서울지역 건조물 문화재의 구조열화성상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Structural Deterioration of the Building' Cultural Assets in Seoul)

  • Cultural assets are subject to general elements of deterioration due to aging of materials and surrounding conditions over time and these elements do not influence structural safety. However, wood cracking(penetrative), disparity of joints, deformation of structure, damage by insects and ground subsidence as the elements of structural deterioration as well as slanting of building structure caused by composite elements exert serious impact on safety of cultural assets. Therefore, repair must be administered by deciding the appropriate time and investigating the status. However, there are no grounds for making such decisions because investigative data on cultural assets have not been organized analyzed and the results of investigation have not been established as database. There is also lack of objectified bases. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate organize elements of structural deterioration with reference to cultural assets of building structures in Seoul so that to use the results found as the basic data for preservation of cultural assets.

A Study on the Construction of a Linked Database for an Integrated Service Platform of Local Culture and Arts Resources

  • In this study, it was intended to explore a way to build a DB which links the resources and areas and regions already registered as cultural assets in connection with a project which is newly building local culture and arts resources. Towards this end, this study first identified the type and scale of existing local culture and arts resources that could be linked. Following which, to link the local cultural resources and collected cultural assets, this study investigated the websites such as the Cultural Heritage Administration's National Cultural Heritage Portal, municipal and provincial tangible cultural festivals, municipal and provincial intangible cultural assets, and Gyeonggi Memory. Furthermore, this study identified the amount of information sources to be built and the current status of each information source to identify detailed information sources. Finally, the metadata of local culture and arts resources were presented by classifying them into material and publication data metadata, document metadata, audiovisual metadata, oral recording metadata, village information metadata, and personal information village information metadata.

  • 문화재는 과거와 현재를 연결시켜주는 값진 자산으로 최근 재난위험경감이라는 국제적인 의제에 있어서 문화유산이 포함되고 있다. 이에 따라 문화재의 리질리언스 구축의 중요성이 대두되고 있으며, 리질리언스 구축에 있어서 공간정보의 필요성이 강조되어 왔다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 고지도와 시계열 공간정보와 연계를 통해 문화재에 내포되어 있는 리질리언스를 연구하기 위한 방법론을 제안하였으며, 공주지역에 위치한 문화재를 대상으로 본 연구에서 제안한 방법론을 적용하였다. 항공영상과 구지형도의 시계열 영상을 대상으로 지오레퍼런싱을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 문화재 및 주변지역에 대한 변화양상을 확인할 수 있었다. 금강 하구둑 및 보의 설치로 인해 강폭의 변화가 발생하였으며, 문화재 주변지역이 도시화로 인해 상당 부분 개발이 이루어졌다. 그럼에도 불구하고 주요 문화재 및 유적은 고지대에 위치하고 있어 현재까지 잘 보존되어 온것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구에서는 지도 데이터만을 이용하여 문화재 리질리언스를 추출하고자 하였으며, 향후 지리지 등 역사기록물에 대한 분석을 통해 문화재 리질리언스를 추출하기 위한 연구가 수행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

U - 정보기술에 기반한 전통문화자원의 명품 관광자산화 방안 (A Study on the Plan for the Masterpiece Tourism Assets of Traditional Cultural Resources Based on the Ubiquitous IT)

  • The globe-trotting trend has been converted from tourism for the simple purposes of sightseeing and enjoyment to a form of learning and practicing the more specialized contents by directly participation. Traditional cultural resources have sufficient potential as culture and tourism assets that fit this kind of trend. Therefore, building proper tourist resources for their application has become a very urgent and important matter. To make masterpiece tourism packages through combined services of traditional cultural resources, it is necessary for operators to ponder diverse methods that can be used to develop various experience programs and conserve traditional cultural properties by continuously generating profits. The major results of this research are as follows. Firstly, this study proposes plans for unified tourist information and combined services of traditional cultural resources based on ubiquitous IT. Secondly, it is ascertained that the organization of combined operational consultative groups and the improvement of operator' capability are required to execute combined services of traditional cultural resources. Thirdly, we propose business plans to generate profits in both product aspect and network aspect.

근대건축문화재의 벽돌조 건축물 보존기술 기법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Techniques of Preservation Technology in the Brick Structure of Modern Architectural Properties)

  • The maintenance works for brick-structured buildings are a new field in Korea, and practical cases are yet inadequate so that such works may cause adverse effects of damaging the buildings after all. Therefore, this study has extracted a preservation technology believed to be most desirable in minimizing the damage to the original state of the buildings and preserving the value as the cultural assets through maintenance work details from 1986 to 2010 regarding brick-structured buildings designated as cultural properties. Firstly, a brick replacement method of using the brick used at the time of construction is efficient in replacement and repair of brick material for preserving value of cultural assets and minimizing damage of the original form. Secondly, use of lime mortar through material analysis is effective in repair of masonry joint and mortar but it is not used often due to high experimental cost. Finally, reinforcement of structure using a form for a building with severe damage is most efficient when considering additional problems. However, damage on the original form of a building can be minimized and value of a building can be preserved only when consideration on sufficient case analysis, materials to be used, and conditions of a building is supported.

