With the development of social information networks, the marketing methods are also changing in various ways. Unlike successful marketing methods based on existing celebrities and financial support, Influencer-based marketing is a big trend and very famous. In this paper, we first extract influencer features from more than 54 YouTube channels using the multi-dimensional qualitative analysis based on the meta information and comment data analysis of YouTube, model representative themes to maximize a personalized video satisfaction. Plus, the purpose of this study is to provide supplementary means for the successful promotion and marketing by creating and distributing videos of new items by referring to the existing Influencer features. For that we assume all comments of various videos for each channel as each document, TF-IDF (Term Frequency and Inverse Document Frequency) and LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) algorithms are applied to maximize performance of the proposed scheme. Based on the performance evaluation, we proved the proposed scheme is better than other schemes.

This paper proposes a computer vision and deep learning-based technique for surveillance camera system for vehicle counting as one part of parking lot management system. We applied the You Only Look Once version 2 (YOLOv2) detector and come up with a deep convolutional neural network (CNN) based on YOLOv2 with a different architecture and two models. The effectiveness of the proposed architecture is illustrated using a publicly available Udacity's self-driving-car datasets. After training and testing, our proposed architecture with new models is able to obtain 64.30% mean average precision which is a better performance compare to the original architecture (YOLOv2) that achieved only 47.89% mean average precision on the detection of car, truck, and pedestrian.
One of popular applications in the Internet is the multimedia streaming services such as IPTV or You Tube in which supporting quality of service (QoS) is an important issue. One of widely adopted rate control scheme is TCP-friendly rate control (TFRC) which shows comparable performance with TCP in term of throughput and lower variation of throughput over time. On the other hand, devices with multiple interfaces are emerging in the market. However, it has not proposed to exploit multiple interfaces simultaneously for multimedia streaming services with TFRC. In this paper, we propose a multimedia streaming algorithm with TFRC which exploits multiple interfaces to guarantee the quality of service. We show that the proposed scheme shows better performance than those with a single interface in terms of throughput and communication costs.
In MIPv6, unauthenticated binding updates expose the involved MN and CN to various security attacks. Thus, protecting the binding update process becomes of paramount importance in the MIPv6, and several secure binding update protocols have been proposed. In this paper, we pro-pose a novel protocol for the secure binding updates in MIPv6, which can resolve the drawbacks of the Deng-Zhou-Bao's protocol [2], by adopt-ing Aura's CGA scheme with two hashes [9]. Aura's scheme enables our protocol to achieve stronger security than other CGA-based protocols without a trusted CA, resulting in less cost of verifying the HA's public key than the Deng-Zhou-Bao's protocol. Through the comparison of our protocol with other protocols such as the Deng-Zhou-Bao's protocol, CAM-DH and SUCV, we show that our protocol can provide better performance and manageability in addition to stronger security than other approaches.

We humans try to pursue a better living environment along with the development of modern civilization. In particular, it is a reality that a lot of efforts are being made to improve food, clothing, and shelter. Among them, the concept of housing serves as a major function to improve the quality of life. However, the government's excessive tax rate regulation policy surrounding the sale of such houses is actually inducing annual or monthly rent expenses. Furthermore, it is a reality that even home sales are not being handled smoothly. In general, the cost of owning a house (apartment, etc.) can be divided into acquisition and possession. In addition, a lot of taxes are borne by long-term housing. Subsequently, due to the increase in the transfer tax rate due to the sale of houses, the disposal of property rights is not free. This serves as a limiting factor for market principles. If the tax rate for the transfer of multi-homed people is raised, it can cause a phenomenon that encourages yearly or monthly rent. This is a part where it seems necessary to reduce the transfer tax rate according to the multi-year retention period. If you hold it for 20 years after acquisition, you have paid a lot of taxes and returned your profits. For that reason, you should not impose a transfer tax for trading. The application of the tax-free principle for houses held for more than 20 years will respond to market principles in the future and will function effectively in annual or monthly rent policies.

