스마트 공급망 구축을 위한 지능형사물인터넷 영향요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influential Factors of Intelligence Internet of Things for Establishing Smart Supply Chains )

  • Internet of Things (IoT) is a term that has been introduced in recent years, and it defines objects being able to connect and transfer data through the internet. Although some IoT-related products are currently available in the market, there are still some IoT problems that need to be overcome, such as the technology issues and lack of confidence and understanding of IoT. This study aims to analyze the influential factors in building successful IoT system for smart supply chain. This study develops the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate the influential factors in IoT. This study finds that tangible factors (Technology, Value and Connectivity) are more important than the intangible factors (Operation and Intelligence). Finally, this study concludes that after enterprises build a good IoT connectivity system, it is essential to combine this with good IoT technology to create a successful IoT environment. The findings may help practitioners implement IoT in smart supply chains to deal with disruptions, risks and vulnerabilities in the post-pandemic era.

  • Uncertainty is increasing around the world due to COVID-19 and Ukraine crisis. In this situation, each company is making countless efforts to survive. In Korea, smart factory projects targeting small and medium-sized businesses with difficulties have been continuously promoted. As for the smart factory business that has been promoted so far, the base expansion of the smart factory is also steadily increasing as the number of companies carrying out the project is increasing. It was also found that it contributed to productivity improvement and quality improvement. Despite these positive aspects, difficulties and operational problems are also appearing in the process of promoting smart factories. In this study, we investigated and analyzed operational problems and difficulties in the process of promoting smart factories. In addition, improvement plans for problems were presented according to the contents of this analysis, and improvement plans were presented by classifying them into introduction and supply companies, considering that the smart factory business is formed in the form of a consortium between introduction and supply companies.

  • Business Information Systems are strategic applications to achieve companies' goals and innovation. This idea make companies invest their time and budget in the Information Systems. However, it is difficult to forecast effects of the investment in Information Systems and it causes hesitation of making decision. Thus, I researched a case so that I could forecast the effect of the information systems using AHP(analytic hierarchical process). In this study, I approached this matter with three views such as intelligence(review of prior literature), design(methodology development), and application. This study is significant in terms of practicality rather than theoretical dimension. Particularly, I suggested a way of quantifying in monetary value the quality aspects through inverting qualitative facts to quantitative facts and calculated the investment feasibility with it.

  • 코로나19 대유행으로 세계경제포럼에서 그레이트 리셋이 논의되면서 제4차산업혁명의 동력인 인공지능도 조명을 받고 있다. 그러나 인공지능 분야의 기업 연구는 아직도 희소하다. 2000년 이후 관련 연구는 기존 기업에 어떻게 인공지능을 적용하여 가치를 창출할 것인가에 초점이 맞춰져 있으며, 신생기업들이 어떻게 기회를 포착하고 기존 사업자들 사이에 진입하여 새로운 가치를 창출하는지에 대한 연구는 거의 찾아볼 수 없다. 이에 본 연구는 소프트웨어의 세부 분야인 인공지능 기반 신생기업들이 기존 소프트웨어 산업과 어떻게 다른 혁신패턴을 갖는가라는 연구 질문을 가지고 다층적 접근론의 종합적 틀을 활용하여 신생 기업들의 사례를 분석하였다. 대상 기업들은 창업 7년 내 의료, 금융, 마케팅/광고, 유통, 제조 분야에서 의도적으로 표집된 머신러닝 모델링 전문 신생 기업들로 벤처기업 인증을 받은 고성장 기업들이다. 분석 결과 기존 소프트웨어 기업들은 전사적 통합 관점의 프로세스 혁신을 이루어냈다면, 이들만의 혁신 패턴은 기존의 프로세스들을 잘게 해체하여 자동화나 가치창출이 어려웠던 단위 프로세스들을 식별해 내고 데이터 기반으로 자동화, 최적화하여 새로운 가치를 제공하고 있다는 것이다. 이 연구의 기여는 통합적인 다층적 접근론의 틀의 유효성을 검증하면서 인공지능 기반 신생 기업들의 탄생과 그들의 혁신 패턴을 제시했다는 데에 있다. 한편 기업 실무적, 정부 정책적 함의를 정리하면, 데이터를 기반으로 혁신을 이끌어내기 때문에 신생 기업일지라도 데이터 관련 규제 등에 대한 제도 대응 역량이 강조되며, 정부는 관련 제도의 불확실성을 제거하고 구체화하여 예측가능하고 유연한 사업 환경을 마련할 필요가 있다.

