  • Recently, Development of IT and digital-tech, and this is becoming factor of digital contents industry development. But, problem that is more suitable e-business model's necessity and quality enemy of distribution web-site to digital contents as transaction this firm dispute by transaction special quality and Payment-system increase of digital contents increases rapidly was risen. In this study, Digital Contents qualify estimation very important persons of digital contents as sequence of study that investigate from target's viewpoint which is serviced through web-site that digital contents is not factors of web-site service method whether digital contents distribution web-site factors effect that is some in customer satisfaction from general viewpoint of actuality digital contents distribution and is the actual proof enemy. This paper's goal that these study finding leads as digital contents industry discusses individual enterprise's success and failure as field of business in quickening period yet but domestic digital contents industry field will be roared and may can have competitive power by enterprises which wish to already started business or inaugurate an enterprise enter in field with successful beginning and direction and develop continuously.

온라인 종합쇼핑몰업체의 e-Business 활용방안 (A Study on the e-Business Utility of On-line Shopping Mall Firms)

  • This paper examined a e-Business utility of on-line shopping mall firms. Based on the literature review and cases study, the following results were found. First, in e-business policy, it was found that partnership between government and market are very important to e-business utility. Second, e-CRM of on-line shopping mall firms should be considered web site design based on commodity, cafe based on experience and information shares, and transaction confirm service. Third, B2C e-commerce model should be contained firm-specific force, customer oriented force, social force, and technology force.

  • B2C is not doing well in Asia and Pacific countries in comparison to U.S. and Europe. But there is misunderstanding of low growth of B2C electric commerce caused by cultural factor. Consumers in market are rational to decide their purchase according to total cost - market price and transaction cost. I examined this with data of Korea and U.S. Transaction cost in real market is less in Korea than in U.S. but that of electric commerce, it is much less in U.S. As a result, the choice of consumers in Korea is real market transaction while consumers in U.S. choose electric commerce.

  • 제한된 무선통신 대역폭 및 불완전한 무선통신 인프라, 이동 단말기의 배터리 용량 등과 같은 이동 컴퓨팅 환경의 고유한 특성으로 인해 이동 단말기에서 실행되는 e-비즈니스 응용은 잦은 접속단절에 직면하게 된다. 또한 고가의 무선통신 비용이나 잦은 무선 통신으로 인해 급격하게 소모되는 이동 단말기 전력을 절약하기 위해 자발적인 접속단절 상태에서 동작하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 데이터비축을 이용하여 대부분 접속 단절 상태에서 이동 단말기에서 자치적으로 이동 트랜잭션을 처리하면서도 데이터 중복과 네트워크 분할로 인해 발생가능한 일관성 문제를 효율적으로 해결할 수 있는 분할 동기화 이동 트랜잭션 모델을 제안한다. 분할 동기화 이동 트랜잭션 모델은 이동 트랜잭션을 컴포넌트 단위로 분할한 후, 서버에서의 사용 가능성과 충돌 가능성을 고려하여 컴포넌트 트랜잭션들로 동기화 우선순위를 할당하고 우선순위가 높은 컴포넌트 트랜잭션들부터 동기화를 우선 실시하여 부분 결과를 공개한다. 결과적으로 이동 클라이언트에서 변경한 데이터에 대한 서버에서의 가용성을 높이고, 중요도가 낮은 부분은 이동 단말기의 제한된 자원 및 무선 대역폭과 고가의 통신 요금 등을 고려하여 서버에 늦게 반영함으로써 무선 대역폭 및 컴퓨팅 자원의 활용도를 극대화시키는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.

TMA의 운용과 주요 BPO 비즈니스 시나리오에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Transaction Matching Application and Major BPO Business Scenarios)

  • The BPO is an irrevocable undertaking given by an obligor bank to a recipient bank to pay a specified amount under the condition of a successful electronic matching of data or acceptance of mismatches. The BPO enables the participating banks to provide sellers and buyers with enhanced financing services. Therefore, BPO gives banks the tools to provide them with guarantees and other multi-banking services. All the participating banks must use the same Transaction Matching Application(TMA) for BPO business. In order to exchange BPO-related data, banks must be subscribed to the same TMA scheme. Participation in the TMA scheme is limited to banks only. The TMA is matching and workflow application as instrument to determine whether to pay the BPO or not. Therefore, TMA will have an important role to play in the business of the BPO. So, This paper is to review the mechanism of a TMA and the major business scenarios in Banking Payment Obligation Transactions. In Particular, it has been included the exchange and matching of data messages, the disposal of discrepancies, document payment and others based on URBPO. This study will be based on documentary research including swift com and icc.org and so on.

