The domestic fashion industry is not able to exceed the level of fashion that exists in advanced countries due to the relatively weak design competitiveness and the differentiated capability of product development. In order for the domestic fashion industry to become a growth industry that is valued in the world market of infinite competition, a step-by-step support system that can demonstrate and maintain the creative ability of designers is needed. Therefore, this study proposes a template - based 3D virtual fashion technology and a digital fashion platform based on it. The proposed template - based 3D virtual fashion technology is designed to clearly communicate the intention of designers and to be able to instantaneously view the results, thereby reducing the time and cost of producing prototypes. In addition, the digital fashion platform based on the template is designed as a collaborative platform based on idea sharing, which dramatically improves the process of confirming the prototype and initiating the product planning and manufacturing stages. This new technology can contributes to the formation of a business environment and a new area within the existing fashion industry and can be utilized for the development of the fashion industry in the future.

Recently, the government has actively promoted the introduction of BIM at the national level to improve the efficiency and productivity of the construction industry, and private interest in the application of BIM has also increased. However, despite the large amount of references and information, not much research has been done in quantitative ways to accurately measure the performance of BIM projects. The purpose of this study is to review performance measurement cases using ROI, investment effect analysis, and queue model analysis using domestic and overseas BIM guideline research and to present standard templates that can quantitatively measure BIM performance records according to domestic conditions based on this. Performance measurement trends and cases according to the application of BIM were analyzed, and nine quantification elements were derived from this, and based on this, a performance measurement data collection template at the BIM life cycle stage was prepared. Detailed items and contents were prepared for the nine quantification elements, and the final template consisted of a total of 43 questions, divided into the entire stage (15), the beginning (8), the middle (8), and the latter (12) areas. It is expected that by using the standard template of railway BIM performance records developed in this study, the BIM design stage will be diagnosed and the deficiencies will be supplemented, which will be the basic data for measuring actual quantitative performance in all life cycle performance of future BIM projects.

본 논문에서는 ART-1 기반 자가 생성 지도학습 알고리즘과 얼굴 인증을 이용한 주민등록증 인식방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 주민등록증 영상에서 주민등록번호와 발행일을 추출하기 위해, 획득된 주민등록증의 영상에서 Sobel Mask와 Median Filter를 이용하여 윤곽선을 추출하고 잡음을 제거한 후, 수평 스미어링을 적용하여 주민등록번호와 발행일 영역을 각각 추출한다. 그리고 고주파 필터링을 적용하여 추출된 영역을 이진화하고 4방향 윤곽선 추적 알고리즘을 적용하여 개별 코드를 추출한다. 추출된 개별 코드는 ART-1 기반 자가 생성 지도학습 알고리즘을 적용하여 인식한다. 얼굴 인증은 Template Matching 방법을 적용하여 Face Template Database를 구축하고, 획득된 주민등록증의 얼굴 영역과의 유사도를 측정하여 주민등록증의 사진 위조 여부를 판별한다. 제안된 주민등록증 인식 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위해 10개의 주민등록증을 대상으로 실험하였고 원본 주민등록증 영상에서 사진과 얼굴 부분을 위조한 주민등록증에 대해 얼굴 인증 실험을 하였다. 실험을 통해 제안된 방법이 주민등록번호 인식 및 얼굴 인증에 있어서 우수한 성능이 있음을 확인하였다.

Recently, IoT and Big Data dealing with voluminous and complex sensitive information is one of the key issues in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. There have been a lot of studies to store the collected and processed sensitive information safely in storage data. Especially biometric information, if it is leaked and becomes identity theft, is hard to be corrected and results in serious event. To fix the problem, methods such as FIDO or KFTC have been proposed. In this paper, we propose a modified method of TTAK.KO-12.0098 according to the environment of this paper and propose a method of safely storing the generated disposable template in a block chain. We show that our method is better by comparing the existing method and the security analysis.

