정보보호에 대한 중요성이 점차 증대됨에 따라 관련 업무를 수행할 수 있는 전문인력에 대한 수요 역시 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 양질의 전문인력을 양성하는데 있어 현실적인 문제점이 존재하며 이에 대한 장 단기적 해결방안이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 정보보호 전문인력 양성을 위한 정보보호 필수요구지식을 직무에 따라 제시하고, 융합전공 기반의 교육인증 프로그램 및 향후연구를 제안하였다. 이를 위하여 미국의 정보보호 교육인종 프로그램을 분석하는 한편, 국내 현실을 반영한 정보보호 교육인증 프로그램의 성공요인을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to provide several considerations to be taken into account when institutionalizing the information security(Infosec) pre-assessment. Infosec pre-assessment is a necessary process to embed the security requirements into the information systems at the early stages in their development, resulting in more cost-effective infosec. In order to provide some institutional issues, domestic infosec assessment schemes and U.S. Infosec certification and accreditation schemes are reviewed. Also, the current status of infosec implementation in the public information systems projects is analyzed. Based on the analyses, the seven suggestions are proposed in developing and performing the infosec pre-assessment scheme.

With the development of IT technology, various services such as artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles are being introduced, and many changes are taking place in our lives. However, if secure security is not provided, it will cause many risks, so the information security becomes more important. In this paper, we analyzed the research trends of main themes of information security over time. In order to conduct the research, 'Information Security' was searched in the Web of Science database. Using the abstracts of theses published from 1991 to 2016, we derived main research topics through topic modeling and time series regression analysis. The topic modeling results showed that the research topics were Information technology, system access, attack, threat, risk management, network type, security management, security awareness, certification level, information protection organization, security policy, access control, personal information, security investment, computing environment, investment cost, system structure, authentication method, user behavior, encryption. The time series regression results indicated that all the topics were hot topics.

There is concern about the increased risk of accidents from manual investments due to ground handling service operators, aging equipment and manpower shortages. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of ground treatment services and safety management at the airport. Therefore, this study analyzed the domestic and overseas ground operation status and the license handling procedure of aircraft handling business. In addition, a case study on the evaluation system of international organizations examined the applicability of the certification body to the Korean situation. It is practical in that it provides policy implications for improving the quality of groundwork not covered in previous studies. This is expected to improve the constitution, improve quality, improve airport operations, and operate safely.

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of preschool teachers' qualification (education level, teaching experience, major, and certification) and competency variables (teaching efficacy and teacher-child interaction) on young children's development (cognition, language, and social development). The data came from $5^{th}$ Wave of Panel Study on Korean Children (PSKC) from the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education, and the multiple regression analyses as well as Pearson's correlation analyses were used. The results showed the positive associations between teachers' competency (teaching efficacy and teacher-child interaction) and child development. However, we did not find significant effects of teachers' qualification on young children's development. Based on the results, we proposed a policy implication that teacher qualification needed to be discussed with teacher competency to improve teacher quality.

This paper presents concepts, policies, industry trends, and related issues in urban air mobility (UAM). UAM will contribute to transportation by mitigating traffic congestion and environmental problems in the future. Accordingly, governments of major countries are promoting UAM policies and demonstration projects as well as preparing laws and certification standards. In UAM, overseas startups lead airframe developments, and major companies from the aircraft, automotive, and information technology industries are also participating. In addition, startups and major companies are building the corresponding infrastructure. For the development of UAM, issues related to technology, regulation systems, and infrastructure still need to be resolved.

