Application Study on the View Points Analysis for National Roads Route using Digital Elevation Data

  • This study has been accomplished as a experimental study for field application of 3D Perspective Image Map creation using Digital Topographical Map and based on the Ortho-Projection Image which is generated from Satellite Overlay Images and the precise Relative Coordinates of longitude, latitude and altitude which is corrected by GCP(Ground Control Point). AS to Contour Lines Map which is created by Coordinate conversion of 1:5,000 Topographical Map, we firstly made Satellite Image Map to substitute for Digital Topographical Map through overlapping the original images on top of each Ortho-Projection Image created and checking the accuracy. In addition to 3D Image Map creation for 3D Terrain analysis of a target district, Slope Gradient Analysis, Aspect Analysis and Terrain Elevation Model generation, multidirectional 3D Image generation by DEM can be carried out through this study. This study is to develop a mapping technology with which we can generate 3D Satellite Images of a target district through the composition of Digital Maps and Facility Blueprint and arbitrarily create 3D Perspective Images of the target district from any view point.

  • 산업화에서 크게 뒤져있는 강원도 그 중에서도 원주시가 도시발전방향으로 정보통신분야를 주력산업으로 하려는 청사진을 마련하려 하고 있다. 도내에서는 산업화 조건이 가장 양호한 원주시가 대규모의 공해산업유치보다는 공해가 없는 첨단 정보통신산업의 유치를 통하여 도시발전을 모색하려는 것은 어쩌면 필연이라고 해야 할 것이다. 지방자치제가 본격적으로 성숙되면서 지방중심으로 경제활성화의 주요시책들이 거론되는 시점에 이러한 세미나를 개최를 통하여 과연 원주시가 정보통신도시로 거듭 태어나 지역경제를 활성화시킬 수 있는 방안을 논의하는 것은 뜻깊은 일이라 생각된다.

  • Recently our country highly evaluate cultural value of modern construction. Before and after Japanese imperial period, diplomatic equipment, commerce equipment and brand-new modern construction of Japan and Western came into our country coercively. Especially, modern construction placed in center of the city, as previously stated, was a construction field of historical disgrace. So it leaves alone or transforms to high technology because of well located. Selctive reception of the past makes difficult to know about rightful modem, furthermore it is difficult to expect rightful future. Accordingly, I write this. paper for the purpose of presenting the space application blueprint of 'Jung Myung Jeon' of modern construction designated as the cultural properties in Seoul. According to the project, 'Jung Myung Jeon' will do a role as the keyword which is important connects a past and a present time it presents. Then modern construction 'Jung Myung Jeon' which has a culture value will develop continuous with the city.

  • UML(Unified Modeling Language)은 소프트웨어 시스템의 명세화, 시각화, 생성, 그리고 문서화를 목적으로 하는 언어이다. 또한 UML은 소프트웨어 생성을 위한 청사진을 만들어줌으로써 소프트웨어 설계의 복잡한 과정을 단순화시킨다. 본 연구에서는 Rational Rose, BizWiz와 같은 자동화된 응용프로그램 생성 도구들을 실제의 사이버 쇼핑몰에 적용하여 UML 관점에서 비교 및 분석한다. 그리고 위의 결과를 바탕으로 고객관리 업무에 UML을 적용하여 체계적인 시스템 분석, 설계 및 구현방안을 제시한다.

  • This paper describes the Blue Ocean Strategy and Business TRIZ (Russian Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) Tactics as one method for knowledge creation and innovation. The opening new market avoiding keen competition is very popular recently and is not just prosper, but survival problem. As one new strategy for finding new market, the Blue Ocean Strategy gives the big blueprint for new market, but has no enough tools to make more concrete ideas. In this paper, we suggest using the Strategy Campus and other tools in the Blue Ocean Strategy at initial stage and then, compensating the TRIZ principles to make more concrete ideas for new market as tactics. We applied it to find the new market for conventional newspaper industry and EBS (Education Broadcast System) management innovation in Korea as case studies and got better results comparing to using only the Blue Ocean Strategy.

  • A simulation game represented the real world and situation as a video games, In the first time, this simulation game primarily applied to military practice areas and then it's applied areas were extended to strategy, flighting, racing, life areas. In this paper, we developed the driving simulator that operate the 3-axis sensor attached driver's handle which could forward/backward moving, control of direction, and transmit of gear in the virtual space. For more the realities of the situation and accuracy of the location and speed, we adopted the 3-axis sensing informations, Unreal engine4' and Blueprint.

  • On the base of IT growth, competition between countries for preoccupation of digital content market is keen. And it is prospected that the development of digital content industry will be more rapid with the base of telecommunication infra-structure(for example internet, digital broadcasting) which is the main channel for distribution of digital content. The bill of "Act for Development of Online Digital Content Industry", has passed the national assembly jan, 2002, and "Draft Blueprint for Developing Online Digital Content Industry(2003$\sim$2005)" was made on the base on that law feb, 2003. And we can find measures for protect the digital content manufacture in the laws such as "Literary Property Law", "Trademarks Law" and "law for prevention of unfair competition". On this study we suggested three measures to make digital content industry more profitable by the method of research of related law and industry survey.

컴퓨터 시스템의 발생개선을 위한 새로운 구성 (A New Design for Improving Characteristics of Computer System)

  • Recently, various kinds of computers with architecture different from the usual type of Neumann and Data flow machine have been studied for inproving computational speed. Among them, Feed Forward Computer(F.F.C.) has been remarkably developed. F.F.C. is a computer different from usual digital one in operating system. The usual computer executes operation and operand Fetch after executing instruction fetch and instruction decode. But conceptually, F.F.C. excutes instruction fetch, instruction decode operand fetch and combinational execution simultaneously. Accordingly, a suitable software is needed to operate high reliability and efficiency of this F.F.C. system. In this study, I aim at developing characteristics on highly reliable computer system which should be a blueprint of F.F.C. system in the future.

  • This paper describes the principle and the implementation of a heuristic methodology to restore service to the isolated portions of distribution system. With an aim to increase the ease of the maintenance and expansion. Object-oriented technique was adopted to implement the package. UML was officially adopted OMG standard. It simplifies the complex process of software design, making a "blueprint" for construction. Therefore This package can be easily reused.

  • In this paper, laser direct micromaching is developed to fabricate micro patterns using UV laser ( λ$_3$= 355 nm). Experimentally, laser beam paths mainly influences the surface shape quality. Thus. we proposed laser beam path generator by extracting shape data in a blueprint worked through CAD modeler and using genetic algorithm that considers the characteristics of laser beam. The results show that various shapes of micro patterns could be manufactured using proposed method in this paper.
