In the development of Chip Mounter(C/M), much interests have risen regarding how to decrease the operation time of mounting the different chips on the printed circuit board(PCB). The existing method to determine the time sequence of teaching C/M was to follow the procedure which was made by the operater. IN this study, a new but effective algorithm has been developed and employed in SCM-130 Chip Mounter and its online programming had reduced the mounting time significantly and provided the basis for the future online CAD/CAM system.

Severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) is an often lethal complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). The safety of clinical-grade mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) has been validated, but mixed results have been obtained due to heterogeneity of the MSCs. In this phase I study, the safety of bone marrow-derived homogeneous clonal MSCs (cMSCs) isolated by a new subfractionation culturing method was evaluated. cMSCs were produced in a GMP facility and intravenously administered to patients who had refractory GVHD to standard treatment resulting after allogeneic HSCT for hematologic malignancies. After administration of a single dose ($1{\times}10^6cells/kg$), 11 patients were evaluated for cMSC treatment safety and efficacy. During the trial, nine patients had 85 total adverse events and the rate of serious adverse events was 27.3% (3/11 patients). The only one adverse drug reaction related to cMSC administration was grade 2 myalgia in one patient. Treatment response was observed in four patients: one with acute GVHD (partial response) and three with chronic GVHD. The other chronic patients maintained stable disease during the observation period. This study demonstrates single cMSC infusion to have an acceptable safety profile and promising efficacy, suggesting that we can proceed with the next stage of the clinical trial.
In order to grasp the structure and dynamics of phytoplankton communities, chlorophyll-a (Chl-a) and cell abundance were measured at 20 stations during the period from August 9 to August 21, 2003 in the southeastern Barents Sea on surface and subsurface chlorophyll maximum depth (SCM). Surface temperatures were varied from minimum $-0.7^{\circ}C(st. 18)$ to maximum $10.4^{\circ}C(st.1)$. Salinities were varied from minimum 29.9 psu(st. 18) to maximum 35.8 psu(st.2). The maximum nutrient(phosphate, nitrate, silicate) concentrations were $0.12{\mu}M,\;0.11{\mu}M,\;7.53{\mu}M$ and minimum concentrations were $0.01{\mu}M,\;0.03{\mu}M,\;1.43{\mu}M$, respectively. On SCM physical environmental factor were almost similar. Chl-a concentrations ranged from 0.23 to $2.13{\mu}g\;chi-a\;l^{-1}$ at SCM. Nano- and pico phytoplankton were the important contributors for increase of the Chl-a. It was about seven times difference between highest concentration to lowest. Phytoplankton communities were composed of diatoms, dinoflagellates, cryptophyceae, silicoflagellate, and prymnesiophyceae showing 37 taxa at surface and 38 taxa at SCM. Picophytoplankton was the most dominant in all stations and all layers, but the second groups were 2 and/or 3 taxa. Phytoplankton abundance ranged from minimum $4.3{\times}10^5\;cells\;l^{-1}$ (st. 20) to maximum $2.4{\times}10^6\;cells\;l^{\-1}$. (st. 17) at surface water. As a result, phytoplankton might be controlled by physical factors such as North Atlantic ocean currents and northern melt water among environmental factors in Barents Set h addition the dominant species were nano- and pico phytoplankton such as Phaeocystis, Cryptomonas and Dinobryon in the study area.
In this study, friction tests were performed in order to investigate the effect of sliding velocity and normal load on the friction characteristics of DLC (a-C:H) and WC/C (a-C:H:W) using a ball-on-disk type friction tester. DLC and WC/C were deposited on AISI 52100 steel balls. Friction tests against carburized SCM 415 Cr-Mo steel disks were carried out under various sliding velocity (0.1, 0.78, 1.56, 3.13, 6.25, 12.5, 25, 50 and 100 mm/s) and normal load (2.4, 4.8 and 9.6 N) conditions while the relative humidity was 20~40 % R.H. and air temperature was $16{\sim}24^{\circ}C$. As results, kinetic friction coefficients of DLC and WC/C were obtained under each test condition. The results show that the kinetic friction coefficients of DLC and WC/C generally increase with the increase in sliding velocity. And, under the same sliding velocity condition, the kinetic friction coefficients are almost constant regardless of normal load. In addition, the kinetic friction coefficients of DLC are lower than those of WC/C under the same test conditions.
Since the discovery of the immunomodulation property of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) about a decade ago, it has been extensively investigated whether MSCs can be used for the treatment of immune-related diseases, such as graft versus-host disease (GvHD). However, how to evaluate the efficacy of human MSCs for the clinical trial is still unclear. We used an MHC-mismatched model of GvHD (B6 into BALB/c). Surprisingly, the administration of the human MSCs (hMSCs) could reduce the GvHD-related mortality of the mouse recipients and xenogeneically inhibit mouse T-cell proliferation and $IFN-{\gamma}$ production in vitro. We recently established a new protocol for the isolation of a homogeneous population of MSCs called subfractionation culturing methods (SCM), and established a library of clonal MSC lines. Therefore, we also investigated whether MSCs isolated by the conventional gradient centrifugation method (GCM) and SCM show different efficacy in vivo. Intriguingly, clonal hMSCs (hcMSCs) isolated by SCM showed better efficacy than hMSCs isolated by GCM. Based on these results, the MHC-mismatched model of GvHD may be useful for evaluating the efficacy of human MSCs before the clinical trial. The results of this study suggest that different MSC lines may show different efficacy in vivo and in vitro.