  • 전통적인 BI(Business Intelligence) 시스템은 제 시간에 더 나은 의사결정을 위한 도구로 널리 사용되어 왔다. 그러나 급증하는 데이터에 대한 효율적 분석을 위해 데이터 웨어하우스를 구축하는 일은 시간이 오래 걸리고 복잡하다. 특히, 데이터 웨어하우스 구축에 요구되는 ETL(Extract, Transform, Load) 프로세스는 BI 플랫폼이 클라우드 환경으로 전환되면서 훨씬 더 복잡해졌다. 이러한 ETL 이슈를 극복하기 위해 MongoDB와 같은 NoSQL 데이터베이스에 기반한 다양한 BI 솔루션들이 제안되었다. 한편, 의사 결정권자는 IT 부서나 BI 전문가 의 도움 없이 데이터에 쉽게 접근할 수 있기를 원한다. 최근, 이러한 BI 이슈들을 해결하기 위한 방안으로 셀프서비스 BI가 등장하였다. 본 논문에서는 귀농 귀촌인의 재배 작물 선택을 지원하기 위해 MongoDB 클라우드를 데이터 웨어하우스로 하는 농업 데이터 기반의 셀프서비스 BI 시스템을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 의사 결정권자에게 통찰력을 제공하기 위해 MongoDB 차트를 이용한 데이터 시각화 기능, 고급 데이터 검색을 위한 리포팅 기능, 실시간 데이터 분석을 위한 모니터링 기능을 지원한다. 의사 결정권자는 다양한 방식으로 데이터에 직접 접근할 수 있고, 제안 시스템의 기능들을 활용하여 셀프서비스 방식으로 데이터를 분석할 수 있다.

  • 세계 10대 도시이며 Metro City인 서울특별시는 인쇄, 봉제, 기계금속 등 전통적인 도심제조업이 분포되어있다. 이들 제조업은 세부 업종 및 공정에 따라 소상공인 집적지를 형성해 서로 상부상조 하는 형태로 발전해왔다. 집적지의 특성상 집적지 내 각 공정별 업체 간 물류는 신속히 이루어지고 있으나 상대적으로 영세한 소상공인이 최종 단계의 완제품 수요자에 대한 주문처리 서비스를 준비하기에는 어려운 현실이다. 따라서 원활한 수주, 배송처리를 위해 집적지 상공인을 위한 통합수주 Fulfillment Service Platform 도입이 시급하다. 본 논문에서는 전통 도심산업 중 인쇄업 소상공인의 기존 Fulfillment Service data를 수집, 분석하고 CRNN, k-NN, ID3 Decision Tree algorithm을 적용한 인공지능 Fulfillment Service Platform 시스템을 설계한다. 본 연구를 통하여 집적지 소상공인 누구나 활용할 수 있는 개별 수주, 배송 맞춤서비스 사용이 가능하게 함으로써 소상공인 매출 증대 및 역량 향상에 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다.

  • This case study shows constructing the knowledge-based system using a rule-based approach for detecting transactions regarding money laundering in the Korea Financial Intelligence Unit (KoFIU). To better manage the explosive increment of low risk suspicious transactions reporting from financial institutions and to conjugate data converged into the KoFIU from various organizations, the adoption of a knowledge-based system is definitely required. We designed and constructed the knowledge-based system for anti-money laundering by committing experts of each specific financial industry co-worked with a knowledge engineer. The outcome of the knowledge base implementation shows that the knowledge-based system is filtering STRs in the primary analysis step efficiently and so has made great contribution to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the analysis process. It can be said that establishing the foundation of the knowledge base under the entire framework of the knowledge-based system for consideration of knowledge creation and management is indeed valuable.

