Purpose: This study was conducted to assess public awareness and policy challenges faced by practicing nurses. Methods: After collecting nurse-related news articles published before and after 'the Thanks to You Challenge' campaign (between December 31, 2019, and July 15, 2020), keywords were extracted via preprocessing. A three-step method keyword analysis, latent Dirichlet allocation topic modeling, and keyword network analysis was used to examine the text and the structure of the selected news articles. Results: Top 30 keywords with similar occurrences were collected before and after the campaign. The five dominant topics before the campaign were: pandemic, infection of medical staff, local transmission, medical resources, and return of overseas Koreans. After the campaign, the topics 'infection of medical staff' and 'return of overseas Koreans' disappeared, but 'the Thanks to You Challenge' emerged as a dominant topic. A keyword network analysis revealed that the word of nurse was linked with keywords like thanks and campaign, through the word of sacrifice. These words formed interrelated domains of 'the Thanks to You Challenge' topic. Conclusion: The findings of this study can provide useful information for understanding various issues and social perspectives on COVID-19 nursing. The major themes of news reports lagged behind the real problems faced by nurses in COVID-19 crisis. While the press tends to focus on heroism and whole society, issues and policies mutually beneficial to public and nursing need to be further explored and enhanced by nurses.

The increasing interest in CubeSat platforms ant their capability of enlarging the frontier of possible missions impose technology improvements. Miniaturized electrical propulsion (EP) systems enable new mission for multi-unit CubeSats (6U+). While electric propulsion systems have achieved important level of knowledge at equipment level, the investigation of the mutual impact between EP system and CubeSat technology at system level can provide a decisive improvement for both the technologies. The interaction between CubeSat and EP system should be assessed in terms of electromagnetic emissions (both radiated and conducted), thermal gradients, high electrical power management, surface chemical deposition, and quick and reliable data exchanges. This paper shows how a versatile CubeSat Test Platform (CTP), together with standardized procedures and specialized facilities enable the acquisition fundamental and unprecedented information. Measurements can be taken both by specific ground support equipment placed inside the vacuum facility and by dedicated sensors and subsystems installed on the CTP, providing a completely new set of data never obtained before. CTP is constituted of a 6U primary structure hosting the EP system, representative CubeSat avionics and batteries. For the first test campaign, CTP hosts the ambipolar plasma propulsion system, called Regulus and developed by T4I. After the integration and the functional test in laboratory environment, CTP + Regulus performed a Test campaign in relevant environment in the vacuum chamber at CISAS, University of Padua. This paper is focused on the test campaign description and the main results achieved at different power levels for different duration of the firings.

Recently, The online role playing games (RPG) get into spotlight of worldwide game marketing area because of the rapid growth of high speed Internet environment during a decade. The almost online RPGs are made of campaign scenario that constructed in series. In this paper, we propose the Distributed Server Model for the Evolutionary Online RPGs which have series scenario (Campaign). In order to represents evolutionary online RPGs, We configure the online RPG server uniquely by means of one to one mapping between logical and physical game world. We also configure the game worlds using circular queue form to express the evolution of civilization by reconstruction of game world.

Purpose: This study was conducted to examine public level of knowledge and attitudes regarding antibiotic use and potential drug resistance. Methods: A cross-sectional face-to-face survey of 1,177 residents aged 18 or over was conducted in Korea. A quota sampling method was used. Results: Most respondents (70%) did not know that antibiotics are ineffective in treating coughs and colds. Two-thirds of the respondents were unaware of the conditions under which antibiotic resistance occurs, despite understanding the concept of resistance. Lower education level and older age were independently associated with inadequate knowledge. Lower education level, older age, inadequate knowledge and no exposure to the education campaign were independently associated with poor attitude. Conclusion: The results of this study demonstrate that the general public has misunderstandings and a lack of knowledge with regard to antibiotic use, despite a national educational campaign. However, the campaign may have had an effect on the public's attitudes towards antibiotics.

In the United States, when NHTSA initiates the vehicle defect investigation, the most of automotive manufactures voluntary start their vehicle's recall campaign immediately. However, in the domestic market, NGOs, medias and even the National Assembly complaint the attitude of domestic and foreign makers tendencies of retardation of recall campaign. Also there were criticism for the manufacturer's concealing or downsize of their vehicle defects to the publics. In general, the manufactures may wait until MLIT's decision to recall orders. Therefore, in this study, from the survey of foreign countries legal recall systems and it is recommended reinforcement of the current vehicle management law to promote more frequent voluntary recall campaign from makers. In this study, it is also includes summarize all previous recall related research works and proposes the more stringent regulations to punish of concealing or downsize their vehicle safety defects.

