  • This study is to set up a hypothesis and a research model based on how much the relational benefits can affect customer satisfaction and long-term relationship with the theoretical and practical results of established precedent researches, to analyze the structural equation model on casual dining restaurant diners, to evaluate the research model and subsequently to provide marketing implications. First of all, social and psychological factors prove to be influential among relational benefits felt by diners-out. Secondly, customer satisfaction has influence on long-term commitment for a restaurant. In other words, the higher customer satisfaction level for a restaurant is, the stronger willingness a customer has to recommend or revisit the restaurant, as several precedent studies support. As demonstrated in indirect advantages, these social and psychological benefits felt by diners-out have mighty effects on long-term relationship orientation, and satisfaction levels prove to be an important medium which can make these influences. As a result, restaurant employees' attitude toward customers is the most important factor rather than economic benefits such as reduced price, free gifts and coupons are, since customers put social and psychological benefits forward like intimate terms with restaurant workers, a sense of stability, and a relief from uneasiness. Therefore, constant service education should be done from the start to cope with customers' demands fast and flexibly and increase customer satisfaction.

The subjects for the study was 491 students who registered for the curriculum on marine leisure sports(SCUBA diving, Windsurfing, Yacht). They answered to 4 kinds of questionnaires. The descriptive analysis and the reliability analysis were accomplished through SPSS 18.0. The correlation analysis and the confirmatory factor analysis were conducted for verifying the validity of the research model with AMOS 18.0. The verification for the structure equation modeling was conducted to investigate the casual relationship among factors. The results was as follows. First, there was the causality between the participants'curiosity on the marine leisure sports and the exercise emotion, the emotion and the exercise adherence behavior, the curiosity and the behavior. Also, the exercise emotion was the partial mediating variable of the causality between the curiosity and the exercise adherence behavior. Seconds, when the exercise intensity was heavy, the rate of the positive emotion was low and the opposite was high. When the exercise intensity was heavy, the probability, predisposing and reinforcing were low. A strong will for doing exercise showed in case the exercise emotion was positive with high probability, predisposing and reinforcing. The exercise emotion was the partial mediating variable of the causality between the perceived exertion and the exercise adherence behavior.

  • The appearance of education is also rapidly changing in social changes represented by social networks. And the development of information and communication technology is also having a widespread effect on the education field. In the era of untact caused by Covid-19, education through smart learning is having a greater effect on students as well as adult learners more quickly and broadly. In addition, smart learning is not just limited to learning content, but is developing into personalized, convergence, and intelligent. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors of ARCS motivation theory that can determine the learning motivation of smart learning users, and to empirically study the casual relationship between these factors on education achievement through practical value and hedonic value. Specifically, I would like to examine how the independent variables ARCS motivation factors (attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction) affect learners' education achievement through the parameters of practical value and hedonic value. To this end, a research model was presented that applied the main variables of attention, relevance, confidence, and satisfaction, which are four elements of ARCS motivation theory, a specific and systematic motivational strategy to induce and maintain learners' motivation. In order to empirically verify the research model of this study, a survey was carried out on learners with experience using smart learning. As a result of the study, first attention was found to have a positive effect on the hedonic value. Second, relevance was found to have a positive effect on the hedonic value. Third, it was found that confidence did not have a positive effect on the practical value and the hedonic value. Forth, satisfaction was found to have a positive effect on the practical value and the hedonic value. Fifth, practical value was found to have a positive effect on the education achievement. Sixth, hedonic value was found to have a positive effect on the education achievement. Through this, it can be seen that the intrinsic motivation of learners using smart learning affects the education achievement of users through intrinsic and extrinsic value. A variety of smart learning that combines advanced IT technologies such as AI and big data can contribute to improving learners' education achievement more effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, it can contribute a lot to social development.

In order to achieve the objective of this study, the factors critical to influencing upon the intention to use information security technologies are derived through systematically reviewing related theories and previous studies, and then the research model and hypotheses are proposed by logically reasoning the casual relationship among the these factors. Also, the empirical analyses are performed by conducting the survey of the organization members of domestic large companies and analyzing the structural equation model by PLS (Partial Least Squares) method. The significant results of this study can contribute to expanding the research area of managerial information security and can be applied to suggesting the practical guidelines for effectively establishing and implementing the managerial security measures in various organizations.

In maleffemale dyad, when the distance between members of dyad is short, distance perception from clothes were affected by the compositions of clothes modes, 2) When two members of dyad wear business suit, distance perception from clothes were affected by the gender composions of dyads. 3) Distance perception from clothes were affected by distance factors at all the gender compositions of dyads. 4) In the person perception, the most imprtant clue was the distance between members of dyads. The pllysical distance, which was formed by clothes, was between 130cm and 140cm.

  • This study examines the influence of fashion accessories on how men of different ages are perceived, as well as how the social values of the perceiver affect the image evaluation process. For the purpose of this study, men's accessories were limited to glasses, ties, and hats. A quasi-experiment was conducted in which 358 female university students in Seoul examined two men, one in his 30s and the other in his 60s. The social value included materialism and hedonism with higher and lower group. Factor analysis revealed three main factors with regard to men's image based on age and accessories: professionalism, morality, and preference. The findings indicated that wearing accessories can affect how men are perceived, and the perceivers' social values are at play throughout the process. Glasses enhanced a professional image in men, while ties amplified professionalism and morality. Morality and preference for the older man were heightened when he wore a fedora and a hunting cap. Taking social values into account, perceivers with a higher level of materialism associated a man with a navy blue tie more strongly with professionalism. Perceivers who possessed more hedonistic traits preferred a man wearing a cap. The subjects considered the man in his 60s as having a higher level of professionalism when he wore casual hats such as a cap or a cloche. The results of this study suggest that social values such as materialism and hedonism play a part in how people perceive men wearing accessories.
