Objective : This study is to explore the various of the stress by perceived by paitents with Bell's palsy Methods : 50 patients who were diagnosed as Bell's palsy were sequentially interviewed and examined Results : The results were as follows 1. The mean average PWI(Psychosocial well-being index, total : score)was $41.58{\pm}17.53$ :Factor I(Social performance and self-confidence) with a mean of $11.18{\pm}8.38$, Fact II( Depression) with a mean of $8.94{\pm}6.26$, Factor III(Sleeping disturbance and anxiety) with a mean $of7.56{\pm}5.20$, Factor IV(General well-being and vatality)with a mean $of9.90{\pm}4.44$ 2. With the respect to the general characteristics of subjects, there were statistically significant differences in the patients's stress perception by sex, having an occupation and the amount of sleeping time. Conclusions : We needed the further study about the relation between stress and Bell's palsy

A Cymbidium variety 'Snow Bell' (C. kanran ${\times}$ C. Jack Frost) was developed at the National Institute of Horticultural & Herbal Science, Rural Development Administration in 2011. A cross between C. kanran with small-sized greenish colored flowers and C. Jack Frost with bright pink colored flowers, was conducted in 1999. Based on flower color, leaf shape, flower stalk, and vigor one line was selected. Evaluation and selection trials were conducted from 2006 to 2010. 'Snow Bell' has a light pink sepal (RHS, R56D), red lip (R56A) and a leaf length of 47.5 cm. The average number of flowers on each peduncle is 13.8 and the flower diameter is 6.2 cm. The characteristics of petals and sepals show some incurve and some spreading. 'Snow Bell' has a vigorous growth and a round flower. It has an adequate peduncle height of 50.7 cm compared with leaf length of 47.5 cm, and start blooming in December. In electronic nose analysis, the degree of fragrance between 'Snow Bell' and the C. kanran was similar and both of them showed strong scents, although they had different fragrance patterns.

Various types of altitude compensation nozzles have been investigated to develop an effective propulsion system. In order to obtain baseline data for future study of dual bell nozzles, main characteristics and key parameters of dual bell nozzles are summarized and described by analysing DLR dual bell nozzles. DLR's experimental researches show that inflection angle is proportional to transition NPR, and extension length is proportional to side load, but inversely proportional to transition NPR and transition duration. Therefore, the nozzle geometry can be determined through the performance prediction process and thus the optimization process is required to meet performance requirements between parameters.

Traditional magnetostrictive/piezoelectric laminate composites are generally in the regular geometries such as rectangles or disks. To explore properties of the irregular geometry magnetostrictive/piezoelectric transducer in the fundamental resonant frequency, a step dumb-bell shaped Magnetoelectric (ME) transducer is presented in this study. Both analytical and experimental investigations are carried out for the dumb-bell shaped transducer in the fundamental frequency. Comparing with the traditional rectangular transducer, the theory shows the resonant frequency of dumb-bell shaped transducer is reduced 31%, and the experiment gives the result of that is 37% which is independent of dc magnetic fields. The ratio of magnetoelectric voltage coefficient (MEVC) between the dumb-bell shaped and rectangular shaped transducers in theory is 66% comparing with that of in experiment is varying from 140% to 33% when the dc field is increased from 0 Oe to 118 Oe.

Objective : Lately variable oriental-western medicine treatment have been used for Bell's palsy. The purpose of this study is comparison of clinical treatment outcome between oriental medicine group and oriental-western medicine group. Materials and Methods : From 08-01-2000 to 07-30-2001, 30 Bell's palsy out-patients who visited within 5days after onset and treated more than 3weeks at the Department of Acupuncture & Moxibustion, Bundang CHA Oriental Medicine Hospital were selected for two groups. One group(A group) was treated by oriental medicine therapy(Acupunture, Herb, Physical therapy), the other group(B group) was treated by oriental-western medicine therapy(Acupunture, Herb, Physical therapy, Administration of prednison). Two group was composed of 15 patients respectively and measured by HBGS(House-Brackmann Grading System) and DEFS(Detailed Evaluation of Facial Symmetry of Pillsbury and Fisch) at first visit and 3weeks after. Result and Conclusion : A group was marked more higher than B group in treatment outcome. But we discovered that it is not significant differences between two groups.

