오토클레이브 성형된 길이 23m 복합재 철도차량 차체의 구조적 특성평가 (Structural Safety Evaluation of An Autoclave Cured Train Carbody with Length of 23m)

  • This paper explains manufacturing process and experimental studies on a composite carbody of Korean tilting train. The composite carbody with length of 23m was manufactured as a sandwich structure composed of a 40mm-thick aluminium honeycomb core and 5mm-thick woven fabric carbon/epoxy face. In order to evaluate structural behavior and safety of the composite carbody, the static load tests such as vertical load, end compressive load, torsional load and 3-point support load tests have been conducted. These tests were performed under Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) 17105 standard. From the tests, maximum deflection was 12.3mm and equivalent bending stiffness of the carbody was 0.81$\times$10$^{14}$ kgf$\cdot$mm$^{2}$ Maximum stress of the composite body was lower than 12.2$\%$ of strength of the carbon/epoxy. Therefore, the composite body satisfied the Japanese Industrial Standard.

체형에 따른 골프 어드레스 동작의 주요 관절각도 비교 (Comparison of Selected Joint Angles at Golf Address Among Three Different Somatotypes)

  • This study was aimed at comparing selected joint angles at the golf address stance by categorizing three different body types. 43 elite male golfers were selected and 9 of them turned out to be the ectoderm while 24 of them to be the mesoderm. The remaining 10 subjects were the endoderm. The measurement was carried out at the address stance with the number 7 iron and the driver. The result showed that the angle of trunk flexion did not different among body types. The trunk tilting angle became more inclined to the right side, which confirmed the guidelines from most of golf lesson books, for bigger people since they tended to put more weight on the right foot. The angle of both knees showed similar but the right knee was bent more than the left knee. The target direction and body alignment faced more to the left side than the target spot because of the influence of open stance and natural aiming position. It seems that pelvis and knees turned a little bit more to the right side than the target direction in order to maintain the parallel. Overall, significant differences among body types were found at the trunk tilting angle and pelvis-target alignment and golf address configuration can be differentiate by these factors.

한국형 틸팅열차의 기계적 제동 동특성에 대한 실시간 시뮬레이션 (Real-time Simulation for Dynamic Characteristics of Mechanical Braking of the Korean Tilting Train)

  • The Korean tilting train called Hanvit 200 was launched recently in Korea to improve train speed up to 200 km/h at conventional lines. In this paper, we propose a HILS system for simulations of mechanical braking of the Hanvit 200 train using actual ASCU, actual dump valves, Simulink, dSPACE board, and ControlDesk software. In the proposed HILS system, dynamics of wheelsets, bogies and car body, brake force generation, creep force generations are realized via mathematical models, and anti-skid logic is realized using actual components. The validity of the proposed HILS system is demonstrated via comparing results of real-time and off-line simulations.

  • According to recent data more than 80% of people suffer from back pain, due to an aging and a poor posture, at least once in their life time, and 7~10% of them have chronic spine illness. Researchers over the years have studied on various spinal traction devices that utilize the force of traction, and have also reported clinical test results. However, most existing devices are too complicated and too expensive. In order to solve these problems, we have developed a new device in which the frame moves up and down and at the same time tilting angle of the frame is adjusted. We have analyzed the forces applied on the body as a function of tilting angle. And the result shows that the new device has achieved the force of traction, which is known to be effective for spinal rehabilitation.

하악과두 잘림과 경추의 하악지 겹침을 야기하는 파노라마방사선촬영 오류 (Experimental panoramic positioning errors for inducing condylar cutoff and superimposition of cervical vertebrae on the mandibular ramus)

  • Purpose: To measure the head tilting angle creating initial condylar cut-off and to find the head position inducing the superimposition of the cervical vertebrae over the mandibular ramus on panoramic radiograph. Materials and Methods: The panoramic radiographs were taken with Didactic skull on cervical spine model (Scientific GmbH, Hamburg, Germany) using Kodak 8000c Digital Panoramic radiography. For the inherent radiolucency of the plastic skull model, radiopaque 1 mm diameter lead wires were attached along the margin of the mandibular condyle, ramus, mandibular body, cervical vertebrae, and FH plane of the skull model. For measuring the head tilting angle creating the condylar head cutoff, panoramic radiographs were taken by tilting the FH plane downward in 5 degree increments. For finding the distance between transverse process of the third cervical vertebra and gonion inducing superimposition of cervical vertebrae on the mandibular ramus, panoramic radiographs were taken by decreasing the distance in 0.5 cm increments. Result and Conclusion: The condylar cutoff began to appear when the head of skull model was tilted downward by 15o. As the head tilting angle increasing, the condylar cutoff became more prominent. The superimposition of cervical vertebrae over the mandibular ramus began to appear when the distance between the gonion and third cervical vertebra was 1.0 cm. As the distance decreasing, the superimpostion became more prominent.

