Certification flight test is very risky and there are many hazards. Because the flight test is performed with the aircraft, that is safety and flight characteristics are not proven. And the test items and conditions are critical. If there is loss of aircraft during certification flight test, the certification program, development period can be delayed. Therefore, maintaining safety of the aircraft during flight test is very important. There are not much flight test experiences in Korea. However, developed nations has long history of flight test and experiences of flight test accidents. Based on these experiences, they has developed systematic management methods for the flight test safety. In this study, I would like to introduce safety management and risk assessment of the certification flight test.

In many countries, methods to evaluate buildings have been investigated and practiced in order to reduce energy use and search for sustainable architecture while providing comfortable space for the users, in Korea, the current certification system has a short history, and has been improved for better practicability. Among many different factors in the certification system, the water resource problem is an important as the demand has been sharply increasing while reckless use and sewage treatment system causes the reduction of usable water. This study aims to find problems of water usage in building. water resource in the current certification will be used for the analysis of each factor in water resource, and the direction of improvement required in the certification in order to improve the water usage in buildigns will be proposed.

「순환골재 품질인증 및 관리에 관한 규칙」제정 이후 최근 개정까지 총16차례의 개정에 대하여 국토교통부에서 공고한 개정취지와 변경 내용을 살펴보았는데, 업무개선이 5차례, 품질제고가 2차례였고 나머지 9차례는 용어변경 등 단순변경에 해당하였다. 이중 품질제고 취지의 2차례 개정은 실질적인 효과를 도출하지 못하였기에 현재까지의 전반적인 규칙 개정 방향은 업무개선 또는 업무효율화였다고 볼 수 있다. 업무개선 개정 중 인증 유효기간을 폐지한 6차 개정과 실태조사 면제대상을 확대하고 재심사 절차를 간소화한 16차 개정이 인증업무 전반에 큰 변화를 가져온 중요한 개정이었다. 유효기간 폐지, 실태조사 면제 및 재심사 간소화 등 순환골재 인증규칙 개정의 흐름은 지속적으로 규제를 줄여 기업의 경쟁력을 강화하는 방향으로 진행되어왔다. 최근의 16차 개정을 통하여 조사면제 및 담당자 겸직허용 등 규제가 크게 완화된 만큼 인증업체에서는 규제 완화 취지에 부응하여 충실한 순환골재 품질관리를 통하여 건설폐기물법의 목적인 국가 자원의 효율적 이용에 이바지하여야 할 것으로 사료된다.

오늘날 소프트웨어 산업의 발전은 소프트웨어 패키지 제품들의 양적 팽창을 이루게 하고 있다. 이러한 급속한 소프트웨어 패키지 제품의 증가 추세에 따라서, 사용자가 선택하는 소프트웨어 제품에 대한 품질 인증 요구가 대두되었다. 공산품의 품질 인증과는 달리, 소프트웨어 제품의 경우 아직 인증 역사가 길지 않고 이를 위한 소프트웨어 품질 평가 및 인증 방법 연구는 성숙되지 않았다. 소프트웨어 제품 인증 업무 시 중요한 요소 중의 하나가 평가 집합의 체계적인 생성이다. 평가 집합이란 소프트웨어 제품 유형의 분류에 따라서 소프트웨어 품질 인증을 위한 기준과 메트릭을 명시한 체크리스트를 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 평가 집합의 체계적 생성 및 유지 관리를 위한 베타 모델을 제안한다. 그리고 메타 모델의 유효성을 확인하기 위하여 프로토타입 수준의 평가 집합을 생성한다

우리나라 사서자격제도와 양성 체계는 도서관 주변 환경의 변화와 더불어 도서관법의 제정과 일부 또는 전부 개정 과정을 거치면서 지금에 이르고 있다. 이 연구는 도서관법과 사서직원 등의 자격 제도 및 양성 체계와 관련하여 세부 내용을 조사 분석한 후, 다음과 같이 3가지로 나누어 기술한 것이다. 첫째, 그 변화 추이를 고찰하고, 둘째, 사서자격제도와 시행 효과를 살펴보며, 셋째, 사서자격제도 및 양성 체계상의 문제점을 도출하고, 이에 대한 개략적인 개선 방향을 제시하고 있다.

