Reliability test is focusing to detect the unexpected reliability failure and solve them for the high quality of products. The test data should be used to assess and project the current level of interesting product reliability and so it is very important to have the accurately assessing methodology with test data. There are two type of trend for test data as constant and changing one during testing and this paper shows the difference in the assessing results of these two cases. There is less information how to define the existence of reliability growth rate changing and calculate the parameters of the reliability growth models to make an accurate assessment with such condition, so i established the process and mathematical model to calculate the parameters at such condition to make reliability growth curve with high Goodness of Fit. I validated the new method with the data made from Monte Carlo Simulation and case from Demko (1993). Even the assessed result with the new methodology may be different with the case by case because of very diversity in test condition and testing product quality, but the process and method founded in this research can be applied to any case using Duane and AMSAA model for their test data assessment. I also present the evaluation method to see the effectiveness with new one which is a conventional knowledge and not popular to use, so it is possible to compare the results with the newly presented and conventional method for better business decision.

Green consumption has drawn attention from various sectors of society recently. However, the "mismatch" of awareness and behavior remains despite consumers' heightened environment-friendly awareness. Based on the theory of emotional cognition and cognitive dissonance, This study examined the impact of consumers' expected guilt on green consumption intentions, and also introduced consumer cognitive utility to further uncover the mechanism in the process of influence by a survey of young Chinese people born after the 80s. Path analysis and hypothesis verification using AMOS showed that consumers' expected guilt not only directly affects the intention of green consumption, but also indirectly affects the intention of green consumption through the intermediation of cognitive utility.

In this paper, a $4{\times}32$-channel neural recording system capable of acquiring neural signals is introduced. Four 32-channel neural recording ICs, complex programmable logic devices (CPLDs), a micro controller unit (MCU) with USB interface, and a PC are used. Each neural recording IC, implemented in $0.18{\mu}m$ CMOS technology, includes 32 channels of analog front-ends (AFEs), a 32-to-1 analog multiplexer, and an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The mid-band gain of the AFE is adjustable in four steps, and have a tunable bandwidth. The AFE has a mid-band gain of 54.5 dB to 65.7 dB and a bandwidth of 35.3 Hz to 5.8 kHz. The high-pass cutoff frequency of the AFE varies from 18.6 Hz to 154.7 Hz. The input-referred noise (IRN) of the AFE is $10.2{\mu}V_{rms}$. A high-resolution, low-power ADC with a high conversion speed achieves a signal-to-noise and distortion ratio (SNDR) of 50.63 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range (SFDR) of 63.88 dB, at a sampling-rate of 2.5 MS/s. The effectiveness of our neural recording system is validated in in-vivo recording of the primary somatosensory cortex of a rat.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of the quality of the Internal Accounting Control System(IACS) on Executive compensation, and to determine whether this relationship depends on the effectiveness of corporate governance. For the analysis, 6,343 firm-year data listed on the Korea Exchange from 2011 to 2016 were used. The results are as follows. First, Executive compensation was decreased in companies with low quality of IACS to provide a penalty for management. Second, the negative relationship between the weaknesses of IACS and Executive compensation was found to be strengthened when the corporate governance was effectively operated. These findings suggest that information about the quality of the IACS can be usefully used to reasonably identify the executive compensation policy, and that corporate governance needs to be operated more efficiently.

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of unrelated diversification on earnings management, and then to analyze the moderating effect of Audit Committee on the relationship. The sample of this paper consists of 206 firms and 1,924 firm-year data listed on Korea Exchange from 2000 to 2009. The results are as follows. First, unrelated diversification is positively associated with earnings management. Second, there are the moderating effects of Audit Committee establishment and independence on the relevance between Unrelated-diversification and earnings management. These findings imply that it is important to strengthen the effectiveness of Audit Committee in unrelated diversification firm.

Today, home health care services needs a linkage plan of the customized home visiting health service in public health center, the medical institute home health care service, and home visiting nursing service based on long term care insurance for the elderly program which acknowledges the independence and professionalism of the home health care services while minimizing overlap through linking the projects. So, this study was performed by applying the Delphi technique, which draws agreement from professional opinion, to determine a method to link home health care services in Korea. The results of this study are as follows. Specialists agreed on 24 important items within the two domains of institutional linkage and medical linkage. And the significance of this study is as follows. The 24 items deduced for the approved nursing service linkage plan are expected to improve the home health care service business system, enhance the quality of home health care service, and bring increased satisfaction for service recipients. Also, seeking ways to minimize overlap in service can increase the effectiveness of health care and public health management at a national level. In addition, it is considered that this will ultimately reduce public medical costs as well as improve home health care service.

