Inclusive Policies and Distribution of Green Economic Transformation of Mining Areas: A Regional Development Perspective

  • Purpose: This study examines the impact of inclusive policies and green transformation on regional development of mining areas. Research design, data and methodology: We designed and utilized a structured questionnaire to collect data from a population of 300 individuals. The questionnaire was disseminated through Google Forms and consisted of five questions for each research variable. A total of 210 respondents completed the questionnaire, yielding a response rate of 70%. The sample was diverse in terms of gender and educational level Of the 210 respondents, 113 were female (53.8%) and 97 were male (46.2%). In terms of educational background, the sample was composed as follows: 13 individuals with a Doctorate degree (6.2%), 56 with a Master's degree (26.7%), 97 with a Bachelor's degree (46.2%), 22 with a Diploma (10.5%), and 22 with a High School education (10.5%). Results: The research outcomes highlight the significant influence of inclusive policies on driving the Distribution of green economic transformation. Emphasizing the pivotal role of inclusive distribution strategies, especially within the context of mining areas, the study sheds light on their crucial contribution to fostering regional development. Conclusion: These findings hold valuable implications for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and academics promoting environmentally conscious economic transformations.

  • 전 세계적으로 관광 산업이 코로나19 이전 수준으로 회복되고 있습니다. 이번 글에서는 관광객의 한국 여행 의향에 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴보고자 합니다. 데이터 분석에는 TAM 모델을 사용했으며, 실제 시나리오에 더 적합하도록 신뢰, 정보 품질, 개인 혁신성 등 몇 가지 주요 외부 변수를 추가했습니다. 구조방정식 모델링 방법인 SPSS와 AMOS를 사용하여 분석한 결과, 지각된 위험은 의도와 큰 관련이 없다는 사실을 발견했습니다. 지각된 위험은 구매 의도와 유의미한 관계가 없으며, 이는 소비자가 지각된 위험보다 편의성을 우선시할 수 있음을 시사합니다. 그리고 다른 많은 요인들이 이 둘 사이의 잠재적인 매개 요인이 될 수 있습니다.

How to Apply Smart Tourism Characteristics to Hotel Management

  • Purpose: With the growth of the hospitality industry, it is imperative to identify how smart tourism characteristics may be used in hotel management. Current and emerging technologies such as analytic tools, automation, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) help to create value for the guests while also contributing to waste reduction, resource optimization, and increased profitability in the industry. Research design, data and methodology: The literature review was conducted to examine a broad scope of research in analyzing smart tourism characteristics for the improved management of hotels and establish the necessary background for this issue. The analysis was employed to specify the systematic approach of selecting, scrutinizing, and integrating the source of information. Results: According to the systematic literature analysis, four smart tourism characteristics have been established, which can improve various aspects of hotel management. They are as follows: (1) Smart Guest Experience Management, (2) Smart Operations and Resource Management, (3) Smart Customer Relationship Management, and (4) Smart Destination Management. Conclusions: The findings expose the radical approach that smart tourism characteristics take towards the management of hotels. The developments in IT and science-oriented solutions have opened greater opportunities as the hotel industry can enhance clients' satisfaction, productivity, and participation in environmental conservation initiatives for tourism.

  • Purpose: This study aims to explore the significance and potential strategies for revitalizing local currency systems. Designed for use within specific regions or communities, local currencies play a crucial role in supporting and revitalizing local economies. By promoting local consumption and supporting local businesses, local currencies contribute to economic growth and job creation at the community level. Research design, data and methodology: The research methodology involves a comprehensive review of existing literature and various case studies to analyze the effectiveness and sustainability of local currencies. The literature review investigates the theoretical background and diverse implementation cases of local currencies, while the case studies identify the success factors and challenges faced by actual local currency initiatives. Results: This paper confirms that local currencies contribute to economic growth and job creation at the community level by promoting local consumption and supporting local businesses. Additionally, this study investigates the economic, social, and environmental impacts of local currencies. Conclusion: In conclusion, this study analyzes the challenges faced by local currency systems and proposes strategies to enhance their effectiveness and sustainability. These strategies are expected to provide practical assistance in the development and implementation of local currencies, contributing to the revitalization of local economies and the sustainable development of local communities.

