PROMETHEE-AHP 기법을 이용한 노후 공동주택의 재건축과 리모델링 사업선택요소 선정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Reconstruction and Remodeling's Selection Factors of Old Apartment Houses Using PROMETHEE-AHP)

  • 1970년대 중반 이후 건설된 노후아파트의 재건축(재개발) 사업의 일환으로 재건축과 리모델링이 도입되었고, 각 사업의 활성화를 위한 정부의 정책도 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 정책의 빈번한 변화는 사업체들 간의 사업방식 선택에 있어 갈등을 야기시켰다. 사업 초기단계의 갈등은 전체 사업 과정에 심각한 문제를 일으켰다. 따라서 본 연구는 재건축과 리모델링 사업의 비교분석을 통해 두 사업 선정 시 특정 요인이 어떤 영향을 미치는지에 대한 사업선정 요인을 분석하였다. 분석에 기초하여 네 개의 범주와 26개의 요인들을 도출하였다. 그 후 사업 선택과 관련된 상대적 중요도와 영향 값의 분석에 사용된 AHP 방법 및 PROMETHEE 방법을 통해 각 선정 요소의 우선순위를 도출하였다.

How Can Healthy Meal Kits Look Attractive to Consumers?

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the importance of customers' selection attributes for meal kits, which is rapidly increasing in the home meal replacement food market, and empirically analyze the effect of food selection attributes on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention toward meal kits. Research design, data, and methodology: Based on the results of previous research, factors that customers consider the most when purchasing a meal kit are nutritional components, ingredients, hygiene, taste, and price. The empirical analysis is conducted by using structural equation modeling to determine the extent that customer selection attributes for meal kits affect customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. The survey is conducted online from January 1 to March 15, 2022, and 282 valid samples are used for the analysis. Results: The result of the analysis confirms that nutritional components, hygiene, taste, and price have a statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention. However, the effect of food ingredients on customer satisfaction and repurchase intention is rejected because no statistically significant results are obtained. Conclusions: As an empirical analysis of the importance of customer selection attributes of meal kits, this study has meaningful implications for related industries and business-to-business operators and provides basic data for the strategic development of related industries.

농업보조금 지원사업의 만족도 및 재신청의사에 미치는 영향요인 : 제주특별자치도 양돈농가의 인식을 중심으로 (Factors of Satisfaction and Re-application Intention for Agricultural Subsidies Project : Focusing on the Recognition of the Pig Farms in Jeju)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 제주지역 양돈농가에 지원하는 농업보조금에 관한 정보제공 및 투명성 등과 같은 사업 선정절차, 구비서류 및 구비조건 등과 같은 사업신청조건이 보조금 지원정책의 만족도와 향후 재신청의도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보조금 지원사업의 만족도 향상을 위해서는 사업신청조건 완화보다는 사업선정절차에 대한 만족도 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 둘째, 보조금 지원사업에 의한 소득증대 등의 효과를 통한 보조금 재신청 확대를 위해서는 사업신청조건 완화보다는 사업선정절차에 대한 만족도 향상을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 왜냐하면 보조금 지원사업 선정절차에 대한 만족도 향상 노력은 보조금 지원사업의 만족도 향상뿐만 아니라 재신청 효과를 동시에 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 다른 어떤 요인보다도 보조금 사업에 대한 정보제공, 의견반영 등 사업선정절차 만족도 향상에 초점을 맞추어야 할 것이다.

소비자들의 디지털컨텐츠 선택 요인 : 웹툰을 중심으로 (Factors of Consumer' s Digital Content Selection : Focusing on Web-toon)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing consumers' selection of web-toon service through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis and to provide the strategy of web-toon service. To accomplish this study, theories, existing research and references related to AHP were sufficiently examined and selected the factors in the selection criteria. Surveys from consumers who used the web-toon service were conducted with selected factors. Through this, the results were analyzed by AHP analysis to find out the weighting values and the differences were examined and analyzed. The highest weighting factor in the first layer that consists of web-toon service was cinematic quality. The cinematic quality was the most important factor in the selection criteria of customers who use the web-toon service regardless of their preferred genre. Furthermore, it was confirmed that the weighting value or ranking changed in the second layer by genre. In this study, the effective basis of strategy were suggested by ranking the quantitative selection factors according to the preferred genre of consumers using web-toon services. In addition, This research provides some practical implications. That is, the web-toon service provider can easily recognize and respond to the customer's requirements, which factors are important when the customer selects a specific genre from the web-toon genre.

