamics for an ideal gas. Resistive forces against pin shaft movement were measured in quasi-static mechanical tests, the results of which were incorporated into the model. The expansion chamber pressure and the pin shaft displacement were measured from an actual firing test and compared to the model prediction. The gas generation rate was adjusted by a correction factor, and the heat transfer rate was obtained through parametric analysis. The validity of the model is assessed for additional firing tests with different amounts of pyrotechnic charge. This model can provide knowledge on how the pin puller functions, and on which design parameters contribute the most to the actuation of the pin puller. Using this model, we estimate the functional safety factor by comparing the energy generated by the pyrotechnic charge to the energy required to accomplish the function.

  • 반도체 제조공정 중 플라즈마 반응기 내에서 입자오염을 유발하는 입자들의 거동과 성장을 모델식을 사용하여 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 플라즈마 반응기 내에서 입자 거동에 영향을 미치는 힘들로 유체 대류, 입자 확산 및 외부힘 (ion drag force, electrostatic force, 중력) 등을 고려하였다. 플라즈마 벌크 영역에서 전하를 가진 입자들간의 충돌에 의한 입자 성장을 고려하기 위해 모델식에 입자 전하 분포를 고려하였다. 대부분의 입자들은 ion drag force와 electrostatic force가 균형을 이루고 있는 두 sheath 경계 영역에 존재하였으며 두 sheath 영역과 벌크 플라즈마에서의 입자 농도는 0에 접근하였다. 시간이 지남에 따라 입자 충돌로 인한 입자들의 크기는 증가하였으며 입자가 성장함에 따라 입자 표면적의 증가와 더불어 입자가 가지는 평균 전하량도 증가하였다.

쓰레기수수료 종량제 시행의 성과와 반응에 관한 연구 (안동시의 시범실시 기간을 중심으로) (A Study on the Result and Response of the Volume Based Waste Charge System in Andong City)

  • The average volume of waste per a person in Korea is exceedingly higher than that of Europeans. But the social movement for the resources recycling and the environmental conservation makes the people play their part in several activities like the Separate Collection System. At the time of this agitation, Korean central government brought the Volume Based Waste Charge System into operation in some regions on a trial basis having full-scale operation nationwidely near at hand. Andong City which is one of points under trial operation had remarkble result during this term in resources recycling as well as wastes reducing. The wastes' diminution reached to 32.0 % and the resources recycling was increased by 13.7 times. The responses from the 701 housewives in Andong were also very stimulative. The neccesity of this system was judged conclusively by 91.6 % of total answerers. Also this system was considered as a successful one by 78.4 % popular support. But not little portion (53.8 %) of the answerers felt that the detail methods of this system were unconvenient. In order to take root this system in it's early stages, the Separate Collection should be carried out perfectly and systematically with top priority. And the next program should be the improvement of the detail methods in this system.

THREE-DIMENSIONAL CRYSTALLIZING ${\pi}$-BONDING , ${\pi}$-FAR INFRARED RAYS AND NEW SPACE ENERGY RESOURCE

  • The outer-most electrons of metal atoms and the remining valence electrons of any molecular atoms make three dimensional crystallizing $\pi$-bondings. The electrons on the $\pi$-bonding orbital rotate clockwise or counter-clockwise and they then make electro-magnetic waves between atoms on the orbital because electron move between plus charged ions. The three dimensional crystallizing $\pi$-bonding orbitals are quantum-mechanically modeled by a cyclic Kronig-Penny Model and energy band structures are analyzed with their potential barrier thickness. The waves generated between plus charged ions are the particular $\pi$-far infrared rays, which have dual properties between material and electro-magnetic waves and can be measured not by modern electro-magnetic tester but biosensor such as finger's force tester. Because the $\pi$-rays can be modulated with electro-magnetic waves it can be applied for harmful electro-magnetic wave killers. Because the $\pi$-rays make new three dimensional crystallizing $\pi$-bonding orbitals in the material the food and drink can be transformed into a helpful physical constitutional property for human health. Distinction between crystalline and amorphous metals is possible because very strong crystalline $\pi$-bonding orbitals can not easily be transformed into another. The $\pi$-rays can also be applied for biofunctional diagnostics and therapy. Gravitational field is one of the electro-magnetic fields. The SCM Method for Three-Dimensional Dopant Profiles (3차원적 도핑 분포 측정을 위한 SCM 응용 방법)

  • SCM(Scanning Capacitance Method)를 이용하여, SCM 팁의 전계에 의해 형성되는 실리콘내의 공핍영역를 분석할 수 있는 방법론을 구축하였다. 2차원 유한요소법을 이용하여 SCM으로 측정된 결과로부터 불순물의 농도를 도출할 수 있었다. 이 방법은 캐패시턴스, 공핍화된 체적 및 바이어스에 따른 캐패시턴스의 변화율로부터 구해진다. 본 연구에서는 팁의 크기, 산화층 두께 및 가해지는 바이어스에 따른 공핍 전하와 전위에 따른 영향등을 분석하였다.