  • The train transportation has a lot of advantages-energy efficiency is high, it is eco-friendly, safety is better than normal roads and it is possible for people to arrive on time. In these days, the valuation of ride comfort, which is only limited to road transportation, is newly recognized in order to having competitiveness from other transportation. Especially, in the development of the Korean high-speed railroad business, the ride comfort enhancement of train is very important problem to be solved. Currently, there are international standards of ride comfort such as UIC13, ISO2631. In Korea case, although it has own standard like KS R9216, it mainly depends on the physical parameter such as vibration and noise. So recently, in the valuation of ride comfort, the movements of living parameter technique introduction are increasing on the base of Japan and many developed countries of Europe techniques. Presently, the method of train ride comfort is mainly based of vibration, that is, mechanical parameter adding selection of variable acceleration and noise. This paper would like to show biological parameter; heart rate and blood pressure variation. This method is more direct, based on human body response, than mechanical parameter method. In this experiment, the variability of heart rate and blood pressure of passengers according to tilting angle change of Train, the Korean tilting train, we are supposed to know that the extent of tilting on the simulation has influence on variability of heart rate and blood pressure, which are living parameter of heart's blood.

  • 틸팅 열차는 곡선 구간에서 차체가 안쪽으로 기울어져 고속으로 회전해도 탈선하지 않는 열차를 말한다. 여러해 동안 한국철도기술연구원에서는 이 열차를 개발해왔다. 이 논문에서는 그동안 개발되어온 틸팅 열차의 동역학해석을 수행하였다. 이를 통해서 국제기준에 맞는 안정성과 주행성능을 지니고 있는지 확인하고 향후 속도 개선의 기본 자료를 생성하였다.

자수된 다이폴 어레이 안테나에 미치는 기울임과 굽힘의 영향 (Effects of Tilting and Bending on Embroidered Dipole Array Antenna)

  • 본 논문에서는 자수된 2.45GHz ISM 밴드 다이폴 어레이 안테나가 인체의 움직임에 의해 발생된 기울임과 굽힘에 의해 받는 영향 대해 분석하였다. 안테나의 특성은 Y축으로 기울임보다는 X축으로 기울임에서 보다 큰 변화를 보였다. 안테나 이득은 3.5° 기우렸을 때 0.25[dB] 만큼의 변화했다. 기울임 각이 증가함에 따라 동작주파수(fo)는 감소하는 경향을 보이고 반사손실(S11)은 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 굽힘에 따른 안테나의 특성도 Y축보다 X축으로 굽힘에서 보다 큰 영향을 받았다. 안테나 이득은 곡률(1/R_rad)을 0.04[mm-1]만큼 증가시켰을 때 3.73[dB] 만큼의 변화를 보였다. 굽힘이 증가함에 따라 동작주파수(fo)는 감소했다 다시 증가하는 경향을 보이고 반사손실(S11)은 계속 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

유정압 테이블의 동적 Modeling에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Dynamic Modeling of a Hydrostatic Table)

  • In this paper, a 3-DOF(Degree Of Freedom) rigid body model is developed for dynamic analysis of a hydrostatic table. The dynamic coefficients, stiffness and damping constant of each pad are calculated from the mass flow continuity condition. The validity of this model is examined in theoretical and experimental method. The dynamic behavior when mass unbalances and local variations of stiffness and damping of pads present is analyzed for real applications of hydrostatic table. Since the theoretical and experimental results show goof agreement. it can be said that the 3-DOF rigid body model is useful for the dynamic model of the table. The analysis reveals that the pitching motion is the dominant mode of vibration, It also reveals that unbalanced loads can increase amplitude of tilting motion and reduce natural frequencies and damping capacity of the hydrostatic table.

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of body shape variation of the clinical characteristics of patients who suffered from Adolescent idiopathic scoliosis. The data were collected from the spine clinics who were all thirty healthy make and female, from April, 1995 to May, 1998. The results of study were as follows ; 1. Total patients statistics mean age is 19years and 21 female, 9 male. 2. We divided 30 patients into four types(I, II, III, IV) by Evaluation form. As the result, Lots of patients included type IV. 3. Body type(IV) : Deformity style of Rt. shoulder & Lt. Pelvis forward style. 4. Body type IV showed a specific character in their life style. When the right shoulder forwarded and left pelvis is ant. tilting. The patients moved always their Lt. lower extremity first in Rt. lower extremity support the weight of body. And moved always their Rt. upper extremity in Lt. upper extremity support the weight of body.
