The Fire Resistant Performance of the High-Strength Concrete Column Covered with Aerogel Compound Inorganic Blanket and Gypsum board (에어로젤 복합 무기질 블랭킷 및 석고보드 피복 고강도콘크리트 기둥의 내화성능)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate of fire resistive cladding systems for HSC(high-strength concrete) column, which was mainly constructed with aerogel blanket insulation material. The aerogel blanket-fire protective gypsum board cladding system showed that it clearly secure the fire resistance performance of HSC column when the reinforcing measures had achieved for four cross-sectional edge sides of structure and the system is well continued during the test period with no significant deformation or separation etc. It was checked out the 20mm thickness cladding system consist with AG(5mm)+FGB(15mm) can secure 3hour-fire resistance performance adequately.

  • This study is about development of inorganic insulation material using by-product materials. The organic material is due to toxic gas emission, when a fire occurs. And it has lower water resistance. The inorganic material is heavy and worse thermal performance than organic materials. In this study, installed light weight ceramic insulation by concrete structure to evaluation fire resistance.

  • Although there are many applications with gypsum board because of its economical and construction advantages, four-layer construction technique, (hollow area between two-layer panel sets) is the general case to achieve the insulation, and resistance of horizontally applied force. Since this construction method has many problems such as complicate construction steps and increased cost, it is needed that the two-layer panel for improved construction and economical advantage for lightweight pane: thick panel with favorable performances. Therefore, in this research, based on the ALC panel with 10 to 30mm depth, feasibility of the paper reinforced panel as a lightweight wall material. As a result, favorable performance with increased flexural strength were achieved with paper reinforcement.

  • Fire resistance ceiling system is the structure of which the ceiling installed under the slave of the structure has the fire resistance performance. Because of having the fire resistance performance, fire resistive coatings on steel beams can be reduced and large span structures can be constructed. So, it have advantages of convenience for construction, shorten for construction time and cost reducing. In foreign country, it is general that one system consisting of slave and ceiling is constructed as a fire resistance system, in these cases, gypsum boards are mostly used as ceiling materials. The purpose of this study was to explain the possibility of expanding the use of gypsum boards by securing fire resistance performance of these ceilings.

  • The higher the addition rate, the less difference in kneading was found. This is because most of the cases are mixed with vinyl gloves by hand when immediately mixed in the field, so there is no problem of mixing dough according to the amount of addition. The mean increase temperature for 20 minutes was 31.6℃ for Plain, 38.1℃ for Al, 33.7℃ for Cu, and 5~7℃ for Al 20% added sample, 38.1℃ for Al 20% added sample, but 36.6℃ for Al 5% added sample. This suggests that it is possible to improve its own heat transferability by adding metal powder to epoxy adhesives.

  • A comparative analysis of wear resistance and shock resistance tests shows that wear resistance is up to 6 times and at least 2 times higher wear resistance than current products, even considering the limited number of turns due to too much rotation. In the case of shock resistance, there was no problem except 7.5T, but this is only a result of KS test method, so it is deemed that additional fall impact tests by various objects in daily life are needed for practical comparison.

  • In this paper, our ray tracing hardware is implemented on the latest high-capacity FPGA board. The system included ray tracing hardware for rendering and tree building hardware for handling dynamic scenes. The FPGA board used in the implementation is a Xilinx Alveo U250 accelerator card for data centers. This included 12 ray tracing hardware cores and 1 tree-building hardware core. As a result of testing in various scenes in Full HD resolution, the FPS performance of the proposed ray tracing system was measured from 8 to 28. The overall average is about 17.7 FPS.

  • Comparing the absorption volume of test pieces immersed over time in room temperature moisture with weight, WF absorbed about 40% more than PLAIN, and PLAIN stopped absorbing after 10 minutes, but WF continued to absorb. It is thought that the woven fabric layer of the core material continued to absorb moisture. In the heat transfer test, the test piece to which only WF was applied had a temperature difference of about 2℃ compared to PLAIN, and when the insulating liquid was sprayed, there was a difference in heat transfer properties of up to 5℃. This is judged to have low heat transfer properties of the basic woven fabric, but the heat insulating liquid also further reduces heat transfer properties.

  • The purpose of this study is to prevent dispute due to change orders in construction projects and to handle change orders smoothly. For this purpose, this study analyzed arbitration cases caused by change order handled by the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board. Based on this, dispute factors were analyzed and change order management factors and management plans were presented. Change order management factors were derived from responsibility, contract, design, process, construction cost, and schedule management, and a detailed management plan according to the relevant factor was presented.