경영전략과 통합된 6시그마 과제 선정 방안 (Six Sigma Project Selection Integrated into the Business Strategy)

  • This study deals with the problem of selecting 6 sigma projects. Traditionally, such selection was based on CTQ (critical to quality) or COPQ (cost of poor quality) derived within business units. Since the objective of 6 sigma is to achieve business goals in a short period, 6 sigma projects should be selected and carried out in coincidence with the whole company's strategies. This paper proposes two methods of selecting 6 sigma projects: one is to identify CTQ's by analyzing the company's BSC's (balanced score card) and then deploying them into subunits of the company and the other is to identify those projects with large hidden COPQ or cost of waste by applying value stream analysis and process model simulation to derive process cost models.

  • 서비스 지향 컴퓨팅(Service-Oriented Computing, SOC)은 배포된 서비스를 선택하고 조합하여 서비스 클라이언트가 원하는 기능을 제공하는 개발 방식이다. SOC는 향상된 비즈니스 기민성, 단축된 개발 시간과 같은 여러 장점을 제공한다. 이러한 장점을 극대화하기 위해서는 서비스의 선택과 조합이 동적으로 이루어져야 한다. 하지만 현재의 프로그래밍 언어, SOC 플랫폼, 비즈니스 프로세스 모델링 언어 (Business Process Modeling Language, BPML) 및 도구는 수동적 서비스 선택 또는 서비스의 정적 바인딩만을 지원하는 수준에 머물러 있다 각 클라이언트의 요구사항을 만족하는 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 해당 비즈니스 프로세스는 재구성 (reconfiguration)되고 재배포 (redeploy)되어야 하는 문제점이 있다. 따라서, 서비스 클라이언트의 다양한 요구에 맞게 서비스를 신속하고 유연하게 조합시키기 위하여 동적 선택기법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 엔터프라이즈 서비스 버스(Enterprise Service Bus, ESB) 기반의 동적 선택 핸들러 (Dynamic Selection Handler, DSH) 설계 기법을 제안한다. DSH의 네 가지 컴포넌트인 수행 리스너, 서비스 선택자, 서비스 바인더, 인터페이스 변환자에 대한 설계를 제시한다. DSH 설계 시에 적합한 디자인 패턴을 적용하여 컴포넌트의 재사용성이 높도록 설계한다. 마지막으로 제안한 DSH 설계의 실용성을 보이기 위해 ESB를 이용하여 DSH를 구현한다.

전자조달을 위한 공급자 선택 지원 시스템의 개발 (A Decision Support System for Supplier Selection in B2B E-procurement)

  • Nowadays many enterprises build e-procurement systems. An e-procurement is a Web-based procurement process and its functionalities are considered important in the B2B e-commerce. Buyers should select competent suppliers for a successful e-procurement. Therefore, this study proposes a method using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) for building a Web-based supplier selection system. In detail, the purpose of this study is (1) to review methods previously used when buyers selecting suppliers and to extract important selection criteria: (2) to explain extended AHP method adopted by this study among supplier selection methods: (3) to describe the supplier selection steps using extended AHP : and (4) to propose a decision support system embedding the methodology described above. The proposed system comprises of three phase: first phase is to evaluate suppliers on enterprise level: second phase to evaluate them on each transaction level: third phase to post-evaluate them.

  • On the situation cooperating with business partners on the supply chain, systematic decision making process is a critical issue for them. The two major issues of purchasing strategy such as selecting vendors and managing them are important part of their overall business activities. This study mainly focus on the former issue of the vendor selection. Through the empirical study, analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method was applied to select vendors among supplier vendors based on four selection criteria such as the level of quality, product on management ability, delivery, and price. The results of study showed the main criteria of vender selection was the ability of quality management. The vender selected based on AHP and the current selection method was different, but implicitly projected the dilemma situation between quality and price which occurs in decision making process of real life.

  • In a very competitive construction business environment there is a need to measure and manage business performance across a wider spectrum of business success criteria. The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Triple Bottom Line (TBL) reporting concepts are emerging as champions in the race for sustainable business success. The construction business organisations are often judged based on their financial performance as well as wider performance. This paper aims at developing a universally accepted tool for assessing contractors' wider business performance in the construction industry. A prototype of web-based business performance measurement system has been developed to help contractors assess their own performance aimed at uplifting their performance. The consultants/clients can also use the tool to measure contractors' performance in a value-based contractor selection. The system was developed based on the research conducted among 63 senior construction professionals and therefore further research with the participation of a large number of managers across different countries and also an upgrade of the system will be required.
