씀바귀와 비름의 휘발성 풍미성분 (Volatile flavor components of Ixeris dentata and Amaranthus mangostanus)

  • 야생 식용 산채류중 씀바귀와 비름의 휘발성 풍미성분을 수증기 증류법으로 추출해서 GC와 GC-MS 조합에 의하여 분석하였다. 씀바귀에서는 alcohols류 13종, esters류 9종, aldehydes류 12종, ketones류 6종, hydrocarbons류 9종, acids류 6종, phenols류 3종 그리고 기타 3종의 총 61 성분이 확인 되었다. 비름에서는 alcohols류 15종, esters류 5종, aldehydes류 13종, ketones류 8종, hydrocarbons류 3종, acids류 7종, 기타 5종의 총 56 성분이 확인되었다.

진달래꽃의 휘발성 성분에 관한 연구 (Volatile flavor components of Jindalrae flower(Korean azalea flower, Rhododendron mucronulatum Turczaninow))

  • 진달래꽃으로부터 얻어진 전취발성 농축물은 column chromatography 수법으로 탄화수소 및 함산소 구분으로 분획되었으며, 함산소 구분은 column chromatography에 의해서 9개의 sub-fraction으로 다시 분획되었다. 전휘발성 농축물, 탄화수소 구분, 함산소 구분 및 9개의 sub-fraction은 모두 GC 및 GC-MS에 의해서 분석되었다. 분석결과, 총 162 성분이 분리 동정되었으며 이들은 61개의 탄화수소, 18개의 aldehyde, 18개의 ester, 41개의 alcohol, 3개의 ketone, 4개의 oxide, 8개의 산, 6개의 phenol 및 기타 3 성분으로 구성되었다.

$S^{35}$(1,2-dichloro vinyl) L-Cysteine의 소에 의(依)한 대사물(代謝物)의 분리(分離)

  • It has been ascertained that S-(1, 2-dichlorovinyl) L-cysteine (DCVC) is probably the toxic component in the trichloro-ethylene extracted soybean oil meal on the bovine. For the study of the metabolites of DCVC, the components with radioactive $S^{35}$-in the urine of the calf, to which $S^{35}$-DCVC was administrated, were separated using of cellulose powder with propanol-water (70:30 V/V) which is easily removable by evaporation. As the results followings were obtained: Peak 1, which shows fractions containing single $S^{35}$-radioactive components, whose Rf is 0.815 Peak 2, which shows fractions containing jingle $S^{35}$-radioactive component, whose Rf is 0.447 Peak 3, which shows fractions containing both $S^{35}$-radioactive components whose Rfs are 0.090 and 0.171 Peak 4, which shows fractions containing single $S^{35}$-radioactive component, whose Rf is 0.142. Peak 5, which shows fractions containing single $S^{35}$-radioactive component, whose Rf is 0.084. Besides these, two of small peak were obtained. Although, the resolving power of the cellulose powder column is not sufficient, it is applicable for the study of the components of metabolytes of DCVC conveniently with the rest of removable solvent easily. Also the components with radioactive $S^{35}$ in the feces of the calf were separated using citrate buffer gradient system of Moore and stein. As the results; three $S^{35}$-radioactive components were separated.

한국산 털목이버섯의 휘발성 향기성분 (Volatile Flavor Components of Korean Auricularia polytricha (Mont.) sacc. Mushroom)

  • 건조 털목이버섯의 휘발성 향기성분을 분석하기 위해 SDE 방법으로 정유성분을 분리한 다음 GC-MS를 이용하여 성분을 확인하였다. 확인된 30개의 휘발성 향기성분중 acid 11종류, alcohol 10종류, aldehyde 5종류, ketone 3종류, 기타 1종류였다. 건조된 털목이 버섯의 주요 향기성분은 hexadecanoic acid(16.74%), benzeneethanol(7.77%), pentadadecanoic acid(7.59%), dihydro-5-pentyl-2(3H)-furanone(4.28%), tetradecanoic acid(3.37%), pentanoic acid(3.68%), 1-octen-3-ol(1.26%)등이 확인되었다.

