  • This study is The Effect of the on the purchase behavior of the Software Quality. To have purchased the software in a Consumer surveys were conducted. The following is a summary of results of this research. First, the software quality and significant consumer purchasing behavior (+) of influence. Functionality, usability, portability of software quality attributes the impulse buying and buy more of both the (+) showed the influence. Second, software quality is urge consumers to purchase significant (+) of influence. Functionality, reliability, usability, portability of software quality (+) showed the influence. Third, the software quality In the consumer buy more significant Chung (+) showed the influence. Software quality, functionality, usability, portability name (+) influence. In conclusion, the quality of the software in consumer purchasing behavior (+) were of significant influence. In particular, factors that functionality, usability factors, portability factor in the relatively large influence on the purchasing behavior. Software technology development, planning, development, testing, and in each step must keep in mind the following. First, the software, when used in certain conditions, Inherent ability to meet the needs and requirements set forth to provide the appropriate functionality and accuracy as the ability of software products each other with the capabilities to the effective and thorough security features should be required. Second, software, a user-specified criteria to use in understanding and learning, and must, and the ability to prefer. Software for users to understand and easy to use, whether the check. In particular, understanding the interface, Help understanding, understand the input and output data, and interface consistency, the user information, the message must be equipped and easy to understand. In addition, ease of learning to be self-learning, and help ease of access shall be required. Third, in certain circumstances, a different environment to transfer be equipped with the functionality of the software. The Effect of Satir's Communication and Self-esteem on Impulse buying of Clothing (역기능적 의사소통 및 자아 존중감이 청소년의 의복 충동구매행동에 미치는 영향)

  • The purposes of this study were to segment adolescents into groups by Satir's communication and self-esteem and to investigate the differences among the groups regarding impulse buying of clothing and clothing behavior. The study distributed the questionnaires to the adolescents who were high school students in seoul. The total respondents were 596. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, k-means cluster analysis, ANOVA, Duncan test, regression and ${\chi}2-test$. Factor analysis showed that impulse buying of clothing had three dimensions: sensitive aspects of products stimulation, marketing situation stimulation and non-Plan stimulation. K-means cluster analysis showed that adolescents were segmented into four groups(blame-high self esteem, placate-high self esteem, blame-low self esteem, placate-low self esteem). The four groups were significantly different in regard to three dimensions of sensitive aspects of products stimulation, marketing situation stimulation and non-plan stimulation. For example, placate-high and low self esteem groups were influenced by sensitive aspects of products stimulation and marketing situation stimulation(-). And blame-high and low self esteem groups were influenced by marketing situation stimulation.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the satisfaction, practical use, preference in design and recognition of the Saenghwalhanbok in the adult females living in Gyeongnam province. The data used for this study were collected by questionnaires and 420 questionnaires were used for statistic analysis. The data were analyzed by using the SPSS 8.0 to perform the ANOVA, $X^2$-test, t-test. The results of this study can be summarized as follows; Most women have Saenghwalhanbok for wearing in festive days. who showed good impression on the Saenghwalhanbok is high-educated people, and high-incommer showed positive preference as well. The color of blouse and skirt is different each other. The most preference color is soft color. The purchasing behavior on the Saenghwalhanbok was verified that there are planning of purchase because of convienience in wearing. The primary reason for not buying Saenghwalhanbok is price. So the goods of various level of price should be prepared, and the preference factors of purchasing for younger ages were color, patterns and design, and for old ages were quality of clothes, colors and patterns. Major application of the Saenghwalhanbok was found that wearing for festive days as it is Korean traditional costume.

  • This study using a transaction cost approach perspective, this paper presents a model for understanding shopper's buying behavior. Finally, based on the results of these studies, this paper suggests practical implications to companies establishing their management strategy of the channels. In order to achieve the research purpose, it derived hypotheses from the literature studies and conducted questionnaire survey for the buyer who actually purchased by distribution channels. In this paper, 876 of the samples has been used in practice and with those samples it analyzes its empirical testing through reliability verification, validation, factor analysis, correlation analysis and covariance structure analysis.

  • Rccommender systems are being used by an ever-increasing number of E-Commerce sites to help consumers find products to purchase. Recommender Systems offer a technology that allows personalized recommendations of items of potential interest to users based on information about similarities and dissimilarities among different user' tastes. However, despite enormous interest in recommender systems, both the number of available published techniques and information about their performance are limited. In this paper. we design and implement an M-Commerce recommendation systems using the past buying behavior of the consumer, consumer information, and association rule mining.