데이터의 품질은 효율적인 데이터 활용을 위한 가장 기본적인 전제이다. 수많은 연구와 사례를 통해 오류 데이터로 인한 손실과 그로 인한 문제점들이 대두되고 있고, 국가적으로는 데이터 품질 인증제도가 시행되고 있으나 데이터를 생성하고 관리해야 하는 조직 관점의 CTQ 데이터 선정 방법에 대한 연구는 극히 미흡한 상황이다. 본 모델은 조직에서 품질관리 대상이 되는 주요 CTQ 데이터를 선정하여 체계적으로 관리할 수 있도록 업무 및 IT측면의 CTQ 데이터의 기준을 수립하고 그에 따라 데이터를 선별하여 계량화 할 수 있게 있는 전사적 규모의 CTQ 데이터 관리 방법을 구체적으로 제시하였다. 이를 위해 SPSS를 활용하여 요인분석을 수행하고, 계량화를 위해 AHP 방법론을 사용하였다. 특히, DB 품질인증제도의 본격 시행에 따라 실무 적용에 용이하도록 CTQ-DSMM 모델을 활용한 조직 내 데이터 성숙도 관리 방안의 틀도 함께 제시하였다.

최근 u-헬스케어는 웰빙 시대와 IT 대중화가 맞물려 RFID 기술을 의료 서비스에 접목하는 새로운 비즈니스 모델이 각광을 받고 있다. u-헬스케어 서비스는 RFID 기술이 u-헬스케어에 접목되면서 의료 프로세스 상에 발생하는 수기입력, 중복 데이터 발생, 데이터 위 변조, 정보 버전 상이 등의 품질 저하 요인을 해결할 수 있는 방안이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 u-헬스케어를 통해 의료 서비스를 제공받는 사용자의 프라이버시를 보호하기 위한 RFID 기반의 사용자 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜에서는 의료 서비스를 제공받는 사용자의 데이터 위 변조 및 프라이버시와 u-헬스케어 보안시스템의 안전성을 획기적으로 제고하기 위해서 환자에 관한 비밀 정보는 병원에서 생성된 비밀키와 연접하여 DB 테이블 내의 해당 환자의 비밀키 필드에 저장한다. 또한, 불법적인 사용자의 접근이 있을 경우 인증 서버에게 통보하여 u-헬스케어의 불법 유 무 판별한 후 u-헬스케어 서비스 접근을 승인받도록 한다.

본 연구에서는 최근 4개년(2014~2017학년도)의 수학교과내용학 기출문항 가운데 확률과 통계학 문항을 분석 대상 문항으로 분류하고, 수학과 임용시험 문항 분석틀을 기반으로 분류된 문항을 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 확률과 통계학 교육과정의 정상화를 유도하기 위하여 4개 평가영역이 고르게 출제되어야 한다. 둘째, 통합적 사고, 종합 분석적인 사고 평가가 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 수학적 사고력과 논리적 역량을 측정할 수 있는 문항 발문이 사용되어야 한다. 넷째, 문항 수에 의한 출제 비율은 7.7%~10.0%이고, 배점에 따른 비율은 이 보다 낮은 5.0%~7.5% 사이로 출제되었다. 다섯째, 적정난이도 안정화 정책을 유지하고 있다. 여섯째, 확률과 통계학은 귀납적 관점의 문제해결력 측정을 해야 한다는 결론과 시사점을 얻었다.

국내 의료기관별 전자의무기록 시스템의 높은 보급률에 비해 진료정보교류는 활성화되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 진료정보교류가 도입되고 확산될 수 있도록 최근에 신설된 "의료법" 및 하위법령을 고찰하였다. "의료법" 및 하위법령에서는 환자의 동의하에 진료기록을 의료기관 간 전송할 수 있도록 하였으며 안전한 진료정보교류를 지원하기 위해 진료기록전송지원시스템을 구축 운영할 수 있도록 하였다. 이 외에도 표준적용 및 상호운용성 확보를 위한 전자의무기록 시스템의 인증제도 시행을 명시하고 있어 주목된다. 진료정보교류에 대한 법제도적 근거가 마련되었으나 진료정보교류의 성공적인 도입 및 확산을 위해서는 개발자 대상 교육, 인증체계 마련, 인센티브 제도 마련, 진료정보교류에 대한 홍보 활동 강화 등 지속적인 정책개발 및 연구가 필요할 것이다.