  • This paper was conducted to improve understanding of how the start-up process affects the local community and how young entrepreneurs build and grow their businesses in the process through analysis of young people who started businesses in the region. The research method was conducted through in-depth interviews with 10 young entrepreneurs who started businesses in the western Gyeongsangnam-do region, where population decline is prominent, and the collected data was analyzed through a grounded theory approach to derive common and meaningful themes between each case. proceeded. As a result of the study, insights were derived about the background of entrepreneurs settling in the region, the motivation for starting a business using local resources, the impact of government and local government support, business strategies for sustainable growth, and the entrepreneurs' personal performance. Through this analysis, we hope to provide important insights into the positive impact local entrepreneurship has on the community and how young entrepreneurs contribute to local development.

중국 전통 박쥐 문양을 모티프(motif)로 한 텍스타일 디자인 개발에 관한 연구 -스카프 디자인을 중심으로- (A Study on the Development of Textile Design Using Traditional Chinese Bat Patterns as a Motif -Focusing on Scarf Design-)

  • In recent years, with the international spread of traditional Chinese culture, traditional auspicious patterns have been used idely in modern textile design. In particular, a bat pattern has the same pronunciation as 'fu' in Chinese. It symbolizes good luck and longevity. It has auspicious meanings such as happiness, prosperity, wealth, longevity, and good luck. This study aimed to explore how cultural elements could be utilized in modern textile design by incorporating the traditional Chinese bat pattern into scarf design. Through literature research and case analysis, we aimed to understand the historical background and design characteristics of the bat pattern and develop it into a textile design suitable for modern scarf design to promote modern reinterpretation of traditional culture and cultural integration. From a design perspective, the shape of the bat pattern was analyzed to derive five main shapes and characteristics (symmetry, verticality, repetition, totality, and relativity). Based on this, 10 patterns were created by combining them with popular styles of modern scarf patterns. In addition, five product designs were completed considering 23/24 Pantone trend colors, 24spring/summer fashion trend colors, and silk scarf pattern characteristics.

럭셔리 vs. 비(非)셔리 브랜드의 광고에서 배경음악 내 적합도가 브랜드 기억에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Fit in Background Music on Brand Memory for Luxury vs. Non-luxury Brand Advertising)

  • 선행문헌들은 사람들이 럭셔리 브랜드에 대해 非럭셔리 브랜드보다 추상적으로 아이덴티티를 형성하며, 브랜드 처리에 있어 적합의 영향을 많이 받음을 보여왔다. 본 연구는 럭셔리 브랜드에 대해 非럭셔리 브랜드 광고에 있어 실행단서 내의 적합 vs. 非적합이 브랜드의 기억에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 특히 음악에 주목하여 배경음악과 사운드 로고가 적합하거나 그렇지 않은 조건에서 피험자들이 브랜드를 얼마나 잘 기억하는 지 살펴보았는데, 럭셔리 브랜드 광고에서 적합의 긍정적 영향이 강하게 나타났다. 이 같은 결과는 실행단서와 브랜드 이미지나 실행단서 간 적합 뿐 아니라 실행단서 '내'에서의 적합 또한 긍정적 영향력이 있음을 보여준다는 데에서도 의미가 있다. 본 연구는 이 같은 결과를 바탕으로 학문적 및 시사점을 제안하였다.

스타벅스의 성장배경분석 : STEEP을 기초하여 (Starbucks Growth Background Analysis: Based on STEEP analysis)

  • 본 연구는 한국 커피산업에서 경쟁력 있는 기업인 스타벅스의 성장배경을 분석하고자 하였다. 이에 STEEP 분석기법을 활용하여 기업이 보유한 각각의 경쟁력을 분석하고 결과를 경쟁력 요소를 도출하고자 하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 사회적인 측면을 살펴보면 경제성장에 따른 생활수준이 높아져옴에 따라 여성에 경제적 활동이 기폭제 역할을 해왔다. 또한 과거 커피문화의 경우 자판기 믹스커피 문화에서 문화공간적인 측면을 강조하는 소비시장으로 변모함을 간파해온 스타벅스 대응전략이 유효하였다. 기술적인 측면을 살펴보면 프랜차이점 원두 맛에 일률적 표준화를 확보하여 편차를 줄여왔으며 매장을 직영으로 운영함으로서 표준화된 운영 시스템 운영이 가능하였다. 그리고 경제적인 측면을 살펴보면, 커피 소비시장이 확장세를 이어옴에 따라 시장전체 크기 또한 비례적으로 커져 안정적인 성장환경이 형성되어왔다는 점이다. 마지막으로 환경적, 정책적 측면을 살펴보면, 최근 친환경성을 강조한 정책방향을 간파하고 시장 선두기업으로서 친환경 기업으로서의 정책 활동에 기초한 마케팅 전략방향이 주요해왔다는 점이다.

