  • The purpose of the study is to investigate and analyze the categories of online bookstores and to propose improvements. For the study, the category conformity was compared among eight Korean online bookstores selected; the book classification on the categories was compared from them. The results show that the category conformity was high among online bookstores, but the book classification on the categories was different on the bookstores. ISBN contents classification codes for books might not help to classify the books on the categories. Thus, the study proposes a new publication category for the book classification on categories of online bookstores.

Results: The participants' experience of health services was categorized as 21 sub-categories, 11 categories and three main categories. The main categories were 'Quality of health care', 'Health care personnel', and 'Health care system and infrastructure'. The main category of 'Quality of health care' included three categories, 'Health care personnel' included another four categories, and 'Health care system and infrastructure' included the remaining four categories. • This study investigates the influence of Likert scale formats such as the number of response categories and the inclusion of a mid-point from a methodological point of view using instruments that measure a fashionmarketing-related subject. Using a self-administered questionnaire, 201 respondents rated their economic clothing shopping orientation on three formats of scales that differed only in the number of response categories (ranging from 5 to 7) from February 8 to February 12, 2010. Descriptive statistics, Spearman's rank order correlation, t-test, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson's correlation, and Cronbach's alpha were used in the analysis. The results are as follows. First, three scale formats were generally suitable for use due to validity and reliability. Second, the response results varied with the number of categories and the inclusion of a mid-point, although the differences were statistically insignificant (with only a few cases that differed). Third, construct validity was more secure in scales with fewer categories, whereas convergent and discriminant validity was generally good in all scale formats. Fourth, reliability coefficients were higher in scales with more categories. Fifth, the number of categories was of greater importance to instrument design than the inclusion of a mid-point. Implications for appropriate scale designs are suggested in this study.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to find out week and strong aspects in LEED categories based on achieved scores earned by LEED-HC(Healthcare) v.2009. Methods: The LEED-HC scorecards of 88 healthcare projects are analyzed. The analysis are focused on relationship between achieved scores, LEED categories and achieved levels. This relationship was presented by graphs and charts. Results: 1) Compare to LEED-NC, in LEED-HC, sub-categories related to public health are added. The scores are added in Energy Atmosphere and Indoor Environmental Quality. 2) Achieve scores in Sustainable Site are high and one in Energy Atmosphere and Indoor Environmental Quality are low at all levels. 3) Scores which was lost in Energy Atmosphere are recovered in Material Resource and Sustainable Site in order to keep its level. 4) Since most of scores in Energy Atmosphere are under EAc1 Optimize energy performance sub-categories, it is important to achieve more score in Optimize Energy Performance Sub-Categories to gain a higher level. Even if LEED-HC has more score in Energy Atmosphere, this is a hard to achieve scores in that categories. It is important to review Energy Atmosphere categories and its points for improvement. Implications: This study will provide basic database in order to establish Korean green building rating system for hospital.

The distribution of the each item that the adolescents experienced according to the physical, psychalogical. Sexual and Socio-cultural problem Categories was examined. In the physical problem category, the number of items that half and more than half of the adolescents experienced of often or frequently were 10 among all 19 items. In the psychological problem category. 13 item were among all 19 items. In the sexual problem category, 1 item among all 17 items and in the socio-cultural problem category, 10 items were among all 30 items. 2. The distribution of the each items that the adolescents wanted to the counseling according to the physical. psychological. sexual and socio-cultural problem categories was examined. In the physical problem category, the numbers of the items that half and more than half of the adolescents wanted counseling were 1 among all 19 items. In the psychological problem category, the numbers of the items that half and more than half of the adolescents wanted counseling were 2 items among all 19 items. In the sexual problem category, 0 item among all 17 items and in the socio-cultural problem category, 2 items were among all 30 items. 3. • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore nursing students' experiences of debriefing after simulation-based learning and to obtain fundamental data to support the development of effective teaching strategies. Methods: Sixty-seven nursing students participated in this study from April to May, 2017. This was a descriptive study analyzing the content of students' descriptions of structured questions in 3 stages (description, analysis, and application) based on recorded videos. Results: The description stage was classified into 3 categories for problem recognition, 4 categories for the nursing plan, and 6 categories for the nursing intervention. The analysis stage was classified into 6 categories for satisfactory practice, 3 categories for experience and 4 categories for what they learned through practice. The application stage was classified into 5 categories, that were to be mastered, and 6 categories, that were important to recognize. Conclusion: This study succeeded in charaterizing learners' experiences of debriefing. During the debriefing, students watched recorded videos, and we found that self-evaluation through structured questionnaires could be a very effective way to strengthen students' core competencies. Our content analysis of the debriefing is expected to contribute to the development of effective strategies in simulation-based education for students and nurses.

  • Purpose: There has been a growing recognition that person-centered care enhances the quality of life of nursing home residents with dementia. This study was conducted to develop a person-centered dementia care online education program for direct care staff in long-term care facilities. Methods: Delphi method with expert group was used to validate contents. We developed 61 draft items based on literature review. Twenty experts participated in consecutive three round surveys including 5-point Likert scale questions and open-ended questions. Based on experts' opinions, the content validity ratio for content validity and the coefficient of variation for stability were calculated. Results: Three-round Delphi surveys and additional feedback from the expert panel established a consensus of core contents: 1) dementia (7 categories), 2) person-centered care (6 categories), 3) communication (8 categories), and 4) behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia (6 categories). Specific sub-categories in each category were differentiated according to the job qualifications (65 sub-categories for registered nurses, 64 sub-categories for nursing aids, and 41 sub-categories for personal care workers). Conclusion: This delphi study identified person-centered dementia education curricula, in which the person-centered approach should be a key policy priority in Korean long-term care system. Now it is urgently needed to develop education programs utilizing online platforms that enable efficient and continuous learning for long-term care staff, which can contribute to behavior changes in the person-centered dementia care approach and improvement of care quality in long-term care facilities.

  • Internet search engines are used by the majority of find information on the Web. However, Web users can be often dissatisfied with the mistakes in the retrieval of ‘Fashion’ information from the Internet. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ‘Fashion’ category structure in the Internet search engines. There are 2 steps for achieving it: the first, to investigate the structures of ‘Fashion’ categories and then, to analyze the gap between ‘Fashion’ categories defined by them and extensive ‘Fashion’categories, which are approached on 2 sides of the fashion-life and fashion-business. We select 5 major search engines for the case study: Yahoo, Lycos, Naver, Hanmir, Empas, which ranked as top 5 of total search engines and potal sites in February, 2001, and retrieve ‘Fashion’ categories from the first level to the last level by using both “topics retrieval”. Eventually, we can find the problems of ‘Fashion’ category structure in search engines. Also, it is concluded with a brief perspective of ‘Fashion’ categories in the Internet search engines and the implications for the future.