In late 90s, organizations recognized the information technology as an key enabler of the business strategic accomplishment which lead them heavy increment on IT investment. These organizations tried to hold the competitive advantage by focusing on their core competency. And these acts raise their interests on IT outsourcing. Recent trends of the organizations concern on evaluating the effectiveness of the previous IT investment and the reasonable selection on IT investment type. Also, the objective evaluation of the service level and continuous improvement are major concern of the outsourcer. Consequently, interests on Service Level Agreement (SLA), an immanence operating tool for managing the level of the information system service objectively and qualitatively, were raised among IT outsourcing service providers, outsourcers, and operating departments. Yet, only a few domestic conglomerates adopted the SLA, and exact usage of the SLA is currently unknown. Because of the importance of the SLA between a service provider and an outsourcer, the agreement is treated with high confidentiality. This raised the problems to both the private and public organizations, are considering the SLA, with absence of concrete guide line to internalize SLA management process. This study provides the organizational and environmental factors of the adopting and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) by conducting multiple case research. The sampled companies are currently implementing the SLA over 1 year of usage period. Factors were used to provide the operational contribution for implementing the SLA. The study also provides the effects on IT performance through the SLA. For this, in depth interview was conducted for each sampled company. As a result, if SLA between outsourcer and service provider can be used as an immanence operation tool and actively implemented, SLA will be an strategic tool for various decision making in IT management practice with long term relationship, better shared partnership, and continuous service improvement.

The importance of performance management has been on the rise, which led to public sectors utilizing BSC performance management system as a tool for adaptability, effectiveness, efficiency, and reorganizational abilities by the public sectors. However, due to lack of fairness of evaluation of performance management, it is difficult to expect high level of acceptance by organizations. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to analyze the acceptance of performance management system by organizations via stabilizing the system within the organization group. The research will utilize BSC performance management system of private sectors to introduce the system to public sectors to show the correlation between fairness of performance management and acceptance of performance management. Theoretical background for correlation between fairness of performance management and acceptance of performance management was created through reviews of documents and theories focusing on performance management. The methodology of the research was shaped through surveying members of organizations of public sectors. To analyze the findings of the data SPSS was exploited to find the statistics regarding frequency, degree of reliability, relevance, and recurrence. To summarize the research findings, the perception of performance management by organization members of public sectors shows positive correlation between fairness and acceptance of performance management, also acceptance of performance management shows positive correlation regards to organization performance. In spite of the findings of the research, the fairness and distribution of performance management was not great. Limitation occurred due to lack of perception and knowledge of performance management of respondents of the survey.

Due to the development of internet technology, the online business trade becomes an active area. Online negotiation supporting systems have been developing very actively in recent years to meet the growing needs. We have been studying on the effect that the haptic device brings about in interaction through online negotiation between two parties. In order to meet the online negotiation's requirements, the developed interface should be able to protect user's anonymity, convey user's emotion and make the scene alive.In this study, we adopt haptic interaction as a means of conveying emotion in an online negotiation between Japanese and Chinese people. In this study, our goal is to investigate the effectiveness of haptic interaction in communications between Chinese and Japanese users and analyze the characteristis in operation the haptic device. We conducted online negotiation experiments with and without haptic interaction . The comparison experiments results show that the haptic feedback can help to convey the emotion and the sense of presence. The Chinese subjects' feedback for the questionaire concerning the emotional communication and the sense of presence varies slightly compared to the Japanese subjects. We also found when using the haptic device, the force feedback can influence subject's feelings.There is little significant difference between the advanced and the medium subjects in negotiation dialogues and the haptic device's operation, the beginner subjects are slightly at a disadvantage.

This study is the evaluation of the 'Tunak forest recreation and ecotourism development project' which will be completed in 2018 with sole source of funding from Korea. A survey was conducted to evaluate the status of the project being carried out in Lombok island, Indonesia, through the evaluation principles and criteria of the OECD Development Assistance Committee (DAC). Survey participants were stakeholders of the Official Development Assistance (ODA) project and local residents. Overall, the respondents had a good impression of this ODA project and expected they would contribute to the development of their community and region. However, respondents were not well aware of the ODA project being carried out in the Tunak region and thus more efforts should be made to help the local residents understand the positive outcome of the project and to promote the ongoing cooperation between Korea and Indonesia in the forestry sector. Results of this study showed that the projects have been effectively carried out and the impact of the project was well perceived by the recipient country. In addition, this positive perception of Korea is expected to help recreation and ecotourism business progress in the region. Therefore, we believe that the project should continue to be carried-out in the future and we expect that related companies will be able to operate on its own eventually. As it is difficult to evaluate the outcome of an ongoing project precisely, this study should be conducted again after the project completion and the results can be compared to the present results so that the effectiveness of ODA project can be more accurately determined.