  • 본 논문은 오픈소스소프트웨어와 사적독점 소프트웨어를 비교하고 이를 바탕으로, 오픈소스소프트웨어가 독창적으로 가치를 창출할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 우리가 제안하는 오프소스소프트웨어의 새로운 비즈니스 모델은 맞춤형 소프트웨어를 제공하는 것이다. 이는 사적독점소프트웨어가 소프트웨어 산업에 미치는 좋지 않은 영향인 고착화와 거래비용을 소프트웨어 유통을 통해 제거할 수 있는 비즈니스 모형이다. 맞춤형 소프트웨어는 라이센스 판매 위주로 수익을 창출해 온 방식을 대신해 가치사슬 상의 관련 산업을 통해 가치를 창출함으로써 효율적인 소프트웨어 시장을 구축한다. 소프트웨어의 가치를 증대할 수 있도록 유통시킴으로써 라이센스 판매가 아니더라도 산업 전반의 가치를 높여서 시장의 성장과 수익을 도모할 수 있다.

  • At present, companies write daily work record or use bar-code in order to collect distribution flow data in real time. However, it needs additional works to check the record or read the bar-code with a scanner. In this case, human error could decrease accuracy of data and it would cause problems in reliability. To solve this problem, RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is introduced in many automatic recognition sector recently. RFID is a technology that identification data is inserted into micro-mini IC chip and recognize, trace, and manage object, animal, or person using wireless frequency. This is being emerged as the core technology in future ubiquitous environment. This study is intended to suggest RFID application method in franchise business. Traceability and visibility of individual product are supplied based on EPCglobal network. It includes DW system which supplies various assessment data about product in supply chain, financial transaction system which is based on product transaction and position information, and RFID middleware which refines and divides product data from RFID tag. With the suggested application methods, individual product's profile data are supplied in real time and it would boost reliability to customer and make effective cooperation with existing operation systems (SCM, CRM, and e-Business) possible.

한국산업의 B2B e-Marketplace 성공적 운영 관한 연구 (A Study on the Successful Operation of B2B e-Marketplaces in the Korea Industry)

  • This paper is to identify whether the mechanism of the real market as an off-line market developed from the transaction cost theory from previous research is applied to on-line market, such as usiness to Business e-marketplaces. With three factors(parties, product, environments) selected from previous research, four cases picked up from all B2B e-marketplace sites as of April 2007, in the view of Business to Business Matrix which presented by Kaplan & Sawhney(2000), were studied. They were accompanied by interview with CEO and team manager, and they explained their business and revenue model of the company. From the interview, the relation between three factors and usiness to Business e-marketplace was observed by taking sub-factors into consideration; parties -asset specificity, information asymmetry, product factors - standardization, price stability, and environments factors - competition, market uncertainty. The implications of this study are to analyze the relation of the transaction theory in offline and online. Also, this is the first study that analyzed it. In the future, another research based on this research will be studied.

The Momentum Strategy of Small Foreign Investors in the Indonesia Stock Exchange

  • This research aimed to analyze the momentum strategy of foreign investors with the smallest trading transactions in the Indonesian stock market. This study applied a quantitative method approach using intraday transaction data of companies listed on the LQ-45 Index for March, April, and May 2017, obtained from the Indonesia Capital Market Institute (TICMI) which is a subsidiary of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of companies with available data is 35 companies, consisting of 23 non-government stocks and 12 government stocks. The number of observations from the 35 companies was 8,686,030 observations where the government companies recorded 2,751, 545 and the non-government companies 1,387,016 observations. All data was then squeezed and grouped into small, medium, and large trade transaction orders. The data analysis method used was paired t-test with SPSS to analyze cumulative abnormal returns in the formulation and test periods. This study found that small foreign investors carried out momentum strategies on stocks listed on the LQ-45 Index. However, re-testing was done by separating government and non-government shares. It turned out that small foreign investors performed a momentum strategy on non-government and a contrarian strategy on government.

  • 고도의 IT기술 및 클라우드 서비스의 발전과 스마트기기의 활성화 등에 따라 다양한 형태의 불법다운 공유 등의 양상이 생겨나면서 기존 DRM에 의한 불법 차단 방식이 한계에 부딪히고 있다. 또한 최근에는 장르를 불문하고 음악, 웹툰, 매거진, 각종 동영상 등의 창작활동을 하는 1인 창작에 의한 저작물들이 급격하게 늘어나고 있어 이들의 저작물을 보호하고 활용성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 콘텐츠 사용자 니즈 기반의 정교한 라이선스 방식 및 관리가 필요하다. 이는 디지털 콘텐츠의 개인 간 유통을 위한 라이선스가 안정적이고 효율적이어야 한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 콘텐츠 분야별 업계 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 현재 콘텐츠 시장 현황 및 향후 전망을 조사 분석하여 개인 간 거래활성화를 위한 방안들을 모색하고자 한다.