Dual bell nozzle is a type of altitude compensation nozzle, which is a nozzle that minimize the losses of the specific impulse at the off-design point of a typical bell nozzle. In this paper, numerical computations are performed to understand the transition characteristics of dual bell nozzles with fixed expansion ratios. The major design variables are the length of extension and the angle of inflection. As the length of the extension increased, the transition altitude and transition duration increased and the reduction of the thrust coefficient decreased. As the angle of inflection increased, the transition altitude and transition duration decreased and the reduction of the thrust coefficient increased.

Objectives : This study was designed to evaluate the effect of Jung-an acupuncture on Bell's palsy(peripheral facial paralysis) patients. Methods : We investigated 24 cases of patients with peripheral facial paralysis. The patients were divided into two groups. Both Group A, B were treated with general acupuncture and Group A was added to treatment with Jung-an acupuncture. We evaluated the treatment effect of each group three times by using Yanagihara's unweighted grading system. Results : As a result of evaluation by using Yanagihara score, they were not significant scores between two groups after treatment. Conclusions : Jung-an acupuncture and general Acupuncture has significant effect on acute(before 4 weeeks at onset) Bell's palsy. But there is no statistical significance in Jung-an acupuncture on acute phase(within 4 weeks of onset).

Plants need essential mineral elements to favorably develop and to complete their life cycle. Despite the irreplaceable roles of microelements, they are often ignored due to the relative importance of macroelements with their influence on crop growth and development. We focused on the changes in primary metabolites in the leaves and roots of bell pepper plants under 6 microelements-deficient conditions: Copper (Cu), Zinc (Zn), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn), Boron (B) and Molybdenum (Mo). Bell pepper plants were grown in hydroponic containers, and individual elements were adjusted to 1/10-strength of Hoagland nutrient solution. A remarkable perturbation in the abundance of the primary metabolites was observed for the Fe and B and the Mn and B deficiencies in the leaves and roots, respectively. The metabolites with up-accumulation in the Fe-deficient leaves were glucose, fructose, xylose, glutamine, asparagine and serine. In contrast, the Mn deficiency also resulted in a higher accumulation of glucose, fructose, xylose, galactose, serine, glycine, β-alanine, alanine and valine in the roots. The B deficiency noticeably accumulated alanine, valine and phenylalanine in the roots while it showed a substantial decrease in glucose, fructose and xylose. These results show that the primary metabolism could be seriously disturbed due to a microelement deficiency, and the alteration may be either the specific or adaptive responses of bell pepper plants.

This study set out to analyze the architectural trends in Bell's works and spaces by applying the Gaze theory of Jacques Lacan to his minimalism works, concept changes in their changing process, and the development of exhibition spaces related to him. The findings were as follows: first, his early glass cube works sought after the reproduction of the Real Order through the repeating eyes of viewers and objects by using exhibition lighting; second, his works in the Standing Wall category pursued the reproduction of the Real Order through the repeating eyes of many different viewers around objects; third, his Nesting Boxes tried to reproduce the Real Order of a higher competition level in the perception aspects, making the repetitive elements of Standing Walls converge and including even external environmental elements; fourth, there is no decisive gaze sought after by Judd or the Key Signifiant as the core of Lacan's philosophy in Bell's formative works; and finally, Bell's works pursue the completion of Simulacrum through the infinite repetition of Derrida's Deconstruction Philosophy through the infinite visual repetition sought after by Gehry and Moss in the LA School of Architects who shared the same area and period with him.

Bell's Palsy is one of the most common mononeuropathies or disorders affecting a single nerve and is associated with facial nerve weakness and paralysis. Though self-limiting the disorder may leave its long-lasting residual manifestations in the form of abnormal facial symmetry, inability to close the eyes, and other poor outcomes leading to disability and impairment in societal functioning among patients. Treatment strategies include pharmacological, surgical, and therapeutic options and to limit the long-term devastating effects therapeutic options play a vital role. Physiotherapeutic techniques have been widely used among patients with Bell's Palsy but not all techniques are performed in combination. One is compared with the other and also for short durations. We planned this study to see the outcome of combined techniques available in Physiotherapy on a patient with long-term follow-up. This is a case of 38 years old male patient diagnosed with right-sided bell palsy who received 7 weeks of rehabilitation in the form of electrotherapy, facial exercises, facial PNF, massage, and education on eye care. The implementation of 7 weeks of physiotherapeutic rehabilitation led to improved facial functions and a reduction in the level of disability in the patient.