Mediating and Moderating Mechanism in the Relationship Between Blue Ocean Leadership Style and Strategic Decision Making: A Case Study in Malaysia

  • This study aims to identify the effect of blue ocean leadership style on strategic decision making and it also aims to examine the mediating role of organizational politic and moderating role of emotional intelligence in the Government Link Companies (GLCs) in Malaysia. In order to achieve the objective of the study, a research framework had been developed to establish a relationship among the variables of the study based on resource-based view theory. Questionnaire method was used to collect the data form middle to top level employees in GLCs. All the items in the study's variables were assessed using the 5-point Likert scale. A stratified random sampling technique was used to identify the sample for this study. Data was derived from 135 middle to top level employees, which were involved in decision making process. The data was analyzed using the SPSS and the SmartPLS 3.0 software. This supplemented the theory surrounding blue ocean leadership styles and strategic decision making. The study also identified several avenues for further research by using different research methods and examining the impact of strategic decision making in different contexts.

유통기업 리더의 코칭행동이 구성원의 조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 진정성리더십의 매개효과와 감성지능의 조절효과 (The Effect of Distribution Enterprise Leader's Coaching Behavior on Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Turnover Intention: Mediating Role of Authentic Leadership and Moderating Role of Emotional Intelligence)

  • Purpose - In accordance with the recent changes in the management environment, leaders are required to have an ability of drawing and inducing potential of each worker. Coaching, as one of the strategies of human resources development, is drawing people's attention. This study aims to inquire about the mechanism of leader's coaching behavior which influences the attitude and behavior of workers. Firstly, this study intends to illustrate what kind of influences the leader's coaching behavior can give on organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Secondly, it plans to verify the mediating effect of authentic leadership in the relationship between leader's coaching behavior and organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Thirdly, it aims to prove the moderating effect of emotional intelligence in the relationship among leader's coaching behavior, organizational citizenship behavior and turnover intention of workers. Research design, data and methodology - In order to figure out how the leader's coaching behavior influences attitude of workers, authentic leadership is considered as mediating effect. As for a moderating effect, we have determined emotional intelligence which attracts attention in the recent studies on organizational behavior, so as to investigate the correlation among variables. As for study sample, it was targeted to 236 organizational members of distribution corporations whose leader's coaching behavior is required. For reaching the purpose of study, SPSS 20 was applied for the analysis. Results - The research findings can be summarized as follows: Firstly, leader's coaching behavior gives significant positive influences on organizational citizenship behavior. Moreover, leader's coaching behavior gives negative influences on turnover intention of organizational members. Secondly, the mediating effect of authentic leadership was proved in the relationship between leader's coaching behavior and attitude of workers. Based on the analysis, it turned out that authentic leadership doesn't give a mediating effect in the bilateral relationship. Lastly, the moderating effect of emotional intelligence was proved in terms of how the leader's coaching behavior influences the attitude of workers. The research result shows that the emotional intelligence influences towards the negative direction, in the correlation between coaching behavior and organizational citizenship behavior On the other hand, in the relationship with turnover intention, It was significant effect. Conclusions - Based on the research findings, we have intended to inquired about the mechanism of leader's coaching behavior which influences the attitude and behavior of workers. Furthermore, in the operational level, the following implications can be given: the importance of coaching activation in the operational level was confirmed, through inquiring into the influence of leader's coaching behavior on workers. Moreover, the importance of emotional intelligence, which has been steadily raised, was also confirmed. It is necessary for future study to carry out additional research on various factors of coaching which can influence the effectiveness of coaching, for instance, coaching process, coach's competency, characteristics of coaching customers, relationship with coaching customers and coaching system.