Recently we published new edition of 'child & Adolescent health record book' considering easy usability and introduction of new vaccines. This record book has essential and important contents for caring our children and adolescents. Currently many people use various vaccination record books with wrong and poor contents. We suggest the campaign that every pediatrician must give our well made record book to these people. This campaign can give their children an opportunity for proper vaccination and medical checkup. Ultimately through this campaign, the role and importance of pediatrician in the fields of vaccination and bring up children and adolescents will be recognized. We trust that the better record book can be made with continuous interest and active advice of all Korean Pediatric Society members about the contents and usability of this book.

안전조치 측면에서 관심의 대상이 되어온 중수형 원전의 건식저장고 및 사용후 핵연료 이송 검증을 위한 안전조치 접근방법이 국가 계량관리 검사의 이행을 위하여 개발되었다. 이는 IAEA 사찰장비를 활용하지 못하는 우리나라의 현실을 반영하여 자체 개발된 비파괴검증장비가 이용되며, IAEA 안전조치 기준을 만족시킬 것으로 기대된다. 건식저장고에 대한 국가 계량관리 검사기준은 자체 개발된 비파괴검증장비와 봉인에 의존하는 기준이 제안되었으며, 검증활동은 시설운영자의 부담경감을 위하여 IAEA 사찰이 실시되는 기간동안 동시에 실시되도록 되어 있다. Transfer campaign 검증을 위하여 3명의 국가 계량관리 검사관이 검증활동에 참여하게 되며, 이를 통하여 이송작업의 연속성 유지 및 시설운영자의 부담경감 등이 달성됨과 함께 사참량의 감소가 기대된다. 본 논문은 국가 계량관리 검사의 시작과 함께 현실적인 어려움을 극복하면서, IAEA의 안전조치 기준을 만족하는 안전조치 접근방법을 제시하고 있으며, 안전조치 목적을 보다 적합하게 달성할 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 Q방법론을 통해 공직선거운동의 전광판 광고에 대한 주관적 수용형태의 특성과 함의를 알아보고, 이에 따라 공직선거운동 과정에 있어서 전광판 광고의 효용성을 제고할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이에 본 연구는 기존의 연구방법론에서는 간과하기 쉬운 개별 응답자의 주관적 인식을 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 Q방법론을 활용하여 공직선거 광고에 대한 수용자의 인식유형을 다각적인 방향에서 분석함으로써 향후 실증적 연구를 위한 탐색적 과정을 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 공직선거 광고에 대한 인식은 공직선거의 정치 현상을 쉽게 인식하기 위한 광고기법 개선형, 공직선거에서 유권자들의 관심을 유발하기 위한 관심 유발형, 그리고 공직선거를 통해 유권자와 소통하기 위한 진실 유도형 등 3가지 유형으로 분류되었다. 이와 같은 수용인식의 구분을 통해 함의할 수 있는 것은 공직선거 광고에 대한 수용자들의 인식이 단순히 전광판 광고의 홍보적 측면보다는 활용성과 참여성 그리고 광고효과에 깊은 관심을 갖고 있다는 것이다. 따라서 디지털 시대의 선거환경 속에서 전광판 광고의 효용성 제고를 위해서는 정당이나 후보자들 뿐만 아니라 수용자들을 포함하여 공직선거 광고의 효과, 선거공약을 활용한 광고기법의 긍정적 활용 그리고 활성화 방안에 대하여 보다 더 포괄적인 연구가 진행되어야 할 것이다.

최근 목포-고하 대교가 목포내항을 가로질러 건설될 계획이고 목포시 인근에 남악신도시가 건설중이다. 목포항의 모습을 자연경관과 해양환경에 어울리도록 아름답게 조성하기 위하여 미항목포가꾸기 운동에 대한 시민의 관심과 참여가 필요하다. 지역시민여론에 관한 설문조사를 통하여 연안해양환경에 관한 시민의식 수준을 확인하였으며, 설문조사 결과에 기초하여 목포항과 그 주변해역의 해양환경럴전방안를 제시하였다. 해양폐기물 발생제어에 관한 지역 정책 및 해안의 해양폐기물 수거운동에 시민의 적극적 참여가 요구된다. 도시하수처리장의 운영은 효과적·효율적으로 이루어져야 하고 일반대중, 환경운동연합 혹은 민간단체에 의하여 주기적으로 감시 및 평가를 받아야 한다. 해양 환경교육프로그램의 개발과 시행 그리고 환경보전 계몽운동이 지역주민의 협조 하에서 끊임없이 이루어져야 한다. 지자체가 시민의견을 수집하고 반영하여 목포를 세계적 미항으로 꾸준히 가꾸는 경우에는 시민들이 환경보전을 위한 시민장기실천계획에 적극적으로 참여함으로써 목포항 주변의 연안해양환경은 잘 보전될 수 있을 것이다.
