콜센터 서비스에 대한 인지된 품질이 서비스 로열티에 미치는 영향 - 인지된 브랜드 개성의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (The Effects of the Perceived Call Center Service Quality on Service Loyalty - Focused on Mediating Effects of the Perceived Brand Personality -)

  • Purpose: This study examines the causal relationship among perceived call center service quality, perceived brand personality, and service loyalty. Methods: This study employs call center services in mobile phone, credit card, and internet shopping, to collect data from respondents via on-line survey, and analyzes causal relationship among above-mentioned three constraints. Results: Perceived call center service quality has a positive impact on perceived brand personality and service loyalty. Perceived brand personality has a positive impact on service loyalty. Cognitive loyalty has a positive influence on attitudinal loyalty. Attitudinal loyalty has a positive impact on behavioral loyalty. Perceived brand personality has a mediating effect towards perceived call center service quality and service loyalty. Conclusion: In order to improve service loyalty, it is necessary to understand diverse variables. Call center service companies are required to find the ways to improve their service quality, while positively applying the techniques of differentiating the brand personality used by manufacturing companies.

한국쌀시장에서 상표충성도의 선행요인에 관한 연구 (Antecedents of Brand Loyalty in South Korean Rice Market)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 상표충성도와 쌀상표간의 관계를 규명하기 위해 연구모델을 개발하여, 한국 쌀시장에 대해 마케팅전략을 수립하기 위한 제언을 제공하는 것이다. 연구결과가 시사하는 점은 첫째, 소비자들의 정보원천은 쌀시장에서 상표충성도와 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 둘째, 제품군에서 높은 관심을 가진 소비자들은 보다더 상표충성도가 있는 것으로 나타났고, 셋째, 구매행동의 특성과 상표충성도간에는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 넷째, 인구통계학적 특성은 상표충성도간의 차이가 있는것으로 판명되었다. 마지막으로 상표충성도가 높은 사람들은 고객만족과 정의 관계가 있는 것으로 판명되었다.

  • 아파트 브랜드는 분양율과 분양이익뿐 아니라, 향후 부동산가치까지 영향을 미치는 등 아파트 경쟁력 제고의 중요한 요소로 부각되고 있다. 그러나 현재 아파트 브랜드 시장은 몇몇 대기업이 강력한 인지도로 기선점하고 있어, 후발 건설업체의 시장 진입이 어려우며, 또 이미 진출한 건설업체도 대부분 소비자들에게 인식되지 못해 브랜드 효과를 누리지 못하는 실정이다. 이에 타산업 및 선발 건설업체의 사례 분석을 통해, 후발 건설 업체들의 아파트 브랜드 시장 진출을 위한 브랜드 마케팅 전략으로 표적시장 및 포지셔닝 전략, 브랜드 네이밍 전략, 홍보 전략, 차별화 아이템 전략을 제시하였다.

  • Not only the preference data but also the similarity data can be used for developing effective marketing strategies. Hahn et al.[10] proposes a methodology of representing a brand(focal brand)'s competitors in a single map called the Preference-Similarity Map, according to their relative preference to and similarity with the focal brand. They also proposes a way to derive the relative preference and similarity values from the survey collecting the choice data from differing choice sets. This study identifies the limitations of the preference and similarity measures proposed by Hahn et al.[10] and shows how these measures can be revised. This study also proposes how to implement the revised measures and analyze brands' positioning strategies. Based on the results of the previous studies on the effect of inter brand similarity on brand evaluations, this study assumes that it is important to analyze how much a specific brand is preferred to its close competitors when evaluating the effectiveness of the brand's positioning in the market. This study applies the proposed measures to the data used in Hahn et al.[10] and also show how the proposed measures are related to the parameters of the choice model proposed by Batsell and Polking[1].

  • 본 연구에서는 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 브랜드 자산과 브랜드 가치가 소비자 애호도와 소비자 만족도에 얼마나 영향을 끼치는지 측정하였다. 선행연구를 토대로 변수간의 영향관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 설문 조사는 프랜차이즈 레스토랑 이용경험이 있는 소비자들을 대상으로 2016년 3월 1일부터 4월 11일까지 시행하였으며, 서울과 수도권을 중심으로 설문을 받아 진행하였다. 연구결과, 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 브랜드 자산과 브랜드 가치는 소비자 애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 소비자 애호도는 소비자 만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 또한, 프랜차이즈 레스토랑의 브랜드 자산과 브랜드 가치는 소비자 애호도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

프랜차이즈 패밀리레스토랑의 유형적 요소가 무형적 요소에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Visible Clues on Non-visible Clues in Context of Franchise Family Restaurants)