  • The study examined the post-monitoring programs under the energy efficiency labeling program in developed countries. This study suggests a few solutions to improve the post-monitoring activities under the program. First, samples should be selected from each category for the post-monitoring activities, taking account of the consumer's continuous buying behavior. Second, it is necessary to check of detailed label contents and to perform the frequent monitoring the reinforcement of the measurement of items which have violated labeling more than once over the past few years. Last, this study suggests that the entire post-monitoring process should be disclosed and be posted on the websites on the internet in general.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects of consumer's preferences for foreign products and extrinsic cues such as brand, country of origin, and corporate reputation on the consumer's evaluation which includes the construct of perceived quality, and loyalty. In addition, this paper is aimed to provide Korean firms insights in strategic approaches about foreign consumers behavior. A conceptual model is developed and empirically tested against a sample of university students in Korea, who have buying experience of products from multinational firms. 290 samples were used for this analysis. Results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS 18.0 show that consumer's preferences for foreign products, brand awareness, and corporate reputation have a significant effect on the perceived quality of the product from multinational firms. The most important factor to influence the perceived quality was found to be a corporate reputation. But country of origin had not significant effect. Also it is found that both product and product related service quality are positive and statistically significant in explaining the customer's loyalty. Implications for increasing perceived quality and customer's loyalty for Korean products in the global market are discussed.

  • The regional distribution of the selling amount on the internet shopping is divided into urban areas and rural areas. In the urban areas, a large amount of selling and various commodity groups are purchased. In the rural areas, a small amount of selling simple clothing goods, home kitchen goods, and the others commodity groups are purchased. The regional distribution is considered dependent upon the size of population, the development degree of the education and service industry in the region, and the buying power of women in the 25 to 49 year group. This regional trend shows the difference of each population composition between urban and rural areas during the period of economic growth in our country affects internet shopping. Therefore consumer's limited purchase behavior is apparent in rural areas.

A Study on Consumer Preference Factors to Domestic Versus Imported Apparel (국내 및 수입 유명 의류에 대한 소비자 선호요인 비교연구 - 여성복을 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the actual state of introduction and distribution of import apparel and to identify which characteristics of import apparels were different from domestic apparels by analysing consumer's evaluation attitudeto import apparels comparatively. Inaddition, by forming consumer groups who prefered import apparels and who prefered domestic apparels consumer characteristics and factors of each group were investigated. Results of this study are summarized as follows; 1. The degree of recognition of domestic or import well-known apparel brands were both high as 79.1% was to national brandcomparing with 77.0% of import brands. Average holding articles of import apparels were increasing up to 2.08 per person. 2. Consumers gave better evaluation to import apparel in all its aspects. With respects of the economic value and thepractical value, domestic apparel brands were evaluated better than import apparel brands while import apparel brands were evaluated better than domestic apparel brands with respects of design, brand image, and quality value. 3. Consumer group who has preference to import apparel has the tendency of high degree of clothing expenditure and low degree of economical behavior in clothing life st)4e and high degree of brand preferency. Futhermore, such group was not affirmative to negative effect of purchasing import goodsand open-trade policy. 4. Core factors affecting the preference to import apparel were design evaluation attitude, general reluctancy to buying imports, brand-oriented clouting life style, and degree of prossession of import apparel, as enumerated in the order of importance.

ASP 매출 변화에 관한 동태적 분석: SD 기법을 활용한 버전 차별화 전략을 중심으로

  • This study suggests the dynamic pricing model which reveals the organic relationship between ASP (Application Service Provider) price and the related factors, using system dynamics methodology. Basically, we applied the law of supply and demand for analyzing price changes. Then, we deducted ASP price, focusing on fixed cost and variable cost. We also researched the customer's buying behavior according to version differentiation policy. In the version policy, we set up the proposition about customer's satisfaction and willingness-to-pay, using option system. As a result, this research designed the simulation model which analyzes the changes of the sales according to version differentiations and customer's willingness-to-pay. Through this research, we can find effective version differentiation strategies. This paper also found that the larger the number of package, the greater the demand and customer's willingness-to-pay. The increase of the number of package causes the increase of the sales. The increase of the sale is not exactly relative to the number of package. Drawing S-curve, the sales was increased. This dynamic pricing model suggests the ground that the ASP price changes based on the existing version differentiation theory and the demand of customers can affect the changes of the sales. We expect that this model suggests a clear standard of ASP pricing by combining real cases.