ASP 방식으로 ERP를 단기간에 도입한 제이텔의 사례를 연구하고, 그 추진 과정과 성공적으로 도입한 효과를 살펴보았다. 추진과정의 특이점은 현업이 ERP의 best practice를 받아들이는 수용태세가 미비하거나 이러한 태도를 바꾸는 변화관리 노력이 부족하면 구축의 실패로 이어질 수 있으므로, 이를 위해 시각화된 시스템을 반복적으로 보여주고 피드백을 받는 프로토타이핑 방법론을 성공적으로 운영한 점과 이를 위해 ERP 템플릿을 사전에 구축하여 효과적으로 운영하였다는 점이다. 이러한 방법은 교육기간의 단축에도 도움이 되고 ASP의 가장 큰 성공요인인 현업의 적극적인 참여를 유도 한다는 점에서도 도움이 된다. 이러한 주의점을 고려해서 운영하면, ASP 방식은 제이텔의 사례에서 본 바와 같이 고객에게 Global e-Business 환경을 제공하고 신기술의 지속적 적용 및 시스템의 용이한 교체, 사업규모의 변화에 손쉽게 대응할 수 있다는 장점이 있으며, 적은 인원으로 핵심역량에 집중케하고 신속하게 구현할 수 있다는 점에서 In-house 구축과 비교해서 중소 기업에 주는 비용측면의 의미도 있다고 하겠다.

최근 기업에서는 설계 기간을 단축하기 위하여 기존의 CAD시스템들의 기능을 기업의 목적에 맞게 수정할 수 있는 커스터마이징 기술이 요구되고 있다. 이에 대부분의 상용 CAD시스템 개발회사들은 일련의 반복된 작업을 자동으로 수행할 수 있게 해주는 매크로나 외부 프로그램을 작성할 수 있도록 API를 제공하고 있다. 본 논문은 지식기반의 제품개발 체계를 구축하기 위하여 특정 부품의 정형화된 설계 규칙을 3D CAD 템플릿으로 개발하여 특정 모델링을 보다 편리하게 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 목적이 있다. 냉장고의 부품 설계에 요구되는 관련 수식, 데이터 및 설계지식을 Unigraphics의 UG/Open API를 이용하여 프로그램화하였고 그 개발사례를 제시하였다. 상용 CAD시스템에 연결하여 사용함으로써 설계 검증 및 설계 변경을 제품설계 업무에 효과적으로 적용하였다.

최근 제조산업에 있어 다품종, 소량화하는 생산환경과 생산이라는 기능 이외의 판매, 기술 개발 등의 부분을 컴퓨터 네트워크로 결합하여 전반적인 기업 활동의 종합적인 효율화가 중요한 문제로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 요구에 의해 통합 생산정보시스템이 발전하였고 각종 산업제품의 치열한 국제경쟁에 따른 생산시스템 및 마케팅의 세계화는 이러한 변화에 대처하는 지능형 생산시스템(IMS : Intelligent Manufacturing System) 체계를 필요로 하게 되었다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 IMS를 효율적으로 구축하기 위해 제조분야의 정보시스템에 대한 분석과 문제점 및 발전방안을 알아보고, 효율적인 제조 정보시스템 구축에 있어서 필수적인 정보화 전략계획의 체계적인 수립 방안으로 각 정보화 전략계획 수립 단계별 절차와 산출물 그리고 산출물의 통합관리에 대한 체계를 개발하였다. 또한, 정보화 전락계획의 효율적 적용을 위해 각 단계별 상세한 체계설계와 Template를 제시하여 IMS를 효율적으로 지원하는 정보화 전략계획 수립 방안을 제시하였다.

데이터베이스와 연동하는 웹 응용에 대한 수요가 비즈니스론 포함하는 모든 분야에서 급속히 증가하고 있다. 그러나 급증하는 수요에 비해 웹 응용의 작성 및 유지 보수에 많은 시간과 노력이 소요되고 있다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 웹 스크립트 자동 생성기인 WebGen은 웹 응용에 필요한 폼들과 이 폼들을 통해 이루어지는 질의에 대해 데이터베이스와 연동하여 처리하는 웹 스크립트들을 자동 생성하는 소프트웨어 도구다. WebGen은 웹 응용 개발자가 작성하는 구성파일(configuration file)에 정의된 선언적인 내용을, 생성될 스크립트의 기본 원형인 내장된 템플릿(template)에 반영하여 5개의 웹 스크립트들(Search, Select, Edit, Information, Action)을 생성한다. Action 스크립트를 제외한 나머지 스크립트들은 사용자 인터페이스로 각각 해당되는 웹 폼을 생성한다. 따라서 WebGen은 웹 응용 작성을 위한 시간과 노력을 크게 줄여 웹 응용의 생산성을 향상시킨다. 상용 웹 스크립트 생성기들과 달리, WebGen은 상호 독립적인 템플릿들을 기반으로 하기 때문에 버전 관리가 용이하고 한 폼에 표현 가능한 정보도 관심의 대상인 엔티티 외에 이 엔티티와 직 간접적으로 연관된 모든 엔티티들을 포함한다.