  • This study was conducted to examine the relationships among various visible clues and non-visible clues as perceived by franchise family restaurant consumers. Using online survey tool in South Korea, total 450 survey was distributed and 400 participants were used for further statistical analysing with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 20.0. Twelve items were categorized into four visible factors (food, interior, exterior, employee). The result shows that food and employee have positive effects on brand reputation and distinctiveness, and the interior and employee were critical antecedents for brand distinctiveness. In addition, the brand reputation and brand distinctiveness have positive influence on experiential value as well as revisit intention. Although there were many studies which demonstrated the relationships among various quality clues and other outcome variables, such as brand image, loyalty, little research explained the relationships among visible elements of franchise family restaurants, brand reputation, brand distinctiveness, and revisit intention. The present study will provide theoretical and practical implications for both academia and the franchise family restaurant industry. (what is the meaning of the red part?)

커피전문점 브랜드의 연예인 광고모델 적합도, 기업·고객 관계품질, 브랜드 충성도 간의 구조적 관계 고찰 (The Relationships among Suitability of the Entertainer Advertising Model, Relationship Quality and Brand Loyalty in Coffee Shop)

  • Purpose: This study was to identify the structural relationships among suitability of entertainer advertising model, relationship quality and brand loyalty in coffee shop. Methods: This study collected data from those who visited two reputed franchised coffee shops. A variety of statistical methods were used; descriptive analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling analysis. Results: The research results from this study are as follows: First, only credibility factor has a positive impact on relationship quality; second credibility and expertness factors positively influence brand loyalty; and third, there is a positive relationship between relationship quality and brand loyalty. Conclusion: The results of this research are useful for identifying the role of advertising models's suitability in estimating relationship quality and brand loyalty and strategies for strengthening brand loyalty for coffee shops.

패밀리레스토랑의 브랜드개성과 고객이 인식하는 자아이미지의 일치성에 관한 연구 (The Congruity between Brand Personality and Customer-perceived Self-Image in a Family Restaurant)

  • The purpose of this study was to measure customers' perception of brand personality and self-image of family restaurants and compare the congruity between brand personality and customer-perceived self-image according to customers' general characteristics. Self-administered questionnaires were completed by 377 customers, and data were analyzed by frequency, chi-square, paired samples t-test, factor, reliability, cluster, and discriminant analyses. Results of the study were as follows: factor analysis of brand personality and customer-perceived self-image as 5 factors, i.e., sincerity (10 variables), excitement (8 variables), competence (7 variables), sophistication (6 variables), and ruggedness(5 variables). As a result, the averages of brand personality and self-image of family restaurants were $2.93{\pm}0.39$ and $3.24{\pm}0.52$, respectively. Cluster analysis divided subjects into two groups according to congruity between brand personality and customer-perceived self-image of family restaurants: congruity group and incongruity group. The two groups were differed from one another in general characteristics. Limitations and future research directions are also discussed.

  • People could be effected by other's recommendations when they are in making decision to buy something. This phenomenon was called as 'word of mouth effect' and proved to be very significant to change consumer's attitude because of a lack of information about products or services what they needed. And also there are two kinds of views about Brand communication. One is that Brand communication would be weakening due to less cost to search information. the other is that Brand communication would be strengthen because of a lack of sensibility to product. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the function of online word of month and the effect of brand communication by adopting a concept of BRQ. As The results, First, Online word of mouth have significantly effected on consumer's attitude even though those information are all texts and have been suspicious if it is true or not. Second, consumer brand relationship quality have a influence on consumer's attitude. In conclusion, This study would give implications for companies to build marketing strategies.

TV 제품의 웹사이트에서 동영상의 감성요소가 브랜드 선호도에 미치는 영향력에 관한 실증적 연구 (An objective study on the impact of emotional elements of motion graphics on the brand preference in websites of TV products)

  • The goal of this study was to contemplate the impact of emotional elements of motion graphics on the brand preference in websites of TV products. To attain the goal, the emotional elements of motion graphics in websites of TV products, i.e., color, graphic image, typography, and layout, were set as independent variables and the brand preference as a dependent variable. The variables were analyzed objectively. Samples were collected from selected design students attending technical colleges. Among 282 samples collected, 15 were discarded as unfeasible and the remaining 267 were used in the analysis. Statistical analysis techniques used in the study included factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis; and 'SPSS Win. 11.5' was used to perform the statistical analysis. From the analysis, the following two results were obtained. First, it appeared that emotional elements of motion graphics appeared in websites of TV products exerted statistically significant impacts on the brand preference. Second, the element exerting the most significant impact on the brand preference among the emotional elements were appeared as 'graphic image' and 'color'. Thus, it was concluded that it is necessary to give priority in 'graphic image' and 'color' to enhance the brand preference.