Studying abroad in and of itself should be a unique and transformational learning experience for university students. Too often, "study abroad" is a code word for "faculty vacation" or "easy credit hours". For an international learning experience to be truly transformational it must offer an intense and directed program that maximizes the time the student spends in the accumulation of information that is new or different from what the student has "learned" previously. "Study abroad" may be a misnomer because it is not only about studying in another country or culture, that is, taking courses that usually have an attendance time of a few hours a week, but it is also about living in another country which becomes a 24/7 learning experience. Providing these programs during the Covid-19 pandemic has been a keen opportunity for institutional learning. When this immersion in foreign culture is combined with academic rigor applied to a student's chosen field of study the growth can be exponential. So, what is the relationship between academic and personal growth? The National Association for Study Abroad has found that "students who have studied abroad are better able to work with people from other countries, understand the complexity of global issues, and have greater intercultural learning. One study found that students returned from their study abroad experiences more tolerant and less fearful of other countries, but with a greater sense of nationalism-a phenomenon they called 'enlightened nationalism'." It is often said that "you only really learn to appreciate things that are important to you when they are gone, when you miss them." The international learning environment can provide this opportunity. The restrictions on various societies in the past two years due to the international Covid pandemic have provided existing study abroad programs with a true testing ground for the validity of their programs. At the end of the day, American colleges and universities are not helpless in the face of these developments. A lot depends on how a university positions itself for a future based on the uncertainties of the past. As Winston Churchill was working to form the United Nations after WWII, he famously said, "Never let a good crisis go to waste". In another context, Churchill's insight on human nature can also be applied to the coming semesters and years as studying abroad rebounds. What new strategies will be developed and maintained? Institutional commitment without fear will be necessary to assure that "studying abroad" will continue to develop as a truly unique and transformational learning experience.
It was well received that well grounded behavioral theories were important in the development of effective nutrition education programs, but there are only a few programs available for Korean women. The objective of this study was to develop nutrition education programs for childbearing-aged women in Korea. Based on the findings of the needs assessment for the program and theoretical backgrounds, we developed behaviorally oriented tailored nutrition education program including motivation (MT), modifying (MD) and maintenance (MA) stages. The key concepts of the stages were motivation promotion for MT, increasing behavioral capabilities for MD, and strengthening self-management and building favorable environmental condition for MA. The education program was intended to be need in individual nutrition counseling, but it could be well used for group education by developing materials using the relevant contents. The primary users of the program were nutrition educators, however it could be also used by clients as needed. The introductory chapter provided dietary assessment tools and nutrition education tips. MT chapter included subjects such as nutritional status screening, costs of inappropriate nutrition and weight management, benefits of eating right, and activities for motivation promotion. MD stage chapter dealt with topics of healthy weight, knowledges and skills for better eating habits and physical activity status, and activities related to setting tailored behavioral objectives. MA stage focused on facilitating self management skills and building helping relationships. Each stage underlined activities using various educational tools in order to promote active participation of the client (s). For better use of this program, it was recommended to conduct program validation study.
Objective: The present study is intended to develop an improved bus seat armrest design by evaluating various bus armrest designs from ergonomic aspects. Background: An ergonomic armrest design which considers the sitting postures and body shapes of passengers can improve the convenience and comfort of a bus seat. Method: Subjective satisfaction of each of five design dimensions (length, width, height from seatpan, shape, and angle) was evaluated for seven bus seat armrest designs in various sizes and shapes by 58 participants (28 males and 33 females) using a 7-point scale (1: very dissatisfied, 4: neutral, and 7: very satisfied). Improved bus seat armrest designs adjustable in length and rotatable to the left or right (sliding and rotating armrest, SRA) with a concave, flat, or convex shape of the upper part were developed by considering the preferred design features and the body size and shape in sitting posture and needs of passengers and then compared with a conventional armrest. Results: A bus seat armrest with a wide width (40~50mm), a long length (360mm), a lower height (213mm), and a curved shape was found significantly preferred in terms of comfort. The proposed armrest designs (SRA-convex, SRA-flat, and SRA-concave) improved satisfaction by 46~62% for length suitability, 184~216% for width suitability, 205~214% for angle suitability, 138~181% for contact area suitability, and 49~64% for height suitability, 138~174% for comfort, and 93~111% for overall satisfaction. Conclusion: The preferred design features and passengers' needs of bus seat armrest were identified and the SRA designs were recommended for better usability. Application: The ergonomic design process of bus seat armrest employed in the present study can be applied to designing armrests in various vehicles for better convenience and comfort.