본 연구에서는 한국보건의료정보원에서 실시하는 EMR 인증기준울 이해할 수 있도록 보건의료정보관리 실습 프로그램에 인증기준을 추가한 모델을 연구하여 제시하였다. 실습 프로그램은 EMR 인증제의 기능성 기준에 해당하는 환자정보관리를 실습하고 이해할 수 있도록 보건의료정보관리 교육시스템에 환자정보관리에 대한 인증기준 기능을 추가하였다. 환자정보관리를 위한 EMR 인증기준 실습프로그램은 다음과 같은 인증기준으로 구성되었다. 등록번호 및 인적사항 관리, 진료예약 일정관리, 인적사항 수정이력관리, 동명이인 구분자 표시, 다중 등록번호 통합관리, 식별정보를 이용한 환자 검색, 진료형태에 따른 환자 검색, 수술시술 동의서 기록·조회, 개인정보활용동의서 기록·조회, 연명의료결정정보 표시, 외부 의료기관문서 등록·조회, 외부 검사결과 등록·조회. 이와 같이 인증기준에 의한 보건의료정보시스템의 기능을 운영하여 실습해봄으로써 인증기준의 기능성 영역에서 환자정보관리의 인증기준과 내역을 이해하고 실습할 수 있다. EMR 인증 기준에 맞춰 환자정보관리 실습을 수행해봄으로써 전자의무기록시스템에서의 표준화된 환자정보관리를 이해할 수 있다. 또한 EMR 인증기준의 기능을 확인할 수 있기 때문에 의료기관에서 보건의료정보관리사의 전자의무기록시스템의 관리 능력을 향상시킬 수 있을 것이다.

도선사가 되려는 사람은 선장 경력을 갖추고 도선수습생 전형시험과 도선사 시험에 합격한 다음에 해양수산부장관의 면허를 받아야 한다. 우리나라는 정부에서 도선 수요를 감안하여 도선사 면허의 수(數)를 제한하고 있어서 도선사 면허를 위한 도선수습생전형시험은 절대적 평가기준 없이 응시자 시험성적에 따라 상대평가를 실시함에 따라 문제의 소지가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도선사 시험제도에 대한 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 국내 도선사 시험제도 변천 내역을 조사하였고, 도선사 자격기준에 관한 국제기준을 분석하고 현직 도선사 77명에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 연구의 결과로써 국내 도선수습생 전형시험의 개선방안과 도선사 자격증명 제도개선의 단계적 실행방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 도선사 자격증명에 관한 정부의 정책 개발뿐만 아니라 관련 학술적 기초자료도 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the transition process of Korean architecture and urbanism from traditional state to modern state, by investigating the development of modern survey and the characteristics of survey drawings during the Great Han Empire (大韓帝國), the early modern Korea. The governmental efforts of the Great Han Empire to introduce a modern survey system named Gwangmu Land survey (光武量田事業) ended in failure. After the Russo-Japanese War (露日戰爭, 1904-1905), the Residency-General (統監府) held the hegemony of Korean Peninsula. It reintroduced a modern survey system for the survey of land and buildings all over the country and enforced the Land and Buildings Certification System (土地家屋證明制度). Since then, the land and buildings survey was propagated rapidly and the modern system for land use was gradually organized. With the progress of modern survey, the survey bureau of Cabinet (內閣) and Department of Royal Household (宮內府) created survey drawings that had some characteristics of colonialism. Takjibu (度支部) produced cadastral maps of major cities, with which the modern land system was developed. In addition, the Royal Property Bureau (帝室財産整理局) produced survey drawings of land and buildings owned by the Royal Household which were finally converted into modern facilities.