  • 최근 도심형 연안정주지역은 전통적인 산업기능 쇠퇴와 부동산경기 침체로 전면개발방식보다는 역사적 문화적 가치를 활용한 재생방식으로 추진되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산시 영도구 영도대교 주변 수변지역의 지역자산을 조사하여 물리적 사회적 경제적 자산으로 분류한 후, 이지역의 장소가치를 높일 수 있는 통합적 재생방안을 제시하였다. 첫째, 물리적 재생은 장소와 문화적 특성을 둘째, 사회적 재생은 스토리텔링을 통한 지역브랜드를 셋째, 경제적 재생은 역사 문화적 특성을 고려하여 지역 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 통한 문화관광 인프라 구축으로 지역자산 기반형 문화체험을 제공하고, 연안정주지 일원의 도시 활력 기반을 제공함으로써 지역경제와 지역 커뮤니티 활성화를 기대할 수 있다.

  • Traditional housing must be conserved simultaneous1y with not only the building itself, but the circumstances of the surroundings. Hence, traditional housing should be developed as a product of a culture environment. However, most cultural properties have recently been treated as only a piece of property by irresponsible maintenance practices and damage placed on private traditional housing. Apparently, it has not always been a result of dweller's negligence. Thus, various policies must be needed to effectively preserve traditional housing. To do so, this study will indicate a new direction for the circumstance of preservation through cultural employment of traditional high-class housing as well as reduce maintenance and damage for dweller's convenience. Furthermore, this study will propose a renovation for popularization of Korean cultural assets through the gradual implementation of both economic vague and public worth.

  • 최근 목조문화재를 화재로부터 미연에 방지하기 위한 방법 중 방호대상물인 목재 표면에 직접 적용하는 방염 처리가 있으며, 이는 화재를 사전에 차단하지 못했을 경우 재료에 대한 불꽃의 저항능력을 확보하여 연소를 지연시킴으로서 화재를 예방하고 또한 재실자의 피난시간을 확보하는 것으로서 생명 및 재산을 보호함으로써 소방기본법의 목적과 그 뜻을 같이 한다고 할 수 있다. 하지만 현재 방염제를 목조문화재의 단청면에 분사하여 사용할 경우 일정시간이 지나면 단청의 퇴색, 백화현상, 수분흡수 등의 문제가 지속적으로 발생하고 있으며, 이에 따른 문화재 손실 위험성 또한 증가하고 있다. 따라서 현행 목조문화재를 방염처리 할 경우 현장 시공 시 시간 경과 후에도 단청과 목재에 문제발생이 없어야 하며, 지속가능한 방염효과 기술의 확보가 선결되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서 최근 주로 사용되고 있는 방염제 종류에 따른 목재의 방염성능의 평가분석을 통하여 방염제를 단청표면에 분사하여 일정시간이 경과한 후에도 단청과 목재에 문제발생이 없으며, 방염효과가 지속가능한지에 대한 정밀분석으로 방염처리 품질 및 성능을 확인하여 목조문화재에 적합한 방염처리방법 선정에 대한 기초적 자료를 제공하고자 한다.

경관시뮬레이션분석기법을 활용한 도심권 문화재의 조망축 확보방안에 관한 연구 -통영시 도심 내 국가지정문화재의 역사문화환경 보존지역을 중심으로- (A Study on Securing the View Axis of Cultural Heritage Using Landscape Simulation Analysis in Downtown - Focused on Historical and Cultural Environment's Conservation Area of State-Designated Heritage in the Tongyeong City' Downtown -)

  • If cultural Heritageis located in the downtown, conservation areas was developed or is being developed In most cases Therefore, in this case, the relative height of the building during construction than the regulatory limit is reasonable, is emerging need to be objectified. This study was utilizes GIS analysis techniques for 'View Corridor' and building height standards were determined. First, 'View Corridor' set and building height restrictions for the analysis of urban environmental factors were analyzed in. In particular, the topography and urban planning, and existing buildings, including the distribution of the physical urban environment, with detailed analysis on the major historical and cultural assets with a combination of a review of the impact factor for the formation of the urban landscape recognize the scope has been expanded. Second, the key selection criteria for View point largely focused on cultural Heritageand the surrounding communicative point of view and, consequently, connectivity, and symbolism, accessibility, analysis, factors such as Prospect, setting the standards by applying a detailed assessment of each item the main view point were derived. Third, the derived key View point on the terrain and landscape characteristics simulation analysis carried out by considering together the main axis, and this suggests a reasonable height for the proposed standards.