Narrative has broad domains. So it is related to the everything man faces in his daily life and also performed in various modes. Narrative is revealed through all media including a character, which is also applied to plastic art. And narrative objects formed beyond the differences in media aid forms of expression are commonly based on a language. The study on such objects which created a new conceit of narratology can be said to be a spiritual trend by which to understand the world and man from the viewpoint of a 'story'. Plastic art took high interest in narrative in the same period as the rise of postmodernist art in the latter half of the 20th century, which was also applied to sculpture. The researcher, therefore, investigated through the history of sculpture in the 20th century the process in which narrative was denied under the value system of modernism and reappeared with the quickening of postmodernism. And as a result this period could be briefly characterized by 'return to figure' and 'reappearance of narrative'. The is, such flow means that late sculpture converted its center of interest from simple geometric abstract forms to irregular, figurative images. The researcher chose as the subject of his study the work of Louise Bourgeois, who was judged to have performed narrative positively and successfully among a great number of performed narrative positively and successfully among a great number of postmodernist sculptors who adopted it as their own strategy of expression. As the central artist of postmodrnist sculpture, She expressed human desire and condition as sexuality through the introspection of her own personal experience in contrast to the character of pop art sensitive to external world. The researcher borrowed narrative semiotics as a method of analyzing more elaborately the problem about the generation of narrative shown in her works. For it, he selected as the sample work for analysis Bourgeois's , which were judged to contain narrative most abundantly and as the metaphor of a gaze and recollection presented a new woman self that sublimed love, hatred, and loneliness. The narrative in her works are characterized by introspection questioning one's own trauma. It has independent domain and characteristics and clearly reveals narrative and content-centered characteristics, which are commonly discovered in postmodernist sculpture. The researcher could more concretely and definitely understand the characteristics of narrative through figurative images by analyzing the sample work. The researcher wanted to call your attention to the fact that the sculpture in the late 20th century contained narrative commonly and uniformly despite being characterized by various expressions and modes. And the focused on highlighting the fact that the narrative was more effectively revealed through figurative images of human body and simultaneously analyzing the formalizing process and structure for narrative. Besides he wanted to argue that the position of narrative defining the characteristics of sculpture should be valued more justly. Also, such acceptance of narrative, which is discovered in the sculpture, will have to be understood as the characteristics of the period reflecting the cultural aspect of the present time.

Bag of visual words is a popular model in human action recognition, but usually suffers from loss of spatial and temporal configuration information of local features, and large quantization error in its feature coding procedure. In this paper, to overcome the two deficiencies, we combine sparse coding with spatio-temporal pyramid for human action recognition, and regard this method as the baseline. More importantly, which is also the focus of this paper, we find that there is a hierarchical structure in feature vector constructed by the baseline method. To exploit the hierarchical structure information for better recognition accuracy, we propose a tree regularized classifier to convey the hierarchical structure information. The main contributions of this paper can be summarized as: first, we introduce a tree regularized classifier to encode the hierarchical structure information in feature vector for human action recognition. Second, we present an optimization algorithm to learn the parameters of the proposed classifier. Third, the performance of the proposed classifier is evaluated on YouTube, Hollywood2, and UCF50 datasets, the experimental results show that the proposed tree regularized classifier obtains better performance than SVM and other popular classifiers, and achieves promising results on the three datasets.
