The Study on the Management Performance of Sheltered Workshop (경영컨설팅이 직업재활시설 경영성과에 미치는 영향)

  • The main purpose of this study is to investigate influence of sheltered workshop management consulting on management performance and reflect its outcome in order to improve the rationalization of management at sheltered workshop. The major results of this study that are summarized as follows: First of all, executive of sheltered workshop has expected management consulting. Management performance consist of business management, marketing, accounting/finance, production/operations. Marketing appears to have the highest expectations of these. Second, executive of sheltered workshop has expected management performance. Management performance consists of customer satisfaction Performance, internal process performance, financial performance. Internal process performance appears to have the highest expectations of these. Third, executive of sheltered workshop recognize management consulting that affects customer satisfaction performance. In particular, appears to have the greatest impact on the field of business management. Fourth, management consulting performance of sheltered workshop affects management consulting that affects internal process Performance. In particular, business management, production/operations appear to have the highest affectability better than others of these. Fifth, executive of sheltered workshop recognize management consulting that affects financial performance. In particular, business management, production/operations appear to have the highest affectability better than others of these. Sixth, executive of sheltered workshop recognize management consulting that affects customer satisfaction performance, internal process performance, financial performance. customer satisfaction performance appear to have the highest, financial performance appear to have the lowest.

  • Many start-ups have many realistic hardships in getting management diagnosis about whether their business model are properly going. For this reason, there is the need for an easy and simple method that makes it possible to conduct a strategic management through the analysis and management diagnosis of the business model. The Business Model Canvas(BMC) has been popularized as a tool to help entrepreneurs describe, design, challenge, invent and pivot their business model. This model gives a framework to describe the most important building blocks(9 blocks) of existing business. Entrepreneurs can make their own business analyses and craft their own solutions through using this model. In this study, we conducted consulting by using the BMC on the NARUATO which is a small start-up in the healthy food industry. This case study can use as a learning material for entrepreneurship education.

  • 산업의 융합화 추세는 IT서비스 산업이 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 PSS(Product Service System) 구현에 많은 노력을 요구하는 동인으로 작용하고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화(product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화(service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업(IT Service manufacturing)에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 기법들(PSS, NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process tool을 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 tool은 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • 최근 고령사회로의 진입에 따른 실버산업의 성장과 더불어 많은 비즈니스 모델들이 개발되고 있다. 그러나 가사지원에서부터 금융까지 다양한 범위에 걸쳐있는 실버산업은 이를 바라보는 관점에 따라 다양한 정의와 분류를 가지고 있으며, 실버산업에 IT를 접목한 실버 IT서비스도 이를 바라보는 관점에 따라 다양한 분류를 가지고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 먼저 실버산업의 정확한 개념과 실버IT산업의 현황을 검토하여 산업의 속성에 대해 이해하고 이를 바탕으로 실버 IT서비스의 활성화를 위한 비즈니스 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 실버산업의 분류 및 비즈니스 모델은 실버산업에 대한 보다 명확한 Insight를 주는 데 도움이 될 것이라 판단된다.

  • Purpose-This paper aims to do research on success and failure of Chinese enterprises and suggest the implications to the Chinese enterprises by comparing the representative examples of Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A. Research Design, Data, and Methodology-This paper selected by six cases of Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A to do the contrast. Results-Consulting company still plays a very important role in Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A because Chinese enterprises' overseas M&A is being placed in growth stage. And how to grasp the development trend of industry accurate and choose the correct target enterprises is a very important issue for Chinese enterprises which can make Chinese enterprises to avoid blind investment. Conclusion-Chinese Enterprises have to evaluate the target enterprise with the aid of authoritative investment and consulting company, focus on training qualified talents and the integration after the M&A when they Overseas M&A in the future.

  • This study focuses on the use of competitive analysis to identify the effective benchmarking target through consulting techniques to derive improvements. After developed using DEA(Date Envelopment Analysis) the relative efficiency analysis tool for competitor analysis to apply in consulting on-site or within the organization, this study compared the new techniques and the existing techniques. This study was carried out as follows. First, through a review of the literature, consulting competitive analysis techniques and methodologies relative efficiency analysis technique DEA for research scholars examined. Second, DEA-based competitive analysis, multidimensional efficiency analysis is presented. Third, The case study was conducted to determine the suitability and practicality of this analysis method for public company "A".

  • This paper aims to examine the effects on the relationships between Emotional Intelligence of Consultant and Consulting Service Quality. To accomplish these purposes, The questionaries of 260 were inspected to the PM have received consulting experience at the companies. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0 for Windows. This study used the statistical techniques such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, discriminant analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis and multi regression analysis. Emotional Intelligence of Consultant presented a meaningful result(+) with Consulting Service Quality. but self emotional appraisal didn't present a meaningful result with Consulting Service Quality. and Emotional Intelligence of Consultant didn't present a meaningful result with tangible.

  • The corporate R&D(Research and Development) has a primary role of new product development and its potential is the most crucial factor to estimate corporate future value. However, its systemic inadequacies and inefficiencies, the shorten product life-cycle to satisfy customer needs, the global operations by outsourcing strategy, and the reduction of product cost, are starting to expose to R&D business processes. The three-phased execution strategy for R&D innovation is introduced to establish master plan for new R&D model. From information technology point of view, PLM(Product Life-cycle Management) is one of the business total solutions in product development area. It is not a system, but the strategic business approach that collaboratively manage the product from beginning stage to end of life in all business areas PLM functions and capabilities are usually used as references to re-design new R&D process. BPA(Business Process Assessment) and 5DP(Design Parameters) in PI6sigma developed by Samsung SDS Consulting division are introduced to establish R&D master plan and re-design process respectively. This research provides a case study for R&D process innovation. How process assessment and PMM(Process Maturity Model) can be applied in business processes, and also it explains process re-design by 5DP method.

  • In this study, we conducted in - depth interviews of young entrepreneurs who are currently in the process of establishing new entrepreneurs management diagnosis and consulting for young entrepreneurs, and found the common difficulties experienced in young entrepreneurs' perception of entrepreneurship, In addition, through a case study, we verified product suitability through customer issue / solution suitability, idea marketability verification and MVP (Minimum Viable Product) using Lean Canvas according to the structure of Lean Start-up It is aimed at voluntary management diagnosis and consulting of small business owners, activation of young entrepreneurs' entrepreneurship, and reduction of startup failure rate. The purpose of this study is to examine the items of five young entrepreneurs from the perspective of the customer for about 10 months, focusing on the case of small entrepreneurs in the small entrepreneurs support project. Or we could provide the customer's problem or solution based on Lean Start-up. This study was conducted as a case - based qualitative study due to the limited sample and it is hoped that this study will be used as a basic research to verify the effectiveness of the lean start-up methodology for small business owners through quantitative research.