성인 여성의 대사증후군 및 대사증후군 진단요인 유병률 (Prevalence of Metabolic Syndrome and Its Components in Adult Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome and diagnostic components in adult women. Methods: The subjects of this study were 12,016 women that were aged twenty years or older and underwent an annual health check-up for National Health Insurance Service (NHIS) from 2009 to 2013. Data including blood pressure, waist circumstance, fasting glucose, triglyceride, and high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were received from the NHIS. This data was analyzed through the use of descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, and multiple logistic regression. Results: The prevalence of metabolic syndrome and diagnostic components increased with age. In the five diagnostic components of the metabolic syndrome, the prevalence of low HDL-C was highest in 20s to 40s. The prevalence of high blood pressure was highest in the people aged fifty or older. The risk of metabolic syndrome in 2013 was higher in women with abnormal diagnostic component of metabolic syndrome in 2009 and highest in women with abnormal waist circumstance in 2009. Conclusion: There was a need to investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome components according to age. Education on metabolic syndrome was required for those that had one or two abnormal diagnostic components. The risk of abdominal obesity related to metabolic syndrome needs to be emphasized. Moreover the education for management of abdominal obesity also needs to be emphasised.

  • 화석 연료 사용으로 인한 각종 환경오염의 정도가 심화됨에 따라 많은 국가에서 대체 에너지 개발을 위한 투자를 계속해서 진행하고 있다. 대체 에너지 중 하나인 PEMFC는 양극판, 전해질, 가스 확산 층, 전극 네 가지의 주요 구성요소로 이루어져 있다. 이 중 양극판, 가스 확산 층, 전극은 보편적으로 카본 블랙, 탄소 섬유 등의 탄소 재료를 사용하여 제조한다. 탄소 재료들은 공정비용이 비싸거나 부식 등의 단점이 존재하는데 이를 개선하기 위해 많은 분야에서 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문은 이 세 가지 구성요소들의 단점을 개선하기 위하여 시행된 여러 연구결과들을 취합하여 과거부터 현재까지의 PEMFC에 어떤 문제점이 있었고 어떻게 개선되어 왔는지를 파악하여 PEMFC 연구 흐름을 파악한다.

  • Foods contain various biologically functional components which contribute to our health. As shown in Table 1, bioregulatory function of food components are classified into five categories. In the enhancement of biodefense system, dietary fibers (DF), unsaturated fatty acids (UFA), antioxidants are effective. These components are also, effective in other categories. This means that food components are multifunctional. To maintain our health, effective use of multi-functional activity of food components is essential. (omitted)

모세관(毛細管) GC/MS에 의한 인삼향기성분(人蓼香氣成分)의 일차적(一次的) 동정(同定) (Tentative Identification of Ginseng Flavor Components by Capillary Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry)

  • 수삼(水蔘)으로부터 얻은 방향성(芳香性) 화합물(化合物)을 hexane으로 추출(抽出)한 분획(分劃)을 모세관 칼럼 크로마토그라피법으로 분리(分離)한 결과(結果) 약 50까지의 성분(成分)이 분리(分離)되었으며 이중에서 GC/MS에 의해서 26가지를 일차적(一次的)으로 동정(同定)할 수 있었다. 이들 중에는 ester와 ether가 절반가량 되었으며 나머지는 3가지의 monoterpene과 7가지의 sesquiterpene, 2가지의 sesquiterpenol, 한가지의 sesquiterpenediol이 동정(同定)되었다. 보고(報告)된 Kovat지수(指數)와 비교해 본 결과 ${\alpha}-guaine$만이 일치(一致)하였다. 인삼(人蔘)의 특유(特有)한 향기성분(香氣成分)은 이들 sesquiterpenoid중에서 몇 가지 성분일 것으로 추측된다.

불안장애에서 정서처리와 관련된 ERP 성분 (ERP Components Associated with Emotional Processing in Anxiety Disorder)

  • This article aimed to describe typical event-related potentials (ERP) components of emotional processing in patients with anxiety disorder and highly anxious individuals. ERP components associated with emotional processing could be broadly divided into three components with short, middle and long, respectively. Many studies show that patients with anxiety disorders are characterized by different emotional bias to specific stimuli and more sensitive to emotional stimuli than normal individuals. In addition, these emotional biases were stronger and quicker in patients with anxiety disorder than normal individuals. Some studies reported that anxious people show abnormality at the initial stage (e.g. P1) of emotional processing. However, other studies reported the abnormality at the late stage (e.g. LPP) or wholeness of emotional processing in anxious individuals. We summarized the updated finding of possible ERP components of emotional processing in patients with anxiety disorder and highly anxious individuals. The significance and clinical implication were discussed.