In this study, we investigated the effects of the temperature on the coal/biomass $char-CO_2$ gasification reaction under isothermal conditions of $700{\sim}900^{\circ}C$ using the lignite(Indonesia Eco coal) with biomass (korea cypress). Ni catalysts were impregnated on the coal by the ion-exchange method. Four kinetic models which are shrinking core model (SCM), volumetric reaction model (VRM), random pore model (RPM) and modified volumetric reaction model (MVRM) for gas-solid reaction were applied to the experimental data against the measured kinetic data. The Activation energy of Ni-coal/biomass, non-catalyst coal/biomass $Char-CO_2$ gasification was calculated from the Arrhenius equation.

In this article, a 20 kHz ultrasonic waveguide for nano-surface treatment was designed and manufactured. When designing the system, finite element analysis with ANSYS software was performed to find optimal dimensions of the waveguide, which can raise energy efficiency. Consequently an anti-resonance frequency of an Al waveguide with a piezoelectric actuator was 20 kHz, which predicted the experimentally obtained value of 18 kHz well. For the assessment of the performance, Steel Use Stainless (SUS) 304 and chromium molybdenum steel (SCM) 435 specimens were tested. Cross-sectional microscopies of SUS304 were taken and they showed that the treated thickness was $30{\mu}m$. Additionally, hardness tests of SCM435 were done and the hardness before the process was 14.0 Rockwell Hardness-C scale (HRC) and after the process was 20.5 HRC, respectively, which means 46% increase. Considering these results, the developed ultrasonic system is thought to be effective in the nano-surface treatment process.
Nowadays, most companies seek after the greatest profit by means of offering the goods which consumers want timely and efficiently and minimizing the cost of inventory and distribution channel which amounts to the great portion of total cost. And according as EC(Electronic Commerce) market has increased rapidly, SCM(Supply Chain Management) for EC become one of the most important facts for companies, therefore this paper suggest SCM scheme which EC, especially B to C, is added to the existing commerce system. This paper uses internet for information integration of distribution channel which is away from one another and applies TOC(Theory of Constraint)'s DBR(Drum-Buffer-Rope) Scheduling for synchronization through the whole supply chain. It is possible to synchronize the whole supply chain by means of making the speed of manufacturing and distribution to be controlled by consumer's order which is received in distribution center, and inventory and loss of sales opportunities are minimized by constant. Buffer Management. If inventories in distribution center is short, then it needs to search CCR(Capacity Constraint Resource) in supply chain and to control the speed of manufacturing and distribution according to the ability of CCR. This paper applies PT(Partial Transshipment) strategy for Delivery from distribution center to store or cyber consumer. the strategy this paper suggests chooses neighbour area from area which each distribution center takes charge, and then makes product ordered by cyber consumer which lives in the chosen area to be delivered according to inventory of distribution center.

SM45C steel, which is widely used for mechanical structure, was carburized at 870℃ for 4 hours and tempered at 300℃ and 400℃ for 1, 3 and 6 hours. The tempered materials were evaluated for tensile test, hardness test and impact test. In particular, the hardness and the absorption energy were evaluate the reliability by the Weibull statistical analysis. 300℃-1h specimen is considered to be the best heat treatment condition in the tensile stress and the observation of fracture surface. 300℃-1h specimen showed larger shape and scale parameter than the other specimens, and Rockwell hardness variance was small and showed the best characteristics. 400℃-3h specimen showed larger shape and scale parameter than the other specimens, the dispersion of impact absorption energy is small, and showed excellent characteristics.
