This study conducted a survey of 118 men and women who obtained hair national technical certificate from June 28 to July 11, 2021, focusing on SPSS.The WIN 22.0 program was used. We would like to examine the effect of recognition of hair national technical certificates on job utilization and satisfaction with certificate acquisition, and the effect of job utilization on satisfaction with certificate acquisition at the hair salon site. First, the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical qualifications have been shown to affect job utilization. Second, it was found that the necessity and utility of recognition of hair national technical certificates affect the satisfaction of obtaining certificates. Third, it was found that the job utilization of the national technical certificate of hair affects the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. As a result of the study it meets the requirements that can be put into the field, and it can be seen that usability in the hair salon site is important as an effect on the satisfaction of obtaining a certificate. Based on these conclusions, the following suggestions are made for subsequent studies, taking into account the limitations of the study. The point is that hairdressers who obtained national technical certificates participated in this study were limited to S regions. In the future, it is necessary to expand the size and region of the sample group in various ways and reflect a wide range of research overall.

The purpose of this paper is to study the send and receive of the Message in the Bolero System. Bolero System is the business processes and methods, together with the digital information system, which are provided by Bolero International for communicating Messages and Documents and facilitating business transactions, as well as the Bolero Rulebook and Operating Rules governing their use. The advantage of bolero.net include speed, cost and efficiency. First, bolero.net moves cirtical information and transactions more quickly than paper can move. Second, a message costs much less to transmit through bolero.net than via couriers and other paper means. Third, because bolero.net logs and tracks all transactions centrally, less data gets lost and fewer data entry errors occur. Bolero International is the certifier for all certificates used in the Bolero System at present. It takes significant responsibility and liability for the certificates that it issues in each Operational Service Contract. In the future, Bolero International may devolve the task of serving as certifier to one or more other qualified institutions.

A pilot logbook is an essential data for proving pilot's flight experience. the reason for maintaining this information is to fulfill the requirement for pilot certificates, manage internationally shared career placement. this study focuses on the instrument flight related items among other flight time items which are included in a pilot logbook. By comparing the way of flight time logging among Korean Aviation Law, Federal Aviation Regulation and Joint Aviation Requirements, this study concludes intensively how to define items for flight time, to amend the definition and to apply the policy in Korea with respect to the pilot logbook.

The purpose of this study is to analyze current state of education departments in Korean universities and to find out ways to help education major students shape their future career. The findings of the study are as follows. First, the comparative analysis of the current state of education and education-related departments showed that average employment rate of education departments in 2011 was 35.0%, whereas that of related departments was 56.6%, which showed a significant difference. Second, education courses were specialized in areas such as lifelong educator qualifications, teaching certificates in morality/ethics, corporate HRD(human resource development), etc. in case of education departments. In case of education-related departments, education courses were specialized in areas such as teaching certificates in pedagogy, lifelong educator qualifications, license of school counselor, corporate HRD, etc. Though there were many overlapping areas, specialization was relatively more common and diverse in education-related departments. Next, to help students shape their future career, developments in specialized career courses, new career fields, and career education models were suggested. To give shape to the progress plans, the development of standard education courses for student careers, the introduction of certification system about course specialization, and search for the career path of teaching profession which allows utilization of the knowledge of education were suggested.

A mobile ad hoc network(MANET) is a network where a set of mobile devices communicate among themselves using wireless transmission without the support of a fixed network infrastructure. The use of wireless links makes MANET susceptible to attack. Eavesdroppers can access secret information, violating network confidentiality, and compromised nodes can launch attack from within a network. Therefore, the security for MANET depends on using the cryptographic key, which can make the network reliable. In addition, because MANET has a lot of mobile devices, the authentication scheme utilizing only the symmetric key cryptography can not support a wide range of device authentication. Thereby, PKI based device authentication technique in the Ad Hoc network is essential and the paper will utilize the concept of PKI. Especially, this paper is focused on the key management technique of PKI technologies that can offer the advantage of the key distribution, authentication, and non-reputation, and the issuing and managing technique of certificates based on clustering using Threshold Cryptography for secure communication in MANET.

