Mobile financial services with incorporated into IT are actively introduced and being operated worldwide. Meanwhile, a relationship setting of industrial capital and financial capital has a close connection with development process of the financial markets and the economic development. If the relationship setting of industrial capital and financial capital are right, it will be good opportunity to ensure economic development, positive economic effect and global competitiveness of the financial industry as other developed countries. In order to expand the positive effects of these mobile financial services, a ICT companies, etc. should ease regulations to allow entry to the mobile financial services market. That is, the separation of banking and commerce should be abolished.

Successful opening and operating of High Speed Rail in South Korea make the Korean railway industry the world's five great powers. It provides an opportunity to enter overseas rail industry to the related companies actively. Lastly developing countries want to learn about Korea's development experience and apply to there country. Also development cooperation needs are increasing. The State Brand Committee is promoting the 'Hangeul advocacy and globalization' which is expanding technology to the overseas that can be grafted in the Korean railway system as well as contributing to the globalization policies. Korea Railroad Corporation can enhance the national brand and rise of the Name value simultaneously by disseminating of operation technology. It would be a worthy project. In this study, effective support for developing strategic partnerships with the developing countries can build a future of growth. And let me introduce strategic model for overseas business expansion that is combined the railway industry and the Korean.

Recently international trade environment has been rapidly changed according to information age. In particular, international trade has been carried out with various ways under the digital revolution. In this regard, the companies are handling their business with the open network internet and doing their critical marketing activities which are very different from the existed trade customs. However, trade-related information database which is necessary to import and export activities is partly built, and there are many issues to be settled down. In other words, electronic trade opportunity website in the field of overseas marketing and customs clearance with EDI(electronic data interchange) are developed, but the database which companies can make use of their businesses is not fully supported. Therefore the structured database should be developed urgently from the stage of opening business to that of payment. This study closely analyzes the databases under the trade procedure, look into the problems of those database and suggest the solutions of trade information databases. Finally this study provides a sort of trade infrastructure for the development of international trade by internet through the building of trade information.

This paper suggests energy efficiency which can be the foundation on corporate profit and effective energy management following by change of global climate and of energy-related regulations. Using comparable financial information and information related to energy use, an DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) model has been used to identify energy efficiency with DMU (Decision Making Unit)s which are companies subjected to reduce greenhouse gas emission in 2009. Through this research, different from existing researches, environmental variables which can influence on energy efficiency are identified. The results show as follows. First, most of companies follow IRS, which means scale of economy exists among units so that they have more opportunity to increase efficiency by increasing scale of inputs. Second, this research identified that depending on the difference of environmental characters such as the emission structure and the size of companies, energy efficiency of the companies turns out differently.

This study was undertaken to examine the profit efficiency and its determining factors, the investment opportunity, and the challenges of shea butter producers in the northern region of Ghana. The methods employed in this research were the Stochastic Profit Frontier (SPF) model, gain-cost and investment return analyses, as well as Kendall's W statistic using primary data collected from 120 purposively-selected respondents. Results from the analysis indicated that profit efficiency was positively influenced by sex, household size, marital status, educational level, transportation cost, store rent, and price of shea nut with a gain in profit efficiency of 58.5%. The investment analysis demonstrated a net gain per person of $8,077 equivalent to GH₵ 28,270 Ghanaian cedi (GH₵) using 2016 exchange rate (GH₵ 3.5 = $1). Among the challenges identified, the poor quality of shea nuts was the most prioritised challenge with 72.8% agreement among the respondents. Based on these findings, it was recommended that proper training and education, as well as improvement in shea nut quality, should be promoted to improve the profit efficiency of shea butter producers.

The preliminary, advanced and final evaluation of R&D project is essential in order to reduce loss of resource and opportunity and to minimize uncertainty resulting from optimal selection and efficient progress of R&D project. This thesis examined characteristics of deterministic evaluation, economical evaluation, and OR-approach evaluation as theoretical methodology of evaluation of R&D project applicable to food industry in Korea by using scoring method, one of deterministic evaluations. In addition, this thesis divided the evaluation factors for preliminary evaluation of R&D project into 5 groups and 30 factors on basis of the environment of domestic companies and set up the standard of each evaluation factors and contains marking-selecting way. But, generally, the evaluation model by this thesis, as the conditions of the business company environment are different to each other, contents to be set up evaluation factors, evaluation standard and decision method conforming to each the environment of the business companies with referring to as one standard of evaluation project for selecting R&D project.

The Korean government submitted the Intended Nationally Determined Contributions (INDC) to UNFCCC which aims to reduce 37% greenhouse gas emission for the opportunity of developing new energy industry and industry innovation by 2030 compared with Business-As-Usual scenario taking into account its international responsibilities and hosting headquarters of Green Climate Fund (GCF) secretariat. The 37% reduction is composed of 25.7% in the domestic markets and 11.3% in the international carbon markets. To achieve the reduction target in the international carbon market mechanisms, it must use the linkage of international carbon markets and develop new renewable energy technology for CDM and ODA. Finally, it must improve carbon capture storage (CCS) technology and establish domestic CCS institutional systems as soon as possible. And, it must activate CCS information exchange for the international cooperation on UNFCCC movement.

The Management Discussion and Analysis(MD&A) provides investors with an opportunity to gain insight into the company from a manager's perspective and enables short-term and long-term analysis of the business. And MD&A is an important channel through which companies and investors can communicate, providing a useful source of information for analyzing financialstatements. MD&A is measured by the quality of disclosure and there are many previous studies on the usefulness of disclosure information. Therefore, it is very important for the financial analyst who is the representative information user group in the capital market that MD&A Disclosure Quality is measured in real-time in combination with IT information technology and provided timely to financial analyst. In this study, we propose a method that real-time data is converted to digitalized data by combining MD&A disclosure with IT information technology and provided to financial analyst's information environment in real-time. The real-time information provided by MD&A can help the financial analysts' activities and reduce information asymmetry.

It is important to have an appropriate amount of inventory for effective operations. This study seeks to develop a sustainable newsvendor model by incorporating environment-related costs into the existing well-known (single-period) newsvendor model. Since leftovers do more harm to environments than stockouts, the optimal order amount tends to be lower than the traditional quantity. However, this is not the case when a second buy is allowed. A second order opportunity is prevalent in industries where it improves demand forecast despite incurring extra costs. In this study, we conduct an extensive numerical analysis for a newsvendor situation with a permitted second buy. The results show that we can reduce inventory costs by considering sustainability concerns. The research idea of including sustainability considerations into existing inventory models can be extended to a more general case and provides managerial insights for better inventory decisions.