수입 브랜드 도입을 위한 주요 요인 연구: 독점 수입 패션 의류 브랜드를 중심으로 (Study on Main Factors for Imported Brand launching: Focus on Exclusive Importation Fashion Apparel Brand)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to clarify the factors to make an exclusive importation contract between foreign fashion brands and local retailers for successful business in Korea. Even though imported fashion brand market shows stead increasing in terms of sales amount, the number of store related study was very rare in fact. Meanwhile, as long as this business is glowing a lot of brands are suffering from bad business performance or getting in ruins thus these problems result in foreign currency loss. The local marketers therefore, strongly expect to know the solution for this matter. Research design, data, and methodology - For the qualitative research, 10 experts who are operating foreign brands with an exclusive contract at a department store or at duty free shop now and who had at least over 10 years of related working experience were included. The factors for the exclusive importation contract with foreign brands were drawn up through the one-to-one in-depth interview method from September 3, 2017 to January 15, 2018. The expert group for the validity analysis includes 2 professors and 5 postgraduate students. Results - As a result of qualitative study on the factors for imported fashion brand's launching with the exclusive importation contract, it turned out that there were 5 factors - safety, profitability, reliability, speed and global retailing. Safety, profitability, and reliability have been mentioned in most related surveys but some details are added and speed and global retailing have been newly highlighted and many unknown legal issues that it was not easy to get form common academic research are included. Speed simply means quick lead time and global retailing means stores where located in other countries. Conclusions - The reason that qualitative research should be done before the quantitative research is due to the scant theoretical background for this matter. Because the market of an imported fashion brand is steadily increasing, determining the factors to make exclusive importation contract is very meaningful from the point of academic and business. After this study, many marketers may get basic conditions to apply for real business and I hope the following quantitative research will give more effective results. The next study also will have extended range concerning industry area, product and distribution channel.

중국의 도시건설 기록물 관리사업에 대한 고찰 (A Study on Urban Construction Archives Management Business of China)

  • 본고는 중국의 20세기 도시건설 기록물 관리사업에 대하여 고찰하였다. 우선 12개 항목의 기본건설 당안과 11개 부문의 도시건설 당안을 알아보았고, 도시건설 당안관의 당안 수집방법, 임무, 서비스범위 등에 대하여 살펴보았다. 도시건설 기록물 관리사업은 중대형의 도시건설계획과 마오저뚱의 도시건설 기록물 처리에 대한 지시에 의하여 국가적 차원에서 정책적으로 적극 추진되어 왔다. 따라서 2003년 현재 전국적으로 각급 각종의 당안관 3,816개관이 건립되었으며, 1960년대에 42곳에서 추진되기 시작하였던 도시건설 당안관은 전국 662개의 도시에 모두 건립되었다. 한편 현재 도시건설 당안관의 인적자원의 경우 전체 인적자원 대비 전문대학이상 졸업자를 70~80%, 중급 기술직을 60~70%로 배치하여 전체 인적자원 대비 전문인적 자원이 최소 60% 이상 배치되도록 하고 있다. 이러한 수치와 비율은 도시건설 기록물관리 사업을 양적 및 질적 측면에서 모두 적극적으로 추진한 결과이다. 북경시의 도시건설 기록물관리 상황을 살펴 본 결과 전문적인 도시건설 당안관 외에 해당 지역의 당안관에도 도시건설 당안들이 수집 관리되고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 우리나라의 도시건설관련 기록물 관리에 대하여 나아갈 방향을 제안하였다.