The effect of solving questions and learning via internet is getting more and more important these days. In this paper we propose an active learning method that makes a database for the information about certificates and practical examinations and accesses it easily. First of all, this method makes it possible to evaluate students individually, improves the motive of learning and gives students a sense of achievement by providing a user-specific question filtering technique using user profile information by weight. And, it elevates the acquisition rate of certificates by advising and managing for certificate-acquisition and it also draw more interest and understanding for future directions. The case using the method of this paper, the examination record of a certificate of qualification is elevated about 10 marks.

There are several certification systems in agricultural products in Korea. Some examples are organic certificate, GAP certificate, KPGI certificate, Top Fruits/ Rice certificate and so on. The certification systems have been launched to guarantee the quality and safety of agricultural products to consumer. Despite the definite objectives of each certification system, it is said that the certification systems have not been successful to convey the related information to consumers. One of the reasons is that there exist several certificates so make consumers confused. It is also quite true that maintaining and promoting an individual certification system are highly costly from a point of institute's view. This paper proposes a plausible solution to these problems by combining several certificates.

Most banks in Korea have provided Internet banking services based on PKI(Public Key Infrastructure) certificates since the early 2000s when Internet banking began in Korea. To support PKI Internet banking, the Korean government backed the electronic signature law and supported the rapid spread of PKI-based Internet banking by regulating the application of PKI certificates to be compulsory in Internet banking until 2015. PKI Internet Banking in Korea has been developed as a pioneer in this field through many challenges and responses until its present success. Korea's PKI banking, which started with soft-token-based closed banking, has responded to various types of cyber attack attempts and promoted the transition to open banking by accepting various criticisms due to lack of compatibility with international standards. In order to improve the convenience and security of PKI Internet banking, various attempts have been made, such as biometric-integrated smartphone-based PKI authentication. In this paper, we primarily aim to share the experience and lessons of PKI banking by analyzing the evolution process of PKI Internet banking in Korea. It also has the purpose of presenting the challenges of Korea's PKI Internet banking and sharing its development vision.

Currently, the crew working on a ship is required to carry a seafarer's book in most countries around the world, including the Republic of Korea (ROK). Yet, many fishermen working in the international waters of the ROK do not abide by this rule as the procedure of obtaining it is rather inconvenient or they do not understand the necessity or the benefits of having it. Also, as the regulation of carrying the certificate has been strengthened, it is important for them to avoid making a criminal record unintentionally. This study discusses the digitalization of the seafarer's book based on several security measures in addition to BLE Beacon-based positioning technology, which can be useful for the e-Navigation. Normally, seamen's certificates are recorded by the captain, medical institution, or issuing authority and then kept in an onboard safe or a certificate cabinet. The material of the certificates is a cloth that can withstand salinity as the certificate could be contaminated by mold. In the past, the captains and their crews were uncooperative when the ROK's maritime police tried to inspect several ships simultaneously because of the time and cost involved. Thus, a system with which the maritime police will be able to conveniently manage the crews is proposed.

Indonesia is an agrarian country with the significant development of Shariah banking. This study aimed to estimate the effect of Third Party Funds (TPF), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), Exchange Rates (ER), and Bank Indonesia Shariah Certificates (SBIS) on the Sharia Agriculture Sector Financing in Indonesia during 2014-2020. This study used the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) technique to analyze the data. The coefficient of determination test showed that 99.19% of Sharia financing in the agricultural sector was influenced by TPF, NPF, Exchange Rate, and SBIS variables. The estimation results showed that the variables of TPF and ER significantly affected Sharia Financing for Agricultural Sector (PP). Meanwhile, the NPF and SBIS variables had no significant effect on PP. This research showed the resilience and accuracy of Islamic banking in selecting financing and can support the development of other Islamic financial instruments such as SBIS. Simultaneous test results demonstrated the existence of the estimating model. Because of the character of the Indonesian nation as an agricultural country, this study advised Sharia banking to prioritize the usage of third-party funds from the public for the agricultural industry. Sharia banking also needed to produce Islamic finance products that fit the agriculture business sector's needs.
